Unbelievable! We didn't even have the pleasure of viewing the room. I was quoted €400, even though the price online says €300. I then said I needed to discuss it, as it was more expensive than planned, and I'd get back to you right away. The young man apparently didn't like that; he told me to find somewhere else and that I wouldn't get this room again. He then proceeded to make fun of me in a cheeky way. We had booked this room several times before, but with the previous owner before the renovations had taken place. All I can say is, I'd rather have it unrenovated than like this!

Bugs and bedbugs. 4/6 people have rashes. Mattresses are old, with holes, and yellow.

We rented the hall for a small celebration and were completely satisfied. The venue was clean, tidy, and prepared as discussed – you can also tell it's been beautifully renovated. We designed the decorations ourselves – the space offers a great backdrop and plenty of room for creative ideas. The lighting concept (e.g., LED strips) also created a beautiful atmosphere. Communication beforehand was uncomplicated and friendly. We would book the hall again anytime!

Very bad experience – absolutely unreliable and not recommended! We planned a celebration and chose this party venue. The desired date was discussed with us and confirmed. We then organized everything: the orchestra, the guests, and all the other preparations. But in the end, it turned out that the date was suddenly unavailable! Furthermore, we heard from acquaintances that they were required to pay a deposit, which was later not refunded – despite clear agreements. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Don't be fooled and do not plan an event at this venue!

We were generally quite satisfied with the venue. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous comments regarding the cutlery – there were also a lot of food remnants – and I don't mean stains, but actual food scraps. However, we just threw them in the dishwasher and that solved the problem. - The restrooms were clean; soap and disinfectant were provided. - The kitchen in general: it wasn't dirty, it was fine; this wasn't a major issue for us since we had a catering service. Main room in general: - The floor was clean. - There were signs of wear and tear everywhere, but that's normal, nothing dramatic. - The sound system, TV, and LEDs were excellent. - The room would be too small for 85 people. But it was perfect for 40. ... - Very nice atmosphere - Tables adjustable and perfect with your own tablecloths - There was ample parking for us after 5 pm - Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous comments: the stairs are very inconvenient, especially in the rain, and the room is not easily accessible for the elderly, people with mobility issues, and children. - The ashtray was full in front of the door, despite the sign at the venue stating that smoking is not allowed in the entrance area. - However, the residents of the building don't adhere to this rule – which isn't the fault of the venue owner. - Caution! Do not open the garbage cans – they are heavily infested with maggots. This is because the residents throw open garbage bags into the bins. Regarding the landlord: The comments are understandable. We also had some initial difficulties. However, when we asked for the bill, it was prepared within minutes, which I found very good. Price: According to the website, it's €300 – but it's actually €400. So, at least in our case, it was €400, with the explanation that the price had changed. Unfortunately, even two weeks later, the price on the website still hadn't been updated. After contacting them, we were told that nothing could be done about the price, as it had been entered incorrectly on the website. The deposit isn't listed on the invoice, and there's no receipt or letter regarding the deposit paid. So, now back to the venue and the service in general: Despite the many issues, we had a fantastic time. The key handover went smoothly, and Ms. Hunsecker, who met us punctually at the venue, was very friendly and accommodating and explained everything very well. She was always available, and I would give Ms. Hunsecker 10 stars for her service alone. We also received our deposit back. We received the key to the venue two days in advance, which was perfect for us, so we didn't have any stress setting everything up beforehand. We'd love to come back again with 40 people and a catering service. Thank you again, Ms. Hunsecker, for the excellent service.
