Big size pizza for the price and tasty as well but unfortunately their service isn’t the best we had an interaction with two of the staff one was friendly and the other one was totally the opposite. The food came relatively fast though the place was full.

surprisingly bad, something we didn't know about before. Pizza wasn't finished baking. The service was also annoying or unfriendly. Maybe it was because we didn't go out to eat (order) until 9:30 p.m. But we won't be eating there again for the time being. If you no longer want any business at that time, then they should close sooner.

It took 15 mins to order, 35 mins before the order came, and 25 mins to pay. Our order consisted of 3 items. They got one of the three wrong; we decided to live with it. Surprisingly, a fourth item also arrived - an extra pizza. They said we ordered it. We didn't and didn't eat it, but ended up paying anyway. Was easier than to argue on and on. The food itself was okay. The atmosphere was good, lots of locals. A very nice playground for kids right next to the tables.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the service and the food for the second time. There were finger-thick pieces of ham on the Prosciutto pizza. Service was unfriendly and very stressful and we can usually cope with a lot. There are some other good Italians in the corner.

Excellent quality authentic Italian pizza in a lively, casual setting at a very reasonable price! Two pizzas and four soft drinks for 34€ were more than enough to satisfy our family of two adults and two teens. While we had only pizza ourselves, we saw that other tables were being brought huge pasta dishes. We were seated right away despite arriving at what seemed to be the busiest time on a Sunday evening, at around 6 pm. Cash only, but they were nice enough to take our US dollars when we were short on euros.

For me the best pizza in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. The prices are more than fair. Unfortunately, it is always difficult to stop nearby by car and unfortunately you almost always have to be patient because there are so many people, but the wait is worth it!

I usually order takeout, but this time I ate inside. I think this is a restaurant with a great atmosphere, created by the chef's personality and friendly staff. The Oktopus vom Grill auf Salst I received this time was a masterpiece with a very tender octopus and a rich variety of vegetable salad on the side. Risotto alla Pescatora is a masterpiece of shrimp, squid, shellfish, and tomato sauce that goes perfectly with the flavorful rice. PIZZA Vegetaria is a delicious pizza with a wonderful harmony of a wide variety of vegetables, sauces, and cheese. PIZZA Frutti di mare is an exquisitely satisfying pizza with rich seafood and overflowing tomato sauce. I think Panna cotta is a must-try dish for those who love Italian sweets.

We went to the restaurant, which we enjoyed so much last year during our trip to Düsseldorf, two days in a row, and went back to Düsseldorf the other day for half a day. Since it was past lunch hour, most tables were empty. The waiter asked for a reservation and when I said no, he said, "I will manage you and sit you at this table as if you had a reservation." However, more than half of the tables were already empty. We placed our orders. We ordered 3 different pizzas. Even though 45-50 minutes passed, our order did not arrive. However, in the meantime, the order of the group that came after us had arrived at our back table. After they finished their meals and left, when I reminded them a few times, the master came and said there was a mistake, we will make a new one. After waiting for more than an hour, our two pizzas arrived. 10-15 minutes later, they brought our missing pizza. Meanwhile, the waiter said very brazenly, 'When I went to Istanbul years ago, I waited for two hours for my order to arrive. 'said. Even if the pizza was delicious and the price was affordable, I would not consider going to a place with such bad service again. (Last year there was much better service even though it was evening time and much more crowded)

Had dinner here yesterday and was thrilled with my pasta. The service was also great. And the best thing was the price/performance ratio. I have rarely eaten so well and at the same time so cheaply. I've been here several times and have only eaten pizza because it's really delicious. Despite the price increase, the price-performance ratio is still great. The pizza is very large and well topped. The service is friendly, sometimes a bit hectic because it is always very busy. The atmosphere is not that cozy, but sufficient for a quick pizza. In summer you can also sit outside. Unfortunately, parking spaces are difficult to find. Only cash payment possible!

