The waiter was nice, the atmosphere was nice too, except for one two really dirty glasses. However, we were very disappointed with the food, I've never had such bland pasta with chanterelles and it was exactly the same with friends and relatives we were there with, so it wasn't a single Monday plate. It's a shame, but it could definitely be better.

Attentive service staff and a beautiful location but unfortunately the food is subpar. The children's pasta with tomato sauce was overcooked and undercooked at the same time and tasted like canned passata. All dishes were basically unseasoned and carelessly warmed up.

We visited the restaurant for the first time last night and were shown to a table on the terrace. The first impression of the racetrack and the forest were of course beautiful. At first we were struck by the fact that all the umbrellas were closed, which of course spoiled the sense of coziness. The tables (clearly outdoor) have not been glazed or anything like that has dirt and grime in the grooves for at least 2 years. The first thing that came to the table were the drinks Sarti lemon spritz and Aperol spritz in an unpolished glass and I couldn't really notice the spritz, just sweet and not good. (a little more effort for a €7.50 drink would be nice) Food veal schnitzel was dry and bland fries were okay (crunchy). The lamb's lettuce on my grandma's plate was sandy and mushy - this combination is also rare and you have to be able to put it on the plate like that without seeing it. Chanterelles were also dry and not tasty. Roast beef with fried potatoes was good and so was the goat cheese. The waiter was friendly but kept strolling over to the guest with a beer in his hand and placing it on the table from above (on the edge), a tray is even a standard in middle service. The young service employees were nice and courteous. There are still a few little things that stand out, such as unpolished cutlery, but we don't want to exaggerate. It's just that if you book with the Rennbahn Golf Club "Grafengrün" and then make a reservation a week in advance, such mistakes don't have to and shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, we do not recommend the restaurant and will not visit it again.

Absolute top location with an upscale audience. Great view/distance view over the racetrack. Places inside and outside. Absolutely professional service, also in English without any problems. A large selection of food and drinks. Food freshly prepared and obviously NO convenience products. Day ticket with an attractive price-performance ratio. Whether lunch, afternoon coffee or dinner: always a good selection. Very attractive rooms for family celebrations or even on a larger scale with dignified table decorations. Finally, a note to everyone who arrives by car: it is NOT true that the numerous free parking spaces are reserved exclusively for PORSCHE vehicles from 300 hp. Drivers of other brands could also park there. Conclusion: Highly recommended. Typically Düsseldorf.

Full of confidence, we visited the restaurant in a beautiful location, a terrace in a cultivated atmosphere. The relaxed, friendly service staff made the first impression complete. The menu sounds good and promises freshly prepared products. We chose the veal schnitzel with fried potatoes from the current chanterelle menu. The chanterelles were lukewarm, dry and tasteless. The fried potatoes are soft and browned with paprika powder. The schnitzel was also bland. When the waiter asked, we pointed this out. He said he would report it to the kitchen and he would be sorry... We ate some of it and declined the concession of an espresso. It's a shame - this first visit didn't score. Maybe. We will try it again later to see if the quality of the food has improved. The environment was right.

We had the great pleasure of celebrating our wedding in Grafengrün and it was simply perfect. From start to finish everything was perfect and our expectations were far exceeded. The service was outstanding. The staff was always friendly, attentive and professional. Every wish we had was met with a smile and we felt like we were in good hands at all times. Particularly noteworthy is the organization and flexibility of the team, who actively supported us in planning and executing our wedding. Many thanks for this, Mr. Mächler and to Julia. The grill buffet was an absolute highlight. Our guests still rave about the delicious food today. The selection was varied and the quality of the grilled dishes was excellent. Every piece of meat was grilled to perfection, the sides were fresh and delicious. Particularly noteworthy were the delicious wedding cakes, which not only looked beautiful but also tasted fantastic. The atmosphere and ambience of the location were simply fantastic. The beautiful decoration and simple but effective design created a romantic and festive atmosphere that made our special day unforgettable. A particular highlight was the breathtaking view of the racecourse, which gave the place a unique and elegant touch. The outdoor areas were equally impressive and provided a wonderful backdrop for our wedding photos. Our guests also praised the location highly. Many said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended. We can highly recommend Grafengrün to any bride and groom looking for the perfect wedding location. It was an all-round successful day and we are grateful that we were able to celebrate our wedding in such a wonderful place. Great view of the Grafenberg racecourse. Food is relatively good, but no snapper. Good before or after a tour of the wildlife park. Or simply enjoy the sunset with a cool drink.

