I had a cheeseburger and it was really delicious. It was low fat, including the sweet potatoes. I only gave 4 for the service because there was no sauce provided on the tabel that you need to order to have one.

The burger and potatoes are delicious as always 🤤, this is not the first time we have ordered. But this time the girl at the checkout refused to order only a burgher; I had to take potatoes. The girl at the checkout behaved strangely, but we hope that she was just having a bad day😊 it doesn’t happen to anyone... The rest of the staff is very friendly, we will definitely come again🥰

WORST BURGER SHOP IN BONN!!!!!! Under no circumstances eat there!!! I ordered a burger WITHOUT onions and sweet potato fries to take away. I get home, open the things and see that the burger is WITH onions and that they are REGULAR fries, which cost 2 euros less. The coolest thing is that he put exactly THREE sweet potato fries on top of the normal fries!!! So honestly, anyone who tries to rip off their customers can simply no longer be saved. I can only repeat: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU EAT THERE!!!!!!!

***As of June 1, 2024, it seems as if The Burger Club at the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 70, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr location is closed. **** As a typical American, there are times I just want a good burger, and I found that at The Burger Club. The service is great! The young girl that has been there each time I have gone is a true delight. Friendly, patient, knowledgable, and always with a smile. The curly fries are amazing! The flavor and size of the burgers are great, too. I have had the following burgers: Machete, Der Bonze, and Speedy Gonzalez. All great, but all very different. What really excited me was seeing Cholula Sauce on the table. It's far better than tabasco sauce and can really enhance the flavors of the burgers and fries. This is my go-to burger shop.

We haven't been to the Bürger Bude to eat for a long time. We both ordered a burger with a 180 gram patty and fries. The patty was way overcooked and thin like a thick slice of sausage. Never 180 grams. I'm still hungry and now I'm going to the nearest restaurant.

It's better to check and change the opening times. There's something different on Google, something different on Apple Maps and the website, and something different at the local store. Everywhere there is something different on it. I've stood in front of closed doors several times now.

A super cute shop, great atmosphere and even better food. The burgers were a smooth 15/10, the homemade lemonade was incredibly tasty. As a starter we had mozzarella sticks and onion rings, and both were great. We had Curly Fries and Garlic Fries with our self-assembled burger, both super tasty, especially the garlic fries were absolutely amazing. We were speechless at how delicious the homemade bacon was. The music in the background is not too loud and fits the American feeling, everything is clean and the employees are without exception friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back and recommend Charly's diner. We paid around €55 for 3 drinks, 2 burgers, fries and curly fries, and starters. Price-performance ratio unbeatable.

In terms of food and ambiance, the Bürgerladen Glückspilz is a solid 10 out of 10. Everything was absolutely spot-on – delicious, freshly prepared, and lovingly presented. The ambiance also invites you to linger: modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. In this respect, a clear recommendation without any deductions. Regarding the service, I unfortunately have to deduct two stars. Ordering via the terminals worked wonderfully – uncomplicated and efficient. Unfortunately, however, no invoice was issued directly, which is problematic for me as a self-employed person, as I absolutely need a receipt for business expenses. After checking with the staff, I was assured that the receipt would be brought to me promptly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. It's a shame, because it tarnishes the otherwise consistently positive overall impression. Conclusion: The food and atmosphere are top-notch, but there's still room for improvement when it comes to service – especially in terms of transparency and traceability.

If you don't know what to eat in the evening, we absolutely recommend it. Burger and sweet potato fries were first class. Salad also tasted great. Pulled pork plate was also very good. Delivery was also really quick with ubereats, highly recommended

Best fried chicken I've had in a long time. The highlight for me were the hot wings and chicken tenders. Friends ordered burgers and also loved them. Great employees, nice and accommodating. Only recommended.
