Always worth a visit, fresh ingredients and very fast service.

We always enjoy going to Oishii. Here you have the modern version of a buffet using a tablet. You can order 5 dishes per person every 15 minutes. The portions are kept correspondingly small. As an example: 1 serving of maki sushi cucumber consists of three pieces. This way you can try out a lot of things and get to know new things. But be careful here and avoid waste. Which I personally very much support. I can recommend it to anyone who likes Asian food. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that could perhaps be adjusted a little is the ambience. Personally, it's a bit plain for me. I would like a little more decoration. But the simple design also has its own charm and is appealing.

Cocktails should be avoided. I then asked again whether this overly sweet, alcohol-free lemonade was actually the Spicy Mojito I thought I had clicked on. .. Unfortunately yes

Yesterday I spontaneously went out to eat there with my boyfriend and his sister. We were there at 5 p.m. and got a table. However, I would still recommend making a reservation to be sure of getting a table. The staff is very nice and explains the process, how ordering works and how the rounds work. The sushi tasted very tasty, especially the avocado maki and tuna maki. I can also highly recommend the pickled cucumber salad and the sweet potato fries.<3 It's easy to try things out as you can choose up to 5 dishes per round. But I would make sure that you don't overdo it because you have to pay for the leftovers and can't take them with you. It's not exactly cheap, but it tastes very good. I think we'll go here again if we want to eat "All You Can Eat" sushi.^^

We ate at Oishii today and I can say the following: The food was sometimes tasty but unfortunately very often did not live up to expectations. We had to wait a long time for many things and some things didn't come at all. Of course you shouldn't expect the food to correspond 100% to the pictures on the menu, but sometimes the pictures are so absurdly wrong. Some of the food was cold and the desserts were way too sweet. The waitress was very nice. Unfortunately, you often read negative things about the atmosphere in the reviews and unfortunately I have to confirm this. When there's a lot of customers, you can't understand what you're saying. It felt like being in a hall. The curtains also make it difficult to see outside. We got on ours There is no sunlight in the corner. Unfortunately, the toilet was not clean and there were clear “marks” in the toilet bowl. An absolute no-go for the price. Unfortunately I won't be able to go there anymore

I don't need to write anything about the concept here, it's old hat and has been described in detail in many reviews. When Oishi came to Saarbrücken over 10 years ago, it was something unique. The concept, the diversity and above all the quality of the food. The price-performance ratio was also completely reasonable. Unfortunately, the taste and quality of the food has deteriorated enormously. The beef fillet used to be tender, buttery, juicy and to the point. Now it's more reminiscent of shoe soles. The other dishes were okay, but nothing special either. It lacked spice, flavor and sophistication. Sushi solid, but not revealing either. For me, the price-performance ratio hasn't been right for a long time. Personally, I am no longer willing to pay so much money for food from the Dutch wholesaler (who, by the way, supplies most Asians) without leaving the restaurant satisfied. But everyone has to decide that for themselves. But the service and friendliness is great! Staff very attentive.

Made a reservation weeks ago for today 18.00. Door was closed and my call didn't get answered. We then went to Mu-kii around the corner. At 18.50 our reservation got cancled by Oishii with no reason.

Like last time, we were very satisfied. The food is super delicious and always tastes freshly prepared. For as much delicious sushi as you want, the price is reasonable. It would be too expensive for me to go regularly, but it remains something special.

Without doubt the best Japanese restaurant I have eaten in, I rarely go there but it is always so good every time. It's also the only restaurant I know that does takoyaki. The on-demand service is also a big plus for products served fresh.

This was a great place to take the whole family to. I am glad that we changed our minds last minute to go here instead of the place we originally went to Saarbrucken for. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable all around. We did not have a reservation, but the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to dine in without reservations anyway. There was so much to choose from on the menu, and the tablet ordering option was a very nice and efficient option. There was a very good variety of things to choose from on the menu. The portions were perfect for sharing and just enough for you to get a taste of something and continue to order more. Overall, the food was great, the staff was awesome and the price was fair. I would definitely go back every chance I get.

very good Japanese restaurant with an unusual concept: order five sushi or other dishes every 15 minutes for 2 hours. Everything was very high quality and delicious. No long waiting times and everything is iPad controlled. Disadvantage: my dear friend usually estimates his own number and can't make full use of the 2 hours because he's full. Lovely again

The waitress's service was very good. Unfortunately, I didn't find the taste and quality of the food particularly good and the price wasn't justified. It has diminished significantly over the years. The dust all over the lampshades was also for a restaurant borderline.

