Worst pizza we've ever had. The dough looks like a finished product, with a dollop of tomato sauce and a slice of ham spread on the pizza. One point is for the service.

For me this is a very special restaurant for personal reasons. Super nice location. The pizza is incredibly good, the dough is super tasty. You get free bread with oil.

It is a complete mystery to me and my wife how one can rate the food in this "restaurant" positively. This evening we each ordered a pizza, but of different types. It took less than 5 minutes for the food to be served. HELLO, 5 MINUTES FOR A PIZZA? I cut my pizza, put a piece in my mouth and just felt a completely tasteless rubber mass. There was no question of taste. Simply inedible! My wife felt the same way. I immediately complained to the staff and they took the food back, only to serve it to us again 5 minutes later, warmer, a little croissant or blacker, but no better. We ate some of it, but then we couldn't eat it anymore. We paid and left the restaurant. We also noticed how two other guests also complained. The restaurant wasn't worth one star. In our opinion it is simply not recommended.

After a stroll through Scharbeutz we got hungry. Our destination was the "Ristorante Salentino". The pizza🍕 that we ordered tasted fluffy and we were pleasantly surprised, we haven't eaten such a delicious pizza for a long time... and it was also inexpensive I.Very nice service..😃we will definitely come back..

We have been enjoying the delicious traditional Italian dishes for 30 years - the pink cognac sauce, for example as gamberoni dolce vita, is my highlight - but the tomato soup and the macaroni Gorgonzola are also delicious and genuine craftsmanship and not system gastronomy - hopefully it will stay with us for a long time 🙏

We ordered takeaway food. Unfortunately there are no children's portions to take away. The dishes were prepared quickly and packaged optimally. The food was very tasty and not too expensive for the quality. There are plenty of seating options. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Best pizza in Scharbeutz. Really really good! 😋 If I bother to write a review then it means something. Everyone was really nice and still traditionally Italian. We always picked up our pizza and ate it on the beach opposite. Really very tasty dough. We'd love to come back. We also ate there and that was good too 👍🏼

I hate to say it, but that was the worst steak of my life. The bad thing wasn't that it was burnt. That happens. The outrageous thing was that I could see from the waiter and the chef's faces that they knew it was burnt and gave me steak anyway, without a word, for the full price. Not acceptable for this price. There are better restaurants nearby that make more of an effort.

An Italian ristorante with delicious dishes. We mostly eat pasta and pizza, which are recommended without exception. Immediately after ordering, there is a greeting from the kitchen consisting of herbs marinated in olive oil. White bread is served with this. The perfect appetizer. The service staff is friendly and the preparation goes quickly.

For around 20 years we have been going to our Italian restaurant on an irregular basis to dine there. We are always given the feeling of being a welcome guest. In this restaurant, which is located almost on the beach, you can dine very well and have a very nice view of the Baltic Sea. The always friendly staff is very friendly and competent, which rounds off the stay perfectly. Simply great, fun and joy in life. Keep it up !

Unfortunately, this restaurant visit is one of the worst. Young waiter (son possibly) looked at us aggressively and threateningly and became very demanding without us doing anything. Maybe it's due to the character, but it was very inappropriate and should be worked on again. We ate a pizza that, unfortunately, the dough and toppings were very reminiscent of a bad frozen ready-made pizza. The spaghetti carbonara we also had tasted very milky and the milk separated from the sauce and pasta. (Flazy) - not recommended. In addition, there were millions of fruit flies flying around outside the restaurant - but I don't want to include them here. After we didn't tip because of these points, we also got a very strange look from the owner and were then ignored. Never again, there are better shops.

The chanterelles were canned and oversalted, the potatoes were not cooked and there was a bone in the separate salad (different bowl). The waiter brought the criticism to the boss, the boss came and handed us the bill without a word. Bad customer service!

We were in the restaurant when it was as crowded as possible, early in the evening, the start of the shooting festival, and everything was very full. Nevertheless, we still got a seat and were able to eat our pizza in no time. The men were incredibly fast. Greatest respect for that alone. The pizza was great and so was the tiramisu. Top Italian!

Pizza was solid, nothing special but good. The food came super quickly, which really surprised us. Baked pasta was also good, but the highlight was the ravioli from the chef. Incredibly delicious, could possibly have a few more. Card payment was also possible upon request.

