A nice restaurant with authentic cuisine. The service is very friendly and attentive to the guests. The atmosphere is relaxed and typical of Vietnam. The pho soup reminded me of Hanoi, a total holiday flashback. Even before the renovation, it was a real asset to Flingern, and now it looks really chic.

I recently ordered a takeaway meal and was delighted. The food tasted excellent (Bun Tron - rice noodle bowl and Banh Canh Xao - wok-fried udon noodles), and the preparation seemed to be done with care. The service was also very friendly, and the order was processed extremely quickly. Overall, an excellent experience. I will definitely be back.

We were there for the first time yesterday at lunchtime, and definitely won't be the last. The place was very busy. Service took a while, but I didn't mind, as they were really busy. The service was very friendly. The food was delicious and the prices were great. There's only one small criticism: there was too much ice in the drinks. But you can also order without ice. During the day, it's also easy to park on the street.

We found this restaurant spontaneously and had dinner here. In the end we were really very satisfied and will definitely come back! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and seems authentic in its own way, without being artificially exaggerated. The service was very courteous and friendly. There's a good selection of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, some with dishes we've never seen on the menu at other Vietnamese restaurants. Our dishes were very tasty, optimally portioned and beautifully presented. The duck in my dish was very tender and good quality. Our drinks were also very refreshing and delicious. In terms of price it is absolutely fair. Definitely recommended!

It used to be good, but the quality of the dishes has deteriorated for some time. The portions have become smaller and you have to look for the meat. Too bad! The restaurant has been remodeled and the interior design is now a little more attractive than before.

I must say I was severely disappointed and was not expecting it since this restaurant is highly rated and it was also recommended to me by vietnamese acquaintancies. I ordered takeout and the wok was one of the worst I have ever tried: huge chunks of cellery, the noodles were all tangled up and almost glued together. Overall the dish was very dry and it seemed like microwaved, although I don't live far away from this place. The summer rolls were very mid and lacked their typical freshness. Rating with 1 star because rating with 0 is not possible.

Unfortunately it's really bad, the restaurant tempts you with NeoTaste and then says on site that the deal cannot be redeemed on the same day 🤷‍♀️ Something similar last year... that's it, we won't give the restaurant another chance.

I've ordered here several times, but I also really liked it locally. It's easy to sit outside and the food always tastes great. I also think it's great that there's a good vegan selection. The employee was also very friendly.

The soup portions are very large and ours was (unfortunately) a bit spicy, but tasty. It echoes a little in the corner when there are several people talking louder, but it's comfortable in itself. Definitely worth a visit, top service!

I eat here regularly. The dishes are always delicious and freshly prepared. The prices are fair. The operators are very friendly. The restaurant has been newly renovated and is now much more comfortable.

It’s a good thing I live in the neighbourhood, because Que is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Düsseldorf. All of the dishes I’ve tried so far taste like home (even though I’m mot Vietnamese); even the fried noodles side dish could’ve stood as its own meal! The staff are also always friendly. Service time varies, unfortunately, but I’ve never been in a hurry whenever I came here so I didn’t mind. Keep in mind that if you come in a group larger than 4 people, you may have to wait longer for your food. I hope Que continues to improve on this end because I’d love to bring more friends and colleagues here and dine as a bigger group!

We had baked duck once with fried noodles and once with rice and mango sauce. It was incredibly tasty, the duck was super tender, service was perfect, fast and the dishes were hot, we'll definitely be back :)

After the many positive reviews, we were really looking forward to the evening - but we were very disappointed. The ginger iced tea was delicious and gave us hope - but unfortunately the food was very bland. The spring rolls were very greasy and had very little filling, the sweet and spicy sauce was very tasty, overall the starter was ok. Unfortunately, the main course only disappointed. Both the sticky rice with omelette and the fried rice with chicken were more or less tasteless. All spices were missing, even soy sauce and the sauce from the starter could only help a little. The sticky rice also had nothing to do with what I know from Southeast Asia. Unfortunately, there were few vegetarian and vegan options, especially for the starters there was no version of the dumplings or satay skewers. They also needed to invest in a better air suit system and the fire extinguisher was missing.

Very tasty food! The employees were also very, very friendly. The portion size was about standard. The lemonade tastes simply wonderful! Better than a bar. Really. Strawberry Mint was good, but the homemade lemonade (with lime and ginger) was even better. The starters are really worth the price, we had chicken skewers and were thrilled. The request to avoid the peanut sauce was also responded to in a friendly manner and alternatives were immediately suggested to us. ❤️

The only small point of criticism is the ambience. Overall, the room seems a bit empty/sparse. Price-performance ratio is great. Overall, a clear recommendation for both lunch and the evening.

I had the chicken from home. I really enjoyed the chicken, a little spicy, fresh vegetables and rice. The lemonade was a little too sweet for my taste.

