The food was cold and too salty, The meat is tough. No quality, the last time for me, and you can now also pay for small children under 3 years old. And to make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly No recommendation

I've been there several times now, both in the evening and at lunchtime, and every time I leave satisfied and full! The staff is super friendly, the selection is very large, the food is always fresh, the atmosphere is nice and you can even reserve a table at short notice. Of course the price isn't exactly low, especially in the evenings, but if you consider how many people are there and what a large selection and fast service you are offered, it's completely justified! It's also really an all-you-can-eat buffet where you don't have to watch the clock and can eat in peace and at your own pace. All in all: big recommendation!

I expected more from my visit to Ming, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I had a beef dish. The meat had a rubbery consistency and a bland taste. I know that taste and most of the time it indicates that the meat has been frozen and thawed, or in the worst case scenario, even washed off. The vegetables also had little taste and were cut too large. I assume that it is not fresh either, but simply thawed. After a complaint and the suggestion that I just get a plate from the buffet instead, I unfortunately didn't receive service. Too bad! At least I can't recommend the individual dishes!

The conditions were friendly, the food itself was okay (at least the vegetarian dishes), but unfortunately the labeling on the buffet is really bad. Some handwritten and barely legible pieces of paper or simply far too little information. e.g. B. "Rice Balls" should be "Rice Balls with Bean Filling" or "Fried Noodles" should be "Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Chicken". There is no note anywhere with a further explanation of what is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, ... or what is actually in it - no allergen labels either.

They are increadibly rude after all, i was there for too good to go and they were treating us like bugs. I could go there in a normal time too. I just saw on app and wanted to try it. If they are gonna do like this, they dont sell it and just throw it. Espicially the asian old lady. She was incredibly rude.

Delicious food but poor service. The older waiter had a terrible attitude and responded politely with superficial and contemptuous language. Everything was fine, but I have to say that I have never had to experience such unfriendly service. Not only were the wrong drinks brought, but when I was waiting for my change to pay, I was asked very angrily why I wasn't giving a tip. I thought it was a bad joke until the waiter slapped the money on the table and left the table in silence cleared away, so I've never experienced anything so brazen that you're treated unkindly just because you don't give a tip... which movie are you in?! Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars.

The sushi is very good for a buffet, but everything else is way too salty.

Fine dining, the sushi is continually freshly prepared and replenished. The fried salmon is highly recommended. The conditions come quickly, even if they have problems with the German language, but they are nice and very accommodating. Everything is well maintained, clean and can be visited at any time. At peak times (around 7 p.m.) it can be a bit noisy due to the number of visitors, but everything is within reason. No question, we'll be back.

Great Chinese food buffet, good place to visit and try something new

Poor quality - you can save yourself. The Ming attracts with very reasonable prices for an Asian "all you can eat" buffet including sushi. But the food doesn't taste good and isn't worth the money. The sushi is reminiscent of something from a discount store and has no restaurant quality whatsoever. Fish and meat for the grill were served completely over-salted and burnt. Even the dessert didn't taste good because the cake is in the fridge and is therefore at the wrong temperature. Only the fresh fruit and one or two ready-made warm dishes were convincing. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cool and reminiscent of a canteen. No one seems to be checking the toilet either, as the drains in all the sinks were closed.

There was plenty of choice at the buffet, unfortunately only the front area was refilled, so the older products and dishes remained behind. So if you're unlucky, the sushi has been on the plate for a long time and is unfortunately a little drier.

Typical Chinese-Mongolian cuisine, fast service, good service, reasonable prices. For Mongolian grill we use robots.

The decor is nice, the service is good, but the food is not good, some of the meat is raw, the taste is not good, the emphasis here is on quantity rather than quality

Really enjoyed the food and service!! The only thing what we didn't like was: some children were poking they fingers in the food!!! Parents never reminded them that other people wanted to eat that food, too. Needs to be addressed.otherwise very good place to eat.

