We ordered the Tom Hanks pasta. WE LOVED IT! It was worth the risk. A different and DELICIOUS pasta. The pizza isn't good, so it's better to order something else. The place is beautiful. It's worth it! The bathrooms are great! You can write on the walls.

We came over from the hotel for a nightcap. The bar was nice, but unfortunately the music was a bit loud and the prices were very high... €60 for four drinks is quite a price. The drinks were good. Service was quick.

A top original Italian restaurant, everyone who works here is Italian so no “wanna bees”. Food, wine list, service and ambience are great. Everyone is very attentive and you get the familiar feeling that you simply belong there. We've been here 3 times and we always say it's the best Italian restaurant in Düsseldorf when we leave. Good restaurant with a great ambience, but room for improvement The restaurant impresses with its extraordinary ambience, stylish furnishings and a cozy atmosphere - you immediately feel at home here. Unfortunately, there were some deductions in service. Some of the staff seemed unfriendly and stressed, and they also showed little flexibility with our order, which wasn't actually necessary. When the wrong dish was served at the end, it somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The food tasted good, but we would have expected a little more given the high prices. Overall, it was a nice visit to the restaurant, but there is definitely room for improvement - especially in terms of service.

Service is TOP, always friendly and always on hand, Giuseppe is our favorite waiter, he is always friendly and always smiling even in stressful moments, he knows what he is doing and knows his job very well. Spaghetti & Stars in Düsseldorf is an outstanding Italian restaurant that impresses with authentic cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere. I have tried pasta dishes, such as the pasta refined with fresh truffles, are of excellent quality and leave nothing to be desired. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the visit a completely successful experience. The extensive wine list rounds off the culinary offering perfectly. I think it is an absolute must for lovers of Italian cuisine in Düsseldorf.

Expensive, noble Italian with lots of friendly service staff. However, the seating is so close that you're basically sitting at the same table with your neighbor, which is far too small. The starter and bread barely fit on the tiny table. Due to the narrow seating it is very loud, not romantic and tiring in the medium term. The food is great, but everything is very, very expensive! Even the drinks!

If you like sitting table to table with no privacy - including the waiter breathing down your neck from the table behind - and also getting poor quality food at exorbitant prices, this is the place for you. Seeing and being seen is the order of the day here, nothing more. We won't be coming back.

I've been eating at Spaghetti&Stars for 7 years, but unfortunately it's absolutely not what it used to be. The prices are completely exorbitant for what you get... €30 for a pizza! Which isn't even a Pizza Napoli! Or Spaghetti Vongole without mussel meat... or €10 for a still water. They used to come to the table with a basket of parmesan and finish preparing your meal right in front of you, or sometimes even have a nightcap on the house at the end. Absolute mass production today! Incredibly loud and crowded. Table to table without any distance and without privacy. Unfortunately, after such a long time we won't be coming back.

Since we were announced by the Audi Center, our waiter (unfortunately forgot his name) welcomed us straight away with a glass of champagne and took us on a culinary journey through the menu.

Last Saturday I wanted to eat with friends at Spaghetti and Stars. I was recommended to make a table reservation in advance. I noticed online that I was already under the 48-hour booking lead time, but I tried to make a reservation anyway. The appointment will only be confirmed if you receive a notification by email. I made the reservation on Thursday night, and I didn't receive such an email until Saturday evening. Saturday evening, some time after the supposed reservation, I received a text message that I am attaching to this review. I am shocked that customers are intimidated by management with such text messages. Under the pretext of being “anti-social”, hundreds of thousands of people were murdered during the Nazi regime and this term is used by the management to express their (unjustified) displeasure about a no-show reservation? At this point I ask myself what causes the managing director to act so unprofessionally and impulsively in such a situation, to intimidate customers and, in particular, to want to charge costs about which I am not informed in any way? With the best will in the world, there can no longer be any question of temperament here. On not a single page, not even in the general terms and conditions, is there any mention of a cancellation fee in the amount of 50€ per guest. Addition: I was able to solve the problem with the reservation together with a very friendly lady from the reservation service. The message was not delivered. There is definitely no question of disrespectful behavior on my part. And anyway: How proportionate is such a text message compared to the supposed “damage” caused?

