We were there spontaneously for breakfast. Great buffet, great selection and everything was very tasty. And the service was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks. We'd love to come back.
We were invited to a big birthday party last Saturday, and unfortunately, the catering didn't work out at all. Despite emails and phone calls, they simply forgot to add it to the order book. Suddenly, 50 guests were left without food. Sorry, that's hardly excusable.
Well, let me start by saying that the last few times I've gotten something from there, something was sometimes missing from my order. I understand that because we're all only human. You asked nicely and it was replaced. Now the big thing: when you find the wrong burger in your burger wrapper, I'm at a loss for words. On top of that, the employees are completely overwhelmed. And you have to wait a long time these days. I haven't noticed it as much in other branches as I did here. I won't be going back and I don't recommend it either; I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.
So fast food is something else... What a terrible team. After 30 minutes everything was canceled again. The problem wasn't the young employees... The problem was the boss who didn't want to get involved herself. But as a mom dictates.

I was there a week ago, the service staff was overwhelmed, and that's not what you'd call nice! The self-service vending machine was broken; a customer accidentally dropped his cup. The staff noticed it, but they didn't respond to clean it up. "FAILURE!"

Way to expensive for what you get in return. The size of the portions is small and you don’t really get good quality either. Go to some other store in the city. This is not worth it.
When we ate there, it was very busy. We were ignored for a long time at the sushi counter, and the staff were generally very unfriendly and irritated. The food was okay. I didn't feel comfortable.
