There were ten of us there at prime time and the food came very quickly. The attentive waiter was friendly and competent and didn't skimp on the ouzo. Food was plentiful and tasty. I deducted one star for the ambience because the prices for "Gyros gratinated in Metaxasacue" and other meat platters are about €2-3 higher than in our country (probably due to the tourist hotspot) and because the many tables give off a little Greek flair is lost. But that is misery on a high level. Great shop!

We went to the restaurant for dinner yesterday. We ordered lamb fillet and lamb chops. As a side dish there was tzatziki, rosemary potatoes and mixed salad. We were quite disappointed. The dishes were served on one plate instead of in several bowls. The rosemary potatoes were potato wedges, the mixed salad was overwhelmed by the dressing and had no taste. The food was missing salt and garlic. In addition, the door was constantly open, so we were freezing in the restaurant. The service was very nice and accommodating. The prices were too high for the food. We will refrain from another visit.

Visited two years ago and today. The food was super tasty, both quantity and quality. The service and friendliness of the staff were good and we felt comfortable. By the way, the food came after what felt like 5 minutes...insanely fast. We definitely recommend it!

You should know that this is not a Greek restaurant, but one run by Asians. Accordingly, the food is not Greek either. Example "Greek farmer's salad: had nothing to do with it, but was a mixture of finely chopped vegetables smothered in a pink and white sauce. A few olives on the edge, two pepperoni on the other and a mini piece of cheese on top. But there still seem to be a few people there like because there are lunch dishes for a very cheap price of 11.90. The service was nice and quick, but didn't dare to ask if we liked it. My husband's dish wasn't really good either.

We ate very well there twice during our Scharbeutz holiday. The starter platter for two people is highly recommended and is also a great main course to share. Children are welcome.

Hello everyone, I'll keep it short: I've never been as disappointed by a Greek restaurant as I was by this one. The food was ready very quickly (possibly frozen food). The meat was very tender, burnt and or on the grill for too long. In my dish, the gyro was very dry, with a lot of tendons and I had to chew it like chewing gum. Fries were very thin and unsalted. The side salad was OK. I paid €23.90 for my dish and €4.10 for a 0.3 liter cola. The four of us rounded it up to €110. And for the money we were just disappointed. Conclusion: No recommendation!

Service was a disgrace, we were even threatened with the police if we didn't pay the bill, we complained about the food, we had gyros with lamb fillet, rice. What came was inedible Fett. had told the service staff that, but unfortunately nothing else was offered to me. very unfriendly.... had Tzatzik €6.80 in advance, was served with 4 small slices of baguette, not even baked myself. Then bread was ordered for 3kl .slices another 1 euro extra. After we asked for the bill we were blown away and had to pay for everything, even the food that I hadn't eaten due to the defects. Afterwards we said you weren't serious and that I would otherwise like my food as it was ordered. If we have to pay for it in full. At the end of the song, the supposed boss came, German was no longer spoken among the three people and if we didn't pay, they'd call the police... Oh, just by the way, the staff said we're just tourists anyway and then they don't come anymore anyway....but unfortunately this business lives from tourists, which maybe they don't understand.....sorry people, I don't support something like that.. and believe me the quality of the meat is very bad.... . ..PURE RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update 2024 significantly worsened and not a recommendation! The food comes very quickly. It feels like you have ordered and the food is on the table. Quality is right. Gladly again (review 2022) Update 2024: The food comes lukewarm to cold, portions are significantly smaller. What was still ok in 2022 has completely changed in 2024. Gyros are certainly pre-cooked/cut in bulk. The taste is now really just sufficient. No more recommendation in 2024. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Actually, this restaurant is a must when we are on holiday here, but this and the last time we were very disappointed. Unfortunately the food is much worse than last year. You had to look for the sauce on the side salad, the meat was very dry, both the gyros and the skewers. The rice I chose was very artificial. The portions are getting smaller each time, but the prices are getting higher and higher. The service was OK, not overly friendly, rather very sober.

Small quantity, very expensive and the food is terrible. The octopus seemed chewy and tough, the salmon sparse and refried. Not recommended and I will not return.

We were allowed to choose a table and chose the terrace. The service is really courteous, the menu is handed to you and you ask every now and then whether it tastes good. We had a gyro plate with fries and a Gyros Fourno (gyros gratinated with Metaxa sauce and cheese) with fries and salad, it was really delicious. At the end we were offered an ouzo on the house. Hello, unfortunately we met a very unfriendly waiter. I was there at 3:10 p.m. with my grandchildren and ordered "lunch", I hadn't read that it was only until 3 p.m. so I wanted to order something else because the children were hungry, whereupon the waiter gave us the menu Hand ripped and covered the cutlery. Several guests were also shocked by this incident and pointed it out to him and he ultimately kicked us out.