Went to this restaurant around 9 pm and had the entire place to myself, which felt good. Ordered the chicken in mango curry and in peanut curry, both of the dishes were absolutely great. The mango curry was very unique and tangy, would definitely go again for this. The starter was pretty good too. Would definitely recommend it. Thumb’s up. 👌

Ich war schon ein paar Mal hier, und sie servieren anständiges Essen. Aber dieses Mal hatte ich Nudel-Wok mit Hühnchen. Es hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, ich habe das meiste davon stehen lassen. Jetzt habe ich Durchfall. Angesichts dessen, dass ich nichts Unangemessenes gegessen habe, denke ich, dass die Ursache das Essen hier ist.

Tolles Restaurant, super Service, gerne wieder

Knusperhähnchen mit Mangesauce als Hauptgericht war lecker und ausreichend. Meine Begleitung hatte Klanereis mit Rindfleisch. Das war nicht so dolle. Vorspeisen zum Teil etwas klein. An der Heizung war schön warm. Andere sassen mit Jacke da.

Die vietnamesische Küche ist sehr authentisch und frisch.

Habe hier zum ersten mal gegessen. Der Service ist absolut freundlich und die Anordnung der Tische recht gemütlich. Die Mittagskarte hatte mich gereizt und habe mich für M4 entschieden. Gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnchenfleisch und Gemüse. Das Gemüse war sehr frisch und lecker und auch mit Zitronengras etc. verfeinert. Die Nudeln waren anders wie gewohnt-diese waren eher wie die "yum-yum" Nudeln, dünner und kürzer. Das Gericht mit einer 0,2l Cola lag bei 9,50EUR. Sensationell. Das wäre auch eine 5* Bewertung gewesen, hätte ich nicht auf ein Stück Knorpel/Knochen gebissen. Das war nicht angenehm. Empfehlung gerne wieder mit einem anderen Gericht. Toiletten vorhanden.

Ihr müsst dringend etwas tun, samstags abends Restaurant ist leer. Ein Tisch in der letzten Ecke wird angeboten. Nachfragen zur Karte werden sehr kurz beantwortet. Die Gewürze auf dem Tisch sind leer, keine Dekoration, dann bekommt eine Person ihr Hauptgericht die anderen müssen warten. Das Gericht mit Tamaindensauce hat gar keinen Geschmack. Das Essen ist nicht richtig heiß, die Portionen sind klein, es gibt eine kleine Schale Reis für 2 Personen und die Bedienung ist mit anderen Sachen beschäftigt. Tut mir leid, aber so werdet ihr die Gäste verlieren.

Besonders der Zitronengras Tee und die Limonade waren sehr lecker.

Ein tolles vietnamesisches Restaurant in Düsseldorf. Die Gerichte werden mit viel Liebe und Authentizität zubereitet. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Jedes Mal fantastisch! Es ist zwar etwas laut an der Hauptstraße gelegen, aber das Essen gleicht es einfach aus, sodass ich schon öfter dort war! Inzwischen sind meine klaren Favoriten die Saté- und Mangososse.

Das Essen war gut und lecker Gedicht in Worten nicht zu beschreiben.Der Service war sehr Aufmerksamkeit Das Ambiente ist top. Da kann ich nur wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Wenn ich neue vietnamesische Restaurants besuche, bestelle ich immer Pho Bo. Die Reisnudelsuppe war sehr lecker und einer der bisher besten, welche ich in Düsseldorf gegessen habe. Den Ingwer-Eistee kann ich ebenfalls empfehlen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, ich werde bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns spontan dazu entschlossen Essen zu gehen und wollten was neues ausprobieren. Es war die richtige Entscheidung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Ich hab eine der Spezialitäten des Hauses, Hähnchen aus der Heimat, bestellt. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

I was here with a friend a few day ago. I have definitely no complain about the food. I totally loved it. The pho is taste really good. I have to compliment at this point that the food is delicious. 😊 But on the other hand,I can confirmed that the waiting time is that long to just pay the bill (I literally posted the instagram story when we said we wanna pay, so I'm pretty sure how long it take by checking at the time I post. So waiting time for us start from that not when the table being cleaned). According to your reply to my friend review, I don't wanna be rude but if you explain that we need to pay more expensive because of the service of staff and we have to wait that long. I still don't see the point why we have to pay more and also have to wait for longer than 30 mins. And the waiter get the bill paid by another 2 tables which was 2 meter away from us but we have to wait 20 mins after that to pay the bill. P.S. : we use Neotaste app to get the deal and one of the review on Neotaste mentioned about this restaurant might have different menu for people who use the deal from this place. P.S.2: In my opinion the point of review is to get feedback from customer and make it better in the future. I have no responsible or benefit to make this review to just make the restaurant look bad And yes. I do like the food there. And the old lady is nice. ☺️

