Ausgesprochen ärgerlich: wir betraten um 21:30 das Lokal und uns wurde von der Bedienung gleich erklärt, dass die Küche geschlossen ist und wir nur noch etwas trinken könnten. Obwohl wir extra auf der Firmenwebsite vorab nachgelesen hatten, dass die Küche bis 22:00h geöffnet sei.

Sehr freundliches Team, obwohl es am Valentinstag sehr voll war hat jeder einen Platz bekommen. Super Organisiert!!! Trotzdem schnelle Bedienung und super leckeres Essen.

We were a group of 12 people and everyone enjoyed it. The waitresses were exceptionally nice and accommodating. It's not something you're used to anymore, even though it should be a given. Maintain this level.

We wanted to eat something before a comedy show. Even though we were seated at the table next to the counter, we were not served. In contrast to the neighboring table further up and even though the guests arrived there later. At some point we discovered a qr code on the table and the option to order online - which we did. However, the table was mostly in a dead zone, so you could only order from one place using your smartphone. Only when the drinks and food arrived did a waitress realize that we had ordered online. When we ordered something straight away, it took even longer than the dessert, which we then ordered online. There was no further service. The food was ok - but not necessarily cheap. The ambience was ok if it weren't for the fact that the Christmas decorations didn't keep falling onto the tables below. Backrests would be great too. Overall the experience was rather disappointing.

Girls with pretty make-up and bare midriffs don't have it because they don't come from the catering industry. Absolutely not recommended and my realistic review was not published because I broke the rules. But the guideline riders miss the fact that this is only a description. So Hans im Glück doesn't want the truth and criticism published. Totally understandable.

Hyped shop/loud and uncomfortable/uncomfortable benches/small, relatively bland burgers.

We made a reservation at Hans im Glück and were served quickly and friendly. The burgers were consistently delicious, especially the smash burger was a real highlight and tasted excellent. However, there is a star deduction for the warm draft beer. Unfortunately, the beer was significantly too warm, which spoiled the overall impression somewhat.

We had reserved. When we arrived (10 minutes ahead of time) we were informed that the table had been reassigned. The people who stood with us in the reception area also had reservations. Their table was also occupied.

We were there today with a group of 6 people and I have to say that the visit was a huge disappointment. Even though I had a reservation in advance, I still had to wait 25 minutes to be assigned a table. When we were finally able to order, it took over an hour for the food to be served. And the worst: the food was cold! Unfortunately, when the service staff asked whether everything was OK and answered “not really”, they received no response. The service in general seemed overwhelmed. We sat at the table with empty glasses for about 30 minutes before anyone even noticed. Conclusion: Neither service nor quality justify the waiting time. Very disappointing and we probably won't come back.

Unterirdisch schlecht. Wir haben eine Stunde auf unsere Burger gewartet. Unserer Bitte um Stornierung der Bestellung wurde nicht nachgekommen. Wir saßen direkt am Eingang und am Fenster und es zog wie Hechtsuppe. Dass das Essen gut war, war auch das einzige Gute. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Hans im Glück is one of my favorite restaurants! The saying “The eye eats with you” is standard here because every dish is a feast for the eyes. I particularly like eating burgers and cocktails there, highly recommended.

The food was very good and plentiful, but the menu is sometimes a bit misleading when it comes to the combination offer.

I've eaten there several times. The burgers are very tasty. No matter whether meat, vegan or vegetarian. I think the design of the Hans im Glück chain is very nice. Unfortunately, I have often had problems with the toilets at this location: dirty, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Last time I received the following answer to my tip about the paper missing in the men's and women's toilets (I also looked in the men's toilets out of necessity): "Yes, we've known that since this morning." I was there at around 4/5pm. I find it a bit worrying that no one feels responsible for the toilets for so long. Nevertheless, I will of course come back.

Well-attended restaurant. Despite the full house, very friendly service. We came across it by chance and would go there again at any time.

Very tasty burger menus, cozy, nice service! It's just a shame that there are no gluten-free burgers (the breadless ones can't really be called burgers... But there are great buns for allergy sufferers!)

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The selection, quality and taste are good. Because of the decoration you feel very comfortable at the tables, they look like separate rooms. The service staff were friendly.

Essen war ok, Bedienungen nicht ganz bei der Sache. Hatte ein Mittgasmenü bestellt , falsche Pommes bekommen, der Kaffee der im Menü dabei ist wurde gar nicht berücksichtigt( wollte sowieso keinen aber trotzdem) Eine bowl bestellt mit Hühnchen etc. bestand fast nur aus Blattsalat welcher in der Beschreibung nicht drin stand wtf. Am Ende noch Churros bestellt mit Zimt/Zucker wie in der Beschreibung. Gekommen sind paar Churros mit einem Hauch von Puderzucker, direkt nach Zimt Zucker gefragt , wurde danach nur mit Zucker wieder gebracht. Es sollte auch für das Personal ein Dresscode geben, man kann kaum unterscheiden zwischen Kunde und Personal( welches teilweise Bauchfrei rumläuft) das ist unprofessionell für so ein schönes Ambiente.

