We were there on a Sunday. The food was good and plentiful. The service was very attentive. It was a bit cramped, but overall really good. 👍💪

This wasn't our first time here, and everything was once again completely satisfactory. The value for money is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and everything we've ordered so far has been very good 👍

We went to the Christmas buffet on Christmas Eve. To maximize their profits, we were seated right by the entrance (without any shelter), making it incredibly cold and drafty. The food was either undercooked or overcooked. The meat in the kale was overcooked, and the poultry was undercooked (at least mine was, and that of several other guests). There was only one type of side dish available at a time. First, boiled potatoes, then dumplings after 49 minutes, and finally, eventually, fried potatoes. So, you had to figure out what to do with your main course depending on what side dish was available. The red cabbage and Brussels sprouts were similarly unavailable. It was a disappointment for Christmas Eve.

Having visited three years ago at Easter and given it five stars, we were looking forward to the Christmas buffet today. Unfortunately, there was hardly any Christmas decoration, but that's the least of our complaints. The menu advertised numerous side dishes besides goose, duck, kale, salmon, and a fish platter, including croquettes, fried potatoes, truffle mashed potatoes, dumplings, etc. Some of the food was cold and not cooked properly. We arrived at 5:50 pm, and from the start, many items were missing. Until 6:30 pm, there were only boiled potatoes, and these were constantly running out. We also waited in vain until 6:35 pm for the fish platter to be refilled. When we asked the chef when the other side dishes would arrive, the only answer was, "It's not on the menu." Our complaint to the waitstaff wasn't taken seriously. Even when the platter was replenished, it was immediately empty again and insufficient for the number of guests. So, while you could always eat duck and goose, you had to hope for the side dishes, like roast potatoes or red cabbage. The chance of getting meat, vegetables, and potatoes on your plate at the same time in any form was slim. For dessert, there were two different cakes. This definitely didn't create a Christmas atmosphere. So, 5 stars ⭐️ became just 1 ⭐️, and even that's almost too much. The manager didn't really accept the feedback either. He said it was perfectly normal for a buffet not to always have everything and for items to be rotated.

We had brunch here today and everyone was thrilled. The value for money was excellent. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The service was consistently friendly and polite. Food was constantly replenished and plates were cleared. The selection was plentiful and everything we ate was delicious. It would be nice to add a standard salami/Mettwurst and a decent smoked ham. Hot drinks and a glass of Prosecco were included. It would have been nice if water and perhaps juice had also been included, as I'm used to seeing that at other restaurants. We will definitely be back, though, because everyone was so happy. Thank you to the team!

Unfortunately, it was far too crowded, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. You're shown to your table and immediately asked what you want to eat and drink, without even having a menu. You've barely sat down when the daily special arrives. As you're finishing your last bite, your plate is snatched away. It's a shame that you have to reserve tables, only to find that the same table is being used multiple times. It's simply blatant greed at the expense of the waiters. After four years, we gave it another try and it was a great success. The food (half a duck) was excellent, the red cabbage had a hint of cinnamon, the meat was very juicy, and everything was fresh. It was a lovely evening, and we're looking forward to our next visit! P.S. The staff was very attentive.

We went to the Sunday brunch buffet at Café de Vani, and it was truly fantastic! The value for money is excellent, and the selection is fresh and delicious. It was especially nice that they also offered hot dishes at lunchtime. The restaurant is modern and tastefully decorated—you immediately feel at home. All in all: absolutely recommended!

Sorry, but no. It took 30 minutes to get the menu and order drinks. 45 minutes to order food. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, the food arrived. Chicken, beef, and pork. The chicken was a halved chicken crossi patti.

We spontaneously decided to try this great restaurant on Sunday. We have to say, it was really good. Good value for money. Very friendly service. We were there early (just after opening), and that was really good with a 2-year-old. Later on, it got a bit busier (it's the holidays!!!). Nevertheless, it was perfectly fine. Lots of selection. Always freshly refilled. We can recommend it and would gladly come back.

The mountain comes to the prophet? Payment is made at the table, even if each guest is billed separately. I have to go to the central cash register inside for that? In fairness, there were only two waiters. But then you can't have that many tables available.