There were four of us here. Three pizzas incredibly bad and one salad nice. Unbelievable, the salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, a quartered tomato, two slices of cucumber, two very thin slices of sheep's cheese and on top there was a very bad-looking slice of cooked ham. Something like that for €16.90. They don't even know what a salad means. A rip-off like this probably works best here and during the holidays.

A rather mediocre store. But probably the cheapest option for eating out in the area. We won't come back...promise! Even if the waiter shouts "pregooooo" loudly at you with every gesture at the table 😒 graci... Ciao🤌

Salentino, an authentic Italian. Really Italian cuisine. Starter, main course and dessert are simply good. We will be back definitely.

Bad food. Noodles are not done. Paid about 50 euros and at the end we were asked to go out because they had a lunch break. But quickly collect another 50 euros. We didn't eat the noodles that weren't cooked through. We still had to pay for it. Messy stuff like that. We had to take our food with us and continue eating outside

It has become very expensive and the food is no longer as good as it used to be. We have always been regulars here but that is now over. €17.20 for a calzone pizza is clearly too much. A pity.

Also on this holiday we visited the Ristorante Salentino again on our first evening. We weren't disappointed this time either. Delicious food and very friendly service staff. We will definitely eat there again. I can't understand the 1 star reviews. Maybe you should think about your own demeanor before you just give everything a bad rating. We can definitely recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't a highlight and there was also a lack of warmth. The calzone was simply filled with salami slices on the slices of cooked ham and a little cheese, unfortunately too simple and unloving. The onion soup was very bland, little bread and little cheese. The bread we got at the beginning was dry and cold. Unfortunately, pizza was only standard, even in the kebab shop the pizza is better. Instead of Coca-Cola, they didn't point out to me that there was only Pepsi. Unfortunately, it's a shame for spontaneous Italians.

So far, Salentino has always been worth a visit on our Baltic Sea holidays. But now we were very disappointed. The pizza didn't taste good and was soggy in the middle or the dough wasn't baked through yet. Then a waiter tipped the tray of drinks over our table, spilling beer all over my daughter's skirt. Sure, it can happen. But: There was neither an apology nor a small ice cream or a drink as a courtesy. And that doesn't work at all. So unfortunately there is no photo of us and no goodbye.

Food is mediocre, not terrible but also far from good. Service was inattentive. The atmosphere is rather spartan inside, the terrace is nicer. Paying by card was a huge problem, it was annoying.

Als Gruß aus der Küche ein Kräuteröl (?) und warmes aber sehr tockenes Brot. Das gab es dann auch zur Vorspeisenplatte, die in sich aber stimmig war. Die Hauptgerichte waren OK, aber nicht mehr als das. Die Bedienung wuselte zwischen den Tischen herum, sehr dienstbeflissen. Preislich gab es keine Überraschung, das Ganze war knapp die Summe Wert. Nur das Öl vom Anfang machte noch den gesamten Abend Probleme...

Because of the great location, we decided to eat at Salentino. Unfortunately the food was a complete disappointment. The pizza wasn't crispy, just soggy. Only inferior ingredients were used for the topping and cheese was almost non-existent. We definitely won't be coming here again.

Creepy food, pizzas made from a ready-made mixture... bad cheese (no mozzarella), it could be Edam but with too much fat, the whole pizza floated..... Quaint and rustic and clean atmosphere, which was very simple but well received by us. We ate a Quattro stagioni / a pizza salami & a tuna pizza, the dough actually tasted quite good and not like some people write after finishing the dough! Of course that's the same thing with the surface! There could have been more to the salami or tuna pizza. The service was excellent and the Merlot also tasted like a merlot! Advantage for families with dogs, they are also welcome...

Today I ordered three pizzas (two Margherita, one Salentino) by phone and picked them up in less than 10 minutes. I became slightly skeptical at that point. The pizzas were really not good. The dough had nothing to do with typical Italian dough (it tasted more like ready-made dough) and was very dark on the bottom. The pizza also had no spices and there was hardly any cheese (especially in the Salentino). The size was also very clear. My two children find some frozen pizzas tastier (that's saying something). By the way, the Salentino cost 16 euros and is absolutely not good value for money. However, the service on site was friendly. It's a shame, the food was much better a few years ago. So we go to the other Italian restaurant, which is only 5 minutes away.

Nice service, unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. The pizza dough and the bread beforehand were anything but authentic Italian, no yeast dough. The cheese on the pizza is not mozzarella but Gouda. The pizza was also very small for the price. A pity!