The food is great, as is the advice from the waitress on vegetarian/vegan alternatives! The ambience is also appealing, the only drawback: not enough seats with backrests, problematic for older people. We particularly liked the payment process: you can see the bill using a QR code at the table and pay directly including a tip. Brilliant ♡ we'll be back! The walnut patty is awesome 🥰

We visited Hans im Glück in two different cities within a week. The atmosphere deserves 10 stars! Everything is just right here. The food is top. No matter what you order, the quality is excellent. Perhaps more can be done for people with gluten and lactose intolerance. The staff is very friendly and attentive. No matter where we are next, let's always check whether a lucky Hans exists. 🙂

(Actually) the best burger for me...you have to like the ambience...or not, towards the evening it gets a little louder...and the young waitress is..."young and cool" - but that's the motto more likely also from Hans im Glück...so you know what you're getting. And the food...salads, burgers, fries and drinks are personally very good, but now the price-performance ratio is no longer right. For a vegetarian burger menu with fries 28 euros... I don't know.

We come here to eat 2-3 times a year and I don't think we'll get bored trying the whole menu... We recommend everything up to breadless 🤗🙈😄 I only tried this option once at the beginning and It's not necessarily our taste. But it's a helpful option for those who don't want hamburger buns. Lemonades are delicious! The sauces are interesting and the fries are phenomenal!🙈🤗👍🍾

Great ambience! But also limited space. At first I was overwhelmed by the menu, but then decided on a vegetarian burger. It was very, very tasty. The fries were only lukewarm but okay. The selection of cocktails is also great, especially since they are not the usual run-of-the-mill cocktail varieties. The service was quick and very nice. When we were there all hell was breaking loose and it was very loud in the restaurant. But I would go back and recommend it.

I am never fascinated by chain restaurants but being holidays there were not so many options so we decided to try. We wanted something vegetarian and we took one bowl and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were ok, nothing extraordinary but the bowl was really good. Great combination of salad, vegetarian burger and bread. The atmosphere was so full of trunks, in the usual style of Hans im Glück that instead of being relaxing was claustrophobic. Also the tables, despite the fact that we are petite, were incredibly tight and uncomfortable. The service was lovely, 2 girls managed greatly the entire rooms full of customers, keeping kind and cool. Overall a resource when there is nothing else around.

+ The first impression was good, we got a table straight away, the waiter was very friendly and I felt comfortable and welcome. I had the lunch menu with fries, burger (sourdough roll + billy goat without onion), cola, cappuccino. I also treated myself to Grandma's Secret (chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and cream) for dessert The portion looks a bit small at first glance, but the eye is normally always larger than the stomach and in my opinion the portion was completely enough to fill you up. In terms of price, I would place Hans im Glück in the middle price segment. + The fries were crispy + The sauces were plentiful on the table and were not charged extra Grill sauce (slightly smoky sweet BBQ sauce) ketchup, mayo and a fourth one that I don't remember ++ The Bruger was my highlight because it was juicy, had the perfect amount of burger sauce and despite all that, it was NOT dripping with grease like other chains all too often do. +Despite the fact that I was completely full, I decided to order dessert and I wasn't disappointed. The chocolate cake was warm and tasty, but unfortunately the ice cream had thawed a bit, but that wasn't a problem. - The only drawback I have to point out is that in my opinion the drink prices are a bit steep ++ The waiter was attentive and simple eye contact was enough to communicate from a distance that you needed or wanted something. I liked the service and definitely deserved a tip Gladly again

