Picked up burger at chip shop. It was the one with a fried egg. Food was good.

We enjoyed it and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The ambience was beautiful. We really liked it!

I would have preferred to only give half a star. The whole food is far dry and unfortunately too expensive... It tastes like you just dumped a few frozen things together. Especially chicken things and fries. The burger was edible but also looked crappy and was actually like a ready-made burger with a bit of sauce

Selten so dermaßen gute Burger gegessen! Und dass die Getränke in Glasflaschen sind fanden wir auch sehr positiv. Einzig die leider sehr laut eingestellte Clubmusik war anstrengend, da wir uns ein wenig anschreien mussten um uns zu unterhalten. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder dort essen gehen!

Great burger joint! My favorite burger joint in Düsseldorf for years

There is a large selection of burgers and other delicacies here. We had reserved a table and the service provided us with drinks and food very friendly and quickly. The burgers are very good, nothing to complain about here. There is a 1 star deduction for the ambience because of the non-functioning ventilation. Otherwise you can't go wrong here. We'll be back.

Ambience & Atmosphere (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) The atmosphere is really nice – modern, cozy and stylishly furnished. It was pleasantly empty so you could eat in peace. The atmosphere appears well thought out and invites you to linger. 3. Service (🌟🌟) The first impression was good: the service was friendly and the order came quickly. Unfortunately, there was a clear weak point with the cappuccino: Even though it was included in the menu, we had to wait over 30 minutes before we could even order it - and again until it was brought. There was clearly a lack of attention at the table. 4. Food & Drink (🌟🌟🌟🌟) The taste of the food was convincing. We had a menu with burgers, fries and homemade lemonade. Everything was fresh and tasty, but the presentation was rather simple. The cappuccino was okay – not a highlight, but okay. 5. Value for money (🌟🌟) At around €20 per person, the menu is at the upper end for a burger shop. The taste is good, but considering the waiting time and portion size, it seems a bit overpriced overall. Accessibility & Location (📍) Hans im Glück is centrally located in the Schwanenmarkt in Krefeld city center - so easily accessible on foot or by public transport. If you come by car, you have to expect an expensive parking garage directly in Schwanenmarkt. 7. Overall impression / conclusion (🌟🌟🌟) Delicious food in a great atmosphere, but with room for improvement in terms of service and value for money. Ideal for an occasional visit when you want to treat yourself - but not for everyday use. Anyone who values ​​atmosphere will feel at home here.

Restaurant closed although it says open 1/21/24

We were there yesterday with a group of six people for our birthday and made a reservation. I specifically asked for the table to be prepared and candles to be put up, which of course we would have paid for, but nothing was done. Until the food came, the service was relatively quick and good. After the food came, no one could be seen or spoken to. The peanut chrispy cheese fries were burnt and definitely frozen meat, the rest of the food was quite good, except for the vegetables in the skinny burger. Totally withered and old. Nobody came and asked for drinks or even if everything was okay. One of the group paid early and they didn't even ask if everything tasted good or if everything was OK. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Even if extrablatt is part of the chain, I get better service right next door. It's a shame

Unfortunately a disappointment. Service uninterested and inattentive. Starter and main course came at the same time. Burgers tasted arbitrary. Ingredients weren't fresh. Meat was ok. Only paying in cash is no longer appropriate. The restaurant seemed like it used to be has seen better times...
