This is the second time for two orders that a waiting time has been stated that is far from reality. I really hope the customers who read this avoid your service from now on. Anyone who spends two full hours in the evening after 7/8 p.m. for orders worth €10-20 doesn't deserve the name delivery “service”. It's unbelievable that I'm saying that but if you want to eat you should go to the MCs or BK ;) 0 stars would be appropriate

Stated delivery time 25 minutes actual delivery time 2 hours, and the driver is smoking, waiting at the car instead of calling or always trying to make the delivery. If I could, I would give zero stars

I just ordered a chicke'chees' salad. With extra check fillet and extra sauce. This is the 5th time I've ordered it. The extra dressing was there but where was the extra fillet??? I have often ordered a normal one without the extra fillet and with it and every time I notice it is the same number of fillets. Oh, I pay 3 euros more and don't even get what I ordered. 3 were simply pulled out of the bag. I loved this salad but now it's over. I won't let myself be deducted. That was the last time

Not a bad burger if you’re tired of the usual McDonald’s and Burger King run. Love the variety and selection. Could use some work on the soda selection but other than that. It’s recommended!

The food tastes great, the service and waiting time are also okay. The star deduction is for the prices, which I think are a bit high.

2h for delivery of a salad. After the scheduled time was exceeded by 30 minutes, I called the hotline. I was assured my order would be in 5 minutes. After another 30 minutes and another question, the employee even became rude! Then finally 20 minutes later and a total of 2 hours the order finally arrived. The bad thing: the salad was lukewarm and already wilted and the chicken tasted like old fat! Catastrophe! Just don't order!

I was diagnosed on July 18th. An email was sent from Lieferando with an offer for two burgers from burgerme for the price of one. The offer should last until July 22nd. apply. Since no discount had been deducted from the shopping cart, I assumed that I would get the burgers twice. However, I only received the burgers individually. So I called the phone number provided to clarify. There I was forwarded to Lieferando. Lieferando explained to me that the restaurant had deactivated the offer. Since I chose cash, I could not be given a refund and the restaurant would be responsible. I find it very disgraceful to lure customers with such offers and then not deliver what was promised. The burgers were average at best. You can eat just as well/badly at McDonalds or Burger King.

Was at Burgerme for the first and last time. I waited for my burger and immediately after it was prepared I went to my car, which was right in the customer parking lot. When I got there I immediately noticed that it was only lukewarm, even though it was freshly prepared. I have no idea how that happens. Since I was hungry, I ate it anyway. I didn't want to give negative reviews straight away and called the hotline. But they explained to me that they were not responsible for complaints, only for orders! But you would pass it on... However, if you have a complaint, the receipt will say: “Get in touch!” How are you supposed to complain over the phone if no one wants to know? So the only option left is the negative reviews. What other choice do you have? Really weak. Thank you for nothing!

I ordered meatfree patty on my burger and the underpaid depressed mongos put bacon on my burger anyway. Common sense is too much to ask🙏

Ordered via Ubereats. Unfortunately the discount code was not applied, which I only noticed after ordering because the discount was displayed in the payment overview. I then called Burgerme (as recommended on the website) to cancel the order. The gentleman on the phone told me that he would ask the restaurant briefly whether the order could still be canceled. I then waited in line for 20 minutes until I finally hung up! I didn't receive the food, payment was returned via PayPal Buyer Protection.

No longer recommended! Fries were inedible. They tasted very strongly of old fat and it seemed to us as if they were from the day before and had been warmed up again in the microwave. For the burger we all had ciabatta buns. These were also completely different than what we were used to. They weren't toasted and tasted different too! As if the recipe had been changed. Our burgers were all lukewarm to cold! So far we have ordered there despite the now high price, but now that the food doesn't taste good anymore, it's no longer worth it for us.

Unfortunately not recommended, the food arrived relatively quickly, but unfortunately the sauces were missing. We then called again and were told we could get the sauces credited or they would be delivered later. Of course we wanted the sauces with our meal. They came after 40 minutes. So in total we unfortunately waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. When we called again and then complained that our food was now cold and that wasn't what we had planned, the only answer we got was that if we hadn't eaten it yet, they would have picked it up and brought it back again, but of course something was missing , they can't do anything. Supposedly the boss was supposed to call me back so we could find a solution, I'm still waiting for that call. We just wanted a decision and if it had been new fries again.

I had a very bad experience, I ordered from them several times and deselected certain ingredients because of allergies, but they still did it and the support didn't help. I'm very dissatisfied because of that

The food is completely OK. for a "chain". When we pick up our order, the patty, whether vegetarian or with meat, is always cold, but still tastes OK. Eating there doesn't really work because this location is far too small.

