Restaurant im Pfalztheater in Kaiserslautern

I absolutely don't understand this review. I've been eating here regularly for years, and the quality is impressive and, importantly, consistent. There's nothing earth-shatteringly new here. But in all that time, I've never had any nasty surprises or anything like that, as other reviews describe. It's fast food, and you should just be aware of that. It's clean and, for a local snack bar, simply fantastic. They even occasionally add new sauces and variety, which is very good! The service is very friendly, if sometimes a bit unclear, but that's not a big deal. I think everyone has bad days sometimes... I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend the food.

Ate a meatball with mayo yesterday and vomited all evening. Never again!

I've always loved ordering from you. But why are you closed? Are you reopening? There's no news or information about it anywhere. Information for your loyal guests would be great :)

Unbelievable! We didn't even have the pleasure of viewing the room. I was quoted €400, even though the price online says €300. I then said I needed to discuss it, as it was more expensive than planned, and I'd get back to you right away. The young man apparently didn't like that; he told me to find somewhere else and that I wouldn't get this room again. He then proceeded to make fun of me in a cheeky way. We had booked this room several times before, but with the previous owner before the renovations had taken place. All I can say is, I'd rather have it unrenovated than like this!
