Perfect service. Super nice and smiles at you 24/7. The food is also super tasty. The burger slides down your esophagus because the burger is so buttery soft. You see the place often, but the view isn't the best now.

The food was super tasty, the burgers were juicy and well topped. Despite the store being full, the service was extremely friendly and relaxed – really great! The only negative point: The shop is very small and therefore fills up quickly, which makes the atmosphere a bit hectic. You feel like you have to eat quickly and leave. Best smash burger in town! The bread is soft and delicious, the meat is tasty and crispy, the sauce is unique and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. You can also order your burger according to your taste. My favorite fries are the chili cheese fries. The portion is perfect and the ratio of sauce, cheese and jalapeños to fries is just right. So, well seasoned, but just enough so that the fries are still crispy. The wait is a bit long, but the meat is prepared on site, which is understandable and worth it. However, faster service would significantly improve the overall experience. The only negative thing from my point of view is the store. It is small but you could redesign it to fit more tables e.g. you could have small round tables. Sometimes you come in and there is no table or you have to sit next to other people, which I personally don't mind, but I don't always want to eat next to people I don't know 😅 The exterior of the building also leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion they should put napkins and cutlery directly on the tables to make it easier for guests to eat. It's not exactly cheap, but I think it's a reasonable price for what it commands. I always enjoy coming back and recommend it to others 😁

Unfortunately very disappointed! The small shop was very poorly ventilated (the smell of onions stings your eyes) and very cold. We therefore had to take the food with us and could no longer enjoy it at home.

It is difficult to enjoy the meal in peace as there are often people already waiting to take your place. There are too few seating options, especially in winter. In my opinion the best burger shop in Heilbronn. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff are always friendly, which makes the visit very pleasant. The selection of burger types is diverse and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. However, unfortunately I have to deduct a star. In some cases the burgers and sauces were extremely salty, which somewhat spoiled the taste experience. Both my wife and I needed two liters of water after eating to balance out the salty taste. Despite this small drawback, for us Zero Eight remains the best address for burgers in Heilbronn. We will definitely come back and hope that the amount of salt is a little better balanced in the future!

The service from the nice lady was very good. Price performance for the 100 g burger, far too much and the price for the fries is simply too high. The burger itself tasted good. What we didn't like at all was sitting in the middle with a direct view of the toilet - that just doesn't fit at all. Many people always left the door open. The ventilation wasn't that good either. We smelled like a burger afterwards.

We happened to be nearby and the order was taken quickly and friendly. The burger was great, I understand that some people say that the meat is too thin, but it's a smash burger. This was also explained to us straight away at the checkout. The food came in a reasonable time and tasted really great. I like to grill a lot myself, but if I were near an inn more often, I would be here often. Great shop, definitely a far cry from the snack bar that puts a meatball in a bun! Had cheeseburger one of them with double patty. And as a side dish, pastirma fries. We didn't like the burger. Bread too greasy. Patties fried too long. Pastirma fries were extremely salty. The employees were all very friendly.

I ordered a cheeseburger with a double patty because one patty has a raw weight of 125 grams. Unfortunately, it won't fill you up either, but the taste is great. The fries also had chili cheese and parmesan and were very tasty. The big drawback is the price. A simple burger costs €10-11, fries €5.50. Since you order at the checkout in the burger shop and pick it up yourself, I think the prices are too high. The restaurant also does not have a vegetarian alternative to the beef burger.

Today we went to Zeroeight Burger in Heilbronn for the first time. The inside of the shop is designed like a typical burger shop, but from the outside it doesn't particularly invite you to linger. The burgers are okay, but too expensive for a 100 gram pattie. The pickles are very sweet and take up the entire flavor of the burger. Side dishes are well priced and taste good, but a larger selection would be desirable.

That's a very high price for a burger with 100g of "meat". However, the amount of meat was very low, it consisted more of onions and oil. I could barely feel the meat in my mouth. The taste was more like bread, onions and oil. The ambience was not appealing for the price we paid. It is purely a kiosk business with extortionate restaurant prices. Totally overrated.

WOW! We ate there with several people and absolutely loved it! Finally a burger shop in Heilbronn that really tastes good and has a good price-performance ratio. You get awesome smashed burgers for a great price and you'll be completely full. There is also a selection of delicious side dishes - we loved the Parmesan Fries. There was a slightly longer wait until the food was served or until you could pick it up, but that only means that the food was freshly prepared. We will be back definitely! :)

We were there with a slightly larger group. We were greeted warmly when we walked in and asked if we wanted help with the order. The food arrived for everyone at the same time. All but one order was prepared correctly. When the order was incorrect, a new burger was made straight away without hesitation. The whole group really enjoyed both the burgers and the fries. We will definitely stop by more often in the future.

I was very excited about the burger but unfortunately I couldn't eat it. The owner has to think of something to shorten the waiting times, 60-90 minutes are not normal and should not occur, especially not when people come to break their fast.

