A slightly older Italian restaurant, the food was good and tasty, the staff was nice, the price was a bit expensive, but here on the promenade every restaurant is expensive. But has a good view.

For lunch we had pizza and baked macaroni with spinach. The food was very good, one star deducted because I was almost finished with the pizza when the second dish arrived.

Fresh mussels, so delicious. Italian sauce, Pomodoro spicy.

We were in Rosario today as part of a wedding celebration and enjoyed a great Italian buffet. The service was very attentive and courteous yet reserved. Just the right amount. It was wonderful, with a view of the sea and I will remember it fondly for a long time.

Lunch was very satisfactory. Price/performance ratio was right. View of the Baltic Sea. Perfect. Gladly again.

Fantastic sea views and delicious food - what more could you want?! Spaghetti with truffle cream sauce very tasty, but very small portion. My husband had spaghetti with chanterelles, also delicious and a much larger portion. The aperitif Hugo was delicious and generous. Overall, recommended, even if there is no nightcap on the house.

Food was great. However, the spagetti mare could have used a little more garlic, otherwise there was nothing wrong with the food. The staff was friendly and the view of the Baltic Sea while eating was indescribable.

Unfortunately, this was the worst meal of our vacation. The bruschetta came more in the form of a pizza, everything warm and gratinated, according to my knowledge bruschetta is roasted ciabatta, with garlic and various additions! The Vitello Tonnato was subterranean, not a bit of pink, cooked to death, the main course was lasagna, which only tasted like canned tomatoes and grated Gouda. We wouldn't visit this restaurant again for 2 people for 75€.

Very good Italian cuisine in one of my favorite places.

We had a perfect spot in the winter garden with a view of the sea. Our service person was Cosimo, and he provided us with absolutely perfect service. Pizza was very good, the extra spicy sauce was spicy as hell (that's high praise). The green noodles with prawns were also very tasty. An absolute recommendation from me!

I almost never give 5* in advance! We were a bit critical in advance because it was a restaurant right on the promenade... but the food was absolutely convincing. Price performance is right and there are also dishes on the menu that cannot be found in every Italian restaurant. If you're lucky, you'll also get a table with a view of the Baltic Sea.

Excellent service. Very good food. But above all a fantastic view. A special tip is the lunch menu, where you can enjoy the same ambience for around ten euros.

We were completely satisfied - a real Italian with delicious homemade tagliatelle!

Were in 23 after 2021 and 22 - and we did it again in 24 - is still great. Lunch menu until 4 p.m. directly on the beach for <10€ per person. And the pasta with oyster mushrooms was really tasty - the salami pizza was crunchy. Normal card is more expensive...but if the quality remains that way, it's okay.

Super tasty food, good value for money and just a really nice atmosphere. You have a sea view from many seats in the restaurant, simply recommended!

I can confirm the great view, but the size of the meals can really be described as a children's portion, you can argue about the taste, but the cooking is done with very little love. 6.10€ for 0.7l of sparkling water is quite a lot and 5.20€ for 0.4l of beer (there is also only Krombacher), that makes 13€ per liter which is more than just marginal, at Henssler a few houses Furthermore, the beer costs around 30% less. No, thank you, not again.

The food was good. The staff is nice but also quickly stubborn. When asked if everything is okay, we answer with a little cry. The cellar was gone. After the meal the table was cleared, we were appeased with a grappa and the money was collected straight away. We had reserved the table and had the feeling that a reservation was only valid for one hour.

Food came quickly, staff very friendly, children welcome, quality very high, slightly more expensive.

The ambience doesn't save everything. Visited on July 24th. Food took about 60 minutes to be on the table. Bruscetta is a kind of large toast in the form of a pizza. The remaining dishes taste good, but are extremely limited. 3/5⭐️. The service is friendly, but seems very stressed and hectic.3/5⭐️ We won't come back.

I would prefer not to even give a star, bad food, staff totally unfriendly. Thinking would be better. I've never experienced anything like that in Scharbeutz!! I go there once a year and I really can NOT recommend the restaurant!! Better leave your money somewhere else.

