Ich habe am 08.07. bei Ihnen gegessen. Seitdem haben meine Familie und ich starke Magenprobleme. Wir leiden jetzt seit zwei Tagen unter Erbrechen und Durchfall. Schon während des Essens hatten wir das Gefühl, dass mit dem Fisch etwas nicht stimmt, aber wir hätten nie gedacht, dass wir danach so krank werden. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, weil ich seit Jahren Kundin bei Nordsee bin und bisher immer zufrieden war. Dass so etwas passiert, hätte ich nicht erwartet. Am schlimmsten ist, dass auch meine Kinder nach dem Essen krank geworden sind. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich leider nicht mehr bei Ihnen essen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diesen Vorfall ernst nehmen und die Qualität Ihrer Lebensmittel überprüfen.

Die Dame mit dem Septum hat leider keine Lust auf die Arbeit. Erst wurde ich angeschrien dem Gutschein noch nicht auf das Lesegeräte zu legen, dann hat sie mir 2 vertrocknete Backfische lieblos auf mein Baguette geworfen und die Remouladem Soße einfach drauf gerotzt. War das letzte, einfach eine Wiederliche Erfahrung

Die Garnelen und Pommes waren nicht frisch.

EINE WARNUNG FÜR ALLE LEUTE DIE NOCH NIE BEI NORDSEE BESTELLT HABEN: Ich habe gerade mit der Vorgesetzterin telefoniert und es wurde mir gesagt, dass es "Standard" bei ihnen sei, dass das heißes Essen IMMER Kühlschrank-kalt serviert wird. ALSO AUFPASSEN, SOWOHL VOR ORT WIE AUCH BEI LIEFERUNG, IHR WERDET KÜHLSCHRANK-KALTEN FISCH BEKOMMEN, und ich spreche nicht über Matjes die sowieso immer kalt sind, sondern auch den frittierten Backfisch und SOGAR DIE BRÖTCHEN! ALLES KÜHLSCHRANK-KALT. Sie hat am Anfang es so vorgestellt wie ob es wegen Hygieneschutz so sein muss. Ich habe aber selbst lang in Gastronomie gearbeitet und weiß dass ihre Aussage einfach Schwachsinn ist, und habe sie darüber aufmerksam gemacht. Einerseits ist es 100% Quatsch, dass das Brot auch im Kühlschrank gehen soll, kein Gesetz sagt sowas! Und andererseits ja natürlich mussen Dinge wie Fisch im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden aber man darf, kann und SOLL den Fisch auf Anfrage frittieren! Der echten EINZIGEN Grund warum sie ihn davor frittieren und dann im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und EISKALT servieren, ist nur weil es FÜR SIE praktischer so ist. D.h., es ist ihnen wichtiger dass alles FÜR SIE praktisch ist, als den Kunden die beste Qualität und Erfahrung zu bieten. Sie sind die ABSOLUT EINZIGEN die ich überall auf der Welt kenne, die heißes Essen systematisch standardmäßig eiskalt servieren. Jedoch informieren sie die Kunden nicht darüber! Ihre absurde Unternehmenspraktiken sind für sie so selbstverständlich, dass sie davon ausgehen, dass jeder sie schon wissen sollte, obwohl eigentlich NIEMAND SONST auf der ganzen Welt es nur im geringsten für normal hält, und jeder, der bei ihnen noch nie bestellt hat, erwartet dass heißes Essen heiß ist. Also, absurde Unternehmenspraktiken werden hier normalisiert und auf die Kunden ohne vorherige Information aufgezwungen. Natürlich dürfen sie alles kalt servieren, aber COMMON SENSE UND KUNDENFREUNDLICHKEIT, Dinge die bei ihnen scheinbar fremd sind, diktieren dass sie über ihre abnormale Praktiken die Kunden DAVOR informieren, damit man VOR der Bestellung wissen kann, dass bei ihnen rot heißt blau und heiß heißt kalt. Es wäre ganz einfach: ein Satz aus Warnung bei Lieferando, "es wird kalt serviert", und möglichst etwas da vor vor der Theke geklebt. Aber nein, zu viel Aufwand für sie 🤣 Zwei Sternen für Service anstatt einen, weil wenigstens sie sich die Zeit für die Erklärung nahm. Wenn sie auch ganz ehrlich gewesen wäre, anstatt Unternehmenspraktiken mit Hygienemaßnahmen zu mischen, hätte ich 3 gegeben. Das Essen war aber letztendlich GANZ EKLIG. Daher nur einen Stern. Die Matjes waren an sich ok obwohl auch nicht so gut, aber das eiskaltes Brötchen hat alles ganz schlecht gemacht. Also, macht gerne mit euren absurden Unternehmenspraktiken weiter. Ich gehe auch weiter und bestelle hier nie wieder.

