I think it's really great that almost all of the ingredients are local and that everything states where it comes from. The buns are from baker X and the soybeans for the mayo are from farmer Y. Great! The lye bun is also a great idea and grilled vegetables always work anyway. Unfortunately, the burger was a bit salty overall and the taste of a vegan patty would have been a little better. That was too corny for me. On the other hand, there is a plus point for the idea of ​​spending a normal portion of fries first and whoever wants can get it later. So good that I sometimes regret having been recommended DeliBurgers by my friend, because since I've been eating burgers here - and I've been doing that for a few years - unfortunately every other burger loses out in the taste comparison for me. DeliBurgers also makes delicious fries and irresistible sauces. This makes DeliBurgers one of my absolute favorite stores ever. In my opinion, the DeliBurgers team simply understood a lot and, in conversations with family or friends, I often see them as an ideal example of "how to start/run a young, cool company", "how to live real team spirit", " What can fun at work look like", "how do you deal with customers", "how should marketing and sales be designed" or "how can I best use regional products in the catering industry?" For 17 euros I expect the burger to taste absolutely perfect. It was bland, tasted like nothing and you had to wait 30 minutes for it. I don't care who and how everything is regional, the price is too high and you're not full. Then it's better to have a pizza next door or to the Five Boys, where you get twice as much for the same money.

The burger is one of the best I've ever tasted and I'm satisfied every time. Only the ketchup could be more intense and spicy to round off the taste perfectly.

I had the "deliburger menu" at about 22€. 1 the burger itself was quite good. 2 the fries were not. (Just a few hard crisp fries with their skin, not soft inside+crunchy outside) 3 the sauces (x2) were ok.. BUT: 1 There's NO RESTROOMS for customers. 2 there are 2 standing tables. Not deli... Not recommended. Sorry.

- Long waiting time despite not being busy (20 minutes) - Burger soaked. It was ready to serve on the plate while the fries were still in the fryer. - Everything about the cheeseburger (on the menu for just over €20) was ok. Bun was dry, the rest was ok. Ok, I can get it everywhere else. The menu and store are the same size. Burgers and fries are fresh, delicious and homemade! BUT... The portions are absolutely manageable and the prices are really tough. So the standard menu costs >21 euros including a drink. And it's not worth it, sorry! The staff was very nice and accommodating despite the large crowds!

Normally good, but today there was plastic in the bun! For us, Deliburgers is a highlight that you treat yourself to every month. The expectations for quality are correspondingly high. Whether this is a product of resuming routine operations after the building's pipe burst, or some other cause, I would like to see the store return to its former glory. I hope the owner's focus remains on Deliburgers and hasn't shifted to the other projects. Deliburgers is the culinary highlight in Karlsruhe and should remain so.

The BEST BURGER IN GERMANY! You have to taste this burger! I came across this shop by chance. Nice ambience, great smell when you enter. The burgers there are the best I've ever eaten, juicy meat, sauces are super tasty, only fresh ingredients. The burger buns are super fluffy and delicious. In the store itself there are pictures of the respective suppliers from the region, such as the baker who makes the rolls, the farmer who delivers fresh potatoes and vegetables, and the butcher next door. Great concept to consume controlled meat consumption only from local farms and good conditions. The fries are great, crispy and nice and soft and tasty on the inside. The fries come in smaller portions and you can order one for free so you don't have to throw away too many fries. The homemade iced tea is also wonderful, not too sweet and made from simple ingredients without any frills. Overall, my absolute favorite shop that I recommend to every lover of good, quality food! PS: there's even a sink in the store itself to wash your dirty hands from eating burgers, GREAT!

Unfortunately the burger wasn't mine at all - the patty wasn't seasoned. I was missing sauce on the burger and there was very little in the fries and were air dry pieces instead of having real fries. The drink was too sour for me. I had an iced tea and the shop was very, very small. I didn't like the atmosphere at all and there were no toilets. Unfortunately I wasn't happy at all. Unfortunately the price performance isn't right either. A menu starts from €20 and goes up to €25.

It was really tasty. The preparation was quick and the concept was well thought out. You can wash your hands right after eating, so it's fun. Prices are okay. Parking spaces must be found on the street. Atmosphere is good. I can definitely recommend it.