Eating there isn't comfortable - it's probably not intended. The gentleman who gave us food was extremely friendly and helpful. The burgers weren't our thing. Very overloaded but not cross enough, so a lot ran out the side. The Angus meat was very good but the rest was more of a mishmash. The (sweet potato) fries were also rather soft.

Service 5 stars because my brother picked it up. But the food didn't match what was ordered. So thanks for nothing. 1 time “tried” and the last time. Ciao adios

The food is and service is good. The only problem is that I used my online coupon which is 15€ discount on your first order, my order was 30€ and it said I only had to pay 15€ with the coupon, when the food arrived my sister got told she had to pay 30€, which she did because she didn't know I used a coupon, I lost the coupon and didn't actually get to use it.

Disgusting... I haven't eaten something so disgusting in a long time. Food is cold.. Driver complains because he supposedly hasn't reached anyone when you're at the wrong number.. you should think about it.. but good staff is hard to find JUICE STORE

Ordered food on liferando and was told it would take an hour which is fine it’s a Friday night. What’s not cool is we called to inquire about the order to burger me and they said yes the order is on its way should be there now or in a few minutes due to there being a few other deliveries on base. Half an hour rolls by and 3-4 phone calls later with burgerme hanging up on us and no food still. And they close in 30 minutes now.

I had the Ranch Burger Menü. Very good flavor, toppings were fresh, sauce was good. The fries were perfectly cooked. It came out quicker than they said it would, so bonus points.

Eigentlich wollten wir während der Arbeit mal schnell was essen, da fiel die Wahl leider auf diesen Laden. Die Bestellung beinhaltete unter anderem 3 Cheeseburger, sollte eigentlich kein allzu großes Problem für nen Burgerladen sein… Hier besteht ein Cheeseburger aber leider nur aus Brötchen, Mayo, Patty, Ketchup und Brötchen. Und das für 10€, wohlgemerkt ohne Pommes und nicht in gigantischer Größe, wie der Preis vermuten ließe. Kein Salatblatt, keine Gurken, keine Zwiebeln UND kein Käse… Also wurde reklamiert. Nach Diskussionen darüber, wir hätten Hamburger bestellt, wurde uns versichert, die Burger werden ausgetauscht. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten (der Laden ist gerade mal über die Straße) wurde nochmals vergeblich versucht anzurufen, dann riefen wir in der Münchner Zentrale an, die uns Abhilfe versprach. Schlussendlich hatten wir nach fast 4 Stunden Feierabend und immer noch keine Burger. Und als oberste Frechheit mussten wir dann nach 8 Stunden Arbeit auf der Intensivstation ohne Essen unser Geld im Laden selbst abholen. Auch dort wurde erst noch diskutiert, bevor man uns das Geld wieder gab. Dies war mit definitiver Sicherheit das letzte Mal, dass ich hier bestellt habe! Leider ist die Vergabe von null Sternen hier nicht möglich… Zu teuer, null Service, keine Ware… Das kann die Konkurrenz viel viel besser. Auf Nimmerwiedersehen.

Ich tu mich ein wenig schwer mit der Bewertung. Die Soße der Burger ist gut, die Burger selbst eher so lala, normal halt. Kann man getrost essen. ABER die Preise sind zu dem was kommt viel zu hoch. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht als die 20€ Bestellung kam und nur 2 Burger in der Tüte waren, wir erwarteten auch Pommes dazu dann wäre es preislich noch i.O gewesen. So aber wars doch hart enttäuschend. Gut die Pommes standen nirgends bei aber wir gingen bei den Preisen davon aus, is ja bei der Konkurrenz auch so. Das grilled Chicken war sooo klein das gerade mal nur die Hälfte des Burgers belegt war. Das is schon arm und dann für 10€ also Preis-Leistung mangelhaft. Wenn man die Burger auseinander nimmt, Bun, Soße, ein paar Zwiebelringe, Tomatenscheibe, Käsescheibe und Fleisch, Wareneinsatz lass es 1,50€ sein wenn überhaupt. Wir werden nicht mehr bestellen.

Habe über Lieferando bestellt Vorweg ich bin vegetarier in meiner pommes packung war einfach ein stück chicken wing was auch immer das dort zu suchen hat sowas geht garnicht . Der vegane? burger war leider in mayo ertrunken und für mich kaum genießbar zudem bin ich mir nicht sicher das dieser wirklich vegan war möchte das aber keinem unterstellen. Der Salat war ok und der lieferant war sehr nett.