We ordered a Pizza Margherita and a Pizza Frutti di Mare. The pizza dough is different than what you find in other pizzerias, but still very tasty. The pizza is very generously topped, but unfortunately it lacked a little seasoning, hence one star less. The service is good, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. You don't have to wait long for your food and dogs are allowed in the restaurant. We were there with four dogs.

The employees were nice and friendly. We spontaneously got a table in the evening (out of season). The ambience is not particularly appealing and the tables are very close together, which I don't find ideal. I had a pizza for dinner, but I can't really recommend it. Takeaway food not recommended. Lettuce leaves brown edges. Pizza Romana and Margherita no taste. Pasta with cream sauce too salty. Just walk-in customers.

Expensive. Pizza, for example, from €17.90 (no, it's definitely not that great!) Spaghetti Bolognese just under 16. Wine 0.2 €7.90. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Mushrooms, for example, taste like they come from a can, experienced twice as much. Guest room full of fruit flies, eating undisturbed is not possible. Ambiance boring, dreary, loveless. 4 service staff in the room, one of whom is permanently leaning against the wall, waiting for the order to be placed despite the tables not even being half full. As a long-time experienced service worker with a cook at home, conclusion from 2 visits: Not me again.

We were there last year. Waiter took us to the last corner. There were fruit flies on the food and unfortunately we had an extremely bad stomach the next day.

I actually didn't want to write a review, but after this unbearable stomach ache and nausea, I have to write it. Today we ordered pizza three times. All three were way too greasy, lukewarm and in my pizza with shrimp, the shrimp tasted spoiled. The pizzas were all unseasoned and didn't taste at all, as if they had been prepared the day before with an additional layer of oil on top. I wanted to talk about how anyone could mess up a pizza so badly, but my mom stopped me and took the pizzas to go. She calmed my mood, but now with all the stomach pains I can't hold back anymore. Not even our drinks were filled to the top. My Coke Zero was only half full.

The pizza was full of oil, so the dough was soaked in grease in the middle. That's disgusting. When paying and clearing away we weren't asked if the food was good and if you look at the prices of this restaurant it's clear that this is a tourist trap.

Overall, unfortunately not recommended, salads not fresh and drowned in vinegar and oil, pizza like it was warmed up from the day before, pasta without any kick. No thanks.

Wir haben uns spontan Pizza mitgenommen. Die war super. Gern Mal wieder im Restaurant.

Spontaner Entschluss im Salentinos Außenbereich zu essen. Die Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen und das Getränk auch umgehend frisch an den Tisch gebracht, sowie ein frisches Panini und ein Schälchen Knoblauchöl, welches aber für meinen Geschmack "etwas" zu salzig war. Ohne eine besonders lange Wartezeit folgte dann das Hauptgericht: "Maccaroni Gorgonzola". Es schmeckte recht gut, jedoch hätte auch hier ein Hauch weniger Salz drin sein können und dafür ein wenig mehr Sauce. Zur Kartenzahlung kann man hier nur die EC-Karte nehmen, andere Kreditkarten werden abgelehnt. Über die Sanitäreinrichtung kann ich nichts schreiben, da nicht besucht.

Super leckere Gerichte, Freundliches Personal und italienisches Flair.

Wir machen seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig Urlaub in Scharbeutz und gehen zu 80-90% der Tage ins Salentino. Das sagt doch alles ! Einfach selbst ausprobieren und seine eigene Meinung bilden. Uns schmeckt es jedesmal u wir sind voll auf zufrieden.

Essen war okay. Würde aber nicht nochmal hingehen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht okay. Und das Ambiente hat die besten Jahre leider auch hinter sich.

Es war ein schöner Besuch. Super nettes Personal und das Essen war extrem lecker. Bis jetzt mein bester Besuch bei einem Italiener.

Sehr enttäuscht, Vorspeise war ok, Spagetti mit 19,50 Eur ganz schön teuer und hat uns auch von der Qualität und geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Sollte Putenfleisch drin sein, war auch, aber schmeckte alt und zäh..ecklig.. Toilette war auch sehr dreckig..einzig die Bedienung war top..wir kommen nicht wieder!

