I ordered cheese & bacon burgers without bacon 4 times and wrote notes to customers which probably wouldn't be read without bacon it would be totally ignored. Uber eats also doesn't want to complain about the money

Food was tasty, ambience okay - a bit noisy. Service was really bad, first our reserved table wasn't available yet, then a meal was forgotten - despite asking the waiter twice. No decision from the waiter. During the meal there was no asking if everything was okay, so we couldn't order any new drinks. When we wanted to pay we had to draw attention to ourselves and wait another 20 minutes until we could finally pay. It's a shame, with poor service, the food is hardly worth anything.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The ambience was fine, but that was quickly overshadowed by poor service. We had to wait forever before we could even order. Wasn't paid any attention to by the waitress. Had to draw attention to ourselves. He wasn't exactly friendly to us. Despite the nice atmosphere, we didn't really feel welcome. The food was okay, but the long wait and inattentive service spoiled the entire experience. Once and never again.

The food was delicious, it could have been warmer and spicier, but otherwise the food tasted delicious and left you full. The service was very nice. I can also highly recommend the churros, which were also very tasty.

Fast, reliable service and also very friendly

We visited Hans im Glück at the Postgalerie for lunch one day, and we were a bit disappointed. We waited a few good minutes before the waitstaff even came to us so we can get a table. We ordered online (via the QR code on the table). The drinks arrived quickly, tasted like mildly flavored water. My wife and I ordered burgers and they tasted like what you can get at the frozen section of the supermarket. Not bad, but not worth the price (hence the 3 stars). We also got a hot drink each with our meal, my wife having ordered a coffee and I a hot chocolate, but we both got hot chocolate (which we took to go, hence why we didn't get to take it back).

Burgers delicious, even if it's a chain. it's fresh. Cocktails also great. If there was a freshly grilled smash burger here it would be perfect

Today I was on a trip to the ZKM and then I and some of my companions went to eat at Hans im Glück and I can only emphasize again how good and fresh the food was. I've known this chain for a long time and I can't say I've ever been disappointed there. Looking forward to next time.

We would love to come back, everything was very tasty and especially our service was top notch.

We took advantage of the 2-for-1 burger deal via the Neo Taste app and explicitly mentioned that we were using Neo Taste when ordering. The employee offered us that we could also take advantage of a drinks and burger deal. However, it was not clearly communicated that only one deal per table can be redeemed anyway. We only received this information at the very end, after the order had already been completed. The whole thing was very disappointing because we had assumed that both offers could be combined because the employee had presented it that way. If he had clearly stated from the start that this was not possible, we would have planned our order differently. The behavior seemed less customer-oriented and caused more confusion than clarity. We were looking forward to an uncomplicated and relaxed meal with the Neo Taste offer, but were left rather frustrated in the end. Customer service should rely on clear communication and transparency - unfortunately this was not convincing.

I reserved a table online for December 31, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. Confirmation came via email. The restaurant on site was closed!!! How can something like this happen! Now a review request came. How am I supposed to evaluate something that never happened!

Their burgers were really successful. Since we have a dog, they gave us a very nice corner table. They were very interested

The three of us just had dinner with you. Unfortunately it was an absolute dreadful one. The food came, we didn't have any cutlery or the selected dips. Cutlery came and dips after the fries were cold (they were never warm, just like the burgers weren't) Our service person (Olivia) said she would give us the dips. When we ordered the bill, the dips were on the bill without any further comment. When we asked why they were on the bill, the only response was "I'm not allowed to." “… There was no apology, just no more cheeky statements. I know there are hardly any skilled workers left, so everyone is taken on, but that's exactly why gastronomy is going to the dogs more and more 😞

I have wanted to try this restaurant for years, this will be the only and last time. Extremely disappointed with our experience this evening. Family of 2 adults and 2 children. Dad's meal and the children's menu arrive, and nothing for me... I wait more than 20 minutes, in the meantime I have already asked twice where my burger was and the family has already finished eating!! The 3rd time I requested the cancellation of my order and the bill! Which was also false, which included my meal which never arrived as well as 2 extras out of nowhere (including 1 euro for an empty glass requested for the little one...). No excuses, no commercial gesture!! I left on an empty stomach and the evening ended in a negative way. There is no service, no smile, the restaurant was not full. There's just nice decor.