Bedienung unfreundlich und keine Lust zu arbeiten,fast kein Essen da...auf Wunsch wurde uns ein Championfisch zubereitet,der Fisch war nicht durch und eiskalt in der Mitte,der Reis war schon hart und alt. Sehr enttäuschend und kein Wunder das wir die einzigen im Restaurant waren.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Der Fisch war kalt und teilweise noch roh. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und nicht begeistert, dass Sie kurz vor Schichtende noch jemand bedienen musste.

Unbedingt sofort kontrollieren! Ich habe eine große Mixbox bestellt und bezahlt. Es wurden mir aber nur Pommes mit Fischnuggets gegeben, leider habe ich das erst Zuhause bemerkt. Wie auch schon in anderen Rezensionen zu lesen, bekommt man nicht, was man bezahlt hat. (An Nordsee: Bitte keine KI-generierte Antwort)

Sehr gut. War lecker und das Personal war nett.

Bisher hab ich sehr gern während des Stadtbummels bei Nordsee Halt gemacht, um mir eine Portion Kartoffelecken mit Dip zu holen. Das schmeckte und hat gesättigt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok. Aber vermutlich war genau das der Grund, denn plötzlich wurden diese einfach aus dem Sortiment genommen. Unverständlich und äußerst schade. Nunja, dann werde ich mir meinen kleinen Zwischensnack in Zukunft eben woanders holen müssen. Ihr habt einen Kunden verloren!

Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung. Wir haben darauf bestanden, zwei von den gerade frisch gebratenen Lachsstücken mit Spinat zu bekommen. Allerdings war die Toilette eine Herausforderung. Unglaublich eng, schmutzig und es stank ekelerregend. Offensichtlich gibt es dort keine Lüftung.

There's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of expert advice and customer service! Of course, this is always a snapshot in time, but when I was there today (lunchtime, 11:30, the store was empty!), I encountered a very grumpy and unwilling person. In terms of food quality, our company canteen can easily keep up (luckily, I like slightly overcooked Brussels sprouts), but in terms of friendliness, they surpass these employees (the colleagues present weren't much better). What I don't understand: There's a premium menu (16.99) and one with salad for 16.49. Otherwise, both included salmon and a side dish (in my case, gratin): That's strange in itself; if I order more (salad with it), I pay less. Oh well, the premium menu included mineral water. But I didn't really want it. (Even with the classic menu with Brussels sprouts, I would have gotten away with €2 less.) But I didn't want salad either. And no sauce. Instead of salad, I got Brussels sprouts. I was charged a premium for this (because I didn't get the salad-free version), and the sprouts were on top. I had asked several times about the price and the exact scope of the offer. And I was given a look of incomprehension and almost reproach. It seemed as if someone could be so stupid as not to get it, as if it were obvious. But it isn't. And apparently not even her. So I feel like I was not only treated unkindly because of the waitress, who doesn't deserve that name, but also paid more. (The pricing structure seems intentionally confusing and not quickly understandable. As you can see from the photos, the drink is also included in the Classic Menu; at a glance, you'd think it applies to both. It's the small print, so to speak.) A meal for 20.78 in a fast-food restaurant atmosphere...congratulations! With this "offer," you've put me off as a customer forever. And that applies to all your branches! Not satisfactory in terms of price-performance ratio!