We were very satisfied. The ambience is simple, there are no tablecloths, overall it's actually a bit sober. The view is really great, better seen from some corners of the restaurant than from others. We were treated kindly and joked with our children. We are big eaters and often have something to complain about when it comes to food. Not here. The pizza could be a bit bigger, but otherwise very tasty. The base is thin, but not too thin, the edge is nicely risen but not unpleasantly crispy. Cheese great. The sauce would be 9/10 stars for me. Otherwise, we had two pasta dishes that at first glance seemed like they were really small portions. In fact, it's really enough to eat and very tasty. In terms of price, you have to say that everything has become expensive everywhere. Margherita for €9 is now quite standard, even in less good restaurants. For us it was a lot of money, but absolutely as usual prices are at the moment and very tasty. I would have liked to try the tiramisu, but I was super full, which doesn't happen often. If we visit the place again, we will definitely come back

First on the positive side, great location with a fabulous view of the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, service was a complete disaster. We'd love to eat out, but we'll definitely never go here again. The wait was well over an hour, other tables were occupied after us and received their food before us. At some point, when our stomach was already on the floor, an attempt was made to explain that our receipt had fallen down. It then took another 15 minutes….for pizza and pasta dish. It really couldn't be worse... As for the food, my wife was happy with her pasta dish, my pizza was more in the “can eat” category. Better than frozen pizza, yes, but that's where it ended. Clearly we will never visit this restaurant again.

For whatever reason, we were treated unkindly. The presumed boss answered our question about free places succinctly with “of course”. Then he turned away and completely ignored the rest of the evening. A service person took pity on us and assigned us a table. The furniture has its best days behind it. The food was good. I can't say anything about Nachtich because we weren't served any further. We begged for the bill and were allowed to leave unharmed. None of us were above being treated like that. NEVER AGAIN!

Very friendly staff (real Italians) - special requests were responded to wonderfully :) Is spacious and has a wonderful view of the sea in the winter garden. You can also watch football there at the counter. Pizza was very tasty and upon request there was also Cabonara :) Ice cream wasn't my taste.

Pizza Diavola: The salami looked and tasted like in Italy. Spaghetti al olio: super delicious with pepperoni, peppers, zucchini and salad. Even when it rains there is a great view of the sea because the windows can be pushed open.

My wife and I ate pizza at Rosario, it was a complete disappointment, the waiter showed us a table so my wife couldn't look at the beach even though there were only ten people in the restaurant. The chairs were made of leather and broken. The menu was put on the table and then the waiter left, no question if you wanted something to drink. The pizza wasn't really tasty, I would say tasteless, a 10 out of 10 we give it a 4. I wish that more effort was put into making a pizza every day. Because the pizza was without love.

Nice location with friendly staff. Our dogs were immediately given a drinking bowl and the Latte Machiato is super tasty. Worth a visit.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The sparkling tap water...without words. Unfortunately there is no alternative to this. The bruschetta was like a pizza with a few small tomatoes on it, baked with cheese without any taste, the tartufo is advertised on the menu as a giant ball, and turns out to be the opposite, everything served carelessly, including the drinks, without style and in a cold one Ambiance at demanding prices. The only positive thing to mention is the really friendly service. But that's it. We don't need a second time.

We only had one snack (bruschetta) - it was very tasty. The Aperol also tasted very good. The service was very good and child friendly.

Super friendly, very accommodating, very good value for money. After we were treated very unfriendly as former regular customers in a "restaurant" two places further towards the pier, it was an absolute relief here. Gladly again, even for breakfast!! Addition 11/23: Dinner, very tasty mussels. The wine recommendation was totally spot on, the quality and quantity hasn't changed. Will remain on our list of recommended restaurants for our holiday guests. Addition 06/24: Dinner with friends, as always super friendly, food excellent, value for money absolutely OK.

