Habe auf Nachfrage keine Möglichkeit zum toilettengang bekommen. Auch wenn es gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, Toiletten anzubieten, obwohl Sitzplätze vorhanden sind. Die Pizza war gut, der Mitarbeiter ebenfalls, jedoch ist es eine Frechheit von der Geschäftsführer.

Fast and quick right next to SAKS hotel. Great selection of items and good prices. Pasta dishes were undercooked for my preference both times I ordered from here.

I ordered online and unfortunately the pizza was mixed up (delivery time was great). I called and got the right thing delivered straight away with a drink. Very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other reviews here. I've been waiting for my food for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Live Pizza Tracker doesn't seem to be working either. According to the tracker, my pizza has been in the oven for almost 2 hours and the estimated delivery time doesn't load. And when you call, no one answers.

Absolutely rude, the store called 38 minutes before closing to see if I could still order something. The person on the phone: Yes, no problem, so I ordered. Delivery never arrived. Had to go to bed with an empty stomach and will never order or eat anything there again. Over the years, everything has been there slacked off at the store….

Customer service is lacking for a walk-in, literally stood in line at the register for 10 minutes without being acknowledged.

Pizzatracker continued to be confirmed. That means in the preparation, in the oven, in the delivery…. ! In fact, after two hours my food still wasn't there! When I asked by phone, oops, there was too much going on today. Money back thanks to Paypal.

The biggest fraudsters. I canceled my order and have been waiting for my money or even a response from them. Paypal was also informed. Stay away from the scammers.

There are advantages with the app. Had 2 pizzas for 1 price. You can order food there on site... but unfortunately there are no toilets... so it's better to go to the toilet at home before ordering and picking up something there 😅. Otherwise it might go wrong 😜.

We have often ordered salads from Dominos and have always been satisfied. Finally two salads arrived which could have been one in terms of quantity. We were used to something different from there. Unfortunately, the quality of the salad was also subpar. Lots of brown spots, almost looked rotten. In addition, one ingredient was completely forgotten. I contacted Dominos and customer service referred me to my local Dominos a few days later. So contacted on site, no response. Then contacted general customer service again. Prompt response that someone from the branch would contact me. After 2 weeks it still hasn't happened. Contacted customer service again... well that was 4 weeks ago and I suspect that nothing is happening here anymore. It's a shame, customer service is unfortunately not Dominos' greatest strength. The general support is super nice and friendly, but if the internal procedures and processes are designed like Dominos, that's unfortunately of no use.

Delivery stated 20 to 40 minutes, after 1 hour still not there even though only 1.7 km away. Bad service. People don't order here anymore... I ran there faster and finished them myself... just bad

Overall quality has deteriorated significantly. The cardboard box of noodles was almost completely soggy when it arrived, not exactly appetizing. The last time I ordered via Lieferando (ordered 9:55 p.m.) the arrival time was 11:30 p.m. (Although the restaurant is closed from 11 p.m.). Calling was therefore in vain. Unfortunately the food never arrived, but at around 1:50 a.m. the app suddenly said it had been delivered. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Was reported via the app, at least we get the money back. All in all we were always very satisfied. Not lately

Good location if you fancy a pizza. Domino's Pizza is a franchise chain and I think the location, right in the heart of Kaiserslautern, is very good. The staff was friendly towards me. The delivery time, indoor, was within the specified time. The shop is modernly furnished. There is a disinfectant dispenser for your hands. That's definitely a bonus, currently. Outside, e-bikes stand for environmentally friendly delivery to the end customer. That's why there's an extra point on the topic of environmental friendliness; benefits the company. The pizza is delicious.

Unfortunately that was a sentence with an X today Had to wait 3 hours for the food. No voucher or any goodie. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste really good either. It was pretty soggy, probably from standing around for ages. 45 minutes passed between the status pizza was ready and the pizza was there We also tried calling several times to check the status. However, no one answered the phone.

