McDonald's in Meißen

Irgendwie schmecken die Burger in diesem McDonald’s besser als in allen anderen Filialen beispielsweise in Dresden. Was das besondere ist kann ich nicht genau sagen. Ist auf jeden Fall immer sehr frisch, Fleisch schmeckt besser als normal, immer istauch ausreichend Soße vorhanden. Auffällig ist auch, dass sehr viele Frauen und Einheimische im Restaurant arbeiten. Insgesamt ein richtig guter McDonalds. Nur die Inneneinrichtung ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand, was aber nicht unbedingt schlecht ist, die neuste DNA der Inneneinrichtung ist alles andere als gemütlich.

Okay, es war Samstag Mittag! Aber 30 Minuten für 2 Hamburger und zwei Cola?

Bin öfters dort und es wird öfters etwas vergessen oder das falsche geliefert

Nettes Personal, man muss aber wirklich jede Bestellung über vollzählige Zusammenstellung überprüfen. Das nervt bei großen Bestellungen, insbesondere via Drive in.

Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Teilweise gibt es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit ( Tische etc). Hygienisch aber einwandfrei. Die Bestellungen bitte kontrollieren, bei uns fehlte öfters was. Wird dann ohne Probleme nachgeliefert aber ist ärgerlich.

Mein Kumpel hat etwas bestellt und in der Bestellung war nicht ein was richtig.

Das trinken einfach komplette verarsche war, mit einem Familien mit glieder am 23 Mai 26.bei MacDonalds. Das Getränk war nicht mal richtig befüllt und im Energie Getränk war fast gar nix an Energie

Es war zwar sehr voll ! Im aussenbereich sehr viel Müll ! Clo war ohne Papier

Ich finde das Essen ist in guter Qualität und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett obwohl sie sehr viel Stress haben

Noch nie so wiederliches Mc donald‘s gegessen. Zuerst wartet man unfassbar lange weil die da rumschleichen und nix wissen von ihrem job, und dann ist im MC Flurry dast nix drinnen unddas eis selbst war schimmelig. Nuggets haben nach nix geschmeckt ausser fett. Maximal enttäuscht.!!!

Bei dieser Mc Donalds Filiale bekommt Fastfood einen ganz neue Bedeutung. Es ist überhaupt nichts Fast daran, wenn man eine halbe Stunde auf einen einzigen Cheesburger wartet. Die Mitarbeiter sind so überfordert das die Bestellung die wir aufgegeben haben nicht nur unvollständig sondern auch mit den falschen Burgern an kam und das ist weiß gott nicht das erste mal. Bei der Filiale empfiehlt es sich immer seine Bestellung zu kontrollieren fals man diese mit Nachhause nimmt.

Etwas freudig wenn ein Hund ins Restaurant mit genommen wird und die mitarbeiten sagen dazu auch nichts

An sich MC Donalds Essen wie man es kennt. Relativ viel los zu 18 Uhr halt. Ich finde die Pommes allerdings eher etwas zu latschig, nicht wirklich knusprig. Anzeigetafel zum abholen war nicht synchron. Happy Meal Spielzeug war nicht das was unser Kind ausgewählt hatte, ungünstig.

Diese Wartezeit war die längste an einem McDrive und das McFlurry war das schlechteste was ich bei einem M-Resteraunt bekommen habe. Habt ihr die Sahne/Milch vergessen und stattdessen mit Wasser ersetzt? Nachtrag: War jetzt in Riesa mir ein Vergleichseis (McSunday weil McFlurry Magnum in Riesa leer war) holen, um sicher zu gehen das sich die Qualität/Zusammensetzung nicht dauerhaft in allen M-Resteraunts verändert hat. Mein Fazit: Ihr solltet in Meißen mal eure Eismaschine korrekt einstellen. Da liegen Welten zwischen M-Resteraunt Riesa und M-Resteraunt Meißen.

Naja so wie es bei McDonald's halt ist. Geht man auch nur mal hin als Snack oder für die Kids.

Zum Montag fast nix da!!! Sehr traurig!!!

Wer gerne unfreundlich behandelt werden möchte bzw. ganz ignoriert weil er die lahmen Bestellautomaten nicht nutzt ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse.