Had dinner there yesterday. The gyro in Metaxa sauce was not good (greasy, stringy and definitely not cut properly). The criticism was insulted and the plate was taken away. "Do you want something else?" Then came the unfriendly question. My husband then took the souvlaki in metaxa, which came after over 20 minutes. When asked about this, the plate was snatched away from him and we were expelled from the store with a rude "you are banned from the premises"...... Never again...... rude, impossible and absolutely unbelievable.....

The food has deteriorated EXTREMELY from 2023 to 2024 and the prices have been increased EXTREMELY at the same time. Please look at the photo and see for yourself. Skewers are not grilled from the pan without the typical souvklaki flavor (spices). The gyro is stringy and disgusting and sliced ​​very thin. Ketchup is available in squeezing bags, who doesn't love squeezing out the squeezing bags with their partner in the evening in the restaurant by the sea, which are charged at €0.50 individually. If you order bread with the salad, it is not free like almost every Greek, but is also charged at €1.00! Also vor 2 Jahren gab es im Myconos das Beste Essen,sehr guter Geschmack ,viel auf dem Teller ,Günstig. Deshalb war unser Plan jeden Tag im 2024 Urlaub dahin. 1. VERSUCH Teuer und nicht nur wegen MwSt ,Portionen kleiner und der Geschmack nichts besonderes mehr. Für 2 Personen 60 Euro,da Erwarte ich mehr. Er gab am Ende einen gekühlten Ouzo. 2.VERSUCH Meine Spagetthi mit Metaxasosse waren mit irgendeinem Sossengemisch( hatte am Tag davor Metaxasosse die ganz anders war) Mein Mann Gyros zäh und lauwarm,Pommes ohne Salz. Das Essen kommt 5 Minuten nach Bestellung ,spricht für Mikrowelle. Nach Beschwerde war auch der Ouzo warm. Also bekamen sie auch kein Trinkgeld.Da wurden wir auch nicht mehr verabschiedet. Egal. Vor 2 Jahren platzte das Lokal aus allen Nähten. Heute 4 Tische besetzt. Zu Recht. Wie kann man so Absacken und sich selbst in den Ruin treiben.

We were there on May 4th, 2024. The food was very, very tasty! Whether Pommer, gyros, gyros gratinated, rice or the salad! If you like delicious food, you shouldn't miss it here! The staff is simply great! Such nice people! They played with our almost 2-year-old son on the small stream right next to our table so that we could eat in peace! Even though we were only there with two other guests, the food came so quickly that it was still half raw. It was very carelessly prepared and way too overpriced!! The prices are not justified. The “fanta” was anything but no fanta, nothing has ever tasted so disgusting.

I went there for dinner with friends today. I have to say the service didn't understand German. Starters and main course came together and the salad was forgotten. The main courses were taken back until we had eaten the lukewarm starter. The main course was just kept warm again. The liver was already so dry that it turned green again. The gyro was totally gristly and fatty. When we asked, we said that the service and the food were extremely bad. We were amazed that he calculated everything in full, which I think was cheeky; I would have expected it differently. But my conclusion is that it doesn't go there super bad. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star. The store is worth minus 5 stars as absolutely bad and not recommended. A pity

Not even worth one star, this snack bar. The meat (gyros) was more like kebab meat. And the dollop of tzazizilki is a joke. We went there twice last week. The first time we had the gyros with rice. It was ok, but very overloaded with onions. On the second visit we had the grilled pepperoni and garlic bread as starters. The pepperoni was really delicious! The garlic bread, on the other hand, was not very convincing. The main courses were again okay, but not outstanding in terms of taste. We were hungry and you're usually in good hands with a Greek restaurant...unfortunately not with this one. The greeting at the door was friendly and we had a free choice of seats as there wasn't much going on. My companion wanted potatoes instead of rice with her meal. She had to pay €1.50, which we couldn't understand. My meal (normal gyro dish) consisted of very dry meat without much taste...tomato rice that wasn't particularly good and some tzatziki. Small salad on the side. But my companion's squid was good. For us the price/performance was not at all suitable. Disappointing and we will not eat there again. There is enough choice of restaurants here in Scharbeutz and we will definitely find another one that suits us better.