Der neue Mann am Telefon bzw schichtleiter ist ans telefon gegangen nur mit einem "hallo" ohne hallo hier ist dominos pizza oder irgendwas woher soll ich wissen ob ich grad richtig anrufe??? als ich ihn nach den pizzen gefragt habe welche es denn gibt , antwortete er nur " es gibt hier viele pizzen keine ahnung " habe am ende gesagt danke ich bestelle wo anders bei so einer Person hat man gar kein Lust irgend etwas zu bestellen, wie ich auch von meinen kollegen gehört habe ist denen schon ähnlich passiert solange er mich bedient hab ich keine Lust auf dominos.

Die Pizza wäre ganz gut gewesen. Allerdings hat es eine Ewigkeit gedauert und die Pizza war dann auch fast kalt.

***update*** This place has a super sleek interior, looks like newly renovated and clean. The place was spotless inside. The person assisting me had a kind demeanor and a smile oh his face. He was super helpful. Everything was hot fresh and ready This is your standard Dominos pizza. They have a good menu and many different choices. The food was made as ordered just besides the pizza everything was warm and not hot when I picked it up. The pizza was hot and fresh out the oven.

Eigentlich kein schlechtes essen, nur ist es schon 2 mal vorgekommen das lieferando bestellungen nicht ankommen und niemand ans telefon geht.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Dominos, vor allem die Nudeln, Snacks und Shakes mag ich. Besonders gut finde ich, dass man eine Zutat weggestellten kann und ohne Aufpreis durch etwas anderes ersetzen kann. Die sehr schnelle Lieferung ist einer der größten Pluspunkte. Deshalb 4 Sterne für das Essen und einen extra für die super Lieferung.

Essen war schnell fertig und schön warm Personal 2ar auf Gäste die da essen nicht vorbereitet es gab keine Becher to go Und auch keine Teller

Der Laden gehört verboten! Kriminell leckere Pizzen zu unschlagbaren Preisen und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter haben mich hier in kurzer Zeit zum chronischen Wiederholungstäter werden lassen. Zu gut.

Nach längerer Zeit nochmal bestellt, wir waren mehr als enttäuscht von der Lieferung, geschmacklich hat es sehr nachgelassen, eine Pizza war komplett falsch belegt, aber trotz mehrmaligem anrufen ging niemand ans Telefon. Sehr schade. Trotz Preiserhöhung schlechtere Qualität.

I was very pleased with my FIRST order from Domino's at the Spittelstr. 3 (KL Ost). So- I rated the Service, EXCELLENT; Delivery, SPEEDY (15 Minutes!) although there is a Pizzeria diagonal from my Apartment they take sometimes even more than 25 Minutes! So- guess what? I will from now on order My Pizza from Domino's Kaiserslautern Ost. Oh!, I forgot! their chicken wings: DELICIOUS!! Overall Rating: EXCELLENT! Mr. Ochoa, M. H. Die Lieferung ist zwar sehr schnell, aber im großen und ganzen habe ich negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Auf der Internetseite steht was von Angeboten wie 3 für 2 oder 3 große Pizzen mit Beilage für 39 €. Bekommen habe ich 3 kleine Pizzen die obendrein verkolt waren. Die Oliven waren uralt. Die Preise stimmen auch fast nie. Ich bekomme ständig Rabatt Zettel von Dominos aber komischerweise macht die Filiale nie bei der Aktion mit. In Zukunft greife ich lieber zu einer Tiefkühlpizza.

Echt nettes Personal. Die Bestellung wurde vor Ort abgegeben und war innerhalb von 9 Minuten fertig. Angenehmer Preis für eine großzügige Pizza. Nur leider war die Pizza geschmacklich dieses Mal nicht so gut wie sonst, aber sonsonten Top-Laden!

Dominos es eigentlich nur eine Alternative wenn man gerade keine tiefkühlpizza zur Hand hat. Das war gefühlt mein qualitäts Erlebnis. Ich empfehle da alternativ jeden Italiener in Kl.

Die Pizza ist unglaublich fettig , die Salami verbrannt und die Verkäuferin unfreundlich.

Haben heute Pizza hier bestellt. Es gab noch zwei kostenlose Pizzabeilagen. Ist ja an sich eine gute Sache aber wenn man diese zwei Beläge garnicht mag. Schon der Hammer. Was der Chef dazu sagt das da so gearbeitet wird. Bei Reklamation kein „sorry“. Da bekommt man gesagt das ist halt so. Ich bestell da nichts mehr! Danke