I like to award 5 points in each category. The food was really tasty considering the price. The quality is great. I think everyone who likes Asian food will find something here. The delicacies after the main menu are also impressive. The service really nice. Even the drinks reach the table quickly. I've been observing this level for a long time and that's why I come here at least once a month. What I find really shameful is how some guests fill their plates as if there were no tomorrow. In this sense. Asia Ming fulfills me 100%. Have a good appetite everyone and have a great time there.

The asian woman working there(the manager or maybe even the owner) literally shouted at us for starting to eat before ordering the drink (even though we were waiting for a waiter to show up so we could) Then she is always in a bad mood, literally looking down on people and will sour any experience you would plan on having with your loved ones. Phew, it's a real shame, we used to really enjoy coming there. Since the ownership changed, the quality of the food and service has drastically deteriorated. There were 6 of us there, no one liked it, we all had stomach aches afterwards (and that wasn't because we ate a lot)

We have been regular customers for over 2 years and keep coming back. This time we asked for a lemon to eat with the fish. We left a total of €88 there. We were then told that lemons were so expensive and that's why they didn't want to give us any and that we should buy one ourselves if we wanted!!! It's a shame to lose customers because of a lemon

It's not a very popular Asian restaurant in Saarbrücken for nothing. There is a buffet where you can help yourself. Some dishes can be ordered directly and will then be brought to you by a robot. The atmosphere is also nice and the service is friendly. The prices are ok for what is on offer.

Well-known concept with buffet and Mongolian grill. The serving robot is cool! Everything tastes good and nothing stands out.

This evening I was surprised by the welcome always at the top, the very well stocked buffet and the excellent plancha the little extra the robot which serves you at the table won over my daughter 😜

UPDATE!!!!!! After the change of ownership, it's no longer so good and the selection at the grill and buffet is no longer so good either. Unfortunately, I have to say that the staff no longer offers the same service as the old owner couple. The service is now almost exclusively based on Eastern European conditions... Asian service staff who can also speak German can only be found when ordering and paying at table. And unfortunately almost everyone can speak and understand little or no German. It's a shame, something good was changed in mass production with medium quality. It's probably a restaurant chain now......... The photos are still from the old owner couple. They no longer have anything to do with today and only serve to compare past and present.

So I have to say that it's really delicious there and the selection is huge. Everyone is very nice and you definitely don't go home hungry ^^

It was very busy and unfortunately that was evident in the service. And not everyone speaks German very well, so unfortunately some of my questions remain unanswered. But the furnishings and the food are excellent.

Everything was super clean, delicious, great ambience...only the waitresses would have to ask a little more about drinks.

The food and service are very good, but the clearing service is a bit overwhelmed, probably due to the size, and the toilets are unfortunately not the cleanest due to improper use. Nevertheless, I can definitely recommend Ming if you don't like a quiet meal and can wait for certain (Mongolian) plates. Another highlight, of course, is not to forget the electronic service staff, who definitely put a smile on your face.

It tastes really good, the buffet is always filled up and is extremely large and rich. There is Mongolian grill and the buffet offers an incredibly diverse range of specialties, e.g. also kangaroos. Unfortunately, my steak was completely fried to death on the Mongolian grill and was not edible. Worse than shoe soles. Next time I'll tell him to just throw it on for a moment if he can remember it until it's my plate. I find robots bringing the food to the table super interesting and futuristic. What bothers me is that there are no partitions or room dividers between the tables. This is why the restaurant is so spacious and has the feel of a canteen. That makes it very uncomfortable.

The new owners of the restaurant are terrible, just unfriendly and unsympathetic... You don't like going there anymore...