Visit was good, service was very nice, but I got a completely different burger that I had ordered! The sauce was also different, I hadn't ordered it! Since we were there with two kids, I didn't complain because otherwise it would have taken too long! Otherwise everything is good! Lg

We had 5 different citizens, all loaded with different sauces and flavors. You couldn't taste the meat or taste any other ingredients. Benches are too close together, so you end up stuck back to back with your neighbor. Bright spot, the service was very friendly.

Overall, the food was, as always, very tasty. Considering you're eating burgers with fries, it's not exactly cheap either. In my opinion, the lunch menu is the most worthwhile. We really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant itself and it was lovingly decorated with an eye for detail. The only problem was the toilets, which smelled very unpleasant from a distance and were also getting a bit old. One star deducted for the food because, in my opinion, the portion of fries was VERY small and the hot drinks were served cold at the end. The "hot" chocolate wasn't even stirred, so it was more like powdered oat milk. I'm used to it differently from other branches of the chain. The service was friendly so far, but in the end it was no longer visible and we had to go to it ourselves to pay after a long wait. The restaurant was hardly busy at that time and there was apparently enough staff. Overall, it was still a positive experience, but due to other experiences at other locations in the chain, it can't quite keep up.

Very tasty burgers like everywhere else at Hans im Glück. Service is also top. Personally, the music inside is too loud for me to have a good conversation and it was a little cramped for our table for two

The restaurant looks nice, but it's very uncomfortable to sit on those wooden benches. Unfortunately the service made mistakes and wasn't very attentive. Food is relatively expensive and of poor quality

We waited forever to be served, even though there wasn't much going on. The young employee was not very motivated. We waited forever for our food, only to end up eating a cold but still expensive burger. As in every Hans im Glück branch, the atmosphere is beautifully designed and the toilet was clean. But those are the only two positive points. A pity.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. You get the feeling that all the portions have been reduced, but the prices have been raised. The children's menu comes with a counted 6(!) French fries. The hot drink in the menu is then served in a very small cup. Of course, calories are enough, but then the price must also be reasonable or the burger must be exceptional. And that is not the case. The service was friendly, unfortunately I don't think the staff are paid above average.

Das Hans im Glück ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet eine gute Atmosphäre. Das Barpersonal ist sehr freundlich und reicht einem die Getränke persönlich wenn man an der Bar sitzt. Auch die Kellner haben einen guten Service abgeliefert und die Burger waren sehr lecker!

Ambiente ist schön Personal so lala und Portionsgröße für über 20 € mickrig. Das Heißgetränk hat nach purer Milch geschmeckt, in der Karte fehlte eine Seite, die Portion Pommes war ein Witz (siehe Bild), Personal sehr unaufmerksam und nicht besonders freundlich. War unser letzter Besuch

Hans im Glück bietet nicht nur köstliche Burger, sondern auch einen erstklassigen Service dank des herausragenden Teams unter Zemra. Die Bedienung war exzellent, was meinen Besuch zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis gemacht hat.

Das Essen war sehr gut , Bedienung sehr freundlich alles sauber und ordentlich. Preis Leistung hat auch gepasst. Gehe ich immer wieder gerne hin.

Essen ok. Aber die Toiletten gehen gar nicht. Allein der Geruch ist schon schwer zu ertragen. Wie es drin aussieht erspare ich den Lesern lieber 🤢

Wir waren hier zu zweit mit einem Freund. Das Essen war sehr schnell da und schmeckte sehr gut. Zemra hat uns sehr freundlich bedient.

Zemra War eine sympathische Bedienung. Das Essen war wunderbar und hat gesättigt. Im großen und ganzen gehe ich mit einem Lächeln und einem vollen Magen nach Hause.

Wir waren zu 2. an meinem Geburtstag da. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen sowie die Getränke hervorragend. Empfehlenswert.