While this story isn't new, a friend recommended I share it. My husband and I visited this place in March 2023. At that time I was heavily pregnant and already had my hospital bag with me. After I said, “You could easily have a baby after a burger like that,” we drove straight to the hospital because I was going into labor. Our daughter was born two days later. Now my heart melts every time I think of that phrase. And the burger was really incredibly tasty 😋

From the many delighted reviews you can tell that Germans have no idea about burgers. The pattie is a tasteless meat KLOPS (that's exactly why other burgers have 2 or 3 thin ones instead of one that's way too thick) and no, I personally stay away from glutamate and the like, it's really tasteless... And the rest just tastes like butter, no It's surprising if even the packaging is dripping with it. In the USA there would be exactly 0 customers in the store.

Price performance doesn't quite match. The citizen is small but quite good, meat is top. Unfortunately, service is not available for the price because you have to get everything yourself, including cleaning the place yourself beforehand. Ambiance is puristic wooden benches. The burgers are very tasty and the person who makes the fries is very nice. However, the brown-haired lady at the counter is unfriendly and harsh towards the guests. The fries are some of the best I've ever eaten. Unfortunately there is no toilet in the restaurant.

This is perhaps the best burger in all of Karlsruhe. The taste is really great. The meat is fried to medium rare. The veggie version was also found to be good. There are regular burger specials. It's a self-service burger shop without a toilet. But you can wash your hands. Unfortunately, if the guests leave their plates standing, they will sit for a very long time. The next guest then has to bring them in. Seating is available indoors and outdoors.

DeliBurgers is a classic burger shop. There are different burgers, all of which are described in a way that is easy to understand. Now let's get to the food. If you choose a burger with meat, you can choose between medium and well done for the patty. That has always worked for me so far. The chips and dips/sauces are very tasty and not mainstream ketchup and mayo (even though they are called that). Overall, 4/5 stars for the food. The service is the most expandable. It is a self-service restaurant, but the EC device still forces you to ask for a tip. These can be clicked away relatively easily, but I still find this questionable for a restaurant without service. Ultimately, the tip is there to reward particularly attentive service or particularly good cuisine. Unfortunately, there is also no toilet, which, at least to me, is not entirely understandable, as a toilet is actually required for 50 or more seats. However, you can visit the quiet place at one of the restaurants next door. The service therefore only gets 3/5 stars. Last but not least the ambience, there's not much to say here. The outside area is right on a very quiet street and the seating is made of very nice wood and allows for a very comfortable seating position. However, the inside area is a bit small and stuffy. Overall, 4/5 stars for the ambience and an overall rating of 4/5 stars.

Absolutely the best burgers I’ve had in Germany. All ingredients are locally sourced and taste great. Limited menu items keep the quality at the peak and also includes veggie and vegan burgers. Burgers are decently priced, Staff is really friendly and the service is great as well :)

The burgers are really good, but when we wanted to get our order it was really crowded and you felt pushed to get your stuff and leave. When we got home we saw they missed one pack of fries a lemon ice tea.

The first time I went there was Coroni. The last time recently. The burger selection as well as the quality is top notch. We would be happy to come back to you.

The meat was a little too dry and not seasoned enough. The sauces, salads and herbs mainly made up the taste of the burger, although the patty wasn't very distinctive in terms of taste. It has a relatively unusual taste with spicy notes that are normally known from Indian cuisine. The portion of fries was large but a bit too hard and dry. The spice ketchup is actually more of a spicy tomato paste. The mustard mayo was the only convincing element in the classic menu that I ordered. The iced tea wasn't anything special either. All in all not that reasonable for the price.

Even for those who were lucky enough to get a seat, there is pressure to save it for the next guest. Even if nothing is said, the looks from other guests who have just entered the store are enough. It shouldn't be like that. It's a well-intentioned criticism.

If you want really good burgers, you've come to the right place, not a standard meal like Peter Pane etc... the fries could be bigger, I had the feeling that I had the leftovers from the bag on my plate. Sauces are also very tasty, you can tell that they are homemade. Unfortunately the place is a little small and noisy but I think you can ignore that.