Wir waren am Samstag Abend im Hans im Glück Essen. Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. In Kürze: das Essen selbst war gut, jedoch kostet fast alles was das Essen gut macht extra wie eine Burgersoße oder ein kleines Ei für sage und schreibe 2 Euro. Und dann bekommt man nur ein winziges Eichen oben drauf. Naja... dafür war es geschmacklich gut. Aber eben kein Vergleich zu richtigen Burgerläden die sich darauf spezialisiert haben. Hat sich alles angefühlt wie Standard. Was es besonders macht waren die Getränke. Negativ: -unsere Kinder wollten unbedingt einen Cheeseburger haben und die Bedienung hat gleich gesagt, dass es dies nicht in Kindergröse gibt. Verständlich soweit. Doch, dass es dann kein Kindergeld mehr gibt mit Pommes und Getränk. Das lässt das System nicht zu. Also keine Extrawünsche oder Abänderungen. Wollen als Restaurant bezeichnet werden und sind unflexibel wie ein namhaftes Konkurrenzunternehmen mit dem goldenen M. Also gleiches Niveau wie eine Billigkette. -Dann hat meine Frau ihr Menü ausgesagt mit Burger und Beilage und als es zum Getränk ging und meine Frau sich kurz Gedanken gemacht hat ist die Bedienung einfach weggelaufen und kam nicht zurück. Der Chef im Karohemd hat dann die Bestellung von der Kellnerin fertig gemacht. -Mir wurde in einem Getränk Minze anstatt Basilikum beigefügt, da man dies nicht mehr da hat. OK, dieses Getränk gab es dann vom Chef im Karohemd aufs Haus, doch vom Vorgehen her wäre es sinnvoll gewesen man hätte zuerst gefragt, da ich selbst Minze nicht mag. Also Neutral, da es unseren Geldbeutel nicht belastet hat. -Dann kam eine Beilage nicht, wurde vergessen und der Chef im Karohemd hat sich nich drum kümmern müssen. Gab dann auch eine große Portion. -Unsere eigentliche Bedienung hat sich kaum um uns gekümmert und nachdem wir alles hatten kam sie nur ab und an und wollten wissen ob wir noch mehr bestellen wollen. Nachdem ihr Chef sich schon um alles gekümmert hat. -Ganz zum Schluss haben wir gezahlt und dem Chef einen Fünfer extra gegeben, da "er" sich um uns gekümmert hat und nicht die eigentliche Kellnerin. Hat einfach ihren Job nicht zufriedenstellend gemacht. Da hören wir noch, dass sie sich bei ihrem Chef im vorbei laufen beschwert, dass sie keinen Cent Trinkgeld bekommen hat und er gibt ihr im vorbeigehen unseren Fünfer. Sie hat noch etwas zu ihm gesagt wie, dass er es behalten soll, genau bin ich mir da aber nicht. Von mir aus kann man nach Feierabend im Kämmerchen über die Gäste lästern. Aber ber das geht halt mal gar nicht direkt vor dem Kunden. Fazit: Essen ist in Ordnung, der Chef positiv Kundenorientiert und die Kellnerin sollte sich überlegen, ob sie sich im Service wirklich wohlfühlt, denn wir konnten davon nichts feststellen.

Die Burger 🍔 sind wie immer standardgemäß lecker, allerdings ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dafür schlecht. Das Abendmahl ist teuer für die Qualität der Burger und der wenigen Fritten. Das Restaurant ist bekannterweise wie in jedem "Hans im Glück" modern und schön eingerichtet.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne, da sie am besten sind. 😊

Leider enttäuscht worden. Essen war soweit lecker, aber beiden Burgern haben die Zusatzbestellung gefehlt. (kann ja mal passieren) Service drauf ansprechen wollen; sie meinte sie kommt gleich. Sie kam nichtmehr bis wir sie gerufen haben. Unsere Burger und Pommes dann natürlich kalt. Burger wurden ausgebessert aber leider nicht nochmal warm gemacht. Beim abräumen des Essens wurden wir Standart mäßig gefragt ob alles gut war- ich sagte naja. Und weg war sie. Wieso fragt man denn wenn es einen garnicht interessiert :( Getränke nachbestellen, hat sich schwierig gestaltet. Gefragt wurden wir nicht. Gäste um uns herum mussten auch lange auf Bestellaufnahme oder Abkassieren warten. Es gibt ja viele Krankheitsfälle aktuell- vielleicht haben wir einfach einen blöden Tag erwischt; aber leider hat das dennoch den Abend versaut. Schön wäre auch wenn man keine scharfkantigen kaputten Teller bekommen würde bei dem Preis den man bezahlt.. zumal den Teller ja mindestens 2-3 Menschen in der Hand hatten vorher..

Schöner Ort und sehr gefragt. Zu Hauptzeiten reserviert man am besten. Nettes und junges Personal. Wir mussten jedoch manchmal erinnern, dass noch die Bestellung offen war. Wer parken will, stellt sein Fahrzeug ins K3.

Sehr gute Auswahl an Burgern. Auch vegetarisch oder vegan. Leckere Durstlöscher. Ambiente ist schön aber die Lautstärke bei gut besuchten Zeiten lädt nicht zum romantischen dinner ein. Service ist freundlich und schnell. Preisleistung stimmt

Das Essen war Top. Die Atmosphäre war toll. Die blonde Kellnerin war sehr freundlich.

Sehr gutes zentrales Restaurant. Der Service war sehr familienfreundlich und zügig. Trotz dass der Laden gut besucht war, kamen Essen und Getränke zeitnah und waren lecker. Leider war mein Burger nicht besonders warm.

Leckere Burger und Soßen. Meine Töchter lieben die Kinder Cocktails und die Pommes. Preise sind wie gewohnt bei Hans im Glück. Mit ca. 17-22 € muss man bei einem Burger Menü rechnen.

Nette Mädels servieren freundlich und schnell durchschnittliches Essen zu überhöhten Preisen. Der Cocktail den ich getrunken habe, bestand zu 80 %aus Eis, daher war auch dieser zu teuer.

Preislich vollkommen in Ordnung, Service freundlich und das Essen kam schnell. Den Burgern fehlt meiner Meinung nach etwas Soße, schmeckt relativ trocken.

Sehr stimmiges Gesamtbild und die Speisekarte sehr gut sortiert und für Alle Geschmecke ist was zu finden. Und wenn Heilbronner Clubnight kommen auch sehr gut besucht, mit Livemusik und auch länger offen. Zum Empfehlen🤗 Habe Kaffee und Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesoße und Sahne gehabt, sehr zum Empfehlen🤗