Eigentlich gerne 0/5 Sterne, aber geht ja leider nicht. Ich schreibe normalerweise auch nie irgendwelche Rezensionen aber hier bei diesem Mc Donald‘s ist es mal angebracht. Meine beste Freundin und ich mussten heute über 45 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten. Nach 35 Minuten haben wir nachgefragt wo unsere Bestellung denn bleibt und da wurden wir nur von der unfreundlichen blonden Kassiererin angemotzt und hat alles damit begründet, dass sie ja nur 2 Hände hatte, während sie in aller Ruhe Bestellungen die nach uns getätigt wurden verpackt und rausgegeben hat. Ein älterer Mann wurde ebenfalls von ihr angegangen weil er nicht so fit mit dem Terminal war und gern an der normalen Kasse bestellen wollte. Die Mitarbeiter wussten alle, dass wir schon lange warteten und lachten sich nur gegenseitig an. Als wir dann logischerweise unser Geld zurückwollten wurden wir als Lügnerinnen dargestellt, weil wir angeblich nie nach unserer Bestellung gefragt haben. Das einzig positive war, dass wir unser Geld zurückbekommen haben und endlich diesen Laden verlassen konnten. Es war eine bodenlose Frechheit, nie wieder!

Leider wieder einmal von diesem Mcdonalds entäuscht!! Mal wieder worde was bei meiner bestellung vergessen!!!

Für den Hunger zwischendurch einfach ne leckere Sache...

Ich habe dreimal einen McCrispy ohne Käse bestellt und dreimal habe ich ihn mit Käse bekommen. Außerdem habe ich für eine zusätzliche Portion Soße sowie Jalapeños bezahlt, diese habe ich jedoch nicht erhalten.

Das schlechteste McDonald's, in dem ich je war. Man wartet 25-30 Minuten aufs Essen. Das Essen ist eiskalt, alle Burger und Wraps sind zerrissen und alles ist verdorben.

Leider ist es immerwieder NICHT lecker in der Filiale in Meißen. Die Qualität Schwank enorm bei jedem Besuch. Tische werden auch nicht abgewischt oder der Boden gereinigt. Hier ist viel zu tun.

Leider viel zu langsam. Sollte das nicht Fastfood heißen?

Ich bin bis jetzt eigentlich immer gerne hier her gekommen. Doch als ich heute etwas an der Kasse bestellen wollte(ich stand genau an der Bestellen-Kasse) wurde ich nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit nach meiner Bestellung gefragt. Als ich dann bestellen wollte, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle doch beim nächsten mal meine Bestellung am Terminal tätigen, da hier kein Personal für die Kasse vorhanden ist. Man könnte in so einem Fall doch mindestens ein Schild aufstellen, sonst werden zukünftig weitere Kunden die gerne etwas bestellen würden oder vielleicht zum ersten mal hier sind, einfach stehen gelassen.

Die Bürger werden einfach so schlecht eingepackt und zusammen getan

Getränke haben nur nach Wasser geschmeckt, Pommes waren weder richtig gesalzen noch durch und das für den Preis.

Kultivierter Service, Personalmangel, 1/4 funktionierende Monitore für die Bestellung von Speisen, Pommes frites, die weniger knusprig sind als in anderen McDonald's-Betrieben, spürbarer Geruch von gebrauchtem Fett. Sauber auf dem Gelände, Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um Ordnung.

Leider etwas zu klein und zu wenig Platz. Aber ansonsten alles ok.

Die Qualität wird immer schlechter, ein Glück, auch kleiner. Kein Mc mehr. 🤮

Sehr dreckig, essen kalt, Personal hat keine Lust. Essen war auch nicht wie bei McDonald's üblich, sehr schade. Wenn man bestellt ist nicht alles da. Bei Essen fehlt dann ständig was, Sauce oder Tücher. Wc nicht nutzbar extrem dreckig.

Uns wird kein cappuccino verkauft , weil wir nicht "alt genug" sind. Wir sind alle 15-17 und es wurde nicht mal nach Ausweis gefragt. Geld erstattung gab es auch in keiner weise.

Bro verkauft uns keinen Kaffe aber fragt nicht nach Ausweis und sagt dann „ihr könnt stattdessen eine Cola oder einen Eistee bestellen“ (mcs hat uns immer Kaffee verkauft)

Essen ist lieblos zubereitet, schmeckt nicht und meist kalt. Wenn ich so arbeiten würde, dann gute Nacht.

Schlimmste Erfahrung in allen McDonald's. Die Teamleiterin war so böse und hat überhaupt normale saubere Sprache nicht verstanden.

Dieses Fast-Food Restaurant ist meist überlaufen. Daraus resultieren Lange Wartezeiten an der Essensausgabe (bis zu 20min). Teilweise fehlen bestellte Produkte oder das Essen ist kalt bzw. die Getränke sind weniger Softdrinks, mehr Wasser. Großes Sparpotenzial beim Eis, welches diese Filiale ausreizt. Gehen nur noch im äußersten Notfall, hier essen.

