Waited forever and then got the wrong food. Never again!

Ordered food on site. There was a lot going on but the guys were friendly and extremely quick. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

Fast service. Tasty kebabs (1x normal + 1x vegetarian). More suitable for take away. There is limited seating with a table in the adjacent small room. Also rather cool. However, we were happy to use them.

Delivery dates/delivery service pure disaster. Received 3 hours later after ordering. Cold and oversalted.

The quality of the kebab always varies greatly. Average on good days, terrible on other days because the vegetables are simply not fresh and the meat is not digestible. Several people in my shared apartment had already said that they couldn't tolerate the kebab. The place is really nice to sit in in the summer, but unfortunately I go to a place like this for the food and not for something to drink :(

I had been to the snack shop today to pick up an order to go. The seller forgot to give me a kebab box with salad even though I told him clearly what I wanted. He was more interested in asking me about my origins. Unfortunately I didn't notice this error until I got home. I will not visit this store again. The “friendliness” is also rather average.

There feels like nothing is going on in the shed, and yet you can't get the food to arrive on time. The food was ordered over 1 1/2 hours ago and there is still nothing there. So if you order food when you're hungry you can't recommend this place.

There's nothing going on and you still can't manage to toast the bread long enough and properly. Meat is simply taken from whatever is still lying around. Everything was cold on the kebab. What's that supposed to mean?

One star is too much disgusting. Meat was burnt mixed with raw meat never again kebab there.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. Ask the customer how he would like his kebab and then do the opposite, poor performance. There was no difference between normal and SuperKebab. The request for more sauce was ignored. Very very dry. Please little lettuce and lots of onions. There was lots of lettuce and a hint of onions. Conclusion: I will not visit this store again and will not recommend it to anyone who asks me. Very unfortunate. Others can do that much better.

Very, very disgusting and who can grab vegetables for a Dürum without asking, like peppers and stuff like that, that's really disgusting apart from the fact that the kebab meat wasn't really warm. A really dirty service, a Doberman is constantly arguing with the delivery service.

Like everywhere else, kebab bread is standard. 9.00€ for a kebab where the order was not understood and you ordered with more meat. You won't get "More Meat" there. Then I also have to pay extra for the halloumi cheese, even though there is no super kebab with halloumi on the menu. See delivery address. Sauces are extremely boring. Unfortunately no effort is made. The ambience, on the other hand, can score a little.

Really disrespectful and criminal. I ordered a kebab box and was asked whether it was large or small. I took large and paid €6.50. There were maybe 5 fries in it and a little more meat than fries. The box wasn't even half full!!! There It was on my way home that I looked at the menu outside a few days later, there was no big or small price at all, just pick up and delivery, it just shamelessly ripped me off😤

Food was ok. Pizza and kebab like everywhere else. There is a nice beer garden in the yard that could be used much more. We ordered food and drinks there. At 10 p.m. the lights were turned off and we said very abruptly..... closing time. Therefore probably our only and last visit.

We have been getting our kebabs here at more or less regular intervals for almost 12 years. The salads are fresh and crunchy, the sauces are fresh and the meat is freshly cut. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The staff is always friendly. It is our regular shop for delicious kebabs and the like.

Unfortunately, the kebab has deteriorated a lot, the price-performance ratio is no longer right... of course everything has to be adjusted, including in the catering area. But that's not possible! 🙁We had 2 kebabs that were put together so differently, despite ordering the same thing, 🤔 Meat/salad ratio is not balanced. And sousen only standard, like elsewhere, bread flaky and tasted old 😖 Tables were dirty with leftover food stuck to them...for now no longer on the visitor list

Simply outrageous...... Even if there is a lot going on, an online order should be there within 2 hours. She didn't do this... even after a call we were only told that the delivery was on the way. After another half hour wait, we got our money back via Paypal. We have always enjoyed ordering from there, but that will probably change now. Luckily there are plenty of other shops nearby that also produce good kebabs, etc.

So bad. Pre-ordered and no food arrived after 2 hours. Called twice and kept saying food would be there in 10 minutes. Then someone can call and apologize and say it will come later. ----------------------------------------------- Update: Food arrived and, as always, cutlery was missing even though I had written the order. How should you eat a kebab plate without cutlery? Buy somewhere else, have enough alternatives and cook something delicious at home. It was my last time.

Never again! We ordered extra food via the website and paid directly. When after an hour there was still nothing, we called and were assured that our food was already on the way. The food never arrived! Now we're trying to get our money back.

Preparation was quick, price ok. But the "meat" was more fatty like chicken skin? I don't think paprika really fits into a kebab plate and I didn't know it before. The portions aren't really big.