We have been eating at Oishii Saarbrücken and Düsseldorf for several years. But on our visit today we were disappointed with the quality. The food selection has largely remained the same as can ordering via tablet within 2 hours. But what was disappointing was the quality of the food. You can notice significant savings here. The dinner currently costs €32.90 per person excluding drinks. A 0.4l cola costs €4.95, so the quality should be right. We even had to return two dishes because they were inedible. As always, the service was excellent and courteous. Not suitable for wheelchairs and strollers due to stairs up to the entrance on the 2nd floor. Addendum: I contacted the email address provided because of the review. But as of today, June 26, 24, there has been no response.

We used to go there once a month. We visited the Oishii again on Saturday for a long time and were looking forward to good food and a nice evening. But things turned out differently... The food has deteriorated a lot. From sushi to vegetables to beef, everything without taste and bland. The vegetables were also swimming in fat just like the beef. What is more than disappointing is that the service puts the food on the table without comment and you don't know what was brought and you have to find out what was put there yourself. The service tried hard, but we didn't really understand the service. I ordered a cola with ice cubes and was brought a lukewarm cola without ice. I asked a service person if she could please bring me some more ice cubes. I had to say 3 times that I had ordered ice cubes but didn't get them, she didn't understand what I wanted and then called a colleague... We had a change request for dessert, she didn't understand that either and had to call her colleague. For €100 I really expect more. We won't be able to come back any time soon.

Currently top again. It will be exciting to see how long it stays like this, but I have nothing to complain about today

Having known the establishment for several years, it is the best Japanese in the area for me. Quality, cuisine, cleanliness, service, everything is perfect... Or almost. The price ! Which has increased absurdly in just a few months. 74 euros for 2 with a bottle of water for two. Unfortunately it has become a luxury to treat yourself to a restaurant from now on...

When asked, it was too loud in the restaurant and some of the sushi was too salty. Also, some of the sushi came too late and I had to wait too long. Not a good atmosphere and the waiter and waitress don't speak German well.

The food was very tasty and filling. There is nothing to complain about when it comes to the price-performance ratio. We particularly liked the signature dishes. The ambience is rather average. The entrance area is not optimally designed, the tablet for ordering was pretty messed up.

While sushi on tablet is well planned, the rice vs fish portions are a bit odd. So, you would be eating a lot of rice eventually. On the other hand, fish is tasty and fresh.

Very good restaurant, friendly staff and acceptable prices

Food quality was much better than expected. The rice ball size was not so huge compared to other all you can eat sushi. The cooked items were not oily and not covered in a pile of sweet Teriyaki sauce, which was a thumbs up. The Asian lady who has a bit darker skin was very friendly and helpful, with lots of smile as well. The other two were not unfriendly, just very neutral.

The food is good, the decor is nice. Ordering is done on touchscreen tablets, which allows good accessibility even if you don't speak German.

Were here for the first time and I have to say that the location is really nicely decorated, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food. We first waited 40 minutes for our food while the table next to us already had the food in front of us even though we ordered earlier. The food on the whole was just very dry. We ordered fried noodles with chicken. Chicken was also way too tough and dry. Not recommended

Delicious food. You can choose up to 5 dishes (per person) every 15 minutes. Unfortunately, some dishes only arrive twenty minutes after ordering. It was a bit inappropriate because all the meat dishes were already there, but the fried noodles and fried rice only came after we had already eaten the meat (after all, we wanted to eat it warm) On the penultimate visit we were already having dessert when a meat dish came to the table.