I've always been satisfied with the value for money, but today it was terrible. My mother ordered fish. One piece was okay, one was dry, and the third was sour. No, that couldn't be right because it was fresh fish. And then the waitress walked away and rolled her eyes. If you work in service, you should at least approach the customer in a friendly manner and apologize. If the lady had apologized and perhaps offered an espresso as compensation, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but this kind of reaction is completely unacceptable. And then the manager tells you to look around the area and find somewhere to eat for that price. And they don't offer a changing table either. Children not welcome? Then please write directly on the front door - Dry, clean fish - no children welcome.

Long waits for drinks and food. We had fish platters. The fish was dry and unflavorful, like it had been reheated yesterday. The service was unfriendly and rude. Too bad, we expected more.

We were there today for the Easter buffet and had reserved a table for 2 people for 5:30 p.m. and we were given a walk-through table to the buffet room, so there was no relaxed meal. We found all types of meat (beef, lamb, chicken and pork) and fish to be good. Side dishes didn't work at all, vegetables were way too hard and cold. But then the dessert came and it was frozen, and red jelly ready pack. We were very disappointed for the price. The service clears away plates, but otherwise everyone doesn't care what happens.

Breakfast buffet acceptable, but nothing special. Some of the cold cuts were a bit old (especially the cheese), probably from the day before. The salmon and smoked fish, on the other hand, appeared to be fresh. Unfortunately the glasses were dirty, and not just one, but it was difficult to find at least one that was at least somewhat clean. Something like this definitely shouldn't happen.

Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. You can hear the team working in the kitchen + delicious 😋 comes out (fried potatoes for 90 seconds longer). Overall: keep it up!

Absolutely not recommended. Coffee on line 12 minutes waiting time. No water or juices. And we didn't receive the promised sparkling wine either. The cut wasn't fresh but out of the packaging. The price was still too high and we left after 20 minutes.

Not a good 15 minutes for coffee, no juices, fried eggs didn't last. Detail from finished packaging. Baked rolls. Industries are something else. Went out to eat afterwards.

We had dinner there yesterday. Beforehand, I searched on Google to find a nice restaurant in Scharbeutz. The menu appealed to me straight away, the prices were cheap in comparison, I assumed that they weren't the same as in most restaurants, but no, that's exactly how it was. When you enter the restaurant, you immediately have a cozy feeling, fireplace TV, furs on the benches. The waiter came immediately, was very nice, and drinks came straight away. The food took a while, the other guests got their food quicker, I have no idea why. We were very enthusiastic about it, the schnitzel and burger were great, the salad with the schnitzel in a separate bowl on the plate, very pleasant. I ignored the fact that the schnitzel was a little black on the edge and the fries weren't quite cooked through. In any case, a very pleasant restaurant that we will definitely visit again to try the noodles!!

We are 5 people together. The food was very tasty and the price/performance ratio was great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back 👍

I ordered the daily special of kale with fried potatoes, smoked pork and sausages. I had to “look for” the kale; there were about 2 tablespoons of kale filled with grated carrots. Was very disappointed.

Excellent breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. Both savory and sweet dishes as well as a wide variety of drinks are offered here. The atmosphere is very appealing and very clean. Definitely a recommendation!

The restaurant has had a new owner since January 1st, 2024. Over a cappuccino in the afternoon we had such a nice conversation with the boss that we immediately reserved a table for the evening, veal schnitzel was very tasty, beautifully presented on great plates, food and Drinks at moderate prices and warm service! We'd love to come back and the trip out of the center is worth it.

Ich habe mit meiner Frau eine Grillplatte für zwei außer Haus bestellt und wir waren mehr als enttäuscht. Spare Rips haben gefehlt. Knusperschnitzel aus der Kühlung. Schnitzel was nicht drauf gehört und das Hüftsteak war aus Leder. Grillgemüse hat komplett gefehlt und die Pommes waren kalt. Das beste am Essen war der frische Salat. Nicht zu empfehlen, ich bestelle nicht wieder.

We saw advertising for Café de Vani and the weekly menu in the local newspaper some time ago and were able to find it again on the Internet during our current stay. This time we were impressed with the salmon on truffle puree! But the other dishes also sounded delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the service was very friendly and good and the food was simply great!! We had a really nice evening and thank you very much for it! We can highly recommend the restaurant and would be happy to come back!!

