The food is absolutely okay in terms of price and quality. However, the (mostly younger) waiters often seem overwhelmed and stressed. It would probably be appropriate to give newcomers an introduction to their tasks and how various things work. The poor employees no longer know how to help themselves and you can really see their desperation. I wouldn't like to work there, everything seems pretty unfair and unorganized...

Very disappointing. The fries looked like they were from yesterday. Too hard to skewer with a fork without an accident. A bottle of water was brought without a glass. The other meals were more disappointing. Absolutely cannot be recommended.

So there can be no question of a Portuguese meal. One (1) Portuguese starter was offered. The food is boring, completely lacking any flavor of its own. The atmosphere is sterile and meaningless. No personal handwriting!

Incredibly disrespectful to his customers. I have enjoyed ordering there for the last 3.5 years. The last time I ordered I ordered 2 hours in advance. At the time the order was supposed to arrive, I got a call that the food was 15 minutes late. My answer was: “No problem, but I’ll only be home for 45-60 minutes, so it should be there then too.” Who would have thought? My food didn't come until 60 minutes later, when we were walking out the door to the car. In the meantime I wanted to cancel my order but was refused. If I want my money back I should try via Lieferando, but they wouldn't refund me the money directly. Never again. No food and no money refunded. Since then I have never ordered there again or from Lieferando.

We were generally quite happy with the location. Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous comments regarding the cutlery - we also had a lot of food residue - by that I don't mean stains, but actual food residue, but we threw it in the dishwasher and it was fine. - Toilets were clean; Soap and disinfectant available - Kitchen in general: wasn't dirty, was OK; as this didn't play a big role for us as we had a catering service General main room: - Floor was clean - Signs of wear everywhere, but that's normal, nothing dramatic - Sound system, TV and LEDs were TOP - the room would be too small for 85 people. But for 40 it worked out great. - Very nice atmosphere - Tables adjustable and perfect with your own tablecloths - There were enough parking spaces for us after 5 p.m - Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous comments, the stairs are very disadvantageous, especially when it rains, and the space for etc Not easy to reach older people, people with walking difficulties and children - Ashtray was in front of the door and was full, despite the location's sign that smoking was not allowed in the entrance area - However, the residents of the house do not adhere to this - but the owner of the location cannot do anything about that - Caution ! Don't open the garbage cans - massive maggot infestation. This is because residents throw open garbage bags into the trash cans To the landlord: Comments understandable. It was a bit difficult for us at the beginning too. However, when we asked for the bill, it was completed in minutes, which I found to be very good. Price: According to the website 300 euros - but it is 400 euros. So at least for us it was 400 euros with the reason that the price had changed. Unfortunately, two weeks later the price on the website has not yet been adjusted. After speaking to us, we were told that nothing could be done about the price because it had been entered incorrectly on the website. Deposit is not recorded on the invoice and there is no receipt/letter regarding the deposit given. Soooo but now generally back to the location and the service: Despite the many aspects, we had a really great time. The key handover went smoothly and Ms. Hunsecker, who met us at the location on time, was very friendly and courteous and explained everything to us very well. She was available at any time and I would give 10 stars for this service from Ms. Hunsecker alone. We also received the deposit back. We received the key to the location two days in advance, which was perfect for us, so we didn't have to stress about setting everything up in advance. We would be happy to come back with 40 people and a catering service. Thank you again Ms. Hunsecker for the great support.