It has now been ordered 3 times via Lieferando and each time, even though you have written a comment about your order, it is ignored. Twice you thought to yourself, OK, there's definitely a lot to do, but the third time you said to yourself, that's a no go.

Eaten on site and in the rear annex. Clean is different! The storage trolley is wrapped in aluminum foil, why? This makes it completely dirty and unappetizing to look at. Never go there again.

I'm really so angry and disappointed with them 😡I ordered a crispy cheese citizen with fries and a kebab with cheese, and from the order confirmation onwards everything went wrong, one of them didn't call me like I wrote on the order 2. The citizen tasted really strange, as if something had been bad or it had been left over and they just warmed it up again because it fell apart when I took it out and then I ordered ketchup with it because I didn't have any left I had mayonnaise and what do I get and now I feel really sick and have such a feeling of discomfort in my stomach and intestines and the kebab tasted like soap on the floor. I have no idea why they do that back then it was so great with them. It's a shame but I don't go there anymore Every now and then if it gets worse for me I'll go to the doctor.😡🤬 Be ashamed of selling something like that to us customers.

Not recommendable. I pre-ordered via Lieferando for 7 p.m. The food came over an hour later. The driver was super rude and the food is completely cold. For €11 for a small plate of kebab and €8 for a normal kebab and pre-ordering + waiting another hour, you can at least expect warm food. A pity…

I ordered via UberEats. Food didn't arrive after 2 hours. When I first called, I was told that the food would arrive within 10 minutes. After that, no one answered the phone anymore. I can't recommend anyone to order from this store!

Das zweite Mal das man ewig wartet aber diesmal kahm wenigstens etwas zu essen an geschmacklich eigentlich OK aber für 8.50 Euro sehr wenig und könnte tatsächlich besser schmecken Fazit wenn man lange auf mäßiges essen warten will kann man da schon Mal bestellen ansonsten lieber selbst etwas in Ofen schmeißen

August 1988 Italien Urlaub am Gardasee. Mein Vetter Paolo hat Bolognese gekocht. Mai 2023 im Kebabhaus die Bolognese probiert. Hab mich zurückversetzt gefühlt. Beste Bolo der Stadt, sehr zu empfehlen.👍

Nach 2h nach der Bestellung war immer noch Essen da , Am Telefon wurde man nur Vertröstet, beziehungsweise aus der Leitung gewurfen.

Ganz schlechter Service, die können sich nichts merken, unsauber ist es auch jedes Mal und nachdem ich gerade 20 Minuten gewartet habe und komplett ignoriert wurde, werde ich da nie wieder hingehen. Grauenhaft Dönerladen.

Bedienung wie immer fix, die Jungs sind überaus freundlich! Dürüm und türkische Pizza (heute leider nicht gehabt, der junge Mann sich für die Lieferschwierigkeiten ordentlich dafür entschuldigt) schmecken immer super lecker👍! Gut gewürzt. Das Baklava frisch und lecker. Kann ich für Imbissessen empfehlen. Der Garten hinten sieht sehr nett aus, haben wir selbst noch nicht ausprobiert.

Echt erbärmlich. Haben bestellt. Wir haben das Warten nach anderthalb Stunde dann aufgegeben und waren schon dabei etwas in der Mikrowelle warm zu machen (weitaus mehr zu empfehlen). Aufeinmal klingelt es, kurze Zeit später steht jemand mit unserem Essen und einer Stunde Verspätung vor unserer Tür. Eine Entschuldigung, Erklärung oder ein Danke für das Trinkgeld wäre wohl auch zu viel verlangt. Habe mich trotzdem über das Essen gefreut. Das Essen war nicht übertrieben lecker, nicht so wie bestellt und kalt. Fazit: Kauft euch Mikrowellen-Pommes und Tiefkühl-Fleisch aus Lidl. Ist günstiger, leckerer, warm und geht schneller. Niewieder, Trotzdem schönen Sonntag im Stress noch.

Da gibt es zwei Preise, einen Lockpreis und einen anderen, der abgerechnet wird. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, wäre ich nie reinegegangen. :-( Wegen Ihrem Sorry, wir sind in Deutschland! Ich komme nie wieder! Ich hatte Ihren Mitarbeiter klar gesagt warum 6€, draußen stünde 5€, aber er bestand auf 6€ normalerweise hätte ich ihn den selber essen lassen sollen. Normalerweise müsste ich das abmahnen lassen. Preisangabenverodnung schon mal gehört? Da wird´s dann teuer :-)

Hauptsache Bewertungen löschen. Finger weg vom Lieferservice! Essen kommt einfach nicht. Letztens etwa gegen 20:30 bestellt essen war bis 0 Uhr nicht da und wurde auch nie geliefert.