Unfortunately it's not as tasty as it was 10 years ago. We are very disappointed, the miso soup was almost cold, chicken teriyaki just fried chicken with broth, sushis with truffles supposedly, 0 taste. Beef with ginger and beef with pepper are exactly the same dish, no difference. The desserts (tiramisu and cheesecake) were still frozen. Instead of 5 ice creams you only have 3 to choose from (every time) A lot of things cost extra, they're just rip-offs and don't taste good. 1000 times better Grand Asia. Never again.

I ate there again with my friends at the weekend and was disappointed again. Drinks only arrived after 15 minutes. Even after the second order, the food takes at least 20 minutes and then it's still cold and too much oil. Despite asking the service staff, we either get "coming soon" as an answer or they can't understand German. Eating took a long time and not all dishes arrived and pay full price. Not even an apology? But paying is really great after just 2 minutes. Our favorite waiter used to work and everything was going perfectly, since he left you, your service staff have really decreased (get him back).

Es war eine völlig neue Erfahrung für mich mit dem Tablet zu bestellen und zwe Stunden Zeit zum Essen zu haben, aber ich war positiv überrascht Schon die Reservierung online klappte problemlos und das Essen war sehr gut. Wir waren relativ früh zum Diner und die Bestellung hat sehr gut geklappt. Leider waren die ersten Gerichte nicht mehr ganz warm und das Lokal, als es später gefüllt war, auch etwas zu eng, so dass man die Gespräche an den Nachbartischen mit bekam Aber alles in allem war die Auswahl sehr gut, die Gerichte frisch und lecker und der Service freundlich. Ich komme sicher wieder.

ES WAR WIEDER HERVORRAGEND. FREUNDLICHE BEDIENUNG ,TOLLE SPEISEN, SAUBERE TOILETTEN.

Wir kennen das Konzept bereits aus NRW. Haben uns mega gefreut noch einen Tisch im alten Jahr zubekommen. Der Service war freundlich, aber es hat die Situation nicht besser gemacht, da die Küche mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterher kam. Von unseren ersten 10x ausgesuchten Speisen kamen nur 2 an. In einer Wartezeit von 30min (quasi 3x 10 Speisen bestellen) bekamen wir, wenn überhaupt immer nur eine Speise, die haben wir geteilt, damit wir überhaupt was essen konnten. Dazu war es entweder kalt oder lauwarm. Ja, das Restaurant war voll und ja wir wissen das man auch mal warten muss, aber die Auswahl häppchenweise in Einerschritten zu bekommen und die Wartezeit überhaupt, so extrem haben wir noch nie einen Restaurantbesuch erlebt und werden dies auch nicht mehr, so unser Fazit. Dafür durften wir dann noch, weil es ein Freitag war mehr bezahlen. Wir wollte einen gemütlichen letzten Abend in Saarbrücken genießen, hier war dies nicht möglich. War unser letztes Mal bei der Kette.

Le repas était bon, mais ne justifie malheureusement pas le prix payé. Premièrement le temps imparti est vraiment dommage si vous venez manger avec des amis car vous n’avez que 2 heures pour manger, donc pour un grand repas il faut vous dépêcher. La carte est bien, mais avec rien d’extraordinaire et certaines choses très intéressantes sont payants en extra ! Pour un buffet à 33€ par personne sans boisson je trouve ça lamentable de faire payer encore certains sushis et plats en extra. Donc voilà, un repas pas mal, mais qui ne justifie pas du tout une facture de presque 80€ pour deux. Il y a mieux ailleurs.

