I ate at Hans im Glück and was truly satisfied. The food was delicious and fresh, and the portions were just right. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is pleasant and makes you feel at home. I would definitely be happy to come back.

The homemade lemonade was really good, but I came for the burger. Fries shouldn't be an extra — they should come with every burger, that's standard worldwide. You can choose your bun, but the patty itself was below McDonald's quality. Not a great spot if you're looking for a flavorful burger.

We had a wonderful evening at Hans im Glück in the European Quarter. Yusuf gave us a warm welcome, and Romy was super friendly and attentive. The food was perfect – my burger with goat cheese and fig mustard and the Smashburger with avocado and fried egg were a real treat. Great service, delicious food, absolutely recommended!

Being a burger enjoyer, figured why not as it was close to our hotel. Can anyone in Europe have just a plain hamburger without a bunch of sauces and toppings? Burger may have been sitting in a warming drawer for all I know because it wasn’t hot. Uncomfortable seats on top of plywood boxes with birch tree trunks all around which made no sense to me. Y’all need to visit a small bar in Wisconsin USA to get your burgers figured out! Thank you!!

I came here with a friend for dinner and a chat. The food was delicious (we both had salad, fries on the side, and a non-alcoholic cocktail) – everything was fresh and tasty. The music was a bit loud for a comfortable conversation. When paying, I wanted to round up the amount (by card), but I made a mistake and only realized afterwards that I had paid way too much. I then called three days later to ask what could be done – and was very pleasantly surprised that it had already been noticed and the money was waiting for me in the safe, so I could pick it up. Chapeau! I hadn't expected that. Many thanks to the team. I highly recommend Hans im Glück in the Europaviertel. And I will certainly be back soon.

Six of us went to Hans im Glück on Lissabonner Straße this evening. The waitress's service was extremely friendly, courteous, and competent. All the food was good, fresh, and attractively presented. Only the garlic cheese fries were downright overpowering in terms of garlic content, leaving an unpleasant smell and disturbing the entire table. Otherwise, all in all, it was a lovely, enjoyable, balmy summer evening with friendly service and good food in a pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing burgers, got the Highstacker and it was delicious. Good beer also!

I ordered a double beef burger and salted fries (10/10). Very delicious. The truffle mayo sauce had a distinct tangy flavor. Even the mustard sauce was delicious. I forgot the waiter's name. Thank you. He was very kind, helpful, understanding, and attentive to our requests. I took my orders for takeout because the weather was hot in August.

Unfortunately, ordering via QR code wasn't possible (yet), but we still enjoyed our visit. I think everyone knows that the food is delicious. But what the next guests can look forward to is the service! They literally tear the place apart! This location is by far the best in all of Stuttgart, and that's because the service simply gives it their all!

The staff are very rude. I live in this building and we often order food on the weekend. Something is always forgotten or missing. We always have problems where to sit when it's warm and we're not allowed to sit outside. Today we wanted to sit inside because it was windy, but no, we didn't. We went outside and took a seat below the umbrella, but no, we didn't, it's reserved. It wasn't reserved; they didn't want only two people to occupy a table like that. Soon it started to rain and everyone wanted to go inside. I got wet because they wouldn't let us sit under the umbrella. We had to wait even longer for our order. I was told that if I didn't like it, I shouldn't come again. I will be happy when this Hans in Glück branch closes and we get another restaurant with friendly staff. Unfortunately, I have only ever had such a bad experience with the staff at Hans im Glück at this branch. Everyone at the Milaneo branch is always very friendly and kind. I also work with customers, and I can't imagine anything like this happening. I'm speechless.

The restaurant is conveniently located between the main train station and the Milaneo shopping center. The ambiance is pleasant. The service was very friendly and also very nice. She was a natural hostess. All around fantastic!

Kein fine dining, aber ehrliche schmackhafte Burger zu einem fairen Preis.. Auch der Service echt gut ! Entspannte Atmosphäre, deutlich besser als als beim gleichnamigen Laden 200 Meter weiter im Milaneo. Gerne wieder...

Unfortunately, a disappointing visit to Hans im Glück. I tried to redeem a 2-for-1 voucher, which was initially declined – even though it was valid. Only after a lengthy discussion was it accepted, but I was ultimately charged more than I would have been without the voucher. In my opinion, this contradicts the spirit of such an offer and demonstrates a lack of understanding of customer service. This is not how I imagine customer service. It's a shame, because the food was, as always, good.

The quality was – as always at Hans im Glück – more than impressive. The food is delicious, and there's a large vegan and allergen-friendly selection of dishes and drinks. The restaurant we visited is located in Stuttgart's financial district, somewhat away from the hustle and bustle, and thanks to the good weather, we were able to enjoy our meal outside. The service at this restaurant was excellent – ​​we've rarely encountered such friendly, upbeat, and welcoming staff. High praise for this, the evening was truly fantastic!

We just wanted to stop at Hans im Glück for a quick snack between our train, and we only had 40 minutes. We ordered finger food, and upon request, the kitchen staff were told to hurry up so we could still catch our train, and it worked out perfectly. The staff were helpful and incredibly friendly! Shade can be found elsewhere – unfortunately, no luck at Hans im Glück We thought we'd treat ourselves to a cozy burger in the shade on a sweltering summer evening – but unfortunately, Hans im Glück had other plans for us. The restaurant itself was apparently off-limits to guests, despite the air conditioning. Instead, guests were allowed to roast themselves on the sun-baked concrete in front of the shop – a real hotspot, but more literally. When we finally sat down at a shady table on the almost empty sun terrace, we were promptly asked to leave. The reason? The table was too big for two hungry people with overheating – please move to the small table in the blazing sun. The burger? Average, but not a treat in 30-degree heat. I used to enjoy coming here – but now, happiness at Hans im Glück seems to be on the other side of the thermometer. It's a shame – service decisions like this will make us prefer to sit in the shade of other restaurants in the future.

Awful experience!: We wanted to eat a burger, but after waiting 5 minutes to be moved to a table, we figured it could happen to anyone. When we wanted to order, we called the waitress. When she said she'd be right there, we had to wait another 20 minutes. We reminded her again that we wanted to order, and we had to wait another half hour. That was enough for us.

Delicious drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, e.g., my favorite thirst quencher, mint and elderberry). Lunch and dinner menus. The price advantage is a bit confusing for me. Nice: The decor resembles a birch forest. You sit on benches – a bit hard over time. Friendly service. You can also sit outside.