Ho passato l’ultimo dell’anno presso il ristorante Spaghetti & Stars dei momenti indimenticabili. Tutto è stato perfetto, dalla location in grande stile, il cibo delizioso preparato in modo attento e succulento, il personale altamente qualificato e per non finire al divertimento con tanta musica dal vivo e da ballo. Ho visto la gente divertirsi e noi ci siamo divertiti con loro fino al mattino. Credo senza ombra di dubbio, avendo girato vari locali in questi giorni di vacanza, che Spaghetti & Stars e’ il miglior ristorante ed intrattenimento che io abbia frequentato in Germania ed anche in Italia dove solitamente vivo. Grazie mille per questo indimenticabile capodanno.

I had an amazing birthday dinner in this wonderful Italian restaurant! It had a festive atmosphere and decorations. The menu has great variety of delicious pastas and other tasty dishes with an extensive wine offerings. We received Super service from seasoned waiter Dominic, who made great recommendations. The menu also includes Lovely desserts 🍨 options too!

Wir waren leider zum letzten Mal hier. Wir waren zum Lunch in der Mittagspause dort - wie so oft - und wunderten uns erstmal über die 10% Preiserhöhung. Ein Risotto in der Mittagskarte für 20,50 Euro - muss man auch erstmal machen. Aber der Service ist dem nicht mehr entsprechend. Wir waren um 12 Uhr da und die Ersten. Leider hatten wir um 12.45 als einzige immer noch kein Essen. Auf Nachfrage kam dann nur "Die Küche ist Schuld". Keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen. Nichts.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday there with 4 people. Very nice shop, well decorated and the food was also very good. The service was top notch. Semmy served us. He was super nice. I can really recommend Spaghetti & Stars. Especially when there is a special occasion coming up

Every time I come to Düsseldorf, my work mates schedule a dinner at the Italian restaurant Spaghetti und Star, which makes me very happy. This time I tried insanely tasty duck and for the first time traditional Italian dessert Zabaione (which was made especially for me). It is a pleasure to come back to this restaurant, as every time Italian cuisine opens for me in a new way. It is very wonderful how everything is done with soul. Thank you very much !

Suitable for tourists who are visiting the city and also for those who live in the city. Few stops away from the main station yet located also in a very nice vibrant area of Düsseldorf. Arrived there but wasn’t satisfied with the reserved table location, Luigi was super amazing and moved us to a nicer table. His service was wonderful throughout the night. Try the Tartars as starters if you are a fan of Tartars. Implacable!!! The sauce is second to none and the meat used is wow. I had a Caesar salad with chicken strips as a main dish, ( they didn’t fail to prepare it right) my partner had Tagliatelle Hanks. En point ! Caesar salad dressing was superb and the Tagliatelle and the meat in it were wow! As we were celebrating a special occasion, Luigi, made sure that we have received a nice greeting compliments of the restaurant. Must say thank you for Michael aus Egypt and the wonderful gentleman with red eyeglasses who have plenty years of experience for being so attentive and friendly. A warm place. Delicious food and good service is a must recommend when in Düsseldorf. Car parking is not available but you can park in the hotel parking next door

Nice place for excellent authentic Italian food.

Leider war unser Besuch eine Enttäuschung. Das Essen kam bereits nach zehn Minuten – in so kurzer Zeit ist es kaum möglich, eine wirklich frische Pasta zuzubereiten. Stattdessen wirkte es wie ein Fertiggericht. Die Preise waren hoch, und auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Ambiente war zwar okay, aber insgesamt kein Erlebnis, das ich wiederholen möchte.

Absolutely fantastic! Spaghetti & Stars is the highlight in Düsseldorf for me! From the first second I felt completely at home here. The ambience is modern and cozy, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or a romantic evening for two. The food was simply outstanding. I have rarely eaten such fresh and tasty pasta. The half lobster paccheri were perfect. I was also impressed by the selection of wines, perfectly matched to the dishes. The service also deserves a special mention: attentive, friendly and competent. You can tell that the team here puts their heart and passion into what they do. Overall, a fantastic experience – I’ll definitely be back!