Das Oishii war das erste Restaurant mit dem heute relativ verbreiteten Konzept des Sushi & Grill- All-you-can-eat im Saarland und hat als Pionier vielen weiteren Restaurants dieser Art den Weg geebnet. Hier war ich schon unzählige Male über die letzten Jahre, das erste Mal bereits in der Eröffnungswoche. Mal war es dort besser, mal haben mich kleine Dinge gestört, aber alles in allem ist es hier wirklich gut und wir kommen sehr gerne hierher. Die Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen ist sehr umfangreich und die Qualität ist trotzdem wirklich gut. Specials die alle paar Monate wechseln, bringen hier immer wieder Abwechslung. Durch das Bestellsystem mit dem Tablet, bei dem man abends fünf Gerichte pro Person und pro Runde bestellen kann, schafft man es problemlos, all die Gerichte zu probieren, die man probieren möchte. Die Benutzeroberfläche des Bestellsystems auf dem Tablet war allerdings in der Vergangenheit schon einmal flüssiger und deutlich besser zu bedienen. Hier kann die etwas hakelige Navigation durch die unübersichtlichen Menüs etwas nerven, wenn man z.B. in einer großen Gruppe viele Gerichte pro Runde bestellen will. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und man muss hier nie besonders lange auf einen Kellner warten. Auch die bestellten Gerichte landen immer relativ zeitnah auf dem Tisch. (Wir gehen meistens während der Woche abends hier essen) Das Restaurant ist von der Grundfläche her nicht besonders groß, aber dennoch gemütlich und auch für uns mit Kinderwagen immer gut besuchbar. Den Kinderwagen muss man hier allerdings mit eigener Muskelkraft über viele Treppenstufen ins Obergeschoss wuchten. Einen Aufzug gibt es leider nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist meines Erachtens nach absolut fair und gerade unter dem Gesichtspunkt der gestiegenen Rohstoffpreise in den letzten Monaten sehr gut. Wie überall im Leben kann nicht immer alles perfekt laufen, und so hatten wir hier vor kurzem einen nicht besonders schönen Restaurantbesuch, bei dem einiges schiefging. Allerdings möchte ich hier sehr deutlich hervorheben, wie gut hier mit meiner darauf folgenden Kritik umgegangen wurde. Das Serviceteam der Okinii-Gruppe hat umgehend auf meine Kritik reagiert und der COO hat sich persönlich meiner Beschwerde angenommen. Das nenne ich definitiv sehr guten Service. Beim darauf folgenden Besuch waren die Qualität, der Service und der ganze Abend wieder auf dem gewohnten guten Niveau. Das Oishii in Saarbrücken kann ich also uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und gemütlich.

Essen und Service waren gut, jedoch von einer Dame zu verlangen, dass sie eine Bescheinigung vorlegen muss, dass sie am Magen operiert wurde, war schon etwas demütigend, ihr wurde zwar das Senior Dinner angeboten, aber auch das war viel zu viel für sie. Wir hatten dann immer einen Teil übernommen, weil sonst einiges übrige geblieben wäre. Für 4 Sushis und 1 Wasser 22€ zu verlangen, war dann auch etwas heftig. Die Toiletten waren sehr eng, man muss als kräftige Person, sehr gelenkig sein, auch die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen. Ansonsten war das Essen sehr lecker, und unsere Bedienung sehr lieb.

Mitarbeiterin war sehr bemüht, Und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben…. Essen war super schlecht… Hugo war total versüßt von einem Sirup was man sofort raus geschmeckt hat. Lieber etwas mehr zahlen und Qualität bekommen. Erste und das letzte mal.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Das Essen ist sehr frisch und absolut super im Geschmack. Ambiente und Bedienung sind ausgezeichnet. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen hat außerordentlich gut geschmeckt. Wir haben jeden Bissen genossen. Das Ambiente ist schön, nur ein wenig eng, was das Essen mit kleinen Kindern erschweren könnte. Das All You Can Eat ist preislich vergleichbar mit anderen der Region, qualitativ allerdings weit voraus.

Essen ist lecker, aber für 30€ hätte ich noch etwas frischeren Lachs erwartet. Außerdem haben wir auf die zweite Runde 30 Minuten gewartet. Bis dahin war dann die 3. Runde aber schon da. Deswegen dachten wir, dass die 2. Runde gar nicht mehr kommen wird und haben nochmal bestellt. Am Schluss war es uns dann deutlich zu viel. Für 30€ hätte ich da weniger Durcheinander erwartet. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber sehr freundlich.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das All You Can Eat Angebot ist breit gefächert. Man kann problemlos über das Tablet-Bestell-System bei 4 Personen satt werden. Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und nett. Jedoch wurde von einer Bestellung nicht immer alles an den Tisch geliefert. Sushirollen oder andere Gerichte haben ab und zu gefehlt und wurden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nicht nachgeliefert. Das, was serviert wurde, war allerdings top.