Ich fahre jeden Monat wenn ich es schaffe 1 mal zu dem MC donalds, leider wird der Service einfach nur schlechter. Die App zum bestellen funktioniert nicht und man kann nicht zahlen (keine karte dabei gehabt). Zuerst wie gefordert 10min im drive in gewartet damit man angeschimpft wird das man alles aufhält obwohl man macht was gesagt war, man wird nur dumm ausgelacht von den Mitarbeitern anstatt irgendwie Hilfe zu bekommen. Als Abschluss wurden wir vom 150kg Mitarbeiter ausgelacht das wir kein Abendbrot bekommen und er hat sich mit seiner inkompetenten freundin gefreut das sie weniger arbeit hatten, letztes mal hier gewesen.

Unterirdisch, ehrlich. Wir haben einen Hamburger Royal TS bestellt , allerdings war ein Crispy Chicken in der Verpackung vom Royal TS. Der Schokomilchshake war ein Vanillemilchshake und der Käse vom Burger klebte innen an der Verpackung anstatt auf dem Burger. Heißt bevor wir unser Essen mitnehmen müssen wir in die Verpackung schauen ob die bestellten Produkte drin sind. Ich verstehe die Schwierigkeit nicht, die richtigen Produkte fertig zu machen.

The staff were very unfriendly, and the waiting times were very long. I cannot recommend it. The employee was very annoyed because I paid with small change.

Oh come on...both Big Macs without cheese? That's not possible, sorry.

The employees all pull faces as if they were choosing the wrong career. They don't even make eye contact when you want to communicate. The restroom area is also rather small. In short, I was glad to get out of there.

Completely misplanned/totally understaffed on Friday evening

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfriendly and arrogant

Today (September 4th) I was completely overwhelmed, and an employee with glasses and shoulder-length hair was extremely rude and snotty! Waited 20 minutes for the food!

Even though they don't sell juice here, this place is the biggest juice shop for me. The time it takes them to make a simple coffee is unbelievable.

Unfriendly, unfriendly, unfriendly, slow, rude We just wanted a couple of cheeseburgers, and it really wasn't busy. We waited over a quarter of an hour for cold, poorly thrown-together cheeseburgers. Fast food and customer service are a thing of the past here. Uncoordinated, overwhelmed, without a plan... You feel welcome there, with the whole family, and it doesn't cost anything... Simply shabby That only happens in Meissen, because unfortunately, there's no competition here.

The wait was really long at 30 minutes, but otherwise okay. I suspect they used the wrong sauce for the wrap, because it didn't taste like honey or mustard.

Friendly service, everything was fine with the order, would definitely order again 😀. Updated August 2025: Unfortunately, I have to change my review. These days, something goes wrong with almost every order, whether it's the wrong drink, requests for burgers not being considered, the wrong sauce, or simply missing entire items. That's no longer acceptable at these prices. The food has also seemed thrown away for a while now; especially with the burgers, the lettuce and sauce stick everywhere except where they should be, namely in the burger. I'm still giving it two stars, though, because the service is still very friendly.

For the second time, I wanted to get one at McDonald's, and again the machine was being cleaned in the afternoon. It was 30°C outside, and I was looking forward to the ice cream, and then this shit happened again. It's not like they can clean it in the evening. Never again McDonald's...worst service ever.

They closed the children's play area right in front of the kids. When I asked the staff member to speak German a little more slowly because I couldn't understand everything, he continued speaking at the same speed and very quietly. He told me to step away from the counter, sit at a table, and wait for my order. He was a tall, bald man. I am very disappointed. Today, on August 1, 2025, the service at this location was very poor. The drive-thru employee was very rude and threw the order into the car. The cashier was very friendly, and I highly recommend him...at least there's one decent person in this dump, otherwise, the rest of the staff would be a mess.... By the time someone arrived at the drive-thru, some time had already passed, and by the time the order was ready, I could have gotten five more doner kebabs...

Tables were dirty, and the wait for food was 25 minutes! The burgers were soggy...a disappointment 😐

The products are typical of McDonald's. Overpriced, but that's not the store's fault. What was particularly tiring was the very, very long wait for a burger, even though it wasn't busy.

So you wait far too long for your food and then it usually arrives cold. What's the point? That has to change!

They always tried their best... Burgers were lukewarm, carelessly put together. Just like McDonald's...

The waiter ignored me when I asked if he could bring me an ashtray. There weren't enough napkins, the table was dirty, and all the other tables nearby were either occupied or also dirty.

My son enjoyed it. I personally can't eat any of the products on offer. The additives in the food cause external digestive upsets. Furthermore, I find (as with B.King) that the products are far too expensive. Therefore, I wouldn't consider visiting on my own.