Sehr leckere Döner und Dürüm. Geht immer schnell, auch wenn es voll ist. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell, ansonsten gibt es hier leider wenig gut zu reden. Der Döner war okay und mit viel zu viel Sauce. Das Fleisch sehr dick geschnitten und das Fladenbrot hat mich eher an ein ganz normales Weißbrot erinnert. Eventuell schmeckt es anderen hier sehr gut. Mir hat es leider absolut nicht zugesagt. (!! Zumal die Preise draußen am Laden nicht richtig sind !!)

Top Ware und einfach lecker. Im Sommer essen wir dort im Garten. Die Essen sind immer frisch zubereitet und die Belegschaft ist in Ordnung. Wir gehen schon Jahre hierhin. Update: am 13.08.2023 um 17.00 Uhr wieder mein Lieblingsessen verspeist.

Der Döner war nicht so lecker und der außen berich war ab 20:00 Uhr geschlossen und am Ende ist mir der Döner Komplett zerfallen.

Über Lifferando bestellt und nach 2h nicht da, telefonisch wurde gesagt dass es geschickt würde und unterwegs ist, was aber leider nicht stimmte. Schade, das ist eine reine Betrug, mann bestellt nicht das Essen für nächsten Tag, sondern für heute!!

Vor Jahren als Student war ich fast jede Woche dort gewesen. Essen war gut und günstig, Service und Ambiente waren freundlich und gemütlich. Als ich letztens da war, alles völlig verändert: teuer, unfreundliche neue Personal und schmeckte auch irgendwie nicht so wie damals. Schade aber!

Wenn schon keiner während der Öffnungszeit ans Telefon geht, will ich gar nicht wissen, was das für ne Drecksbude ist.

Leider sehr enttäuscht vom Essen und Personal. Essen kam anders als bestellt und Personal eher unfreundlich und uninteressiert.

Zwei Sterne, weil der Döner tatsächlich relativ gut schmeckt. Leider ist der Laden häufig verschmutzt (Hauptkritikpunkt), das Personal eher "Solala, ich lauf mal mit meinen Headphones durch die Gegend und schaue niemanden an. Arbeitsmoral war gestern." Heute habe ich mich über 20 Minuten lang von einem privaten Telefonat eines Mitarbeiters berieseln lassen müssen, der mit Freisprech seine Tickets nach Isanbul stornieren lassen wollte, aber es gab da wohl Probleme (Sorry, habe nicht alles verstanden). Die Preise sind instransparent. Draußen sind abblätternde Klebestreifen auf der Säule. Die sollen wohl ein Kreuz darstellen für "druchgestrichen". Unglücklicherweise sind alle ALTEN Preise noch perfekt lesbar (siehe Foto). Zufall? (Vorschlag: Klebt das Klebeband über die Preise) Ich komme auf jeden Fall nicht wieder.

Wir haben auf eine bestimme Uhrzeit vorbestellt über Lieferando und das Essen war nach über einer Stunde später erst geliefert worden. Die Lieferzeiten sind enorm lang.

Pizza war okay, aber auch nicht der Hammer. Ich habe mir noch einen vegetarischen Burger bestellt, leider kam ein Chickenburger an. 6,50€ die Toilette runtergespült. Ich erwarte einen Gutschein!

2€ für ein halben Liter Wasser welches ich aus einem verdreckten Kühlschrank genommen hab... ist total unfreundlich..früher war ich gerne hier essen

Ich habe Essen zum Liefern bestellt. Der Zugesicherter Zeitpunkt war 11:45Uhr, aber der Tatsächlicher Lieferzeitpunkt war 12:50 Uhr. Wenn viel Los gewesen wäre, hätte das Restaurant den Liefertermin nicht bestätigen dürfen. Das Essen war wie erwartet.

Es gibt ja noch ein paar Dönerladen in der Ecke, aber ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, das ist der einzige Dönerladen, wo es mir wirklich schmeckt. Egal was ich bestelle, es ist geschmacklich immer hervorragend. Dürüm oder die Döner Box bzw. Döner Pizza sind so lecker. Also ich komme immer wieder gerne dahin. Und die Herren hinter der Theke auch sehr freundlich, weiter so.