The food wasn't my cup of tea. I found it way too over-seasoned. I had penne with salmon. But the location right by the sea is of course great.

Unfortunately the quality has declined. Pizza lacks flavor and Italian spices cannot be detected.

You can see an offer for the daily menu outside the door. Then you go in. If you order the daily menu and not the dish from the menu that is twice as expensive, you will be looked at stupidly. The staff without empathy and unfriendly. You don't ask if you liked it and when you're done eating you get the feeling that you should leave quickly. AMBIENCE VERY SIMPLE AND NOT COZY.

Unfortunately no mussels, so switched to pizza. For us, who are in Italy several times a year, the pizza was ok, but not a highlight in terms of taste, fresh ingredients and preparation, there is room for improvement. What I really have to criticize is that we ordered two bottles of water and for the impressive price we only received sparkling tap water. That is not how it works!

We spontaneously went there to eat and were very kindly taken to a table with a beautiful view. The food was super delicious with real truffles. A culinary delight. The service was attentive and very friendly. We will come back!

A great place where you feel comfortable. We were here for Sunday brunch. We recommend the Rosarium with a clear conscience. Friendly staff, well-laid buffet and tasty, so rich - plus a pleasant price.

We had pizza. Small and tastes ok. Nothing special. The view makes up for the food. We won't go there again. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right.

Sitzplatz in der ersten Reihe am Strand mit Meerblick. Spitzen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für Pizza Salami (€ 7,50 )und Spaghetti aglio/olio(€ 7,50). Preiswerter als im Binnenland. Cola 0,2 l( € 2,60). Absolut saubere Toiletten. Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Wahrscheinlich nur Frust abgelassen. Wir kommen gern wieder, aber nicht wegen des Ortes Scharbeutz.

Absolute recommendation!! Such a nice team, always courteous and friendly. You still count as a guest. And the food is super delicious. Plus right on the beach with a perfect view. A MUST for us every time we are in Scharbeutz.

Typical location for Scharbeutz. One of many Italians. The offer is right and everything is there that such a location needs. The prices are now not particularly for a tourist attraction. For some dishes I would like more and/or a different consistency. Some seasonal dishes are not my thing, but that is a personal assessment. Basically you can't go wrong in this restaurant, but you shouldn't expect much else.

No, no, that was nothing. Due to the location of the restaurant, it is still enough for 2 stars, but if you reduced the rating to the food, you would only get 1 star. So honestly, there were two of us and we both had an appetizer and a pizza. The bruschetta bread was totally limp and the topping was bland and relatively tasteless. Bruschetta as we know and love it (small crusty bread, chopped tomatoes, garlic, oil) tastes worlds (!!) better. The tomato salad was a combination of ingredients that you wouldn't have had on your plate when you ordered a tomato salad. Arugula, basil, large, tasteless tomatoes, small cocktail tomatoes, balsamic dressing. If the only thing missing was mozzarella, then it would have been two dishes at once. No, fewer ingredients and of better quality would have been better in this case. Let's get to the pizzas. Basically both pizzas were almost tasteless. Which is something you first have to do with a Tonno pizza. According to the menu, the second pizza (Militare) contained garlic but unfortunately there was no trace of it to be found or tasted on the pizza. Overall, ZERO spice. Both pizzas were quite burnt on the bottom. Which unfortunately made up most of the flavor. Well, the only thing that helps is seasoning. You think! The salt shaker was at the start but unfortunately the salt was so clumped together that it just wouldn't come out of the shaker. Honestly, it's such a shame...Such a great location and such a result. Oh, I'd bet...While the service, at least the people we came into contact with, certainly come from Italy, the chefs haven't even driven past Italy. It sounds a bit mean but the message behind it must be clear. The pizzas and starters really had nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Point !

Great food, friendly and courteous staff and a direct view of the sea. The interior is a bit old, but we come mainly because of the very good food. The Pizza Diavola is, among other things, very, very good.

Food and drinks tasted good. Service was friendly and food was served quickly. Ambiance is generally very nice but could be cleaner, dirty chairs, windows very dirty, some cutlery has been lying around for a long time.