I wanted to get a happy meal 😭 1. The happy meal was torn in half 2. The burger, the fries and the chicken nuggets were dry and the sauces that day were also delicious. Instead of a happy meal, I got a depressing meal and waited 25 minutes for all of that 😭😠

Food is occasionally mixed up, and often something is missing, especially in the drive-up. You often have to wait longer or can't find a seat or parking space (it's too crowded)—during the holidays, you don't even need to try. I wish there were more play options for children (the projector has been broken for a while).

You can't possibly make that many mistakes when ordering. Bad staff. Of course, there weren't any glasses either.

Completely stressed-out employees at 10:32 a.m. I got several burgers and a wrap with scrambled eggs and cheese, along with dressing and sauce. I also had a cappuccino with oat milk and chai. Shortly afterward, I developed severe cramps and diarrhea that lasted until the next day.

Well, let me start by saying that the last few times I've gotten something from there, something was sometimes missing from my order. I understand that because we're all only human. You asked nicely and it was replaced. Now the big thing: when you find the wrong burger in your burger wrapper, I'm at a loss for words. On top of that, the employees are completely overwhelmed. And you have to wait a long time these days. I haven't noticed it as much in other branches as I did here. I won't be going back and I don't recommend it either; I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.

They regularly forget something from the order at McAuto, always check the order.

Good food, central location, and easy to reach. Cons: Almost every order is missing something or contains the wrong item, regardless of whether it's busy or not. Here are a few examples: - Missing ketchup/mayo - Missing 3 Happy Meal toys - Missing nuggets - Wrong drinks

The projector in the children's room hasn't been working for ages and it's so dirty in there ....so McDonald's Meissen is not for children, what a shame.

Very nice and courteous staff, food is of the usual good quality. Food was prepared quickly. If you want fast food you can eat here.

We subsequently complain of nausea and/or vomiting after each visit. that can't be normal.

Service staff very friendly, all special requests when ordering were taken into account. Restaurant and toilet very clean.

The breakfast roll was completely stuck to the paper and couldn't be removed...everything was a lot apart, I asked for a normal spoon...they gave me a mini wooden fork that couldn't pick up anything. Tasteless, disintegrated stuff...no service at all...Never again!!!

We placed 3 different orders within 1 hour. And we were treated incorrectly twice. The first order was missing a hamburger (we received it later when we asked), everything was okay with the second order, but with the third order we ordered 2 McFlurry Originals - one with 1x chocolate sauce and the second with 2x chocolate sauce. The McFlurry with 1x chocolate sauce was prepared correctly, the second one was brought with chocolate buttons (the little Smarties) instead of chocolate sauce. But didn't complain. We sat at table 1.

I'm at a loss for words... Unfriendly staff. Waiting time for 2nd ice cream 1/2 hour. Caramel sauce on top and chocolate sauce on the bottom, turned around for the second ice cream. Our ice cream didn't taste good anymore. I don't even order food anymore. Never again.........

Food is okay, but unfortunately it often happens that food is missing

Over the last few months I have repeatedly overlooked the fact that an item was missing from the order - they are often overwhelmed. I never complained about this, we were always too far from the restaurant! Today, however, despite my friendliness, I was approached in a very, very unfriendly manner. Since the payment window was closed, I drove to the second window in McDrive and paid there. As a result, the toy was forgotten in the Happy Meal. When the complaint was made, people insulted me and accused me of fraudulent intentions. Sure, you have a bad day sometimes, but that was really too much for me. I'm now avoiding Meißen and prefer to go to Dresden!

We always enjoyed eating here. But the employees are becoming increasingly unfriendly. The "long-time" employees like to stand together and obviously gossip about all the customers. If you have a simple question, no one feels addressed. I'm also not someone who is rude to employees. But you work in service, that's not possible. What is also noticeable is that something is always missing from the order. Recently a cheeseburger at MC drive, today the fries...

Unfriendly staff who do not respond to customer requests & incorrect processing of orders. A disappointment every time

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm starting to like it here. I'm often at work to get something small from other MC's. This is really the unfriendly and slowest Mc I know. Waited over 20 minutes for a small order 2 weeks ago (2 cars in front of us). 2 days ago got 1 large cappuccino and waited almost 10 minutes (I was alone on the drive). Grabbed something with the family after the cinema today. Then came the surprise: part of the order was missing. We live 10km outside and the effort of driving back would make no sense, then the rest would also be cold. The worst part is my youngest's disappointment. A real mess in the store. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! And another recommendation to the company, urgently train your sales staff - it's underground.

I really like the latte macchiato from McDonald's. Unfortunately our coffee was only lukewarm today. An improvement would be desirable. The price-performance ratio therefore doesn't seem quite balanced to me.
