Pizza was ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and was kept warm in a box. The mini pizza, which cost almost 20 euros, has nothing to do with Napoli. The tomato sauce was very sour, but the other ingredients were quality. I'm sorry, but it wasn't worth eating there at all

Now I've finally managed to test the store. Since I was in Naples and the surrounding area three years ago, I have seen pizzas with different eyes. I was even more relaxed before the visit and I have to say that for the first time there is actually a pizza here that comes close to the pizzas in Naples. This is by far the best pizza you can find in Saarland, at least what I've tried so far, and that's a lot that doesn't really need to be mentioned. The price performance is also reasonable, which is very pleasing considering the quality.

We live in Germany for 3 years and this is the second time we have eaten such a delicious pizza. Perfect dough, toppings, very friendly service and a very short waiting time for the order. I highly recommend it and if we are ever in town again we will definitely drop by!

Thanks to this restaurant, the art of Neapolitan pizza has now arrived in Saarbrücken for a long time. Located directly on the pedestrian zone, you can get a very good selection of pizza classics as well as delicious new creations in a friendly atmosphere. We were there on a busy day, but that didn't detract from the friendliness of the staff. But the friendliness couldn't completely cover up the stress, you could already tell. However, the waiting times were quite long. We ordered the truffle parmesan bruschetta, which was delicious. In contrast to the pictures on the website, there was no truffle sliced ​​on it. A first setback. In addition, the tables at the back of the extra room are the entrance to the toilet and, for the staff, to the dishwasher (?), in any case there is a lot of activity here. Cozy is different, and a cool neon sign doesn't help either. In particular, the service staff always takes far too many dishes and then can't open the door, so either the guests have to help or half of the dishes simply fall down. There was no noticeable learning effect in this regard during our stay.

The pizzas are good, the menu is quite clear, you have to pay at the checkout. Ambiance is all black, it wouldn't be my taste.

Pizza is very good, but also expensive, which is justified by the exclusive ingredients. Staff could be more attentive if you want to order something else, and if there are several people, don't just ask one person. Drinks menu is also quite small, I miss the variety, especially coffee, which unfortunately didn't taste good at all. It is well attended, which is a sign of the good quality of the pizza, but it is very noisy as a result. I also find the high stools without backrests inconvenient for eating, which lowers the overall rating. Pick-up service would be happy again, consumption on site is no longer possible.

Pizza now consists almost entirely of dough. Price-performance is not right at all. Service doesn't know about the dishes. Allergens not declared on the menu. The toilet is more than dirty, but in the dark atmosphere it's not noticeable at first glance.

Pizza Carbonara was simply amazing!

Had salad as a starter but was brought with pizza at the same time. Complaint ended in a discussion and I was told that you have to say that you have to have a starter before the main course. Most people would do it that way... Well, where we normally eat, you don't have to do that, I've never heard of it or experienced it? When we wanted to pay, a nice gentleman from the service said that I didn't have to pay for the salad, which was very fair because my pizza also got cold. At the checkout, the other employee “stepped up” again and started a new discussion and lecture. This was unbelievable and impossible, actually brazen and outrageous, since everything had been settled. I've known Gotti since he opened the shop, unfortunately the pizza is getting worse and worse. The mega pizza crust is also getting thicker and the prices are rising (toppings are becoming less and less due to the ultra thick crust). There are no prices on the drinks menu and no additives are declared on the menu. We, my wife and I, will no longer enter this store. It's unbelievable what individual employees (are allowed to?) allow themselves. Thanks again to the individual nice people, I think he understood us and we didn't have to pay part of it. Complaints are otherwise apparently and presumably not a training topic in the store... This is a personal report and everything corresponds to my personal opinion and understanding.

Pizza Gotti is the absolute BEST for pizza! Every pizza they make is a masterpiece 👌 It's clear that the owner and staff care about their restaurant. We have visited with family here many times, and each curated pizza has been exceptional. We recommend Pizza Gotti to all and we will continue to eat our pizza from here :)

We sat in the back room. After waiting 20 minutes and 3 different waiters walking past our table several times and ignoring us, I had to proactively approach a waiter so that we could even order. Especially since a waiter knowingly assigned us exactly this table because we had reserved. After we ordered, the table next to us complained because they would also like to order (they were already there before us). It then turned out that they had been waiting for it for 30 minutes. That felt really stupid. After that, everything was fine with the service once we realized (even though employees were constantly walking through) that there were also guests in the back. The pizza itself was very tasty. The dough was really good and the topping was high quality. Unfortunately the pizza was in the oven just a little too long. As you can see in the pictures, the edge was slightly burnt. This was also the case with our 2 friends. But it wasn't so bad, still edible and, above all, tasty. All in all, we found it good here, we would just like to see more consideration when it comes to service.