Waren zum ersten Mal dort. Gibt interessante und leckere Besonderheiten dort zu essen. Limos sehr süß. Stilvoll und cool zugleich. Sehr modernes Interieur.

Man hat in Saarbrücken wirklich viel Auswahl an leckeren asiatischen Restaurants und würde daher oishii geschmacklich als mittelmäßig bewerten!Das Konzept ist Buffet mit Tablet und 2 Stunden Zeit zum bestellen ! Da das Restaurant Hokkaido aktuell im Urlaub ist und Osaka Ruhetag hatte wollte ich gerne mal Oishhi testen, da ich viel positives gehört habe .Erste 4 von 10 Runden wurden zügig zu Tisch gebracht danach wurden die 2 weiteren Dessert Bestellungen so in die Länge gezogen damit auch bloß nicht mehr bestellt wird 👎🏻ab da dann auch von den Kellnern sehr ignoriert und nicht einmal gefragt ob alles ok ist !alles an Fleisch war trocken und das Essen hat nach nochmal Aufgewärmt geschmeckt !das Sushi war ok aber auch kein Highlight! Besteck auf Nachfrage erhalten !

Essen wie immer Top. Alles frisch und immer schön angerichtet. Wir hatten 3 Runden wollten uns noch Nachtisch nehmen. Bekamen wir leider nicht. Wir waren 25 min. Über der Zeit. Ja wir hatten wuns verquatscht. Hatten aber richtig Geld da gelassen und fanden es ehrlich gesagt blöd das man uns nichtmals trotzdem das wir über der Zeit waren ne Kugel Eis anbot zb. Zumal absolut nichts los war. . Schade

Das Essen ist qualitativ gut und frisch. Toll, dass auch sonst nicht immer verfügbare "Specials" in die reguläre Karte aufgenommen wurden wie z.B. Süßkartoffelsticks. Dass man Bestellungen mit dem Tablet aufgeben muss, ist kein Problem. Die Signature Rolls für 1,50€ Aufpreis lohnen sich, die Limos für 5,30€ sind gut, hier kommt es jedoch darauf an, wer sie zubereitet- von verwässert bis schmackhaft war schon alles dabei. Wir kommen schon seit 2015 ins Okinii, zeitweise hat der Service etwas nachgelassen, bei unseren letzten Besuchen 2023 waren wir jedoch immer sehr zufrieden.

wenn man das Restaurant erreichen will muss man erstmal die Treppe in den 1. Stock laufen, die für dunkel war und das am Samstag um 13 Uhr. Wir hatten einen Tisch am Fenster und das Restaurant war ca. zu 30 % belegt. Wir waren drei Personen und bestellten von der Karte. Das Essen bzw. die Sushi waren in Ordnung, der Thunfisch war grau aber auch ok. Das Essen war sehr reichlich. Die Bedienung war super nett, auch die Dame die abgeräumt hat. Ein asiatischer Mann hat uns dann Teller hingestellt wortlos und ohne etwas zu sagen, ja ? mmh ? Gut letztendlich waren wir zufrieden für den Preis. Wir würden zum Lunch jederzeit kommen, beim Dinner hätte ich etwas Bauchschmerzen. beim hinausgehen war das Restaurant voll die ganzen hinten Plätze im dunkeln waren besetzt. Mein Fall ist das nicht aber wen es gefällt, Okay. Eigentlich 3,5 Sterne aber ich gebe 4 Sterne und komme wieder zum testen. Die Mini -Frühlingsrollen sollte man nicht wählen ;-)

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, wird schnell a den Tisch gebracht. Leider war gestern der Getränkeservice nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit. 1 H auf ein Getränk zu warten ist wirklich zu lange. Die freundliche Bedienung hat sich zwar bei uns entschuldigt, aber ein Espresso auf’s Haus hätte schon drin sein können. Trotzdem kommen wir wieder gerne in das Restaurant, jeder hat Mal einen schlechten Tag.
