Unfortunately, the quality of the food was unacceptable: the fries were extremely dry and seemed carelessly prepared. The burger was so dry and tough that it was barely edible. For a price of 24 euros, you can expect a lot more - both in terms of taste, preparation and presentation. The dining experience fell far short of expectations.

Three of us ate there and everyone agreed: an absolute disappointment. For the exorbitant prices you get inferior food. The fries were hard, dry and tasted old. The so-called smashburger was tough, downright hard in the middle and inedible. The iced tea tasted like it came straight from the cleaning supply store. We also had to wait 45 minutes for such a disappointing meal. When we spoke to the employee who prepared the burgers, he reacted rudely and evasively. His answer “that’s just the way it is” in broken German showed neither customer focus nor insight. Instead of responding to criticism, he even assumed that we just wanted to grab a free burger. Such unfriendly and disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Neither the quality nor the service here is definitely not recommended.

I have visited Deli Burger several times and been disappointed several times. The simplest special requests are always served incorrectly. That's a mess for this price. There are also no toilets, which is actually mandatory if seating is offered. By far one of the best burger shops in Germany! I have rarely eaten such an ingenious burger - everything was perfectly balanced, super fresh and the taste was simply great. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional and took the time to explain each individual burger and the ingredients to us. I was particularly impressed by the transparency: you can see exactly where every ingredient comes from - everything is regionally produced. The sauces are homemade and simply delicious. And when it comes to cleanliness: I have rarely seen such a clean and sterile kitchen. Here you can see that quality and hygiene really come first. Absolute recommendation – I’ll definitely be back!

5 stars in all areas! I have to be honest, I wasn't a big burger fan before. I usually had problems with dry or bland-tasting meat. But at Deliburger I was taught otherwise. The innovative way of preparing burgers absolutely convinced me. I was pleasantly surprised by juicy meat and a variety of different, harmonious flavors! I also think the centrally placed sink in the store is particularly clever. After eating a burger, your hands often get sticky, and this was taken into consideration right away. Despite the full house, the waiting time was absolutely fine and I didn't have to wait long. All in all, I can warmly recommend Deliburger to every real burger lover!

I came last week, I came again today, I liked the burger very much last week, today I wasn't so impressed. Even though I asked for it to be cooked medium well, the meatballs were very red. And the bread was stale.

We visited this place because of its high ratings. You have to wait in line to place your order. The seating area is very limited, and it's highly likely you'll end up eating while standing. We ordered 2 burgers and requested both to be well-done. However, one burger's meat was barely cooked - they had only cooked one side of the patty, while the other side remained raw. The properly cooked burger tasted just like what you would get at any standard burger shop, nothing special.

You can really taste the quality of the products here! Definitely one of the best burgers I've had recently. At first glance it seemed a bit more expensive, but upon second glance I didn't feel the same way, especially given the menu price. The “classic” burgers are available in the menu for €21.80, with a portion of fries (you can order a second helping of fries for free), two of the homemade sauces and a drink. You can choose between medium and well done with the patty, which is also a plus point for me, as are the delicious onions and cucumbers on the burger - it simply tasted harmonious! During the short waiting time, I leafed through a magazine at the table: You get a face for everyone who contributes a part to this burger, such as the baker for the buns, the supplier of meat, the potato farm, etc. A very well-rounded taste experience for us.

Five Guys is way better. The price is not justified, for a cheeseburger with fries almost 20 euros and that without a tip. I had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order, which is too long for a burger with fries. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

The restaurant was recommended by a relative who used to live in Karlsruhe, but the drive from southern Bavaria was worth it! Delicious burgers with homemade sauces and fries—you can even watch them being made. Fries are available for refills with the menus, so nothing goes to waste! The deli burger was too salty for me personally, which was probably due to the bacon—I'd order it without next time. Otherwise, it's really great—a cheeseburger to die for! Unfortunately, it's a bit cramped, so it's not ideal for sitting for long—but it's perfectly adequate for a quick and good dinner. We would come back!

Deli Burgers is the ideal address for a short-term burger craving. However, guests must be prepared for the fact that they may have to expect a longer waiting time if they order and eat on site. It is advisable to order online in advance and then look for a nice place (especially in summer). Burgers taste very juicy and intense, fries have a limp and salty consistency (which I personally like) and taste very good with a dip like mayo.

We've eaten there several times. A good choice for us to go out to eat somewhere, especially because of the selection of their ingredients. The quality is great. Price performance appropriate for it. You should know that you have little to no opportunity to sit there. At the weekend we ordered for the first time to be picked up for ourselves and our children. The 🍔 were great as always. Well It was one of the best I have ever had and def the best in Karlsruhe. In addition to the great taste, the people who work there are super nice and friendly. I always love a place with great customer service. such a pleasant experience to go there.

