We waited an extremely long time for 2 small things. Other guests who arrived after us were served first. Very bad service. The food was okay but cold and the request that no mayonnaise be used because of an allergy was ignored

Food was delicious, price reasonable.

الاكل جيد والخدمه جيده ولاكن ينقص بعض الاشياءيعني وضع مناديل معطره اوعاديه مع الطلبات السفري وشكرا لكم

Food is pretty good and prices aren't bad. Service is where it's lacking mostly. Staff not very friendly. And to wait over 40 minutes for a sandwich in a food court in a mall is ridiculous. Their wait times are always too long.

Also vorweg, das Shawarma war gut. Die Frau, die kassierte und kaum ein Wort über die Lippen brachte weniger. Die knallte mit ihrem Kaugummi auf ekliger Weise. Zudem hab ich ewig warten müssen. Die haben sich lieber unterhalten.

Super unfreundliches Team. Das Essen ist trocken gewesen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The wait is tooooo long… 45 minutes to get the food. Even though the food is good, the wait time kills the vibe. The cashier is not very friendly either…

اليوم كنت بالمطعم انا واولادي الشاورما والبروستد ولا غلطة كتير طيبين اطيب مرة بنجيب اكل من برا ويكون طيب وبستحق الانتظار والمعاملة كتير حلوة مع الزبائن بس في انتظار على الطلب والأسعار منيحة بنصح فيه

Die Wartezeit ist wirklich sehr lange. Ich hatte gemeint, dass es sich um ein Schnellrestaurant handelt, aber ich musste fast eine halbe Stunde auf meinen Teller warten. Das Essen ging so. Serviert wird es auf einem Pappteller mit Plastikbesteck. Nicht sehr nachhaltig...

I have ordered shawarma Sandwiche and he make it dich with appetizers for the same price, The Staff are very freindly and generous I really recommend it .

اكل ولا اطيب تسلم ايدين كل القائم عالعمل

طلبت بروستد مرتين بزيارتين مختلفتين كانت عبارة عن دجاج مفصول الجلد عن اللحم ومغطس بالزيت ومافي بهارات خفيف جدا جدا هو بقول ويدعي انه لحم الدجاج عنده نخب اول بس يمكن بعد النخب العاشر وبقول انه كلشي بطلع من المطبخ تحت إشرافه وقت بكون هو مو موجود بطلع الاكل غير جيد. !!! مافهمت منيح شو بقصد ليش مافي روتين عمل محدد ؟؟ الشاورما كانت مرة طيبة ومرة سيئة ومرة ماشي الحال السلطة مو طيبة مرة حامضة ومرة بلا تبلة المتبل كمان مرة هيك ومرة تازة اذا تازة طيب بكون كريم الثوم تجاري جدا وقت الطلب حسب مزاج العمال يا بكون قالب خلقته ومتكبر يا حباب بس قبل كان أطيب والمعاملة احسن

I totally recommend the shawarma plate ( with salad ) from here. The quantity was good and it tasted really well.

One of the best Syrian fast food restaurant in Germany. Really delicious chicken Shwaram, Kibbeh, Tabouleh and Yalanji. The staff are super friendly and care a lot for their customers. Parking is free for one hour in the mall so it is really convenient to eat there. WC rooms are available in the same floor and not far away from the food court.