Summer festival in Grafengrün! We were there for the first time with around 100 people for our annual summer party. Reception of guests with Crémant rosé or another delicacy in the ambience of the racetrack - a dream. The room was magically decorated with white covers and fabric tablecloths and napkins, candlesticks and festive lighting - very inviting and elegant! It was grilled: butter-tender slices of beef, crunchy grilled sausages, juicy chicken, super fresh salads, dips, grilled vegetables, various side dishes... and, and, and. Very nicely located, right next to the horse racing track and the golf course. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast there twice and everyone (6 people) was completely satisfied. And the prices are absolutely moderate. I/we can definitely recommend it with a clear conscience.

Ambience only nice on the terrace

The rather cold male waitress only served lukewarm food. The tables on the outside terrace were not clean and the large parasols remained closed despite intense sun and later a few drops of rain.

We spontaneously had lunch there after a walk and were very impressed. The risotto with pumpkin was excellent and the schnitzel with warm potato salad was also very tasty. The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was bright and pleasant.

We have been guests in the restaurant for years and were now able to celebrate our church wedding there. It is a restaurant in a class of its own! We can recommend this location for any occasion without reservation. Everything was perfect from the start: we had great advice on how our celebration would go. Mr. Mächler recommended us a perfect meal, was always available and extremely friendly and funny. We were always welcomed with open arms and good humor and had a perfect rehearsal dinner. Everything at our celebration was beautifully set and prepared. All guests enjoyed the food very much, and the house chef looked after all guests personally. Perfect service (friendly, fast, courteous...) was offered throughout the day and into the night. Finally, we just have to say a word about the homemade wedding cake: also a dream! So it's no surprise that the location is almost always fully booked. A big thank you again from us!

Had dinner with 9 people for my mother's birthday. We were warmly welcomed and assigned a table that didn't quite meet my mother's expectations. But since it was quiet and the separate area to the terrace was covered and free, we were offered the much nicer table, which was much to my mother's delight. The very friendly and courteous service staff was very friendly, attentive and quick with drinks. The food was nicely prepared and everyone really enjoyed it, so a big compliment and thank you there too It's definitely a nice restaurant and I can only recommend it 👍👍👍

