The restaurant has a great location and you can look directly at the Baltic Sea. The food was delicious, but the portion of herring snacks was very small. The price-performance ratio doesn't really fit.

You can get porcelain for a deposit - Food expensive but salty and with cartilage in the meat - not available within the posted opening times I found the restaurant near my holiday accommodation online and called to see if I could also order takeaway, which was answered in the affirmative. Since there is no current menu online, I went there quickly to order the food and then take it away. Only THEN was I informed that there was no takeaway and that I had to pay a €10 deposit for the plate. And it wasn't until I was paying that I found out that I could only pay in cash. I ordered a spaetzle pan with cabbage sausage and smoked cheese. For €22.80! I didn't stay there because everything looks old and it smells slightly smoky. When I arrived at the accommodation, I was really looking forward to the meal. After biting on cartilage for the second time, the appetite for meat was gone. In addition, the food was unfortunately totally over salted. I like salty food, but this was inedibly salty! Unfortunately, I was very hungry so I forced myself some more noodles. If I had been in the restaurant, I would have returned it straight away. The next day I had to adjust my vacation schedule according to the restaurant's opening times because of the plate and got there at 1:50 p.m. - according to the notice and according to Google it was open until 2 p.m. - but no one was to be found! Since the house doesn't open again until 5 p.m., I had to drive home without having accomplished anything with my expensive, inedible meal and plate for a total of €32.80. What an expensive failure!!! The Restaurant zum Moorteich gave me underground experiences (which are certainly NOT normal even in the village!!) and itself a pissed off guest!! I still have the deposit slip and will exchange the plate for my money when I'm nearby again.

Anyone who eats here knows what they want! Sushi deluxe, meat, fish, whatever your heart desires in the best execution and quality. You can pamper yourself high above Scharbeutz with a great view of the beach. We keep coming back!

Super delicious food. However, the atmosphere is no longer up to date. The service was friendly but not entirely on point.

I can't say anything about the food, we ate out and only had a cocktail here to end the evening. We had so much fun! Unfortunately my children 3 and 1 weren't there, but we'll come back again. You will love it... The ambience is simply great and has been designed with a lot of love and attention to detail. When you read the comments here, you can sometimes just shake your head. The prices are the same as in any other hotel restaurant. The whole family gets a real show here. And of course this isn't the right place for most business meals, but the hotel does have another restaurant and you should probably just see what awaits you there beforehand and not give it one star just because it's not for you is.

Restaurant with beach views. Nice & attentive service. Menu with enough choice. Great taste. Price-performance fits. Dog friendly. Were there with friends in the evening at the beginning of the holiday: homemade pizza & pasta was great, mussels were offered with different sauces - super tasty. At the end we had breakfast there. Here too: friendly, attentive, nice and delicious. It wasn't our first year there and we'll definitely be back to be pampered.

Friendly, courteous staff and a rich, reasonably priced breakfast buffet. The atmosphere is also very pleasant.

For lunch we had pasta dishes: the large portion was plentiful and delicious. Better than some other swimming pools. In the afternoon there was cake and coffee. That was okay, but not outstanding. It would be nice if the prices of drinks, for example, were once again available on site.