Expensive, long waiting time, small place so you feel jammed up with people as soon as there are more then 10 people. Burger was good, menu was not satisfying, too small. I was still hungry:/

I come here easily every 2 months, and when friends from out of town come to visit I ALWAYS take them to Deli Burger first! The absolute best burgers I've ever eaten, and I've had some gigantic good burgers even in the USA (even in the higher price range). The big plus point is that everything here is made with a lot of love, and almost entirely locally. You can just taste it :) The shop itself could of course be a little bigger and more comfortable, it is already very small and therefore noisy, but you can get over that. The employees always seem to be well trained and the burger has consistently tasted just as good over the last few years.

Ordered 4 burgers online to pick up. Had to wait another 20 minutes in the store until 2 burgers were ready. The other 2 burgers and the fries were already ready upon arrival and then sat in the bag for 20 minutes until the rest of the order was ready and cooled down completely. Small burger joint with delicious burgers and fries. Burger was ordered medium and I got it medium. The seats sell out quite quickly and the waiting time was a little longer than in other burger shops, but still reasonable. One of the best if not the best when it comes to burgers. Every burger has its own USP. The meat is simply the best. Absolute premium quality. The bun is extra class. Regionality and an excellent selection of products are very important here. Every special burger has something very special. And if you didn't get enough from the menu, you get a free helping of fries. I am and will remain a regular customer.

DeliBurgers is the best burger shop in the city 😍 A must for every Karlsruher! The ingredients for the burgers come from the region and are of high quality. In the pictures you can see the bacon machine, a super juicy burger with bacon and cheese - my absolute favorite burger. The homemade iced teas (with or without sugar) are also an insider tip. Really very tasty 😊 The service is great. You can get a free refill of fries, which I don't know from any competitor. In terms of price, DeliBurgers is more expensive than comparable burger shops, but this is more than understandable given the quality and regional ingredients. There is a small deduction for the ambience, as the store has few seats, which are more functional. But this is secondary considering the quality of the burgers. My review ONLY refers to the vegetarian burger, the meat burgers seem to be very good. A burger shop that values ​​regionality and makes as much as possible in-house: I think that's a great idea! I'm absolutely willing to pay more, after all, you don't eat here every day. Now comes the big but: The veggie burger is just plain scary! According to the description, a "grain patty with vegetables", I had concerns about this. The grain patty seems to consist partly of spelled (?), which makes it very mushy and tough in consistency. The whole thing then seems to have been fried and completely soaked in fat. It was hardly seasoned at all, at least I couldn't taste anything. I remember these "grain patties" from the 90s, when there was next to nothing for vegetarians and it was very difficult to find good "meaty" recipes. I understand the Deli Burger approach that they want to make the patty themselves (a great idea and very commendable) and I'm also not too big a fan of really "crass" substitutes like Beyond Meat. But there are also solutions that lie in between. My wish would be a veggie burger that isn't fried and isn't sticky and mushy. More protein, I don't just want to have "grains" on my burger (you still have the bun with it). With more protein in the form of beans, peas, seitan etc it doesn't get as mushy (in my opinion). The onion relish, the roll, the mayo and the fries were very, very tasty! The large sink in the middle is a very fun and cool idea.

Normally good, but today there was plastic in the bun! For us, Deliburgers is a highlight that you treat yourself to every month. The expectations for quality are correspondingly high. Usually the quality is very good and the taste is unique. But today we were quite surprised. On the one hand, the patty of the cheeseburger was not noticeably seasoned, and on the other hand, and much more serious: there was a plastic fiber in the bun of the cheeseburger and in the patty of the vegetarian burger there was a slightly shorter, thin plastic fiber. Whether this is a product of resuming routine operations after the building's pipe burst, or some other cause, I would like to see the store return to its former glory. I hope the owner's focus remains on Deliburgers and hasn't shifted to the other projects. Deliburgers is the culinary highlight in Karlsruhe and should remain so. Update: I wrote to the restaurant via Instagram the same day and described the situation. They immediately apologized and offered me vouchers for two full meals.

I think it's really great that almost all of the ingredients are local and that everything states where it comes from. The buns are from baker X and the soybeans for the mayo are from farmer Y. DeliBurgers also makes delicious fries and irresistible sauces. This makes DeliBurgers one of my absolute favorite stores ever. In my opinion, the DeliBurgers team simply understood a lot and, in conversations with family or friends, I often see them as an ideal example of "how to start/run a young, cool company", "how to live real team spirit", " What can fun at work look like", "how do you deal with customers", "how should marketing and sales be designed" or "how can I best use regional products in the catering industry?" For 17 euros I expect the burger to taste absolutely perfect. It was bland, tasted like nothing and you had to wait 30 minutes for it. I don't care who and how everything is regional, the price is too high and you're not full. Then it's better to have a pizza next door or to the Five Boys, where you get twice as much for the same money.

I had the "deliburger menu" at about 22€. 1 the burger itself was quite good. 2 the fries were not. (Just a few hard crisp fries with their skin, not soft inside+crunchy outside) 3 the sauces (x2) were ok.. BUT: 1 There's NO RESTROOMS for customers. 2 there are 2 standing tables. Not deli... Not recommended. Sorry.
