We ordered online and immediately received a confirmation by email. After more than 1 1/2 hours there was still no delivery, I wanted to call. The number is not reachable. There was also no response via email and Instagram. Very annoying when you have three hungry children sitting there and then have to improvise.

Could do more cleaning in their shop. But the food was good and so was the service.

Nice atmosphere, solid burger (which was a bit too sour for me due to the sauce (BBQ burger). The bun and meat were top notch. Otherwise, everything was okay, not exactly top-notch, but definitely better than local fast-food chains! The prices are a bit steep. The burger cost 12 euros each, and it's not enough to fill you up.

Overall, the food was delicious, although for a burger called "Billy Billy," it unfortunately had a bit less goat cheese. You always have to adjust the furniture a bit until you find a comfortable position. 😅 It was a spring-like 20°C outside, and the radiators inside were on full heat. Since the heating is centrally controlled, there's nothing they can do about it, I was told. We then moved, far away from any radiators, and it worked.

We had a chicken burger and a cheese burger with fries, everything was great, super tasty! Fresh, juicy and beautifully seasoned. The shop is located in the beautiful old town of Heidelberg, in a really charming alley. The atmosphere there was really cozy and we really enjoyed sitting outside. Clear recommendation, we would love to come back!

Great burger for a great price run by a great owner

Sehr guter Burger, mit einer atemberaubenden Käsesoße. Mein Favorit sind die Sour Bacon Fries. Selten etwas so Gutes gegessen.

I found the burgers to be rather average. Definitely eaten better ones. The service was good. The ambience is not particularly comfortable. Rather cold furnished. This restaurant probably benefits from its location at the harbor in summer.

Local agradable cerca de la catedral de Constanza. La hamburguesa clásica muy recomendable, tamaño justo. El bowl vegano también, aunque la ensalada de burrata era escasa. No pusieron servicio de pan y al pedirlo muy escaso. No nos advirtieron al pedir una CocaCola que sirven Fritz-kola.

We eat here often because the student menu is very good value. The quality of the burgers and fries is comparable to Hans im Glück, and they're even cheaper. I celebrated my birthday here, and the service at the counter was incredibly friendly and understanding. Even though it took a while for us to order with nine people. They have a huge selection of very good vegan burgers. Definitely recommended!

There were three of us in the restaurant today. The service was attentive but made a mistake with the drinks and when we ordered food she forgot to put a receipt on one of the dishes. We had to wait 45 minutes for two salads and the burger wasn't on the receipt. We didn't have any time as everything took so long. The three of us shared the two poultry salads which were totally tasteless. The restaurant is much better in other cities. The service was really friendly but with three tables they were already overwhelmed. The long wait is probably due to Lieferando. The guests in the restaurant just have to wait when the delivery service comes. Bad concept.
