Die besten Restaurants in Kaiserslautern

Habe auf Nachfrage keine Möglichkeit zum toilettengang bekommen. Auch wenn es gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, Toiletten anzubieten, obwohl Sitzplätze vorhanden sind. Die Pizza war gut, der Mitarbeiter ebenfalls, jedoch ist es eine Frechheit von der Geschäftsführer.

This place could be much cleaner. The food was decent, and customer service was great. The drink machine was low on syrup.

I ordered crispy duck and noodles. The duck was tasty but the noodles and were overcooked and did not taste fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Customer service could be better.

I have always enjoyed ordering from you. But why are you closed? Are you opening again? There is no news or information about this anywhere. Information for your loyal guests would be nice :)

This is the worst location in the sense every single time me and my family go here they always never give the full order. The orders come up on screens so there's no Excuses. Never going back here.

I received an expired drink from October 19th, 2024 and when I asked, the employee called me and assumed that it wasn't right! It's outrageous to the point where it can't be done anymore. I will never order from you again.

The food is absolutely okay in terms of price and quality. However, the (mostly younger) waiters often seem overwhelmed and stressed. It would probably be appropriate to give newcomers an introduction to their tasks and how various things work. The poor employees no longer know how to help themselves and you can really see their desperation. I wouldn't like to work there, everything seems pretty unfair and unorganized...

Bitte mal das Hygienekonzept der Toiletten überdenken!!!!Unappetitlich,da will man ja nicht wissen,wie im Küchenbereich aussieht.

Yesterday I ate meatballs with mayo and vomited all evening. Never again!

The Abi is very nice and has good prices, he sells a large kebab with extra meat for 7€ and wanted to give it away for 5 euros. The food is always warm and the food is all fresh, a mega kebab. It only costs 8€ from him and that is really the biggest kebab than I have ever seen/eaten

Selten so ein Saftladen gesehn,das Personalkann NICHTS.(zumindest in KL) Kann keine Codes abscanen und macht auch sonst nichts richtig, Bestellung teilweise falsch oder kalt. Noch nie so eine Inkompetenz erlebt 3x dort gewesen, jedes Mal Desaster.

Food itself is very tasty, I only give the bad rating because the customer is being brazen here. The water on the menu says San Pellegrino, which is quite expensive. Same here, bottle price just under five euros. But then you get a bottle of the cheapest no-name water from the supermarket. And that for five euros? That's very bold!

Always enjoyed eating there, but now we're out of the mall. Does anyone know where they moved to?

Getränke überteuert mehr velangt als in der Karte steht Wirt war sehr unfreundlich als wir auf den Preis wie in derKarte steht bestanden.