Honestly, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Nordsee used to be a safe bet for me: fish, fast, delicious. Today, it's more like a Kinder Surprise egg – only the surprise usually consists of half of it being missing. Example number one: the wrap. In the picture, it looks like a full-blown meal – juicy, large, a real feast for the eyes. What's delivered is a sad little roll that looks like it lost half its volume during the journey. If that isn't magic, I don't know what is. Harry Potter would have enjoyed it – vanishing spells for food! Then the shrimp: I ordered a box of 30, and there were 27 inside. Sure, maybe the three missing shrimp were just working overtime and weren't allowed in. But let's be honest – extrapolated to a thousand customers, that's 3,000 shrimp saved. Cost-cutting measures à la Nordsee: Less is more… at least for the cash register. And as if that weren't enough: My fried fish sandwich in the summer. What can I say? One sandwich, one fish, done. Sauce? None. Perhaps it was intended as a "DIY version" – who needs flavor when you can chew dry meat? Conclusion: North Sea is out of the question for me. I never thought I'd say this, but even the little snack bar around the corner does it better – and they don't even have a glossy photo to entice you. North Sea? More like North Sea.

Absolutely terrible staff. I'm coming with a child and it takes a little longer to choose. It's understandable that the salesperson lets one customer go first so we can choose in peace. But then he lets a second customer go first and gets rude, because it takes me longer with my child, even though I was already finished with the first customer who went first. It's unbelievable that I'm still yelling at my child that he doesn't need my money... so we didn't get anything to eat...

I used to enjoy eating at this restaurant, but unfortunately, there's hardly anything positive to say these days. I'm giving it one star because, unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired: The restrooms are in a disgusting state, and the tables are never wiped down. Even the wine glasses are stained and dusty. The outdoor area is extremely dirty, with greasy tables and benches littered with crumbs. The service has also deteriorated dramatically. The young staff consistently seemed unfriendly and uninvolved. Even though we arrived two hours before closing time, it was no longer possible to heat up a fried fish baguette. Despite the restaurant being completely empty and the staff visibly unoccupied, I was even asked to order outside – instead of simply being served. The food itself is now, unfortunately, inedible. The fries box is often less than half full, and freshly prepared food seems to have become a rarity here. All in all, this is very disappointing, especially because it used to be a good place for a quick and tasty snack. Unfortunately, in its current state, I can't recommend this branch.

Very bad service. We ordered two coffees. They didn't bring any other cashiers. They weren't these. Then the boss came out with two waiters. They told me I should speak German and then order or sit in a cafe. Discrimination and racism.

The Nordsee is right on the beach, and the atmosphere is cool 😎. From the upper floor, you can look out the windows and see the market square. The service is quite friendly. The plaice there always tastes good.

I was at Nordsee am Markt in Leipzig today. I had the mixed box, it was really delicious. The shrimp were crispy and fresh, and the two sauces were very tasty. The price was also good for a large portion. I also liked that one of the employees there wears a headscarf. I think that's great and respectful. The staff was friendly and quick. I'd be happy to come back.

Salmon Burger Deluxe Product: Taste 4 out of 10 Burger bun 1 out of 10 (sweet, soft white flour thing, not warmed up) Sauce 2 out of 10 (very sweet, not spicy) Salad and salsa 5 out of 10 (little salsa, poorly distributed, poorly prepared, taste OK) Salmon 7 out of 10 Price and performance: €7.99/inferior product. Presentation: When eating in a restaurant, it's completely unacceptable to have a burger handed over the counter in a cardboard box on a plate. No mention of cutlery or napkins. The presented photo is much more appealing than the actual product. Preparation was done without gloves.

Food was inedible. Okay, just before the end of the day, but that doesn't justify the subterranean quality. Fried potatoes were burnt, the boiled potatoes were overcooked and both had no seasoning and were tasteless. The fried fish wasn't really tasty either. I'll never eat anything here again.

Ein Alaska Filet mit Dillsauce welche intensiv nach Zitrone geschmeckt hat ohne weitere Beilage oder Getränk 10,79€. Die Panade war schon sehr fest was darauf hin deutet das diese Stück schon eine Weile gelegen hat.

Just had dinner there When I wanted to order a fried fish baguette and asked to have it warmed up, I simply received a snide answer that this wasn't possible due to time constraints. I then got a cold, hard bread roll... One of the worst experiences with this chain that I actually always remembered very well. A cold fried fish is a no go!!! Hands off! We ate Bismark rolls and fries there and we were both extremely sick afterwards until this morning. You can't really go wrong with fries - I thought: I've never eaten such bad, lukewarm, bone dry, rancid fries. I threw half away.