WOW, what a location, view and mega top services including price ratio 😍!! We experienced our wedding including a Christian wedding there in July 23rd and are still amazed and thrilled!! Everything was just right, every special request was taken into account and the prices were fair! The service was simply great! All family members and friends are still talking today about what an incredibly beautiful wedding it was and this was thanks to the delicious food (live cooking, crap, etc.), the very courteous and super friendly service, and the beautiful location (the view, on the terrace adjacent to the winter garden, simply gave such a harmonious and loving energy) and made it possible for the organizer! On the occasion of a memorial service, we commissioned the "grafengrün" to implement our ideas. Both the advice in advance and the actual design “hit the nail on the head”. Our decision for the “grafengrün” turned out to be completely right. We were completely impressed by the always friendly and helpful staff. The food and drinks also left nothing to be desired and were offered as discussed. The restaurant itself and the excellent location rounded off the positive picture. I celebrated my 70th birthday in Grafengrün with around 50 people. The professional advice and preparation by Grafengrün regarding the composition of the buffet and the subsequent room layout should be particularly highlighted. Grafengrün worked out several suggestions for the buffet composition and then made them available to me for independent changes or adjustments. With another final consultation, the final selection was made together with Grafengrün, very good! Particularly worth mentioning is the great praise from my guests, some of whom were very critical, regarding the composition and preparation of the dishes. Without being asked, I received extensive praise for the preparations, which I would like to pass on to the kitchen in this way. The number of people made available for the service fully covered the need. The service was quick, attentive and, above all, polite and relaxed at all times. My guests felt very comfortable, which is not least due to the excellent ambience of the event room. The room was perfectly and tastefully furnished with appropriate 8-seater tables and additional bar tables. The permanently installed sound system made it very easy to address guests via microphone. Finally, the view of the racetrack should not go unmentioned, which rounded off the overall impression that day due to the bright blue sky. We celebrated a milestone birthday with 90 people. It was a very successful evening. Our wishes and ideas were implemented well and great ideas for the menu and room design were developed. We experienced the interaction as binding and very reliable. In the evening itself, all guests felt extremely comfortable. The service staff was approachable and attentive, and everyone was enthusiastic about the ambience and the buffet. We felt very well looked after and are grateful for these beautiful memories.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Wo Soll ich aufhören? Ich war auf der Suche nach einigen Locations für unsere Hochzeit und die Ergebnisse waren ernüchternd. Ich bin spontan ins grafengrün reingegangen und wurde von Daniel herzlich empfangen und er hat mir direkt ein tolles Gefühl gegeben. Egal was man braucht alles ist möglich. Daniel hat uns bei der Organisation der Planung immer zur Seite gestanden. Wir haben zu jedem Zeitpunkt ein sicheres und tolles Gefühl gehabt. Er ist nicht nur ein Mann vom Fach, sondern auch menschlich einer der tollsten Menschen, die ich je kennen gelernt habe. Von der Organisation bis zum Tag der Hochzeit ist alles einwandfrei gelaufen. Wir haben am 6. Oktober den schönsten Tag unseres Lebens gehabt und es hat so unglaublich Spaß gemacht. Es wurde genau so ausgeführt, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben von der Tischdeko bis zum Essen bis zum Ambiente bis zum Service. Wir haben zwei unglaublich tolle Kellner gehabt Antigona und Mohammed, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen haben. Unsere Gäste waren begeistert, das Essen war perfekt. Es war herzlich angerichtet und wir hatten sogar noch eine live Köchin dabei. Es war wirklich mit viel Liebe gemacht und die Aussicht ist grandios. Unsere Gäste wollten gar nicht mehr gehen unsere Hochzeit sollte nur bis 22:00 Uhr gehen. Wir waren am Ende bis Mitternacht da und haben den Tag genossen. Hätte ich wieder die Wahl, zu heiraten würde ich es genau da wieder machen mit den gleichen Menschen, am gleichen Ort mit dem selben Plan. Danke, dass ihr unseren besonderen Tag unvergesslich gemacht habt.

Das Essen war lecker, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis besser als erwartet. Und vor allem nochmal lieben Dank an den netten und hilfsbereiten Kellner 🙏

Einen wunderschönen, gelegenes Restaurant mit brillante Aussicht auf die Rennbahn. Die Inneneinrichtung ist ein wenig bieder, aber dafür ist die Terrasse und das Ambiente sensationell. Der Service, der mehrheitlich von jungen Leuten (sicher Aushilfskräfte) geleistet wird, ist sehr gut. Die Geschäftsführung scheint offensichtlich Wert auf Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit zu legen. Das Essen ist gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist das Beste weit und breit. Mittags gibt es eine sehr gute Auswahl schmackhafter Speisen zum kleinen Preis. Wenn sie in der Nähe sind, sollten Sie unbedingt vorbeischauen.

