Very great restaurant. Delicious American dishes that are extremely close to the originals! Spicy (or slightly spicier) dishes could possibly be labeled as such. The fries are great, served with three sauces.

Furnishings like an American dinner, everything clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. Crispy Chickenburger Burger highly recommended and the fries were nice and crispy. Lunch is offered.

Everything was great, from the ambience, the very friendly and helpful boss, the staff and the food was really good. Is unreservedly recommended.

The burger is advertised as "New York style", I was not aware of this particular type. The peculiar thing is that the hamburger is not flat, but is practically a ball of meat. They use English muffins as bread, which makes the sandwich very small, and in my opinion a little too expensive for what you get. The fries are fantastic though!

Very nice restaurant with good food and a large selection of food and drinks. We can particularly recommend the spare ribs and the large selection of different types of beer. The service was nice and polite. A reservation is essential. It is very difficult to get a place spontaneously. There is a parking space, but you can also easily get here using public transport. Price-performance ratio is appropriate for the quality.

Der Burger war Durschnitt. Die Sauce war ok. Kann man mitnehmen, wenn man schnell etwas haben möchte. Die Einrichtung ist amerikanisch ansprechend und gemütlich.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von über 20 Personen mit Reservierung im Lousianna und hatten einen schönen Abend dort! Da es sehr voll war, mussten wir recht lange aufs Essen warten, aber noch im Rahmen. Von Burger über gebackene Kartoffel bis Salate war alles sehr lecker. Auch die Cocktails waren gut. Der Service war bemüht und freundlich. Alles in allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Not happy with the order this time... it only came after an hour... food was almost completely cold, milkshake was lumpy and not tasty, coleslaw was too sweet... it's a shame, I hope it doesn't happen again, with our first order a few times ago We were actually satisfied for months and that's why we ordered today🙈

Very nice place, nice service Delicious food, unfortunately the size of the burgers are not adjusted to the price. My burger for just under €20 was the size of a cheeseburger from another fast food chain. The fries taste great too Size price ratio didn't fit. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to a big burger. Drinks were good. Cocktail was great too

For whatever reason, there are always new operating personnel. Some of them were very nice. Today everything was great, great service etc, food was great as always. It's a shame that there are no citizens' lunches in Berlin