On Saturday, January 20, we came to this restaurant because we had already been here and wanted to spend a family evening together. As soon as we entered we could not quickly find a seat, but these are minor things. As soon as they showed us a table where we could sit, they immediately asked what we would drink, since we had not even picked up the menu yet, we said that we would look and choose, but they seemed to not understand us and in a rude tone they said that you will not drink anything, to which we were very surprised, and repeated again that we would now look at the menu and choose, to which the waitress said about may goth, with such a face as if all her brains had been taken out, in general, we still made an order, but the whole evening there was strange service, but the most interesting thing that when there were several half-eaten shrimp left on the plate, we were immediately told that we would pay 4 euros for it, later on the menu we read that for uneaten food of more than 100 grams the fine was 4 euros, the strange thing is that she still took the plate but didn’t do anything weighed in 🤔, well, in general, the evening turned out to be not as pleasant as we would have liked! And the most interesting thing is that at the end, when we came to pay the bill, this waitress asked us how much we would leave her a tip, naturally there was no talk of any tips, to which she said that you will not give me a tip. And what she said in her own language to her partner with dissatisfaction! Listen, if a person comes to a restaurant, bar, cafe, the waiter’s duty is to be kind and decent, but not rude, and even talk to the visitors as if they owe you something! In general, we came to the conclusion that we will not come again!!!

Personally, I enjoyed the food, although you shouldn't have too many demands on the food - it's plain and simple. Service: the service is underground. the service is super rude and disrespectful. especially in cases of incomprehensible circumstances... The waitress suggested a table, I didn't like it and asked if I could get another one. The woman started to argue with me and told me that we weren't here to make your wish and that in principle I could leave if I didn't like the place. I find it crazy to receive such statements from a waitress. then: I wanted to put my plate myself on the cart where all the dirty dishes are. the woman snapped at me in a tone as if I had done something bad. I shouldn't do that in a restaurant like this... sorry for the really bad offense. Furthermore: the rule here is that you have to eat everything you take. If something doesn't taste good, have fun discussing it with the waitress. Here the lady also snapped at me. justify why I don't like something. The atmosphere: Of course, after all that unintelligent talk, I had no interest in eating. the mood was in the basement. but let's remain objective: it was Saturday and it was packed. You can forget about the cozy atmosphere. it was very loud and like a beer tent. The hard part was at the end when paying - the waitress asked me why I didn't want to give a tip and started arguing with me... risk of repetition: -100. never again and can't recommend it. As a customer, I don't expect much, but friendliness is a basic requirement.

Food was actually very good, presentation and availability were excellent, staff were very kind and welcoming. Some of the bad reviews are just pitiful, read them before you trust them.

Also eigentlich esse ich hier mindestens alle 2 Monate ein bis zwei mal, es schmeckt sehr gut, es gibt genug Auswahl und es ist für jeden was dabei. Zu meinem Gericht dürstelt es mich dazu nach einem Glas Cola mit einem kleinen Scheibchen Zitrone . Bis jetzt noch alles gut. Aber eines Tages heute am 13.01.2024 gab es den Vorfall. Keine Zitronen Scheibe. Unerhört. Dazu zählt noch, kaum hat man den Teller leer schon kommt Personal auf den Tisch gehopst und nimmt deinen Teller mit, obwohl man nicht mal fertig mit kauen ist. Ich biete von diesem Laden ab!

Wurde angeschrien weil ich nicht wusste dass ich 3€ EXTRA dazu zahlen muss wenn ich ein eigenes Getränk dabei habe, sehr unfreundlicher Umgang würde nicht nochmal dahin !!!

Ein toller Abend tolles Personal gutes Essen

Stabile Qualität mit kleinen Änderungen (Vanillebällchen statt Sesambällchen), mongolischen Buffet und Servierrobottern. Wir bei allen Mongolen wird leider das Fleisch tot gebraten, aber das ist verständlich. Das Bezahlen ist oft etwas Chaotisch, da es nur eine Person zu geben scheint, die abrechnen darf, und die hat viel zu tun.

Das Büffet ist sehr fein und eine große Auswahl, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das einzige Mango ist der lärmpegel , weil immer sehr viel los ist

Für mich das erste Restaurant mit Roboter. Dieser bringt einem das Essen das man beim Grill abgibt zum anbraten. Sehr interessant. Das für zuviel übrig gelassenes essen mittlerweile bezahlt werden muss, finde ich nicht mehr wie richtig. Essen war sehr gut. Ausser nach Getränke wurde zu selten geschaut, schade deshalb beim Service nur 3 Sterne.