You should definitely try top pizza.

We ordered pizza via Uber. The request to swap the capers for mushrooms was not responded to. It wouldn't be so bad if you had at least put more of the other vegetables on it. Instead you get a very bulky pizza. The comparison picture in the Gotti app looked really promising (a lot of coating). In reality, unfortunately, it's an absolute tragedy. You just notice how carelessly the vegetables were cut and thrown on top. If you look at the pictures of the other pizzas here, which are not vegan, they are pretty well documented in contrast to the vegan one. So I'm assuming vegans aren't exactly the desired clientele here. That was the first and last pizza at Gotti's.

Das war keine Napoleonische Pizza. Ein klotziger, dicker Teigring macht keine napoleonische Pizza. Als wir uns beim Zahlen beschwert haben dass der Teig nicht aufgegangen war kam keine Reaktion. Ganz schwach !!! Auf allen Tellern ging der Rand zurück und keine Reaktion vom Personal und vom Chef.

The food came to the table very quickly. It looked delicious and tasted very good too. There is a lot to choose from and there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, our table was right at the entrance and therefore also at the passage. There was always something going on here and it was very loud. But the restaurant is nicely decorated and you feel comfortable in it. We'll definitely come back again.

After 40 minutes we still didn't get our food, the service was poor. Other people who came after us got their food before us and 20 minutes after we ordered, our waitress came and asked if we had already ordered. After she took our order 20 minutes in advance. We waited a total of 55 minutes for our food!!!

The "best pizza in town"! I haven't been able to try so many in Saarbrücken, but they definitely live up to the reputation. It's best to eat locally to get the full taste experience ;) Thanks to the new ordering system, you don't have to wait to catch someone's attention; you simply order using the QR code provided and then receive your order fairly quickly. The seats outside could use a seat cushion and it is a little tight in places, but that is not an exclusion criterion. The pizzas are really very tasty, fluffy on the edge, they don't skimp on the ingredients and you can choose between unusual card pizzas (as you can see in the picture, e.g. Carbonara), or make special requests at any time and they come nice and hot to you. So far everything has always been taken into account for me! In short, if you're in the mood for pizza, good pizza, then it's definitely worth a visit.

The guys and girls on site are always super friendly and on their toes. You never wait long here. The toppings are anything but 0-8-15 - there's something for everyone here, I haven't eaten anything here yet that didn't blow me away. I have to say, I have never eaten pizza like this before. Pizzas with unusual ingredients and a thick and "fluffy" crust, which was quite tasty. To be clear, they serve rather unusual pizzas. You can order in advance via the Internet using a QR code, but we didn't know that yet. After a while the waitress came and we were able to order. It could definitely have been communicated better in that sense. Otherwise they were friendly.

The best pizza in all of Saarbrücken can be found at Gotti. There are unusual pizza variants here, not always just the standard pizza. Anyone who likes pizza should definitely have a pizza here. Unfortunately, a reservation is only possible for groups of 4 people or more, but we have never had really long waiting times. :-)

The pizza here is surprisingly good! Interesting flavors, tasty base and additions. I especially recommend the "Beppa" pizza! The place is atmospheric, in good weather you can sit outside. As for the service... The beginning until the food was served was great. Unfortunately, I feel as if we were completely forgotten, no one came to ask if everything was OK. After eating, we waited for a long time, there was no traffic, and yet no one from the staff showed up. We asked for the bill, but after a while we just had to go inside and pay there. We will probably come back, because it is the best pizza in Saarbrücken, but unfortunately we are not satisfied with the service. Pity.

In general, I think the pizza here is great (even if the service varies a lot). Something also doesn't seem to be quite right with the card machine when you select the tip. I noticed afterwards that I had been debited almost €2 too much... I have no idea whether that was a system error, but I would definitely recommend checking exactly what was being debited.

Here you can tell that the focus is on quality. The ingredients differ significantly from what you would expect from the pizzeria around the corner. The topping was also generous. The pizza costs a little more, but you also get a special pizza experience. In contrast, the restaurant actually comes across like the pizzeria around the corner. Clean and well-kept, but boring and furnished without a lot of frills. Sufficient for a lunch break with colleagues, but nothing for an evening visit to an “upscale” Italian restaurant. Service was slow and not particularly attentive during my visit. If you stay relaxed here, you can enjoy the pizza afterwards and look forward to the dough and the ingredients on it.

