Mr. Pepe went out of his way to provide us with excellent service. If you come to Düsseldorf, don't forget to visit and try the Paella Mixta

Waitress comes to the table every now and then. Food comes to the table with 6 people at different times. At 7:30 p.m. the round skewer we ordered was already gone. This meant I had to make do with spring rolls as a starter and a cabbage salad. There was no adequate alternative. Unfortunately it wasn't a successful evening for me.

Nach einem Spaziergang in Pempelfort haben wir ein Esslokal über TripAdvisor gesucht und sind kurz entschlossen in dieses Lokal gegangen. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Essen sensationell und das Bier zum Schluss gigantisch. Wir kommen wieder.

We ordered the Beefbusters food truck in Hamburg so that our... 70 guests are well looked after on Saturday evening. It was supposed to be one of the highlights of the evening and the booking and arrangements in advance were great so far. The Tuesday before we spoke on the phone and everything was agreed upon. Saturday afternoon, shortly after 12 p.m., we got a call saying the food truck couldn't come! Apparently left behind and there are no alternatives... Sorry, but with one there MUST be alternatives!! There was no accommodation, such as the goods could be delivered, they helped out with a normal grill, they now cover any additional costs or whatever. We were now faced with the big problem of feeding 70 (!) guests in the evening and only had a few hours left!!! Worst case! They just apologized and said 'maybe we can make it up to you at some point...' No. I certainly won't take this risk twice. An absolute no go and unprofessional. As a boss, I would do everything to get a replacement or solve it differently.

There are better spots... a lot of money for bad food

It's all very, very greasy. You should also place more value on fresh salad and vegetables. If you don't want fries or rice and instead want vegetables (or salad), it unfortunately becomes too complicated. Prices are pretty expensive these days.

Great ambience, great service, great food

Excellent service, especially from the tall, bearded German staff member - he was able to explain all the dishes down to the smallest detail, including historical facts surrounding the meal, and took great care of us. We'd love to come back!

Ordered Banh Mi via delivery and expected little, but I was really surprised at how authentic it tasted. Like I was in Hanoi again

We just had lunch here and loved it. We chose from the lunch menu. Everything was fresh and tasty prepared. My fresh plate was super tasty and lots of it. Great value for money. The staff was competent and very friendly. I think the atmosphere is great. If you go to a good middle-class restaurant, you shouldn't expect avant-garde furnishings. Here it is rustic, cozy, well-kept and clean. Gladly again at any time!!
