Was in transit. A business overnight stay in Backnang. I was looking for something to eat and found this small but nice snack bar “Pit’s Burger”. Service friendly, menu clear and the citizens 👍. Well prepared, you can eat with your eyes👏. The taste was excellent, I added a little more seasoning to my liking. 😉 Try it yourself. I'd love to come back🙋‍♂️👌

I ordered a burger meal from Pits Burger via Lieferando, and the delivery time of 30 minutes was absolutely fine. Compared to other delivery services in Backnang, the quality of the burger and fries is significantly better. Even the mayo was packaged excellently. The taste was also great - both the burger and the fries were very tasty and really impressed me. The price level is a little higher than other delivery services, but the quality largely justifies it. Unfortunately my burger was only lukewarm when it arrived. This was probably due to the packaging, as the burger was transported in a foil bag. If the burger is delivered warm, it would definitely be worth ordering again at these prices. For this reason I can unfortunately only give 3 stars this time.

I know service differently!! Unable to deliver an order on time with a lead time of 90 minutes! After a 30 minute delay I called to find out where my order was. Even now no one was able to provide any information. What do I give my cell phone number and email address for? I could have been informed about that… The order came 35 minutes later than ordered and was ok. But you have to look for cheese on the burger. Buns too dry… What a shame… that was our last order…

We ordered via Lieferando, the food arrived quickly but it didn't taste really good. Putting the cheese fries in a bag so that everything is soggy with the cheese is not really beneficial. The burger was a pure disappointment, I know from other Pits Burger stores that this is not the case. the meat was unseasoned and totally dry, the cheese was little for a cheeseburger and was more like a sauce. Overall, very disappointed. The buns were also better.

Very rude!!! You wait for 1 hour then you are asked what the address is again, it was disrespectful and simple.

Really good cuisine, very tasty fast food, well seasoned, freshly prepared and always delivered warm. Eating there on site will be made up for at some point. Correct suppliers, professional, friendly appearance and simply tastes good.

I ordered there for the first time today to try the burgers and unfortunately it was pure disappointment! First of all, the wrong burger was delivered to me and the meat wasn't cooked through and I had to vomit because it made me so sick. I would have actually gone there straight away to sort it out but unfortunately they were already closed. Unfortunately I can't recommend it!

The supposedly vegan burgers are not vegan... When asked, it is confirmed that the brioche buns used are not vegan. Of course, these are used for the burgers labeled as vegan. An absolute no-go for vegans and people with egg or milk allergies.

The food is amazing, I love the Beyond Meat Burger and the Onion Rings. The garlic sauce is super delicious and the mayonnaise is vegan. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the meat is seared on the same grill as the vegetarian alternatives and the prices are pretty steep. The people are always very nice.

The place is clean and it's nice to sit there. Staff always in a good mood and accommodating. Deliver very quickly and package it simply and yet so great 😊

I'm a bit disappointed with this store. I ate a burger with fries here in the afternoon, unfortunately the burger was very dry and therefore had little taste. After the burger was eaten, I felt like I hadn't eaten a burger at all. It simply lacks that hearty and full-bodied taste. The cheese appeared to be some cheap processed cheese that was almost runny. Unfortunately, this is not reflected in the prices. In my opinion they are too high for this lack of quality and size. The fries, on the other hand, were okay, nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant doesn't seem very inviting. It seems a little cold and forbidding, the music is too loud and too present. The highlight came when paying; we should simply pay €0.50 more per menu than what was on the menu. It's only 50 cents, but unfortunately this way doesn't work.

Pits Burger appears to be a small chain. The Backnang location has 2 small areas for eating on site with comfortable benches and chairs. There is a large selection of burgers and sides. I ordered the BBQ bacon burger with extra cheese. Plus normal fries. The burger was beautifully presented and there was free mayo and ketchup. With sweet potato fries you get sour cream for free. The burger was very tasty. The meat was well done, but could have used a little more salt for my taste. Salad, bacon and the rest of the burger were great. Only the pickled cucumbers were cut a little thick. But here too it's a matter of taste. All in all, a great meal that you could eat again

Super tasty burgers, something for every taste, if you don't find anything, it's your own fault. However, it could be a little more comfortable. And it was pretty fresh, I was a bit frozen.