The staff are the last to hear if you don't give them the right food and then they are super rude and even vicious when you tell them about it and throw you the right food afterwards. Apart from hygiene. The staff blow their noses and then even touch the customers' food without washing their hands first and the absolute highlight is that there was dirt in the food. I used to always enjoy going to the North Sea but no thanks, never again! I have to be afraid of having food poisoning or even more!

Everything delicious and pleasant atmosphere

Ordered a large mix box. Holds 6/8 thick, fatty, half-raw, cold potato wedges, 1/8 very crispy fried, cold shrimp and 1/8 very thickly pared, mushy, cold fish sticks, which were only 1/3 the size of commercially available fish sticks and that for €8.99. Absolutely not recommended, disgusting really.

I'm not normally a Google review writer, but everything I *don't* expect from a restaurant visit (even if it's a self-service restaurant) came together here. First of all, the organization of the food distribution has not been thought through at all. For example, the trays are only available *after* the checkout, so you have to pay with the plate in your hand, so to speak. You also have to repeat it several times, first to the probably hard-of-hearing and unmotivated employee at the food counter, who then asked several times what you wanted for two dishes, and then again several times to the unfriendly employee at the checkout. If you get a notification beeper because a dish is taking a little longer, they won't take it away when you pick it up, so you'll have to stand there for a while with this thing in your hand and not know what to do with it. The food itself, if you're lucky enough to get it fresh, is edible. However, the fries lack salt and the ketchup is incredibly sweet. The worst thing is the portion size. In the menu for quite a few €13.79, the plate isn't even half full, but it still contains 0.2 liters of drink. The ambience could be nice, with a view of Leipzig's market square, but the dining room is dirty with sticky floors and tables that are wiped down maybe once a week. Never again!

The food wasn't that good. It just wasn't made with love. It's a shame we expected more. The hollandaise was dried out. This can definitely be done better. You always have to wipe down the tables.

Wir hätten uns wundern müssen, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Der Fisch war seit langer Zeit auf der Warmhalteplatte und daher vertrocknet. Der Reis schon kurz vor matschig. Die beiden Damen hatten es nichtmal geschafft den Tisch abzuwischen.

Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und hat mich als muslime Frau sehr schlecht behandelt und war sehr unfreundlich und hat mich schlecht bedient, meine kleine Tochter war dabei, sie war sehr traurig ..das war unverschämt und enttäuschend!!

Was für ein Saftladen, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen ist das Personal total inkompetent und nicht kundenfreundlich! Die Angestellten Gestalten dort sollten vielleicht mal mehr arbeiten, anstatt mit den Kunden Diskussionen anzufangen. Aber das Highlight ist, Backfisch wird beim Verzehr im Restaurant kalt serviert. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass ist jetzt so und man hätte keine Möglichkeit mehr den Backfisch kurz zu erwärmen. Wo gibt's den kalten Backfisch bitte?NIRGENDWO! ...außer bei Nordsee... Nette Bedienung tolle Lage, aber die Tische sind einfach ekelig. Fettig und dreckig.

Salat zum wiederholten Male braun, Essen kalt und nicht frisch, und für die Menge die man bekommt ist der Preis leider auch nicht angemessen.

Ich bin masslos enttäuscht! Wollte am Mittwoch ein Backfisch Brötchen essen, was ich bisher immer gern gegessen habe. Auf meine Frage warum dieses kalt ist wurde mir gesagt, dass es seit einiger Zeit nur noch kalt verkauft wird. Das finde ich gelinde gesagt: EINFACH NUR SCHLECHT! Sehr schade und absolut unverständlich!

Viel zu teuer für die Qualität.

An absolutely average Nordsee branch, and why would you ask for more? It’s exactly what you’d expect: the potato wedges are tasty (although lukewarm as always), the fish baguette is delicious, and the tartare sauce is to die for. Of course, the service is designed for efficiency and highly impersonal. You don’t come here expecting anything fancy, and you don’t get anything fancy. But it’s a quick, filling lunch.

Samstag 20.Mai 23 gegen Mittag schnelle freundliche Bedienung hatten Scholle und Garnelenspies mit Gemüse und Remoulade war sehr lecker und der Preis war auch ok gestern Abend waren wir im Nordsee im Hbf. Auch freundlich und lecker danke macht weiter so.👍👍👍👍

Super Standort mit Blick auf den Markt, innen ganz nett eingerichtet, auch Freisitze draußen. Essen Nordsee eben, lecker. Click&Collect klappt nicht so ganz, jetzt 2x hintereinander was bestellt, aber 10min später vor Ort wissen die davon nichts. Ließ sich aber problemlos klären.

