We ordered food and nothing was delivered. Waited 2 hours.

The food (bowl) was great and the service was very pleasant. But it was also a quiet time without much going on. A side tip is Aperol Sunrise Not found on the map, but a secret tip 😁

They delivered the wrong food, which was cheaper than we originally ordered. Since they were not answering our phone calls, we anyways ate it. Afterwards we could finally reached them, and they refused to pay us back the difference. We had the picture of the wrong food with the receipt, but this didn`t matter for them. Then they just hung up while they said it is to busy for discussing this kind of things. Very bad customer service.

I ordered a bowl with chicken and another with beef. One hour later, the beef one arrived as expected, but instead of chicken I got Tofu. Which is cheaper and not my order. I called the restaurant several times, but they did not answer the phone. After 40 min, finally I could reach the restaurant, but they refuse to help or give the refund of the difference of price between Tofu and chicken bowl. And they were super rude and hung up the phone. Do yourself a favor and don't order there if you don't want to have a bad time.

Very good address for pad thai. We have never been disappointed with the dishes served! Copious plates for more than reasonable prices. The meat is not halal but many dishes are vegetarian, and the customer can add additional meat or fish afterwards.

First of all: the female waiter was very friendly. The food was less successful: the satay skewer was a shashlik skewer with large pieces of chicken and peppers (!) in between, the summer rolls were hard to beat in terms of tastelessness (driest tofu included) and the beef and duck dishes we had were too big , too salty and simply completely disproportionate. I don't want to complain or exaggerate, but I really regret this meal. And I also felt sick. Guys, you need to rethink your concept.

Service was totally overwhelmed. We waited over an hour for our drinks (plain water and beer). We only got it when we asked, but then it was on the house. We had to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours to eat and the place wasn't full. The delivery service seems to have priority here. It's a shame because the food is delicious.

So, I was more than convinced by the Crispy Chicken Bowl. The taste was amazing for me, everything was perfect. My friend's soup also tasted very good. I will definitely test more food and rate it here. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Even though there was a lot going on, it was possible to have a quiet conversation. It was a very calm atmosphere. The food was served quite quickly. All I can say about the staff is that they are very, very nice and politely answer questions directly. There will be further visits.

It used to be super tasty, but today unfortunately there is hardly any sauce left and one is cut into two small summer rolls. Salad arrived soggy when delivered, noodles stuck together in a lump. Very unfortunate!

I was actually always a fan of FAK but the last few visits were no longer satisfactory. On our last visit we had to wait over 90 minutes for our food and our starter was also forgotten. There was no excuse for the long wait and the forgotten food. My friend then missed her train because we had to wait so long until our food arrived, and the food wasn't the best either. Price performance no longer matches, the portions are smaller and the prices are higher.

My absolute favorite restaurant for bowls! I think it's great that I can put together my own bowl in addition to the bowls that are already available to choose from. This way I get exactly what I want :) The selection of ingredients is great and the food is always fresh and delicious. The chili mayo is my favorite among the sauces. The service is good and the employees are always friendly and courteous. However, you should always check the ingredients when you pick them up, because an ingredient has already been forgotten several times in my bowl. The website can also be expanded - sometimes ingredients are displayed twice, while others are suddenly no longer available. However, that doesn't detract from the taste and is complained about at a high level ;)

We have often visited F.A.K. Ordered. On the website you can also choose a double portion of chicken etc. which we always do because we are good eaters and for a few euros more you get a really considerable portion, which is divided into 2 containers due to the many vegetables and the sauce. At least so far. Because today there was unfortunately a lot less. The meat was slightly more but that was it. It was a container and for the curry it was only 2/3 filled with sauce. My partner is very disappointed about it because it's really not cheap at around €20 for 1 dish. The food tastes good and very good. Absolutely no question and the quality is also A1 for us but we hope that the quantity for the money will be at the same level as before with the next order.

Dirty shop..... once again hardly any sauce in the package... order not complete. The rice is missing. At TokyoDark the sauce cup isn't even half full and suddenly no one answers the phone when you call 1000. I will also definitely inform myself about legal action. To the owner.... Totally nice and competent service, the food is comparatively cheap (14.90 for cola and ramen), I thought it was good and it was brought quickly.

Wir haben in einer Gruppe Essen bestellt ich davon (zwei Gerichte) Hab zwei Gerichte bezahlt & geliefert wurde nur eins. Dort angerufen unfreundlich behandelt worden … auf wiederwille das zweite fehlende Gericht neu liefern lassen. Soweit so gut Als der Fahrer ankam wollte er das ich das Essen erneut bezahle. Das habe ich natürlich nicht gemacht darauf hin ist er beleidigt gefahren Warte auf angeblichen Anruf der Schichtleitung … Das ist alles ein schlechter Witz & ein völlig unkompetenter laden.