Takeaway cheeseburgers. Were really good. Next time we'll try a different burger. The price is right, the people are very professional and the store looks tidy. I like it. I'll be back.

Great burger joint. Definitely one of the better ones in Backnang. Food tasty, but quite expensive - especially given the portion size of the fries.

Everything is great here. The food, the ambience, the prices and the service. I don't know what they could do better. The delivery service sometimes takes longer. But never longer than stated. All in all great. And the burgers...great

Great, freshly prepared burgers in a large selection and a really nice team.

We had to wait 2 hours for our food even though it was stated 45 minutes. There wasn't even an apology! The salad is presented with grilled chicken strips, but you only get a few chicken nuggets, which were OK but not what you ordered. We also ordered sauces that you had to pay for, but unfortunately they weren't even included! Unfortunately, the salad dressing is also a bit difficult and nothing special... What a shame! Sounded promising, unfortunately complete disappointment. That's why we couldn't get through by phone this way.

Tolles Essen und super Service! Bei den Burger definiv die mit dem Handmade Patty nehmen. Für mich könnte das Fleisch etwas mehr Salz vertragen, was aber Geschmackssache ist. Die Chicken Wings sind ebenfalls verdammt gut.

Top Essen und Service. Macht sauberen Eindruck und der Smash Burger ist brutal lecker und macht ordentlich satt!!! Ist den Preis wert.

Heute habe ich den Ort zum ersten Mal besucht. Angenehmes Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Burger sind wunderbar. Für meinen nächsten Besuch habe ich bereits eine Empfehlung vom Personal, was ich probieren sollte. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

5,0 Sterne für den Smashed Burger. 3,5 Sterne für die Chilli Cheese Pommes. 4,5 Sterne für den Preis. 4,0 Sterne fürs Personal, da dieses etwas Unaufmerksam war.

Einfach super! Die haben die beste Mayonnaise auf dem Planeten und die Burger schmecken frisch und sind einfach ein Traum<3 Zuverlässig und super nett, also Top. Die vegetarischen Optionen sind genau so lecker:) Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen:)

Einfach geile Burger,die sehen nicht nur lecker aus,die schmecken auch hervorragend. Eine wirklich tolle Auswahl an Burgern und auch die Wahl welche Größe(Menge)und Qualität das Fleisch haben soll,ist möglich. Knackiger Salat,tolle Komponenten,geniale Soßen,zartes,perfekt gebratenes Fleisch! Hatten verschiedene Burger und Fries zur Auswahl. Mein Favorit ist der Chilli Cheese. Auch die ChiliCheese Pommes sind top. BBQ-Wings sond ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Hier isst auch das Auge mit. Auf schönen Tablets,mit Stahlkörbchen für die Pommes schmeckt es gleich noch besser. Es gab sprachlich zwar ein wenig Verständigungsprobleme beim Bestellen,schmälert die Bewetung aber in keinster Weise. Ganz toll: nicht die Standart-Baukolben-Biere,sondern Franziskaner,Tegernseer,Spaten,Augustiner Zu erwähnen ist noch,dass es keine direkten Parkplätze gibt. Top PreisLeistung!

Einer der besten Burger die ich je gegessen habe, komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Süsskartoffelpommes mit sour cream sind auch der Hammer. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Lieferung war relativ schnell, jedoch wurde etwas vergessen und geschmacklich waren die Burger leider alle nicht sonderlich gut und teuer. Würde dort nicht wieder bestellen

Die Burgersoße bestand aus Ketchup und Mayo, das sagt schon einiges über den Laden aus. Falsche soßen zu den Pommes wurden gebracht und der Burger ist komplett auseinander gehagelt. Naja...