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber die Preise für die Qualität waren relativ hoch. Der Service freundlich, Ambiente rustikal. Leider wurden wir vergessen mit unserem Essen. Durch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis würde ich nur 3 Sterne vergeben

Alles eine 5 von 5. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und für diesen Preis bekommt man nicht mehr oft so eine Portion. Der Service ist Italienisch und sehr engagiert. Das typische Italienische Ambiente ist hier auch zu finden. Wir waren jetzt schon das 2 mal hier und würden immer wieder kommen

Pizza so lala. Für ein italienisches Restaurant ist es sehr traurig, dass Fertigteig verwendet wird. Schmeckt wie eine TK-Pizza welche dann noch viel zu verbrannt ist. Mein Tipp: Frischen Teig (24-48h) verwenden und anstatt 420*C nur 360*C heizen und die Pizza dafür ein paar min. länger drin lassen. Es ist übertrieben teuer, zu laut und viel zu hecktisch. Der nicht sprechende Chef an der Bar schreit die Mitarbeiter an, wenn diese mal wieder das Essen falsch ausgeben. Bei uns wollte man 2x falsches Essen abliefern. Sorry, aber für diese unverschämten Preise darf man etwas anderes erwarten!

Man sitzt sehr schön im Pavillon mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Waffel mit Erdbeeren hat gut geschmeckt, war aber auch recht teuer. Wir mussten einige Zeit warten, bis die Waffeln und die Getränke kamen. Ebenso auf die Rechnung. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso. Vielleicht fehlte an dem Tag zufällig Personal.

Haben die schlechteste Pizza seit Ewigkeiten gegessen. Teuer und einem Italiener nicht würdig. Bestuhlung hässlich und Bedienung unmotiviert.

Wollten hier Nachmittags nur was trinken, um zu entscheiden ob man da Abends mal essen gehen kann. Draußen waren noch viele Tische frei, aber das "nur was trinken" wurde sehr arrogant beantwortet und ein Tisch erstmal abgelehnt. Als wir dann direkt wieder gehen wollten, durften wir dann doch Platz nehmen. Die haben es anscheinend echt nicht nötig. Auf ein Abendessen hier werden wir auf alle Fälle verzichten.

Gute und schmackhafte Pizza die gut belegt waren. Freundlicher Service und angemessene Preise.

Wir hatten eine Pizza Salami und Spagetti Cabonara. Leider war beides sehr fettig wobei die Nudeln noch etwas besser waren als die Pizza. Service und Ambiente hingegen gut.

Urtypisches italienisches Restaurant mit italienischer Speisekarte. Die Portionen, Lasagne und Penne mit Spinat und Gorgonzolasauce, waren reichhaltig und lecker. Die Preise waren im unteren Preissegment. Sehr erfreulich! Eine kleine Terrasse mit geschätzten 20-30 Sitzplätzen und das gleiche an Sitzplätzen innen. Die Servicekräfte, ausschließlich Italiener/innen waren super nett und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir waren nachmittags spontan im Salentino nach einem langen Strandspaziergang. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Wir saßen draußen, das Ambiente ist eher altmodisch und nicht hochwertig. Wir hatten Pizza Vegetaria mit frischen Zutaten, es war gut gewürzt und Spaghetti Bolognese, die wenig Fleisch hatte. Das Brot vorweg war lecker, kam leider mit dem Hauptgang.

Grauenvoll und ecklig! Ganz schlechter Service, nach der Beschwerde dass das Essen kalt ist und nicht schmeckt, keine Reaktion. Nie wieder da hin

Geht da bloß nicht hin!!! Essen, trotz Besucherandrang in gewohnter altbewährter Qualität. Ein echter Italiener. Top. Service, top. Bei der Tischreservierung wurde um Nachsicht gebeten, wei sie unter absolutem Personalmangel leiden. Davon war nichts zu bemerken. Alle waren nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir weiterhin dort immer einen Tisch bekommen wollen, rate ich allen davon ab, da hinzugehen!

Teuer und mittelmäßig! Einzig die Ravioli mit Feigen, Parmesanfüllung waren klasse, aber zu teuer. Die Pizza war echtes Mittelmaß und extrem überteuert.

Die Pizzen sind lecker und original italienisch, der Boden ist hauchdünn, der Rand knusprig, der Belag ausreichend. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nur die Berliner Schnauze an der Anmeldung.