There were four of us. The reserved table was directly at the entrance to the kitchen. Although it was promised that the waitress could also use the other entrance, the food and various drinks were balanced over my head within the first three minutes. The waitress barely spoke German, so special requests were ignored. The drinks for 4 people were all placed in one place, as was the stack of beer mats and not a word was spoken. Instead of shrimp, the Landhaus Fischteller served fried fish (but that was exactly what was on the menu). Due to lack of knowledge, a receipt for the meal could not be created. Splitting the bill was an almost insoluble problem. There was neither feta nor mozzarella cheese for the large salad. Both were offered on the menu.

Essen ist sehr lecker gewesen aber die Bedienung eine Reinste Hölle ich habe mir eine Pizza mit Salami, Schinken, Pilzen, Käse, Soße und Basilikum bestellt was war drauf? Käse Soße und Pilze, Begründung er hatte mir gesagt schinken haben sie nicht, Natürlich lässt man dann auch die Salami und den Basilikum weg!!!🤨🙄

Licht und Schatten. Die Roulade mit Beilage war OK. Preis/Leistung in Ordnung. Eine Katastrophe waren allerdings die Spareribs. Frisch ist was anderes. Kaum Fleisch, nur Fett. Das wenige Fleisch total zäh. Nicht zu essen und ungenießbar. Auf die Einlassung hat der Service nicht reagiert - völlige Gleichgültigkeit.

Fünf Punkte hätte es beim Essen gegeben, wenn die Rinderroulade vorrätig gewesen wäre. Nein, das Essen war hervorragend.

Das Restaurant hat mich in vielerlei Hinsicht positiv überrascht. Schon beim Betreten fiel mir das angenehme Ambiente auf, das eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Das Speisenangebot des Restaurants ist vielfältig, und ich hatte das Vergnügen, sowohl die Bandnudeln mit Lachs als auch einen der Burger zu probieren. Die Bandnudeln mit Lachs waren außergewöhnlich lecker. Der Lachs war frisch und zart, und die Bandnudeln perfekt al dente gekocht und mit Sahnesoße verfeinert. Der Burger war ebenfalls klasse, saftig und geschmackvoll. Die Begleitung von knusprigen Kartoffelscheiben (auf der Karte als Pommes benannt) rundete das Gericht ab. Die Qualität der Speisen insgesamt war hervorragend. Besonders positiv möchte ich auch die Bedienung erwähnen, die äußerst nett und aufmerksam war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die kurze Wartezeit auf die bestellten Gerichte. Die Speisen wurden zügig serviert, ohne dass dabei die Qualität darunter litt. Ein Highlight des Restaurants ist definitiv das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die gebotene Qualität der Speisen und das tolle Ambiente stehen in einem ausgezeichneten Verhältnis zum Preis. Hier bekommt man wirklich viel für sein Geld. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem angenehmen Restaurant mit gutem Essen ist, wird hier sicherlich nicht enttäuscht.

Die Auswahl war sehr gering. Das Rührei war kalt und es gab nur 2 verschiedene Brötchen zur Auswahl. Für 20€ pro Person hätten wir mehr erwartet. Das einzig schöne ist die Terrasse draußen. Ich würde das Frühstücksbüffet nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren zum Frühstücksbuffet hier, absolut zu empfehlen, wir waren vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis begeistert, es hat an nichts gefehlt, es wurde rechtzeitig nachgelegt. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich, alles sehr sauber.

Preis Leistung ungenügend ! 10.95 Euro für ein 2 j Kind was ein Pancake gegessen hat und mal ausnahmsweise kein Latte Macchiato trinken wollte ! Für unsere 7 jährige müssten wir den vollen Erwachsenen Preis von 19.99 Euro zahlen! Das haben wir wirklich noch nirgendwo erlebt und wir gehen öfters frühstücken... Dann würde nur argumentiert es wurde die Getränkeflatrate mit gebucht weil ein Glas Wasser getrunken worden ist ! So wird heutzutage Geld gemacht... Ansonsten haben sie zum Geb den Tisch ganz ansehnlich gestaltet bzw es wurden Blumen hingestellt, das war es dann aber auch. Es war ein absolutes Standard Frühstück, weder wurde Geflügel oder Vegetarische Sachen angeboten, auch die Auswahl war sehr mager. Alles in einem niemals 19.99€ gerechtfertigt und enttäuschend...

