I was there for the first time this evening. I haven't had such good lasagne in a very long time. Absolutely recommended.

Anyone who has had enough of overwhelmed staff and excessive prices is in good hands with the host couple Uschi and Martin. With your (Well)jeföhl, a personal relationship with the guests is quickly created. Even though the menu appears clear, every dish was personally conjured up by Martin. What is learned is learned and homemade bread is already a pleasure. Meanwhile, Uschi takes care of the service at the table and so no empty glass goes unnoticed. A great alternative to the usual wine bars on the Moselle, and not just for beer drinkers. We have only been in Zell for 3 days and are going to Kölsch-Jeföhl again this evening.

Cool place for a refreshing drink right by the water

This is our first time in Zell for the weekend. We were happy to accept the recommendation for the restaurant at Eichamt. The atmosphere is wonderful. A 500 year old house, lovingly designed and great service. The food was great and very high quality. Great wines and an absolutely great evening. Thank you

Reserved a table at Giovanni's on the recommendation of the Wanderlust shop. And our summary... We'll be back. The starter was delicious, but the pizza... Chapeau, it put all the pizzas in the shade. Incredibly tasty. Great dough, fresh ingredients. The service was very friendly and attentive.... This restaurant is highly recommended. As I said, not our last visit.

Another great evening in Zell with Birgit and Maarten. We had a great Jack Daniels beef fillet (the sauce is amazing) and a great rump steak. Plus delicious Moselle wine. Everything is great. And it's always great to chat with both of them. Everything just fits there. Gladly again. M&R

Very friendly boss who enjoys her work. The food is freshly prepared and special requests are happy to be accommodated. We were also welcome with 2 dogs. Absolute recommendation

I can't say anything about the food, I'm just looking at the opinions of other guests because I might want to eat here. What really strikes me is the Resturante's ability to respond in a very unfriendly manner and without sparing words.

We had the great pleasure of visiting the Alter Bahnhof restaurant in Zell for the second time - and again it was an absolute pleasure! I tried the goose with dumplings and red cabbage and it was simply incredibly delicious. Everything was excellently prepared, the flavors perfectly balanced – a true taste experience. My companion had the venison with spaetzle, and here too the quality was simply top. The ingredients tasted fresh and the preparation showed a lot of skill and passion. We were also impressed by the house wine: full-bodied, perfectly tempered and an ideal accompaniment to the food. A big compliment also goes to the service. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting – perfect for an enjoyable evening. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. The prices are more than justified for the quality of the food and the first-class service. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to our next visit! Many thanks to the entire team at the Old Train Station for this great experience!

It was a spontaneous decision and it was exactly right to go to the Linde. Very, very nice staff, very, very tasty food 👍. And at fair prices. We'd love to come back. Greetings from the Eifel 👋

Unfortunately, we can't say much positive about our visit. We decided on this restaurant quite spontaneously, the Google reviews were all great. The welcome on site was warm, especially from Merle, a small dog lady. The table and atmosphere were super cozy, we were able to order quickly and got our first drinks quite quickly. Unfortunately there was already the first defect, a non-carbonated beer. The starter (two tomato soups) came after 30 minutes, tasty and hot. The main course was then served 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, the drinks we ordered never arrived. We had a rum steak with pepper sauce and a tower view plate (or something similar). The tower view plate was good except the vegetables which were cold. The pepper sauce was really tasty, but unfortunately the rum steak wasn't at all. It was so full of tendons that it was almost impossible to cut, and what wasn't full of tendons was unfortunately still raw. So far away from the ordered medium. Unfortunately, we couldn't criticize because we didn't see anyone else at our table for the rest of the evening. Even waving several times after cellaring was unsuccessful. Annoyed, we packed our things and paid at the bar. Overall very disappointing, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for food even though the place wasn't even half full. We also noticed that other raw food had also been returned to the kitchen. Unfortunately we won't be coming back, even though we felt very comfortable at the beginning.

I was back today after almost 10 years. The “Swiss Schnitzel” (filled with Camembert) is to die for. The price/performance ratio is TOP. I ordered a table again for next Sunday.
