Always great on site. We ordered spagetti agliolio home and have done so in the past. We were told on the phone that it should NOT be SPICY, this was always taken into account. We have someone in the family who cannot tolerate spicy foods. While eating it we realized that it was extremely spicy. When we called for clarification, we were not treated kindly! We were told that this dish was spicy and that we should order another one. We have never experienced service like this before. As usual, we communicated our request on the phone and the gentleman who took the order repeated this again. There was no apology or anything, we are VERY disappointed and upset. We have ordered from you very often but unfortunately we will not do so in the future.

Hello, yesterday we thought we would have a nice meal at an Italian restaurant. As we passed, the smell of delicious food hit our noses, and the menu also smiled at us. We decided to go in and fortunately we got a seat straight away. At the beginning we were served by a nice waiter. We ordered the food and it came very quickly. However, appearances are deceiving. The Margherita had too much cheese and was clearly missing the Italian flare. When we wanted to pay, no one came after we asked several times. When someone came, it turned out that the water cost €7! Water is a basic need. Shocking compared to the pizza, which was only two euros more expensive. After this experience, we moved on.

We had a wonderful meal in this restaurant, very tasty, the lemonades were also great. The food & drinks came quite quickly, everything was prepared correctly and nicely. The prices were really okay, not cheap but not exorbitant either. Some of the staff seemed a bit uninterested, but all in all we were very satisfied! We will definitely eat there again.

Carpaccio and bruschetta had a lot of balsamic vinegar on it, which makes everything taste like it. Lasagna was watery and not much dough. Adding ham and mushrooms is strange, but that is a matter of taste. Pizzas all had the same shape, crazy chewy base and turned out to be whole. Little taste. Pizzas were delivered much earlier than the lasagna. Service itself friendly. The whole thing had nothing of Italian food or an Italian restaurant.

Unfortunately, my pizza wasn't anything special. The crust was only crispy on the outside. It was unfortunately soft in the middle. The cooked ham on the pizza tasted like it came from a discount store.

We got a table reserved on the same day as we wanted to eat. The food was so good and my pizza (vegetaria) was the best I had ever eaten so far. RECOMMENDATION! If I come back to Scharbeutz, I'll come back here straight away

We were there twice around New Year's Eve 2024. Completely full the first time and lots of reservations. Nevertheless, the extremely friendly team organized a table for the four of us. We made a reservation on January 1st, 2025, which would not have been absolutely necessary. The team always had a perfect overview and looked after the guests and us with outstanding friendliness. All of the dishes were excellent and seemed consistently fresh. Special requests were also no problem. Any time! Thanks!

Only the location of the restaurant is great, right on the beach avenue! Everything else leaves something to be desired. Neither the ambience nor the service could convince us, let alone the food. Maybe a fish platter at an Italian restaurant isn't a good choice, but a lasagna should probably be possible. Hunger drove it in. It's a shame, we won't be coming back.

Service friendly, atmosphere nice. Unfortunately, for our taste, pizza is worse than any frozen pizza. The dough was thin, soft and tasteless, more like a tarte flambée. Didn't seem like an Italian stone oven pizza. All of that would have been possible... But the tomato sauce, which, along with the dough, is the heart of a good pizza, didn't have the sweet, delicious taste, but tasted more like a herb paste. As if you had mixed tomato paste with frozen herbs or put some kind of herbal pesto in it. Why?! In our opinion, the bread with the soup was not homemade, but tasted like it came from a bag. We don't know of any Italian restaurant where you can't get homemade bread. Wheat products are an Italian's hobbyhorse. Like soggy toast out of a bag. Our overall impression is that a lot of work is done with finished products and it is more of a kind of mass production. Too bad. We were really hoping for more as the store was packed and the reviews spoke for themselves. As we all know, tastes can be debated and for some it seems to be enough, but for us it was the last visit.

The starter plate was really not good, the bread unfortunately wasn't either, the main courses were still ok, the service was average. Waited over half an hour between starter and main course. There is no reason for us to eat here again. It's a shame actually.

Were there for the first time. Reception quite friendly. Service itself is ok too. Waiting time for food was a bit long (according to the waiter it took so long because they were cleaning the ventilation). Food was ok too, just a bit fun for my taste.

Today we felt like pizza...We were warmly greeted and before we had taken off our jackets, the menu was on the table with the friendly question of what we would like to eat...less than 2 minutes later again...we were very happy difficult with the menu because it wasn't easy to read the dishes due to the patterned background...again we were asked what it was...so we didn't order a pizza from the menu, but with the toppings that came to our attention I agreed head on...it wasn't a problem either...the pizza came very quickly and was disappointing...the dough was far too thin and tasteless, no tasty edge...the tomato sauce had a nasty taste, and there was cheese on it too not tasty... the work here is done on a mass basis... you get the feeling that the staff is happy when you leave...