We waited 1 1/2 hours and customers who came after us were served first. Also a big disappointment in terms of taste. Chicken doesn't taste like what it's supposed to taste like.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it because I had a bad experience the first time. It was very full as there wasn't enough seating so we ordered take away. While waiting, many people left because the wait was too long. We then had to eat cold food at home because the name was called incorrectly and we asked specifically. It wasn't worth waiting that long.

This review mainly relates to the service and contact. Regardless of how good the burgers taste, we unfortunately only have to give one star for the service. Initially there are no ways to contact the operator. Unfortunately, my first impression when entering the store was disappointing. It didn't meet my expectations. Let's start with the ambience: The store is quite small and overall seems cramped. The dark interior contributes to making it feel a bit overwhelming, even with enough light. Many customers come and go without even having the opportunity to eat. It would be advisable to also use the tables and chairs outside so as not to lose potential customers. Now about the service: the order is taken at the counter and you have to pay for the burger, side dish and drinks in advance. After a long wait, the order is either called or brought to the (correct) tables. You have to get your own drinks. As for the food... well, the burgers can definitely be improved in terms of taste. The bread looks bland and tastes like nothing. It absorbs all the fat and doesn't whet your appetite. The meat had little to no seasoning, and the cheese was there, but not particularly flavorful. All in all it was kind of a burger but with no real taste. I had no idea what I was eating. However, the fries were OK. They were nice and crispy and probably seasoned with classic French fries seasoning. You get ketchup and mayo in bags and not spread over the fries... All in all, the pictures on Instagram are definitely made for marketing and don't represent the actual burgers you get there. You shouldn't expect too much.

Fries are good and cheap. Cheeseburger definitely not worth €10 and very greasy. There was hardly any service, you order at the counter and it is brought to your table. Ambiance very small location, no parking on site.

Ordered 2 burgers there, arrived home, opened the packaging with joy and was shocked. The meat patties were so thin that you couldn't even taste the meat. In my opinion the meat weighed a maximum of 90g. The sauce tasted like a typical kebab sauce. Toilets for men and women are together. So placing a urinal next to a sink is not smart if two genders use the toilet there at the same time. The fries were okay, but the overall price-performance ratio wasn't right.

I ate the in-house Zeroeight & Cheese Burger. The Zeroeight was too sweet for a burger for my taste. I really liked the cheeseburger. Taste wise 4/5 stars. However, I find the price expensive. Almost €20 for just two burgers without drinks or fries is a lot. Below is the current price list from (March/2024).

We were there for the third time today and finally got a burger. The last two times we left because of an expected waiting time of around 40 minutes. We had the Zeroeight Burger once normal and once with two patties and the chili cheese fries. The taste of the double burger was okay, but the bun was very oily and rather tasteless. Unfortunately, with a normal burger you hardly taste or see any meat. Here you may want to consider serving two patties as standard. The sauce on both burgers tastes great! Our chili cheese fries were very spicy but also very tasty.

I've only been there once so far and I ordered the Zeroeight burger. You really shouldn't order this without a second boulette and extra vegetables. It was just the meatball and caramelized onions on top. A bit dry for my taste. Especially if you give a dish the name of the shop, I assume that this dish is the restaurant's specialty. After this experience, I hardly wanted anything more. The pastirma fries, however, were great! Never seen it anywhere else and it tasted really good. The ambience was quiet and nice, but as far as I experienced, you weren't served at the table. You order and pay directly at the cash register in the entrance and then the dish is brought to your table. I can think of countless other stores where I felt more comfortable. Therefore a second visit will probably not take place.

We were craving burgers today and decided to follow a press article. It was worth it. Very juicy, aromatic and great spiciness. Gladly again.

I visited ZE Burger twice within a week: once on a regular afternoon when it was empty and my burger was at the table within 5 minutes of ordering, and then on a Friday evening when the place was full and I waited 45 minutes had to wait for my burger. Despite the waiting time, the visit was worth it because the quality speaks for itself. The high demand on a Friday evening also speaks for the popularity of the restaurant. I definitely recommend trying the pastirma burger.

Always very tasty, I wouldn't recommend a chicken burger but rather a normal classic or cheeseburger, as the chicken patty is not made the way we usually know it. The sauce is very tasty and the fries are also very good. The only thing I don't like there is the ambience inside, it echoes a lot in the room, the shop is small and the toilet is in the back room where the employees work. If you renovated the premises, more people would definitely come 😊

The burgers tasted really good around the opening. Last month and today the quality was not good. The bun was too dry for me and the meat was very thin and dry. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I wish the quality didn't drop.

For me personally the best burger shop in Heilbronn. Not only does the food taste very good, but the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The ingredients are fresh, the meat is well seasoned and juicy. The bread is not a standard bread, which you can both taste and feel. Although I'm not a big chicken fan, I can wholeheartedly recommend the smashed chicken burger because it tastes unique. Keep it up and stay as you are!

This burger place far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by an irresistible smell of grilled meat and freshly baked rolls. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I got my burger I was amazed at the creativity and freshness of the ingredients. Every bite was a real taste explosion! The combination of juicy meat, crispy vegetables and spicy sauces was just perfect. I was also impressed by the variety of burgers on offer, with something to suit every taste. All in all, it was an outstanding dining experience that I would highly recommend to any burger lover!