I had often heard about this restaurant and was very excited to see what it ultimately had to offer. We had spaghetti carbonara and a seafood pizza of the day. Unfortunately the food was just “okay”. I had much higher expectations, especially given the reasonable prices. The wines were very good, but didn't compensate for the food. It was quite cool in the dining room due to the open window front. The cellar seemed a little confused at first, at least it seemed difficult to assign us a table even though there weren't many guests there; In between he looked after other guests until we finally chose a table ourselves. But from then on he was very nice and accommodating. All in all it's a shame, I'll try it again if necessary. Maybe the cook was just having a bad day; but yesterday there was clearly room for improvement.

**Incredibly rude staff and disrespectful boss** I was recently at Spaghetti & Stars in Düsseldorf and have to say that I have rarely had such a disappointing experience. When my friend asked the waiter about a possible discount, he couldn't do anything with it and disappeared without further explanation. Shortly afterwards, someone who obviously saw himself as the person in charge of the restaurant came and insulted her in an incredibly unfriendly tone. Instead of politely clarifying the situation, she was literally approached as if she had asked something outrageous. After sharing my experience online, the boss, Mr. Antonio Impagnatiello, asked me to call back to resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, the conversation was anything but friendly. Instead of an apology, I was insulted again and even threatened with legal action if I didn't delete my review. It was further alleged that I was drunk during my visit - a completely baseless and insulting accusation. The fact that the head of the restaurant exemplifies such a mentality says everything about how this establishment treats guests. Respect and customer friendliness seem to be foreign words here. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who values ​​respectful interaction.

Als meine Bekannte den Kellner auf einen möglichen Rabatt ansprach, konnte er damit nichts anfangen und verschwand ohne weitere Erklärung. Kurz darauf kam jemand, der sich offensichtlich als Verantwortlicher des Restaurants sah, und hat sie in einem unglaublich unfreundlichen Ton beschimpft. Anstatt die Situation höflich zu klären, wurde sie regelrecht angefahren, als hätte sie etwas Unverschämtes verlangt. Nachdem ich meine Erfahrungen online geteilt hatte, bat mich der Chef, Herr Antonio Impagnatiello, um einen Rückruf, um den Sachverhalt gütlich zu klären. Leider verlief das Gespräch alles andere als freundlich. Statt einer Entschuldigung wurde ich erneut beschimpft und mir wurde sogar mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht, sollte ich meine Bewertung nicht löschen. Es wurde mir weiterhin unterstellt, ich sei bei meinem Besuch betrunken gewesen – eine völlig haltlose und beleidigende Anschuldigung. Dass der Chef des Restaurants solch eine Mentalität vorlebt, sagt alles über den Umgang mit den Gästen in diesem Etablissement. Respekt und Kundenfreundlichkeit scheinen hier Fremdwörter zu sein. Ich kann dieses Restaurant niemandem empfehlen, der Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang legt.

We visited the restaurant after moving to Hansallee, but I liked the old location better because it was more comfortable. We had a small antipasti plate that tasted very good, the bread is really great. For the main course we had a very good tagliata and a veal schnitzel, the quality was generally okay, but the price was quite ambitious.

This blonde older waitress is so unsympathetic and unfriendly. The other Italian waiters are always in a good mood and you feel comfortable being served by them. But this blonde doesn't fit in at all and doesn't represent this store at all. I don't actually write negative reviews, but today she was so cheeky with her stupid sayings that it had to be done! I can't imagine that I'm the first to complain about you. The customers around me also received some flippant or cheeky comments. And multiple times! I think all the likes on this post prove me right. In your long answer you don't discuss this once and indirectly blame me because I could have gone straight to the boss. If you're there with your whole family, you might not feel like any more stress on site and just leave the store. If you'd like, I'll come over alone and then we'll have a conversation between you, the waitress, the boss and me.

This restaurant is highly recommended! The ambience is extremely elegant and upscale. The outstanding main courses - pizza mortadella with pistachio cream and burrata and the spaghetti Sophia Loren - were exceptionally delicious. The homemade panna cotta and mousse au chocolat rounded off a lovely evening perfectly. The waiter Ben knew how to impress with his attentive service. We'll be back soon.