Actually one of the best pizza places in pempelfort - however the service is terrible and restaurant dirty. We waited 15 mins to be seated - even though 6 tables were free. Best pizza in Düsseldorf! I don't know how many pizzas I've eaten in my life or how many different restaurants there were, but there are well over 40! Let's get started: Stopped by spontaneously because I had heard a lot about this pizzeria and asked if a table for 1 person was available. I was lucky because everything else was always fully booked (said the waiter). The service was super friendly and attentive! I ordered a Tuno pizza and was thrilled when this huge “thing” appeared on the table!! In terms of taste? Absolute opponent!!!!!!! Anyone who likes pizza MUST have eaten here once and form their own opinion about it, it would be a shame that you missed out on such a delicious pizza in this life!!! 10 stars for the pizza! The ambience and furnishings outside are relatively old and shaky (nothing special, not a wonderful ambience but bearable). I didn't see inside but it will definitely be my new regular pizzeria! 0.2 cola + HUGE pizza €14.50 = more than OKAY!

In addition, only cash payments are possible and the orders are regularly added up in the head and the result is too much or too little change is given. Today I ordered a pizza with spinach, unfortunately there were pieces of porcelain in the pizza. When I brought the pizza back they told me that was normal at frutti di Mare, they would get everything out of the sea. 1. I didn't have any seafood pizza and 2. this porcelain Piece was right between the dough I suspect a plate broke in the kitchen the spritz usually you have to throw everything away

You know the pizza is authentic and delicious when it's from an Italian-run pizzeria. The high quality of food here is to be matched only by its warm and friendly service. This place is a hidden gem in the neighbourhood. You won't regret coming here.

Probably the best pizza in Dusseldorf. It is big (really big) and delicious. The price is definitely the best for this value. Because not only I know it, the place is always full. Even that they have opened a second restaurant in the 10 minutes walking distance, the new place is full as well. I recommend to book in advance😉. Pizza to go is also a great solution:)

Excellent delicious real Italian pizza

I now have to edit my original review and deduct a star. In terms of taste, it's still the best pizza in Düsseldorf. However, when things get stressful, i.e. on Friday and Saturday in the late afternoon and early evening when a horde of pick-up customers overrun the store, both the appearance of the pizzas and the taste suffer. Unfortunately also the atmosphere. The pizzas are sometimes sparsely topped, the edges are black and if you ask the employees about it you will get disrespectful comments from 1-2 of them, like double occupancy costs extra or something similar. Whatever! It's complaining at a high level but it doesn't have to be that way.

We were here for the first time. The owner and staff are very friendly. Delicious pasta, huge pizzas...! We will come back in any case.

Super tasty pizza. Lovely again. Great dough and also a very good topping. Only the service takes some getting used to. When we arrived there were around 10 tables available and we hesitated for a long time as to whether there was anywhere we could sit down. The tables were no longer occupied during the evening. The young waiter didn't really seem motivated either. Everything else, however: Great!

The food tasted really good but they do not accept payment cards and only cash for tax reasons, so I had to leave my ID card and walk for 30 minutes to pay for the food. That's why I only give 1 star

The menu promised a journey through authentic Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on handmade pizzas. These are truly masterpieces. Each pizza is so large that it is easily enough for two people. The base is baked to perfection: crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside - and nice and thin. A little tip: it is advisable to reserve in advance. This is a pizzeria run with heart and soul. The attention to detail, both in the preparation of the food and in the service, makes every visit a special experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Food great, prices rather cheap. Service could be improved, but committed. But I didn't like the decor inside at all. The tables were close together, it echoed, was loud. So definitely not for a romantic date.

Unfortunately super disappointed… I've been getting the same pizza here for years. I was always very satisfied and was happy to spread the word among my friends. Since the second store opened, it just hasn't been the same. The dough tastes too thick and bready, the pizza is burnt, when you order a Pizza Funghi with onions you are basically ordering an onion pizza and the garlic seems to be added to the pizza before it is baked?!?! According to the pizza baker, it's better this way. In addition, the prices have skyrocketed. Given the rising costs while maintaining the same performance, it would be okay, but it spoils your appetite. Conclusion: The good rating is no longer justified for me. After being dissatisfied several times, I unfortunately no longer get my pizza here.