Meine Anregung von März 2023 wurde aufgegriffen. Habe auf 3 Sterne erhöht. Dass es besser geht zeigt die Filiale im Hauptbahnhof.

Lieblos angerichtet. Es gab keine Bratkartoffeln. Kartoffelsalat schmeckt nicht. Personal nicht sehr motiviert.

Leider finde ich, dass bei Nordsee im Allgemeinen die Qualität und der gute Eindruck nachgelassen haben. Ja, es ist kein Sternerestaurant, die Preise sind auch ok, aber die Zubereitung ist von Fett geprägt, ob es nun der Fisch oder die Bratkartoffeln sind, mir fällt es nach ein paar Bissen schwer, das Essen runterzubekommen. Auch ist das Ambiente dunkel, teilweise ungepflegt bzw. unsauber. Ich war immer gern und oft bei Nordsee essen, aber unter den Aspekten für ein Mittagessen nicht wenige € auszugeben, ist es mir nicht mehr wert.

Hier kann man sehr gut essen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ambiente ist sehr schön.

Wir gehen dort regelmäßig essen. Immer guter Fisch zu (noch) verträglichen Preisen. Immer gut besucht. WLAN leider keins im hinteren Bereich. Das gibt Abzüge.

Einfach nur schlecht, Fisch war trocken und hart. Die Bratkartoffeln sahen erst echt knusprig aus, aber auch die entweder hart oder total matschig. Platz war so la la sauber, halt Fastfood. 15 Euro zum Fenster raus ….

Auf Männer WC ist ne Folie abgerissen womit man von draußen komplett reingucken kann. Ist nicht gerade schön aber ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden.

Man steht mindestens 5 Minuten bis man bedient wird obwohl nichts los ist und zwei Mitarbeiter da sind. Brötchen sehr hart gewesen und als wären sie schon ziemlich lange da, Fisch nicht warm, beim ersten Mal wurde gefragt ob wir es warm haben wollen beim nächsten Mal nicht. Pommes und co sehr lecker, ausreichend Dip ist auch da. Die Damentoilette ist sehr eng und ich fand es ziemlich unhygienisch, kein Klopapier da und der Mülleimer war über voll. Mit den Coupons kann man dort gut essen da es dann ein guter Preis ist. Zu normalen Preisen würde ich dort nicht mehr essen.

Fisch (Fang der Woche) schmeckt sehr "tranig". Fisch zubalt oder schon mal aufgewärmt? Beilagen werden erwähnt und dann zusätzlich berechnet. Lachsfilet war so ok. Insgesamt nichts Besonderes und weit hinter den Erwartungen. Entsprechend wenig Betrieb zur Mittagszeit waehzdes Weihnachtsmarks.

Gut geeignet für ein schnelles Essen oder ein Fischbtötchen /Backfisch /Fischburger to go. Bei Vollwerternährung eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundliche Chefin die ihre Mitarbeiter von den Kunden auch laut zusammen Pfeifen tut. Aushilfen und Unerfahrene Mitarbeiter/in werden oft sehr unfreundlich und Respektlos behandelt. Die Chefin oder Vorgesetzen sollten sich über das Verhalten an ihren Mitarbeitern mal genauer Gedanken machen. Hab als Gast mehrmals gesehen wie Mitarbeiter/in fertig gemacht worden sind. Man sollte einfach als Chef selbst mal seinen A.... drehen und nicht immer nur Bla bla und Respektlos zu seinen Mitmenschen sein.

Sehr leckeres, vielfältiges Speisenangebot. Leider jedoch nicht immer alle Speisen vorhanden und man muss daher eine kurze Wartezeit vor Ort einplanen. Man kann drinnen oder auch draußen Platz nehmen. Toiletten sind vorhanden.

Gutes Essen. Guter Kaffee ... und sehr nette freundliche Bedienung.

Wir wurden freundlich aber eher reserviert bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Sitzmöglichkeiten besonders im oberen Bereich laden auch zum längeren Verweilen ein.