Unfortunately, we were turned away on the phone with the advice that “only” 3 pizzas were not enough to be able to place an order over the phone. We had already wisely said that we would like to come and pick up the pizzas ourselves. Of course, that didn't happen after such an arrogant and less than customer-friendly remark...

The selection of pizza is really great - in addition to the pizzas listed on the menu, most of the ingredients can be freely combined. The service was also friendly and helpful. The perfect restaurant to spoil your evening. :) We reserved a table for 8 p.m. 6 weeks ago for a birthday dinner. We arrived with hungry stomachs and excited anticipation, but our excitement was quickly dampened by the endless wait. After initial inquiry we were told that the kitchen had been informed and our order would be brought forward. The excuse was that they were understaffed in the kitchen. While I understand that staff shortages, especially in the catering sector, can lead to major challenges, such a long waiting time of 2 hours (until closing time) is simply unacceptable, especially when you consider that other guests who arrived after us were given preferential treatment and also got their pizza before us. In addition, after further inquiry, we were assured that the pizzas were in the oven. After a 30-minute wait and just in time for the store closing time at 10 p.m., we asked again what was going on with the pizza. The pizza actually wasn't in the oven and the wait became too stupid for us. No explanation was given regarding the lie. The staff also didn't go any further to suggest us an appropriate solution, which speaks volumes about the lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. We left the restaurant hungry and disappointed and that was it for our birthday dinner. Thank you for the unforgettable memory, dear Gotti team. :))) ...It is the responsibility of management to ensure that there are sufficient staff to ensure the minimum level of service. If you don't have enough staff to handle upcoming peak times, you should consider taking on fewer customers. Hopefully this criticism will be taken seriously to avoid such unpleasant experiences in the future.

I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. We had reserved a table for 8 p.m. with the note that it was a birthday celebration. With a little delay, we placed our order at 8:30/8:45 p.m. We've had to ask for our order 3 times since then because no one came to our table to say it might take longer (which is what I expect from a good restaurant) After 30 minutes we asked for the first time and were told that our order would be brought forward. After an hour we were told that the pizzas were now in the oven and would be coming soon. At 10 p.m. we still had nothing to eat (the restaurant closes at 10 p.m.) and our pizzas weren't even prepared. Strangely enough, everyone else who came after us already had their orders, and we couldn't be given a logical explanation as to why can be. Really a shame and very bad management. If you don't have enough staff in the kitchen, you should also be able to estimate when you will no longer accept guests. Above all, you should prepare the order as soon as it is received and not the newest ones first and then the others at some point. We also made the reservation 4 weeks ago and got up hungry after waiting 2 hours. Unfortunately, the long journey wasn't worth it for us and the birthday didn't go as hoped.

I'm not normally the kind of person to give such a review, but I have to get it out of the way. I made a reservation four weeks ago to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The reservation was at 8:00 p.m. and we arrived 10 minutes late and ordered as quickly as possible. It was then about 8:30 p.m. At 9:45 p.m. we were still waiting and there were friends at other tables who came after us and had already had their food. We asked the employees about it three times and each time they said “it’s about to go in the oven.” The place closes at 10pm and we were still sitting there at 10:05pm waiting for our pizza, which appeared to still be in the oven. At some point the whole thing became really too stupid for us and we got up and left. At the counter we saw that our pizzas weren't even in the oven yet and there was no real explanation from the employees. Our friends traveled here especially for their birthday and so we lost 2 hours (!!!). If it doesn't work due to a lack of staff, then 1. you shouldn't have taken on another person shortly before the end of the day 2. you should work on time management. If they had said from the start that there might be a delay, we would have been the last people to cause a discussion. A birthday was ruined. I haven't been this angry and disappointed in a really long time. Never again. Thanks for nothing.

Die Pizza muss der Oberburner werden um hier nochmal mit einer guten Punktzahl rauszukommen: Wollte zwei Pizzen telefonisch bestellen, geht nicht, nur vor Ort möglich. Also hin, bestellt, bezahlt und nach einer halben Stunde warten mal nachgefragt. Antwort „Ja, ja, das dauert noch, mindestens 20 Minuten“. Null Empathie, geschweige denn ein „tut uns leid“. Auf meine Frage hin, ob eine Stunde Wartezeit echt als normal empfunden wird, verständnisloses Nicken. Das sei halt so. Unfassbar.