Hab über Lieferando bestellt und essen ist nach über 90 Minuten endlich mal angekommen. Als erstes zum Döner diesen bestellte ich mit Käse und habe dafür stolze 8,50€ Bezahlt geliefert wurde natürlich ohne Käse absolute Frechheit. Auch war nur eine Soße in dem Döner drin war alles in allem dadurch natürlich total trocken.Fleisch war auch ekelhaft. Dann zum lahmacun total pappig und durchtränkt mit Rotkohlsaft war nicht genießbar und ist direkt im Müll gelandet. Essen kam total kalt bei mir an. In meinen Augen einer der schlechtesten Dönerläden in ganz Dresden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen der Dreckschuppen. Da kann man sein Geld auch direkt im Klo runter spülen. Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben aber geht ja leider nicht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

Hallo, sehr sehr schade vorhin döner geholt und nur halb voll mit mehr Salat und kaum fleisch! Nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Damals viel viel besser. Also sehr schade das ihr euch so verschlechtert habt.

Immer freundlich, schnell, frisch und lecker. Der beste Döner. Leider muss ich meine Rezension ändern! Ich war heute mal wieder seid länger Zeit dort döner holen und musste entäuscht feststellen das von dem "besten döner" leider nicht mehr viel übrig geblieben ist. 🥺 das Personal ist immer noch freundlich und schnell. Die zutaten weiterhin frisch, aber leider war der döner nur noch halb voll. Früher richtig voll, so dass man davon auch satt geworden ist. War heute leider nicht so. Schade.

Ich liebe Dürum, wenn der Teig knusprig und gut gebacken ist. Glückwunsch, sehr, sehr lecker 😁💐💐✌️✌️ im hinteren Bereich ist der Laden eine Wucht. Die Sitzecken gemütlich 💕 Service perfekt und sehr höflich. Dankeschön an euch. Für eine Dönerbude sehr charmant. 👏👏💝💝

Allso essen ist super aber der Lieferservuce ist schlimm ist nicht zur Zeit gekommen und warte seit 30 min Verspätung aufs essen.

One of the best if not the best Turkish and orientation grill/Kebab 🍢🥙 restaurant I have ever been to in Köln. I tried the mixed plate, unbelievably delicious. The salad, the appetizer, everything was just spot on! Definitely recommend.. P.S. There is an option to dine in or to take away

Die Sauberkeit im Garten ist grenzwertig! Ich war kurz nach dem Öffnen der erste Gast im Gartenbereich und da klebten noch die Essensreste. Ich hoffe nur vom Vortrag..... Essen war soweit okay

Unfreundlich, kann nur mit Zahnstocher im mund mit einem sprechen. Wobei er beim reden zusätzlich den Rücken zu einem hin dreht. Hört nicht zu, dadurch Bestellung fast falsch gewesen, wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hätte. Gemüse sah zudem verkommen aus. Früher ging ich immer hier her, aber das war das letzte Mal.

Essen top, schmeckt sehr gut aber wenn ihr über Lieferando Trinkgeld gebt seit euch bewusst das es nicht der Fahrer bekommt. Er gibt es nicht weiter an die Mitarbeiter

DÖNER Box ist lecker , Bedienung etwas harsch,.....aber gut nach paar Stunden Stress vielleicht noch nachvollziehbar. Aber was gar nicht geht ist der Preisunterschied zwischen Ausenwerbung und Preistafel drin,...... hab dies schon vor gut 2 Wochen angemerkt....nix passiert.....Unterschied knapp 20 Prozent bei der Dönerbox.....3,70 zu 4,50.....bitte endlich ändern, Qualität kostet....das weiß ich....korrekte Preise drin wie draußen.....dann 1 Punkt mehr, Bedienung vielleicht trotz Stress etwas lächeln 5 Sterne plus......

Hygiene wird hier nicht groß geschrieben. Tische kleben, Toiletten sind versifft und der Geruch der vom laden ausgeht kann auch besser sein. Es schmeckt so lala.

Generalmente la comida es buena, pero la atención del personal deja mucho que desear. Si quieres pagar y que te traten mal este es el lugar correcto.

Heute den 10.7 war die Bedinung nicht freundlich und auch lustlos schade war sonnst besser

Very, very good kebab place. Their pide is the best in Dresden! If you are eating in, the presentation of the food is really nice too! The men who work there are very friendly. Also, there is a nice seating area in the back.

Der junge Mann, der geliefert hat, war sehr freundlich und der Salat auch ganz gut. Leider waren die Falafel recht trocken und die Pommes waren leider pappig und haben nicht gut geschmeckt (so als wären sie nicht frittiert, sondern im Ofen gemacht). Edit: Würde hier leider nicht mehr bestellen. Über den Döner kann ich nichts sagen, vllt ist der besser.