We were at Camping SeeParx with the motorhome and didn't feel like cooking. We had delicious food delivered to us: mixed salad, vegetable antipasto, pasta with spinach, cream sauce and gratinated cheese, and of course a tiramisu shouldn't be missing. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and tasted fantastic. A clear recommendation from us and a full number of stars! We will definitely come back and then we will spoil ourselves in the restaurant!!

It was a good and relatively cheap meal. With the heaters in the anteroom it was very warm, when they were on it was a bit cool. I would eat here again.

The only note: The service, including other guests, waited longer after being seated and drinks and food were taken straight away. So no drinks query before choosing food. That didn't bother me, but it did surprise me... Overall, I can only recommend it!

The restaurant was busy, but the employees were all professional and very friendly. The food, we had three different pizzas, was super tasty. We found the price-performance ratio to be appropriate. The location is great, the restaurant is nice, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The junior (12 years old) was also enthusiastic. Despite having booked in advance, the table in the winter garden was not prepared for us, as is common in other restaurants. There were eight of us and two tables were quickly pushed together. There wasn't enough space. We sat in the passage and despite requesting that another heater be turned on, it was only turned on when another table was occupied. For an Italian cuisine, only the name is Italian. The pizzas are thin and limp, tagliatelle with salmon had no taste, the baked pasta was very salty. The children's meal was served in a very deep soup bowl so that the child could not eat independently. If it were possible, we would have given 0 stars.

Picked up two hungry children from Hansapark yesterday. Due to traffic jams on the A1, we decided to eat on site. We drove along the promenade and headed for the "first" Italian restaurant - the Sorrento. And what can I say: discovered a new favorite Italian :-) The food was very tasty. On the one hand, the "Pizza inferno" was my two favorite pizzas (Diavolo and Napoli) combined in one, which I thought was great; On the other hand, my son's penne (which I was allowed to try) was pretty good too. As a hamburger, I'm less likely to be in the corner, but I'm happy to come back when I get the chance.

We actually always enjoy being here. The food is delicious and noodle swap requests are fulfilled. There was too much sauce on the pasta (for my taste), but I can change that next time. The Spezi made a somewhat “thin” taste. Homemade lemonade is not recommended. It tasted like too much syrup in sparkling water. The service is ok, although there is definitely something that can be done in terms of cordiality. The restrooms (and the path there) are a bit old. Maybe you should think about a refresh.

They were kind enough to deliver a single pizza to my hotel while on vacation. I didn't want to go out that evening. I ordered ham & mushrooms and the pizza was great! Thin, crispy, freshly topped 😋 I'll be happy to come back any time, even straight to the restaurant!

Very long waiting times. The drinks and appetizers were prepared quickly. Unfortunately, the main dishes (pizza, pasta dish) took over an hour to prepare and were then served to the table in annoyance by the waitress. When the order was taken, there was no mention of the longer waiting times, nor was there an apology for the long waiting time when being served. Dessert also took a long time to arrive. The pizza tasted good, the pasta dish was ok. Something also seemed to have gone wrong at the neighboring tables.

Hello, I have to say that my salami pizza was not ok, it wasn't cooked through and the salami didn't taste good either My companions had pizza salami pizza rustika and spaghetti bolognese and were also not satisfied! Waiting time was also not ok, we waited 1 hour 30! Conclusion: I would not visit again!

We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food only to be absolutely disappointed. The pizzas were undercooked and tasted warmed up and old. In addition, our drinks and food were literally “slammed” onto the table with the comment that we should sort things out ourselves. The relatively nice ambience was only due to the beach, as we sat in the middle of the sidewalk.

Very good cuisine, very original Italian which is wonderful, the staff is great, has everything in view and is extremely polite. Pleasantly surprised even on the second visit. Is highly recommended.

Get a free table without a reservation, albeit on the sidewalk. The waiter immediately asks for the drinks (we didn't have a menu yet), specials and a lemonade. "We don't have lemonade!", brings a friend and two cards. Lemonade is called Sprite here! The waiter brings the Sprite, comes back two minutes later and wants to take the order with the words "Finally found something?" After about 10 minutes food was brought. The food was carelessly prepared, the schnitzel was perhaps 5mm thick including the breading but the taste was ok, the noodles were salty. Waiters, no matter who they are, no smile, unfriendly, don't know their own menu, you had the feeling you should eat quickly and make room for the next guest. Once and never again!

Super friendly staff with delicious food right on the promenade. After we were first assigned a place in the aisle, we were even asked whether we would prefer to sit by the window - we wanted to, as the only thing that separates you from the beach is the street, which is not very busy in the evening. The food and appetizers were there in under 15 minutes and were very tasty.
