I have always enjoyed ordering from you. But why are you closed? Are you opening again? There is no news or information about this anywhere. Information for your loyal guests would be nice :)

Incredibly disrespectful to his customers. I have enjoyed ordering there for the last 3.5 years. The last time I ordered I ordered 2 hours in advance. At the time the order was supposed to arrive, I got a call that the food was 15 minutes late. My answer was: “No problem, but I’ll only be home for 45-60 minutes, so it should be there then.” Who would have thought? My food didn't come until 60 minutes later, when we were walking out the door to the car. In the meantime I wanted to cancel my order but was refused. If I want my money back I should try via Lieferando, but they wouldn't refund me the money directly. Never again. No food and no money refunded. Since then I have never ordered there again or from Lieferando.

Pizza Gyros ordered by phone and quickly delivered to our local bar around the corner. Pizza was very generous and tasty and, above all, very hot. And like everywhere else, tastes can be debated; what one person likes doesn't taste good to another and vice versa.

sad but catastrophe!! Cheaper products!! Bad quality! maybe look for a new chef!!! Never again!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately we cannot rate the food itself. In my opinion, the delivery time is improved a bit. I feel like we're being fooled a bit. We've been waiting for our food for about 5 years. Two of us almost didn't make it and only survived thanks to YUM YUM noodles. Nevertheless, we would still be happy about the food. LG

You can forget the shop, for the first time I see a "restaurant" that only consists of a kitchen and you can't eat there, everything is run by a Greek family clan.

Order never came! Absolute impudence. Never again.

Rude delivery when it does deliver, other times they don’t deliver and still report that they have. Food is not good. Avoid this place!

Food was disastrously horrible!

Food smelled funny right out of the packaging. Gyros had streaks of fat in them and weren't fully cooked yet. Fries were tasteless. Money was really wasted and food was thrown away. To be fair, delivery time was good.

The food is good and value for money is unbeatable.

The food is pretty good but the liferando delivery is an absolute disaster. We just pick up the food ourselves. ;)

So I'm very disappointed and will never order again.

We ordered twice so far and were happy with both orders! First time we ordered, we had the Sparmenü 1 (includes pizza, a noodle dish by choice, gyros, fries, salad, garlic bread with cheese and 1l drink) second time we ordered we had a XL pizza. Both times we got our delivery as stated (within approximately 45 minutes) and the food was very good and fresh! Though I personally wouldn’t order the noodles anymore, they were ok but didn’t „hit the spot“.

Ordered via Lieferando, waiting time 40-50 minutes. Asked several times - after 2.5 hours there was still no food. It was then said “20 minutes ago I said it would be out in 20 minutes. Boss was there.” It said 4-5 minutes but we were accused of lying. In the end there was no discount but we were kindly offered a bottle of Coke?! De facto: there was no food. Thanks, but we have our own Coke.

Waited a total of 2 hours for the food. After calling several times, they kept saying the food would be on the way in 5 minutes and it was "just now" being packed... so the fact that I waited almost 3 hours for my food has never happened to me in my 22 years. She apologized but the food didn't arrive any quicker. No offer was made to make it right, a shame. ! So I'll never order again, even though the food was always delicious. Unfortunately I've now lost myself as a customer

More than two hours of waiting time. Then you follow up and are approached in a mushy way. Absolutely not possible. Incorrect times and and and...

Food is usually decent when I order from Liefrando. This time they were 2.5 hours to deliver food to Otterberg. The food came cold and I could tell it had been sitting out. I won't be ordering from this place ever again. It honestly makes sense why they had to close down and get new management. However new owners are making the same mistake as the previous owners. Do not eat here.

The food tastes good but the delivery time is a complete disaster...we've been waiting for our food for over 2 hours. Unfortunately, it's not the first time that there have been such long waiting times.

Was a new customer and had to wait over 3 hours for my food, which was still lukewarm. I won't be ordering from them again. Just like the other receptionists explain. Never again👎

Very tasty food, the rump steak was great! Food was there quicker than stated and the driver was always very friendly!

Essen: Top! Wunderbare Qualität. Bis jetzt hat alles super geschmeckt vorallem die Pizza Hollondaise. Lieferung: auch sehr angenehm. Habe nie länger als eine Stunde (mit Ankündigung) warten müssen. Personal: Alle sehr lieb und sehr sympathisch. Preisleistung: Gut!

Sehr leckeres Essen, alles super verlaufen, das Essen wurde heiß geliefert. Fahrer waren sehr nett.

Habe zum Abholen Bestellt. Wohne in der nähe, das essen war in 15 min fertig. Es war mega lecker. Perfektes Kids Angebot. Hatte das Gyros Spezial Schnitzel meiner Meinung nach ultra Kombo. Wir haben sogar eine Fanta umsonst dazu bekommen. Es hatte leider etwas mit der Rechnung nicht gestimmt. Doch es war so gut das es keine Auswirkung auf die Bewertung hat! Gerne wieder

Super Service, super Essen , mega Portionen und immer pünktlich! Wenn etwas ist wird man angerufen ! Einfach top und so ziemlich einer der besten Heimservice in KL und Umgebung!!! Weiter so !

Definitiv der beste Lieferservice in KL und Umgebung! Und wir haben täglich bei verschiedenen Lieferanten bestellt aber seid Hellas wieder in KL ist gibt es nur Hellas für uns !!!

Lovely food, everything came exactly as ordered and I enjoyed all of it. The pizza was burrito pizza, pretty tasty and delivered hot, the gyro was chicken instead of lamb which kind of stinks but was really good and the only reason not 5 stars, the bruschetta.. while the tomato mix was really tasty the bread was completely soggy. I don’t recommend getting it to deliver or if the restaurant reads this, then separate the bread and tomato’s so I can add it myself for crunchy bread. I would order again.