das Essen: also das Essen hier ist an sich nicht schlecht. ich hatte Reis mit Hühnchen bestellt, auf der Karte war es als ein nicht scharfes Gericht gekennzeichnet. aber in dem Essen hatte ich Peperoni gehabt von den mir heute der Ort brennt, an dem die Sonne niemals scheint... service: meine Kollegin wollte ein Gericht mit Lachs bestellen. Lachs war angeblich nicht da, dafür könnten die Garnelen machen. gesagt getan. am Ende wurden ihr 2 Euro zusätzlich verrechnet. macht keinen Sinn, eine Komponente fehlt, dafür können wir die für extra Gebühr machen... nein danke. ferner wurden wir von einem Mädchen bedient, dass mit Sicherheit noch die Schulbank drücken sollte... Atmosphäre: nachdem ich mein Gericht gegessen hatte und durch die Peperonis das Essen geisteskrank scharf war, musste ich auf Toilette. die Toilette war nicht abschließbar... da fehlte einfach das ganze Schloss. ferner war das Klo auch nicht ganz sauber, wollte das jetzt nicht mit Foto belegen... also von mir gibt es keine Empfehlung... sorry

Pad thai grauenhaft übersüßte sauce, nudeln kleben aneinander und das gemüse ist viel zu durchgekocht. Das einzig gute an dem essen war das Hühnchen... sehr schade für 17 euro eine teure enttäuschung

Wer in Saarbrücken, frisches, authentisches thailändisches Essen will, kommt am F.A.K. nicht vorbei. Ich hatte den Laab Gai, thailändischer Hähnchensalat,hand chopped (thaischarf), es war seit langem der Beste den ich gegessen habe. Das Team von Fresh Asia Kitchen ist immer freundlich, hat einen diskreten nicht aufdringlichen Service. Danke.

Ich bestelle immer hier. Das Essen wird immer teurer und die Menge wird immer geringer. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung!

If you want to eat some real decent asian food, I don't think you should come here. The soup was fine, but the main dish i got was awful. They add mayonnaise to asian food! it was by far the worst dish I have ever tried in any asian restaurant, and I know at least 3 other asian places where I would have paid half the price and gotten better food

Food is good, good portions size, very tasty

They offer fresh Thai food. We regularly order food from here. They have a nice menu. Our favorites are Pad Thai, Pad Krapao and Gyoza. They also offer very nice noodle soups. Delicious food, little expensive but one of the best Asian restaurant in saarbrucken.

Früher war der Laden wirklich mal gut. Insgesamt leider sehr sehr stark nachgelassen. Die Preise haben sich erhöht, statt. 7,9€ für Nudeln und 2,5€ extra für Hähnchen 10,4€ zahlt man nun 13€ insgesamt doch das beste kommt noch, kein Brokkoli, Möhrenscheiben,Pilze und anderes also insgesamt viel weniger Gemüse. Ich habe dort jede Woche gegessen doch was aktuell für ein Kurs da gefahren wird ist einfach Peinlich. Die Bowls wurden insgesamt kleiner, der Reis billiger und auch die Zutaten nicht mehr so frisch wie vorher. Das einzig positive an der ganzen Geschichte, dass mit dem Fleisch nicht gespart wird. Bei der Chicken Bowl ist die Bowl üppig mit Fleisch belegt. Dennoch kein „gehobener“ Asiate mehr für uns also leider kaum noch möglich. Für das Geld bessere Alternativen.

Essen war sehr gut,Bedienung sehr freundlich,einzig ein Stern Abzug für die Lage.

Super Ramen-Nudel Suppe, meiner Ansicht nach die beste in town. Der Laden liefert viel, deswegen ist es vor Ort oft relativ ruhig und gemütlich und man findet einen super Platz mit Blick über die Stadt.

Sehr gut. Mal nicht der übliche Glutamat-Einheitskram, sondern frisches und leckeres Essen.

Schöner Ausblick im Obergeschoss und gute asiatische Küche...kann man machen. Komme wieder.

Moin. F.A.K ist bis vor einiger Zeit eine klare Empfehlung gewesen. Grade von meinem Letzten Besuch bin ich nur wenig begeistert. Der Service wirkte eher etwas kühl und unfreundlich und konnte uns auf Fragen zum Essen nicht antworten, anstelle aber sich eben die Infos zu holen.. (ging um Allergie und Unverträglichkeiten) Schaute sie uns an und zuckte mit den Schultern. Essen ist gut okay und Solide gewesen... Aber ich denke das nächste mal suchen wir uns einen anderen Ort.

War heute zum ersten Mal hier. Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliche und auch fröhliche Bedienung. Das Essen kam nach angemessener Zeit schön angerichtet auf schickem Porzellan und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren riesig und obwohl das Essen scharf war, war es rund. Hier werde ich sicher noch öfter essen. Zwei Gerichte, 1 Rotwein und ein Bier knapp über 30 € ist erstaunlich günstig.

Wir haben hier zwei Hauptgerichte und eine Vorspeise bestellt und waren nicht so begeistert. Die Erdnusssauce war recht fad und das Nudelgericht zu süß, die Frühlingsrollen waren auch nicht so unseres.

From the front the place doesn't look interesting, however the upper floor the place is nice and spacious. Food is really good with big portion.

Hier kann man gut Ramen essen, wer das nicht kennt sollte das mal probieren. Während des Essens genießt man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Rabbiner Rülf Platz, wenn man am Fenster sitzt. Das auf dem Foto sind Ramen Nudeln mit Beef und Miso Grundlage, sehr empfehlenswert!

Ist sehr gemütlich, schöner Ausblick. Leckeres Essen, die Portionen sind sehr groß. Poke Bowl ist sehr zu empfehlen! Getränke sind auch lecker. Leider gibts hier keine Kids Menü, da musste meine Kleine bei mir mitessen.