Bearbeitet: Ich bin kurz davor es zu einem Stern zu ändern. Lest euch mal die Antwort vom Inhaber durch. Der Aufschlag vor Ort muss dann angeschlagen sein wenn man eine Servicepauschale vor Ort erhebt, außerdem habe ich den Kellner auf die höheren Preise angesprochen vor der Bestellung, daraufhin meinte er, dass er nichts davon wüsste und mit dem Besitzer reden müsste um zu erfahren, wieso sich die Preise von den Onlinepreisen unterscheiden. Daher ist es rechtlich angreifbar und kann von der Konkurrenz abgemahnt werden. Außerdem, ja wir haben 10€ Rabatt bekommen, dafür aber noch immer 29,50€ für 2 Getränke + 1 Nudelgericht + 1 Pho bezahlt. Das ist ein ganz normaler Preis, da der 7,50€ Aufschlag für den tollen (es waren ca. 50 Minuten Wartezeit zum Bezahlen) Service eindeutig diesen Preis nicht wert ist. Überheblichkeit hoch 10, ein einfaches "Entschuldigung" hätte ja gereicht um die Bewertung zu verbessern. Zuerst das gute : das Essen war lecker. Wieso 2 Sterne? Naja wir haben über Neotaste dort gegessen, tatsächlich haben wir dann eine andere Speisekarte erhalten wo alles 3-5€ teurer war, 16,50€ für Wok-Mienudeln mit Hähnchen. Normalerweise nur 13,50€. Kellner hat so getan als würde er nichts davon wissen. Dann nach dem Essen wollten wir bezahlen, habe mehrmals dem Kellner signalisiert zu bezahlen, nach 20 Minuten der älteren Dame dort meinte es kommt gleich jemand, nach weiteren 20 minuten bin ich rein gegangen und habe gesagt bekommen "kommt gleich jemand" dann nach 15 Minuten kam endlich der Kellner. 55 Minuten zum Bezahlen ist echt krank, vorallem bei überteurten Preisen ! Wenn ihr keine Neotaste Rabatte geben wollt dann seid dort nicht Kunde !

Wir sind aufgrund eines Gutscheines und der top Bewertungen hier gelandet. Das Essen sowie die Getränke waren super lecker und der Service sehr freundlich, obwohl es wirklich sehr voll war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Kann leider nicht mehr als drei Sterne vergeben. Das Essen hat sehr lange gedauert, der Service war nicht gerade aufmerksam. Über das Essen selbst: kann nichts mit der süß sauer Sauce empfehlen, sie schmeckt wie die einfache aus dem Supermarkt - es fehlte an vietnamesischem Touch und Liebe zum Detail - so sind die Portionen nicht gerade schön angerichtet, keine frischen Kräuter dabei gehabt und die Portionen selbst- leider zu klein.

Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker und ich war positiv überrascht, denn als ich sagte dass ich es bitte richtig scharf haben möchte, habe ich das auch ohne Wenn- und Aber bekommen. Oft ist es so, dass es auf "deutsche Schärfe" reduziert wird, wenn Sie verstehen was ich meine, aber das war hier glücklicherweise nicht der Fall und ist auch richtig so. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hat soweit alles richtig gemacht, wirkte allerdings ein klein wenig gestresst, aber ich denke solche Tage hat jeder mal. Das Ambiente ist schlicht und ausreichend. Das Wichtigste für uns ist das Essen, und das würde zehn Sterne kriegen, wenn die zu vergeben wären. Ganz große klasse! Ps.: Wer es gewohnt ist einen Salat als Vorspeise in einem vietnamesischen Restaurant zu bestellen, sollte MÄCHTIG Hunger mitbringen. Die Portionen lohnen sich.

Very disappointing service! My husband and I were really looking forward to visit this Vietnamese restaurant. For the starter, we ordered dumplings and beef rolls. You can see from the photo that the portions were really small! Both starters in one plate were 10eur. Main course: We ordered roast beef and it had vegetables and noodles. On the menu, the beef was listed as the main ingredient, so we thought that we would have a lot of beef pieces in the plate. Unfortunately, our plates were full of noodles and had about 5 beef pieces, and the cost was around €15 per plate. It was very expensive considering that the plate had only few amounts of protein (beef). What a shame! Also, all the ingredients were tasteless- they had no flavor. We had to ask the waitress for soy sauce to add a bit of flavour to the food. We told the waitress that the plate had only 5 pieces of beef. She didn't speak English, which was understandable. But she didn't ask a colleague of hers to come and speak to us to see what was wrong. If you're looking to try Vietnamese food, please make yourself a favor and save money and look elsewhere.

I have been to this place dozens of times. Their lunch menu is the best in the region for the price (I recommend any combination of rice + chicken or duck). Dinner options are also good, especially the roast beef with fried noodles. Drinks are also delicious - homemade lemonade and iced tea are good options during summer.
