En France on évoque souvent "la madeleine de Proust" pour parler d'un plat qui vous ramène en enfance. En Sarre, il y a le "DIBBELABBES" ! Alors quand j'ai découvert ce restaurant dans une petite ruelle du vieux Sarrebruck, affichant fièrement qu'ils cuisinaient du DIBBELABBES depuis 1994, je n'ai pas résisté. Je n'ai pas eu grand mal à persuader ma chérie d'amour de gouter ce plat emblématique de la cuisine Sarroise, après l’avoir converti aux "GEFÜLLTE KLÔSSE", au "HIMMEL UND ERDE" et bien sûr aux "SCHNITZEL". J’ai moi-même pris la version classique (DIBBELABBES et compote de pomme) et ma chérie n’a pas résister à la version de luxe, avec des harengs marinés. Et alors ??? Ben, c’était excellent et le souvenir du plat que je mangeais enfant était bien présent. Je recommande sincèrement ce restaurant qui propose une cuisine de terroir, simple mais gouteuse et je ne manquerais pas d’y retourner pour gouter les GEFFÜLTE KLÖSSE. L’endroit est vraiment charmant avec la maman en cuisine et la fille en salle.

Despite being completely booked out, the boss personally welcomed me and served us very high quality food. I was relatively skeptical beforehand because I was served good Indian food. The Murgh tikka makkni was butter tender and the rice was exceptional! Good wine list with very good price-performance ratio! Always worth a visit

The outdoor events are always well organized and worthwhile. Especially the musical accompaniment (Skaver!!) in the afternoon. Always my pleasure.

Nettes Restaurant, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war nett und das bestellte Essen kam zügig. Es gibt eine kleine überschaubare Karte, was auf eine frische Küche hinweist. Die Gerichte waren super schmackhaft und die Tagliatelle mit Rindfleischspitzen ein Traum.

Crazy..🥹I think this is the first time I’ve had such a delicious meal in Germany. Maybe it was the best because it was close to France👍👍❤️ Lamb is awesome!!