The bald man was the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. He almost threw the menu at our heads, opened the service without a napkin, and looked at us as if to ask why did you come at the entrance. Even though I loved the atmosphere and the pizza, he looked at us as if he were the person he disliked the most in his life, rather than a customer. I sincerely hope that he gets his share of humanity, and I would like him to boldly write the words "cash only accepted" in the form of an ant prayer on his window.

We had a pizza Napoli and a pizza with parma and ruccola and mozzarella must have a carafe of wine for 36€. My English friend then tried the waiter's fantastic beans. It was wonderful, many thanks to the team, Heike and Lee.

We passed the pizzeria by chance and ordered a salad and a calzone. Cost: 16€ When we saw the portions, we couldn't help but salivate. Insanely good price/performance ratio. 👍🏼 Food was ready quickly. Both the salad and the calzone were delicious. The staff is very nice. If we were to come here, we would definitely order again.

The pizzas are large, thin and crispy. The toppings are fresh and the pizzas are generously topped. There is also olive oil and garlic oil on the tables, which you can drizzle on the pizza if necessary. Ordering drinks and pizzas for 4 people went very quickly and the pizzas were served after 10-15 minutes. After the meal, the table was cleared promptly and boxes were offered so that the rest could be packed up. That evening we wanted to order dessert afterwards. We had to ask for the card 4 times and when we received the card, no one came to take the order. Apparently it is the case here that only a certain person can or is allowed to take the order. When we pointed out that we would like to order, it took a while until someone came. 2 of the 4 desserts on the menu were sold out or not available. Therefore we decided to go. Overall therefore 4/5 stars.

Went there for the first time today and was completely carefree and completely happy. From the restaurant to the waiter and the food was really very satisfactory.

We were in Düsseldorf for 2 days and discovered it by chance. The first restaurant was completely booked but the waiter tried everything to give us a seat. Unfortunately in vain. He then asked the second restaurant to give us a table. Then they had one free. We had pasta twice and pizza three times. Everything was great. I haven't eaten such great pizza in a long time. The next day (it was really big) I warmed it up in the oven and it still tasted great. The wine was good. The service was good. The food was good. And above all, the prices were great. Thank you for the nice evening. If we are in Düsseldorf again, we will definitely eat there.

I do not recommend this place. We just entered as a family with children, so we were literally chased out of there. They were motivated by the fact that their tables were reserved, although there were very few visitors inside the establishment. We were disappointed by the frankly unfriendly attitude of the staff. We do not plan to go there again and do not recommend it to anyone. In the 21st century, you won't get far with this kind of service and attitude towards customers.

The food is Italian, as you know it. You won't find anything special. Hopefully “the best pizza in Düsseldorf” can be found somewhere else, otherwise it would be a poor testament to Düsseldorf (because even that is just okay). Overall, there's not enough seasoning and the cheese seems plain. The service is friendly, as you would expect from Italians. But seems a bit overwhelmed. In addition, you don't really know who is on the team because they neither form a unit nor are they dressed uniformly. A service worker is sipping around there and wearing casual clothes. However, I would give three stars for the service. Since you can only pay in cash and the service makes mistakes or doesn't know your own menu, I deduct one star. Card payments are a must in 2024. The ambience seems unstructured. The two rooms don't fit together. The entrance door is broken. A few decor elements are appropriate. All in all, you can go, but there are much better options.

Today I went to Pizzaria Romantica on a one-day stay. When you enter you are greeted in a typical Italian way. The menu contains everything you would expect from a good 🇮🇹. The service is very courteous and warm. Drinks and food are prepared and served quite promptly. I had a pizza and I can say it was a very large one and by far one of the best I have ever eaten.