Das erste Mal bestellt. Sehr gute Burger. Es gibt viele extra Zutaten die man dazu tun und auch entfernen kann. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Lieferung war auch sehr schnell. Vielen Dank

Essen war Toll, bestellt wurde per Lieferando, Crunchy Chicken und smocked Barcon fries, Hünchen fand ich sehr knusprig und lecker mit dem frischen Eisbergsalad Stücken der Soße. Pommes war mit Bacon mit Ketchup, Ketchup hätte man ein bißchen weniger machen können oder extern verpackt liefen können. Alles Ar Plastik frei, Servietten waren nicht da (was KEIN Mangel ist). Kann ich empfehlen.

Also ich bin schon ein Stammgast habe schon ein 10€ Gutschein insgesamt gesammelt und muss sagen die Burger von Burgerme und die Bestellungen sind 1A ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und ich habe noch nie Probleme gehabt mit falsche Bestellungen oder das die Burger komisch waren meine Erfahrungsgemäß beschreibt das der Laden einfach eine 10/10 und ich habe nix auszusetzen

Das Essen kam in 20 Minuten, der steakhouse Burger war sehr gut und die süsskartoffel auch. Der Fahrer war ebenfalls sehr nett.

"Premium Burger"?- eher nicht. Wir haben gestern zum ersten mal bestellt, und sind einfach enttäuscht. Die unteren Burgerbrötchen waren extrem durchweicht, billiger Eisbergsalat ( ebenfalls durchweicht) und die Burger lagen in der Soße. Lieferzeit war gut, Fahrer sehr freundlich, das war´s.

Lieferung kam 20min zu spät. Bestellt wurde ein Double me Burger, geliefert wurde ein einfacher Burger. Verspätete Lieferung kann passieren, aber für Extras zahlen und diese nicht zu bekommen ist einfach ein NoGo! Update: Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support habe ich einen 13€ Gutschein erhalten und bei der nächsten Bestellung davon Gebrauch gemacht. Diesmal extra keine Extras bestellt, sodass dahingehend alles gepasst hat. Die Lieferzeit wurde auch eingehalten. Jedoch war leider der Angusburger aus dieser Bestellung dermaßen verpfeffert, dass er fast ungenießbar war. Nur durch das runterpulen der Pfefferkörner auf dem Patty konnte man ihn essen. An dem anderen Burger gab es nichts auszusetzen. Daher wird die Bewertung von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne angehoben.

I really wanted to love this place. The food itself is good but my orders (most recently, yesterday) have been either drenched in sauces even when I note for light sauce, the entire patty is missing or its completely the wrong sandwich. I tried reaching out by phone but I have never reached a person before, only an endless loop of an automated message. I did a report on the website but have not heard back and I was supposed to be compensated for another order that was messed up but never was since I could never reach the restaurant by phone to order in the first place. I really do like the food but so disappointed in how many mistakes I've seen with my order but also how their compensation works. The delivery is always timely though, the workers are incredibly kind and friendly.

Wir haben mehrere Burger und Pommes sowie Salat bestellt. Eine bestellte und bezahlte Portion Süßkartoffel Pommes wurde nicht geliefert. Auf zwei Burgern wurden die Patties vertauscht, was damit endete, daß meine Tochter als Vegetarierin auf ihrem Veggie Burger ein Chicken Pattie hatte (und nichts ahnend hinein biß) und der ebenfalls bestellte Crispy Cheese Burger ein Veggie Pattie hatte. Für dies Leistung kann ich leider nicht mehr als einen Stern geben.

Also wir haben heute bei burgerme für eine sehr hohe Geldmenge bestellt die Lieferung und Service ist immer super sehr freundlich aber heute war das Essen kalt! Und es hat nicht geschmeckt es wurde nicht mit Liebe zubereitet Zwiebeln haben gestunken!Käse war nicht vertieg überbacken Tomaten matschig sehr unappetitliche wir sind sehr enttäuscht davon unser Fazit das ist das letzte mal das wir dort bestellt haben.

I have ordered from Burgerme at least 10 times. Mainly because they deliver, accept credit cards, you can order online and they are open on Sundays. They have every convenience us Americans love. The food is great quality as well. I will admit though, every extra topping cost more lso your 6€ burger can become 12€ pretty quickly (worth it though). The french fries are great but I find the other sides like crispy cheese corners, onions and nuggets not as good (yes, I have tried them all. Don't judge me.) I usually get the side salad with my meal, I add the Gorgonzola and I feel like they never put enough to justify me paying extra. Even with the lacking gorgonzola and I still love Burgerme.