Wir waren 2mal da und es war super lecker. Wir kommen wieder. 4 Sterne gebe ich weil es ist immer Luft nach oben gibt. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Die Speisen und der Service waren hervorragend. Die überdachte Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Plätze liegen allerdings etwas eng bei einander. Vor dem Gebäude gibt es ein paar Tische in der Sonne, dort ist mehr Platz/mehr Privatssphäre. Das Restaurant liegt nicht direkt an der Ostsee, aber der kurze Weg dorthin lohnte sich auf jeden Fall. Preislich und vom Ambiente im Vergleich zu zwei Restaurants in Niendorf, deren Karten wir angeschaut haben ein absoluter Glückssgriff. Mein erster Besuch dort, aber ganz sicher nicht mein letzter.

Wir waren am Sonntag dort und haben jeweils das Tagesgericht bestellt (Wiener Schnitzel, Spargel, Sauce Hollandaise und Kartoffeln). Was sollen wir sagen? Es war einfach nur ein Genuss. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell. Die Portion ausreichend. Alles in allem - wunderbar! Wir kommen bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt gern wieder.

Das Essen war super das Ambiente schön. Da wir erst zufrieden waren waren wir dort brunchen. Dort war die Auswahl dürftig. Unser Kind 12 kostete regulär was ich okay fand auch wenn der Kellner feststellte das sie kaum was gegessen hat. Die 2 Sekt nahmen wir nicht aber den 0,2 O-Saft mussten wir mit 2,90 Euro zahlen. Nicht nett. Nicht serviceorientiert. Schlimmer fanden wir jedoch heute Abend. Ich bestellte ein Bier-Cola Mix statt Alster.... ohne Kommentar bekam ich es. Es war exakt befüllt wie die anderen Bier und Alster am Tisch aber ich musste ein 0.5L Bier+ 0,2L Cola zahlen. Diskussion brachte gar nix. Chef hätte das so angewiesen. Also Essen gut aber wir kommen nicht mehr wieder.. Guckt lieber woanders mit korrektem Abrechnungsverhalten und einen Servicegedanken. Keine Ahnung worauf hier abgezielt wird aber nicht auf Mundpropaganda und Folgegäste.

Wir haben einen Brunch gebucht und es war nichts anderes als ein Standardfrühstück mit einer warmen Ergänzung. Lachs war sofort aus und auch auf Nachfrage nicht mehr verfügbar. Auch die Qualität war nicht wirklich berauschend. Service war wenig an uns interessiert. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Schöne Ambiente. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war super. Sehr zu empfehlen. Preisleistungsverhältnis auch super.

Grüße an den Koch 🧑‍🍳 Der Weltbeste Rotkohl den er da zaubert. Noch nie besseren Rotkohl genossen als euren. Manche Gerichte etwas zu klein. Roulade 1sehr kleine, Kroketten 4 Stück.👎 Ente sehr gut bemessene Portion 👍 Aber nochmal…… Der Rotkohl verdient nicht 5, sondern 10 Sterne ⭐️

SEHR LECKERES ESSEN...GUTE PORTIONEN UND NETTER SERVICE !!!!!

Man kann hier sehr schön sitzen (Schatten oder Sonne). Tageskarte ist perfekt! Leider gab es heute keine Scholle, keine Roulade und noch etwas nicht mehr. Wir fanden trotzdem etwas. Es ist abseits der trubeligen Promenade, paraktisch in der Zufahrtstraße zum Strand.

Die Auswahl an Speisen war groß, es gab täglich günstige Angebote und mein Essen, der Landhaus Burger, war lecker. Allerdings war der Service leider etwas überfordert, oder einfach sehr "gemütlich". Wir warteten teilweise erstaunlich lange. Obacht! Die Speisekarte, hier auf Google Maps, stimmt nicht mehr mit der rechten Karte überein. Die Preise sind jetzt alle mind. ⅓ teuer. Übrigens waren auch die Preise der Webseite nicht mehr aktuell.

Kinder zahlen den Preis von Erwachsenen fürs Frühstück. 19.90 Euro. Zudem wird das Frühstück nicht aufgefüllt und hat nicht sehr viel Auswahl. Nicht zu empfehlen. Schade

Wir waren am 1. Mai zum Brunch hier und wurden freundlich Empfangen. Büfett ausreichend und lecker, Einrichtung gemütlich und im Außenbereich kann man es sich im Strandkorb gemütlich machen. Sehr zu Empfehlen