Very tasty food especially potatoes with meat, many thanks to the chef from Italy. Excellent red wine Primitivo and the most delicious dessert tiramisu. The staff is very attentive, fast and friendly. This has been one of my favorite restaurants for three years. Thanks to the chef and staff🌹

We spontaneously stopped here for breakfast today. Mega delicious to our complete satisfaction, sea view, great service. We will definitely have dinner there, even if we have to drive an hour. By the way: the location is very clean!

Very arrogant older waiter, brings the wrong dish and puts the blame on the guest. Just a shameless rip-off and no insight at all. True to the motto: If they are only tourists on weekends, we can rip them off.

We were there for breakfast on Sunday. A great selection and great service. Beautiful with a view of the Baltic Sea. All this for €17 with all hot drinks. Lunch was also offered at a sensational price. However, it was in the off-season. This is very creative to ensure a full house out of season. There, gastronomy is lived with a lot of joy and with perfect service.

A restaurant directly behind the dune with a view of the Baltic Sea. At the end of January, the restaurant was moderately busy at lunchtime; the menu of mussels on spaghetti was excellent and inexpensive. We'd love to come back.

Wir sind des Öfteren im Urlaub in Scharbeutz und gehen gerne ins Rosario.Die Kalbsleber mit Salbeisoße war oberlecker.Vorweg Bruscetta Diavolo total zu empfehlen.

Die Kombination der freundlichen Bedienung mit dem hervorragenden Essen ( Penne in Parmesansoße mit italienischen Trüffeln) ist eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub in Scharbeutz, am Arbeitstag haben wir im Rosario gefrühstückt. Es war sehr gut. Eine super Auswahl, lecker, reichlich! Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war so semi gut,. Typisch Ostsee Restaurant in guter Lage. Für die Qualität in jedem Fall zu teuer.

Meine Freundin und ich waren, wie schon so oft zum Mittagessen im Rosario. Sie hatte eine wunderbare Pizza, ich ein Gericht von der Tageskarte mit Hähnchenbrusfiletstreifen, picanter Tomatensosse mit knackigem Gemüse, Kapern und Oliven. Genauso wie ich es mag.

Wir sind hier seit vielen, vielen Jahren mindestens 2x pro Jahr. Aber nur zum Muschelessen! Daher kann ich nicht sagen, wie die anderen Gerichte sind. Die Miesmuscheln in Tomatensauce sind aber die besten, die man in Norddeutschland bekommt! Zumindest finden wir das. Der Preis ist fair und die Portion ist sehr üppig. Danke an den Koch! Und der Blick ist natürlich großartig. Der Service ist immer aufmerksam und es gab noch kein Mal, an dem der Chef nicht persönlich im Restaurant war und geschaut hat, dass alles läuft.

Ein schönes Plätzchen direkt am Strand. Während man die leckere Pizza genießt kann man die Ostsee beobachten.

Das Restaurant hat eine wunderschöne Aussenterasse mit tollem Meerblick. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind teilweise echt gesalzen. Man muss überlegen ob der wirkliche Schöne Meerblick einem diese Preise wert sind. Denn Hochklassiges Essen ist es leider nicht nur Hochpreisig. Aber der Service war sehr gut.

Super schönes Ambiente, direkt am Strand mit Blick auf das Meer. Mittelmäßiges Essen. Die Spaghetti de Mare waren eine Katastrophe. Die Muscheln waren verkocht die Tintenfisch Ringe wabbelig. Die Antipastiplatte war mittelmäßig.

Top Lage, erste Reihe am Meer gelegen, Innenausstattung ist okay aber auch nichts besonderes. Alles war sauber, Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut, Preis/Leistung passte allem in allem. Wir sind hier öfter mal im Sommer wie im Winter. Empfehlen kann ich Salat und Pizza. Man kann hier aber auch Kaffee und Kuchen bei Meerblick nett genießen. Wir kommen wieder.