Nachdem wir im Juni schon einmal die Lokalität besucht haben, und von diesem Essen begeistert waren, haben wir diesemal etwas gewählt was man eigentlich nicht falsch machen kann. Tortellini in Sahnesauce und Pizza Meeresfrüchte Ich esse gerne mal eine Meeresfrüchtepizza und warte immer noch auf die Pizzeria, die mir eine Pizza serviert wo der Belag den Preis auch rechtfertigt. Soll heißen, das ich diesmal auch wieder enttäuscht wurde. Sie war schon ganz gut belegt, aber das Tüpelchen auf dem "I" war es noch nicht. Meine Frau hatte die Tortellini und diese schmeckten ihr ganz gut, sie waren halt auch sehr mächtig. So viel zu dem Essen!! Ich möchte hier aber auch einmal etwas anderes bewerten, nämlich die Örtlichkeiten auf der anderen Seite, nämlich die Toiletten,und hier speziell die der Herren. Nach dem ganzen Getrinke geht's auf die Toilette und da traf mich schon fast der Schlag. Es sah aus wie auf einem Handgranatenwurfstand, dreckig und unordentlich. Das Pissoir war verstopft und lief nur ganz langsam wieder ab. Ein unschönes Thema, aber auch da sollte man wert drauf legen. Es darf auch in solch einem Lokal zwischenzeitlich mal die Toilette begutachtet und gereinigt werden. Weder stellt man sich gerne auf solch eine Toilette noch setzt man sich gerne auf eine solche. Da bestünde durchaus extremer Nachholbedarf das ab und an mal zu reinigen, ordentlich wieder herzurichten. Deswegen bewerte ich hier diesmal nicht das Essen, sondern mal die Lokalität und die Toilette, ziehe da den Durchschnitt raus und ziehe daraus meine Schlüsse.

Es ist okay.. aber ungemütlich, eingerichtet wie vor 20 Jahren .. Nette Kellner .. ‚Kleiner Gruß‘ aus der Küche ist, trockenes Brot mit irgendeinem Öl,.. wäre schon anders wenn das Brot warm und frisch wäre ..

Voller Erwartung haben wir hier unseren letzten Abend im Urlaub verbracht. Das Bestellte kam recht schnell, jedoch war der Aperol Spritz sehr warm, wodurch er mit den Eiswürfeln sofort furchtbar wässrig wurde und man ihn nicht mehr trinken konnte. Es schmeckte nur noch nach Wasser. Saltimbocca wurde mit einer Rahmsoße aus dem (vermtl. Knorr-) Päckchen serviert und ein wenig zerstückelte Salbeiblätter drauf geworfen, kein Geschmack vorhanden. Herber Vergleich, da wir eine Woche vorher in der Heimat ein perfektes gegessen haben für 9€ weniger pro Portion. Der Pizzateig war sehr dick und nicht gut gewürzt, Italien ist etwas völlig anderes. Zudem war es sehr fraglich, dass Stammgäste in Coronazeiten von einem Angestellten nach dem anderen ohne Mundschutz mit Küssen begrüßt wurden und diese danach ohne Mundschutz sehr nah zu uns heran kamen, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Wir sind enttäuscht geflüchtet. Massenabfertigung zu Wucherpreisen für das Gebotene.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden, Essen war super, Pizza sehr lecker, Bedienung absolute spitze, sehr aufmerksam und total kinderfreundlich

Spontan ausgewähltes Lokal. Wir hatten Antipasti, diverse Pizzen und Tortelloni. Die Antipasti und die Tortelloni (Feigen-Käse—Füllung in Orangensauce) waren über dem Durchschnitt. Die Pizzen in Ordnung. Auf Grund der wirklich guten Bedienungen und des Essens 5 Punkte.

Ich habe selten eine so miserable Pizza gegessen. Die Muscheln waren von einer Konsistenz, über die ich nicht nachdenken möchte. Der Pizzaboden labberig.Allerdings kann man der Kellner wegen hingehen. Die haben absoluten Unterhaltungswert.

Sehr nette Bedienung und ausgezeichnetes Essen. Gute Auswahl. Ich hatte hausgemachte Ravioli mit Feta/Feigen Füllung (saisonales Angebot) und kann dies wirklich weiterempfehlen Man musste nicht lange warten.

Tolle Atmosphäre in diesem Lokal. man fühlt sich wie in Italien!! Die Kellner sind humorvoll und verstehen ihr Handwerk. Die Pizzen sind verbesserungswürdig,vorallem der Pizzaboden geht gar nicht. Pasta war gut. Alles in allem ok.
