You can find many arts of beer here. Young people mostly visit , service is fast and good. Nice place to be in Karlsruhe.

The vegetarian and vegan burgers are topped with great ingredients and taste really great!

They have an amazing staff, especially one of the waiters was very friendly and patient (something which is really missing in other restaurants). I loved the large portions of the food like you would literally feel stuffed if you went empty stomach haha, worth the money! They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian burgers as well as add-ons. I ordered the Pumpkin-Chia seeds patty burger and potato wedges with BBQ dip as a side dish. They were smart enough not to give me any mayonnaise (because it’s not vegan), and instead gave me an extra packet of ketchup which I really appreciate! The music was louder than my liking but hey - it’s a pub after all! One must definitely try food here!

Great place for beer lovers. Thanks to the large selection of beers from all over the world, every taste is catered for. Great recommendation for people who like to try new types of beer that aren't available everywhere and want to have a nice evening with friends. The food goes well with the ambience, the portions are great and the price is absolutely reasonable. The waitresses are polite and courteous. Orders are taken quickly and waiting times are short. So everything is perfect👍🏼 Gladly more often!

Deserves far more than 5 stars. I come here to eat at least once every week. The food is very tasty and the prices are unbeatable. I can particularly recommend the ham noodles, the BBQ burger and classics like schnitzel. Staff very friendly!

Good food, my vegan cheeseburger tasted like a normal burger. But it was a bit small. Prices normal. Inside looks cool. Very clean toilet. There's enough space outside. Overall we thought it was pretty good. We reserved for 10, only 4 came but there were no problems

Cool pub in Karlsruhe with a good selection of beers and delicious burgers. The atmosphere is great, especially inside, but also in the large outdoor area. The next time I stop in Karlsruhe, I will definitely come here again :)

Drinks and food at absolutely top prices and of great quality! The service was also very attentive!

Where should I start?!? Tables messed up! Service takes forever! Card payment not possible, when you try to pay you are informed that the card has not been working for 2 hours. How about calling service immediately so that it can be repaired or at least inform the customer that the card doesn't work. So then someone goes to the ATM to get cash (you have to think about it, there is no such thing in any country). And at the end it was calculated incorrectly. So result= Never again!!!

The Oxford Bar is a great place to spend an evening! The staff are incredibly nice and make you feel welcome straight away. I find it particularly practical that there is seating outside for groups of up to 4 people and a separate area is provided for groups of 5 or more. This means you can always find a place, no matter how big the group is or what day of the week it is. The selection of beers is impressive. You can enjoy different varieties, such as Fuller's India Pale Ale, Fuller's Black Cab or Innis & Gunn, a beer that is aged in oak barrels for 30 days. Unfortunately, not all beers are always available. I would have liked to try the King Goblin, which has a fascinating history on the menu and can only be brewed every 4 weeks during a full moon. I can't say anything about the food because we didn't eat anything. I'd love to come back to try more beers. €6.20 for these imported beers is absolutely fine. Absolutely recommended for beer lovers!

Karlsruhe hardly has anything to offer in terms of pubs. The Oxford is one of them. Overall everything is mediocre. Creativity is particularly lacking when it comes to the food.

One of the best places to eat or drink in Karlsruhe, the prices are super good, food is super good for that price, the waitresses are very friendly and speak English.

It's a nice pub but overall a bit expensive. The vegetarian/vegan burgers were half the size of the meat ones. The dip for the nachos wasn't nearly enough either. Menu a bit confusing, one of us thought he would order something in addition to the burgers and fries but it was just a replacement for the fries. Surcharges compared to the price of finger food don't make much sense unless the portion differences are really big, but I don't know. Service was nice.

Sehr leckere Gerichte. Eigentlich auch eine freundliche Bedienung. Eine Sache nervt aber ziemlich. Wenn man angekommen ist, wird man gefühlt eine Ewigkeit ignoriert, bis mal jemand vorbeikommt und fragt, was man möchte.

Not just perfect for students/trainees. Food very tasty, great selection of beers. Even when there are more visitors, the service is quick and usually very friendly. Atmosphere is cozy, outdoor area very good for summer Unfortunately, the interior is not barrier-free due to the stairs.

This is a very nice place to drink with friends. Food, service, and atmosphere are good, but also it's crowded and noisy because of the merits.

Sind mit der Clique bei einem erneuten Städtetrip am 11.05.2024 wieder im "Ox" zum Abendessen gelandet. Das Essen und der sehr gute Service haben das Niveau gehalten, ohne teurer geworden zu sein. Alles nach wie vor absolute Spitzenklasse und der Italy Burger war wieder mega lecker.

A classic English pub with a pleasant atmosphere and an amazing beer list. Prices are moderate, there are many craft beers in bottles, and there is also live draft beer. The selection of beer snacks is good. I recommend it.

The Oxford is by far the best pub I have visited so far! That's why we keep coming back there. Everything just fits together here. Be it the super cozy atmosphere, the warm service, or the delicious food/drinks with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. We can definitely recommend the “Ox” highly! Edit: Went to Oxford again with friends on December 10th, 2022 after more than three years (Corona) and found that absolutely nothing had changed! 🤗🎉 We actually just wanted something to drink, but then we hunkered down and ended up eating dinner. Addition: We ended up back at the “Ox” for dinner with the gang on another city trip on May 11th, 2024. This time in the best weather, outside on the cozy beer table sets. The food and the very good service maintained the standard without becoming more expensive. We can still highly recommend the “Ox”! Everything was still absolutely top class and the Italy Burger was again incredibly tasty. 👍

Schnitzel was charred. Most things are fried here. If you're into that kind of thing, you can stop by. What was okay were the fries. Therefore 3 stars

Es un lugar bastante amplio. La decoración es tal cual un pub. Es un buen lugar para pasar la tarde o noche con amigos. Las porciones de la comida son muy grandes y los precios son muy accesibles. Yo pedí una pasta y con la mitad estuve muy satisfecha.

Service aufmerksam.Essen wurde in angemessener Zeit ausgeliefert.Pommes knusprig, der Hamburger hätte besser gewürzt sein können. Burger war zwar nicht ganz heiss.Ambiente ist angenehm und es herrschte Vollbetrieb im Lokal.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Tolle Bierauswahl. Die Burger dort sind einfach lecker. Je nach Uhrzeit, vor allem Abends ist es sehr voll, am besten reservieren.

Burger sind gut und auch vegetarisch lecker. Service ist schnell und freundlich,eine ehemalige Bedienung nannten wir Frau Fröhlich,da sie einfach mega nett war. Das Bier Crabbies (Ingwerbier) ist der Grund warum wir immer mal wieder gerne vorbeischauen. Wir bekamen bis jetzt immer einen Tisch (drinnen oder draußen) ohne Reservierung.