Wir waren am Wochenende hier essen und haben den Geburtstag meines Vaters gefeiert. Uns wurde ein wunderschöner Tisch zugeteilt und die Bedienung war super flott und hat uns auch super unterhalten! Das essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt und am Ende gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung für meinen Vater über die er sich sehr gefreut hatte. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, es war ein super schöner Abend! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!!

Super freundliche Bedienung! Ging auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Tolle große Auswahl an Burgern! Wurden nur leider etwas enttäuscht als serviert wurde; Die Burger waren "ok", haben uns nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Verhältnismäßig kleine Burger für viel Geld. Auch geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Die drei Schalen mit Pommes waren unterschiedlich voll, als wären sie zum Schluss ausgegangen... aber lecker. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Einer hatte meiner Freundin zu viel Alkohol, das wurde umgehend entsprechend nachbearbeitet. Service wirklich top! Das Ambiente ist toll gemacht. Schön dekoriert. Leider sitzt man teilweise etwas eng; Rücken an Rücken mit dem nächsten Tisch. Alles in allem wars ok. Ich würde wieder hin gehen, was trinken, sich unterhaten etc. Würde es aber nicht unbedingt zum Burger essen empfehlen.

Ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Took my team to lunch here today. Very nice food, well priced midday menu, friendly and efficient service from Zahrah ( I think I have her name right!). Everyone really enjoyed it.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt- wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guter und souveräner Service, obwohl wir 2 x einen zugewiesenen Platz abgelehnt hatten. Es war uns dort jeweils zu eng. Essen wie immer lecker. Für die vielen Eiswürfel in den Getränken sind wir aber wohl zu alt 😀. HiG wir kommen wieder.

Bedienung freundlich! Essen war schnell da und die Cocktails waren an sich lecker! Leider war in den Cocktails mehr Eis als alles andere und die Burger waren sehr klein. Von der Portion Pommes mal abgesehen, weil das war wirklich ein Witz. Wir haben eine halbe Schale bekommen…. Das einzig gute ist, das in der Umgebung noch mehr Restaurants sind zu denen wir jetzt noch gehen können….

Das Hans im Glück in der Karlsruher Postgalerie bietet wie gewohnt die bekannte Qualität von HiG. Die Soßen und Pommes sind wirklich köstlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Tisch für zwei Personen war etwas zu klein. Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Wahl für Burger-Liebhaber!

Das Hans Im Glück punktet mit seinen außergewöhnlichen Burger Kreationen. Hier ist wirklich für jeden was dabei vor allem auch für Vegetarier und Veganer. Wer hier nur einen Klassik Burger bestellt ist an der falschen Adresse. Auch gibt es eine breite Auswahl an Limonaden und Eistees und beim Mittagsmenü ist sogar ein Heißgetränk mit dabei. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und modern gehalten beinhaltet jedoch auch das größte Manko und den Grund für den Punkt Abzug: die Sitze eher kleine Hocker ohne Rückenlehne. Sieht auf den ersten Blick schick aus lädt jedoch nicht zum Verweilen ein und ist gerade für Gäste mit motorischen Einschränkungen leider ein Grund das Restaurant zu meiden. Auch sind viele Plätze eng beieinander weshalb man wenn es voll ist Rücken an Rücken mit den Nachbarn sitzt was auch nicht jeder möchte.

Nette Bedienung, sehr hilfsbereit beim erklären von den Mittagsmenü und wie es zusammen gestellt wird. Der Burger hätte etwas wärmer sein können, war aber noch im rahmen. Geschmacklich sehr lecker. Drinnen wie draußen alles ordentlich und sauber.

Schnelle und einfach mega leckere Zubereitung. Die Eistee’s / Durstlöscher sind außergewöhnlich und ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen. Die kleinen Nischen geben einem das Gefühl von Privatsphäre ohne zu erdrücken.

Für viele toll,aber ich bin nicht für Burger .Ausserdem sind mir die Sitze zu eng gestaltet.Deshalb für mich nur 3Sterne.