Wir waren gestern ,8 Dezember,Essen und waren mehr als begeistert. Das Ambiente lässt sich von aussen nicht erahnen. Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut freundlich und immer auf Zack. Das Buffet ist mehr als eine Menge an leckeren Sachen und eine riesige Auswahl. Leider war ich irgendwann satt und konnte nicht weiter testen. Die Sachen sind frisch und schmecken sehr lecker. Und ja, es kann laut sein wenn es voll ist und deine Tischnachbarn nicht die leisesten sind und na klar ist dann auch der Ansturm auf das Büfett riesig. Dann passt man ab das man geht,sobald die meiste schon an Buffet waren ;) dies wird mein lieblings Lokal im Asiatischen Bereich ❤️ es war einfach ein Erlebnis. Danke dafür

I've been to that place a few times, eating in and grabbing takeout. They have a lot of food options, and everything is pretty good except for the chicken curry – it doesn't taste great. But overall, I really like the food there, and I always enjoy my visits.

Super Essen, freundlich und für dieses Ambiente und Essen gute Preis und Leistung

Das Ambiente finde ich eher ungemütlich. Das Sushi war fad und geschmacklich nicht besonders gut. Das andere Essen ebenfalls geschmacklich nicht besonders. Das frisch zubereitete Essen dagegen war leider überwürzt. Schade.

Hallo liebe werdende und Bereits schonmal Ming Restaurant Besucher. Meine Freundin die am 11.11.2023 meine Frau wurde an diesem Besonderen Tag lud mich meine Frau zum Essen in Dieses Asia Restaurant ein. Wer das Nachtwerk(ehemaliges)N8 Werk kannte, in der Nähe ggenüber befindet sich das "Ming", in Saarbrücken, auch Nähe Saarbrücker Hauptbahnhof(Eurobahnhof). Es ist ein Sehr grosses Restaurant, mit vielen netten Personal, wo man sehen kann wie die Speisen angerichtet und zum Essen Angeboten werden. Meine Frau bezahlte am Ende für 6 Teller und 4 Grosse Getränke( Wir hätten dürfen noch mehr essen, aber unsere Mägen waren zu klein, also voll), Sage und Schreibe etwas über 38 €. Für uns zwei Personen. Meldet oder Reserviert euch einen Tisch meiste Anzahl Tische und Stühle sind vorhanden. Sehr tolles Ambiente. Wertung gab ich 3x5 Sterne. Lasst euch überraschen, gibt sämtliche Speisen. Sushi, Hühnchen Fisch, Gemüse Salate, versch. Eis mit SchoKososse, Reis Nudeln etc, wenn ihr mehrmals Nnachschlsgt, kein Problem so oft ihr wollt sprecht mit debn netten Mitarbeiten, traut euch ruft an. Viel Spass und Sajonara liebe Asia freunde.

Schlechter Service. Der Serviceroboter bringt nur lauwarmes Essen. Beim letzten Mal war es etwas besser. Preise fürs Büffet sind übertrieben.

Мы с моим молодым человеком периодически посещаем это заведение, и мы очень довольны обслуживанием и едой.

Waren gestern im Restaurant. Nette, kompetente Bedienung. Riesiges Buffet mit „gängigen Gerichten“ und zusätzlichen frischen Lebensmitteln (div. Fleisch/Fisch/Meeresfrüchte/Gemüse) zum selber zusammen stellen, welches frisch gebraten/zubereitet wird. Diverse Süßspeisen.

Essen viel und reichlich. Fisch Fleisch Vegetarisch Mongolisch alles Lecker. Aber wenn man einen Tisch bestellt sollte man ihn auch bekommen leider wurden wir etwas außerhalb gesetzt und deswegen mußten wir immer jemand suchen der unsere Bestellung der Getränke entgegen nimmt. Das müsste evtl.etwas besser laufen.

Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden, doch leider hat einiges Nachgelassen. Es gibt kein Kinder-Spielraum mehr, wir haben ewig auf unsere Getränke gewartet, bzw manche kamen bis zum Schluss nicht. Es war sehr/zu viel los, sehr laut dadurch und ungemütlich. Beim Mongolischen Grill haben wir über 1 Stunde auf den Teller gewartet. Schade, vielleicht ändert es sich nochmal mehr ins positive.