Unkomplizierte Küche. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Der Service schnell und gut. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren zu einem großen Fest eingeladen. Die Anreise war über Maps interessant, da wir mit Angabe der Adresse mitten zwischen den Pferden und Ställen landeten. Wir haben dann den Namen des Restaurants eingetragen und dann fand das Navi den Weg 😁. Der Golfclub ist sehr gepflegt und der Service top. Die Speisen waren auf die große Gruppe ausgerichtet und teilweise nur Standard. Die gebotenen Vorspeisen und Desserts sind sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder und probieren dann die Speisen der Karte.

Das innere Ambiente kenne ich nicht, eingebettet in einer Galopprennbahn und einem Golfplatz sehr lauschig. Draußen an einem milden Herbst Tag. Sehr freundliches Personal, guter Kaffee.

Bisher immer zufrieden! Aber sagt mal, was denkt ihr euch dabei, für eine stinknormale Waffel (Postkarten groß) mit max 5 gewürfelten Erdbeeren, einer Kugel Vanilleeis und Sahne 10.80€ zu nehmen!? 🙈

Schöne Aussicht, angenehme Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen. Spaziergang im Wald davor oder danach inklusive.

Super lecker und total üppig super Preis Leistung!!! :) Leider wurden die Brötchen zu aufbacken Brötchen gewechselt das ist leider ein minus Punkt .

Einen extra Stern gibt es für den Service! Wir haben hier letzte Woche Freitag Hochzeit gefeiert und es war alles perfekt. Super freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente und eine schöne Location. Für Düsseldorf Verhältnisse muss man hier zwar weit rausfahren, aber es lohnt sich alle Mal.

Leckere Burger, trotz vieler Aushilfen nette Bedienung, romantische Beleuchtung

Das Ambiente war sehr schön, gepflegt, einladend mit Blick auf den Golfplatz / Rennbahn (wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt). Wenn es abends kühl wird, werden decken zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Vom Essen haben wir uns allerdings etwas mehr erhofft. Bei dem bestellten Steinpilzrisotto haben wir leider keinen einzigen Steinpilz finden können. Als Deko oben drauf befanden sich Champignons. Ich habe dies angesprochen und es wurde mir erklärt, dass die Steinpilze getrocknet als Pulver im Risotto wären. Ich konnte die Steinpilze leider nicht heraus schmecken, dennoch hat das Gericht gut geschmeckt. Umwerfend war es jedoch leider nicht. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Abend im netter Atmosphäre.

Eine tolle Location mit einem wunderbaren Aussenbereich. Der Blick auf die Düsseldorfer Rennbahn ist einzigartig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist lecker, mein Geheimtipp dort, die Currywurst mit Pommes und als Vorspeise, Brot für 2. Wir kommen sehr gerne hierher, es ist ein Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen, mit lecker Essen und ganz viel Grün. Wir kommen wieder....

Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant an der Rennbahn in Düsseldorf. Die Karte ist klein, aber mit einer Auswahl von klassischen Gerichten versehen. Der Burger war fein abgeschmeckt, minimal brotlastig und die Pommes Frites etwas zu kurz frittiert. Das Roastbeef mit den schmackhaften Röstkartoffeln ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Präsentation der ordentlichen Crème Brûlée geht sicher noch etwas besser. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen.

Unsere Hochzeit am 09.06.2023 im Grafengrün war ein unvergessliches Ereignis, das trotz eines unglücklichen Kabelbrandes stattfinden konnte. Das gesamte Team des Restaurants hat in dieser Situation alles Menschenmögliche getan, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Feier nicht eingeschränkt wird. Wir sind in jeder Hinsicht mit dem Restaurant äußerst zufrieden - sei es das Essen, die Location, das Personal und vieles mehr. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Jedes Gericht war köstlich und von hervorragender Qualität. Egal ob Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte oder Desserts, jedes einzelne Gericht hat uns und unseren Gästen geschmeckt. Die Präsentation der Speisen war ebenfalls wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Location des Restaurants war der perfekte Ort für unsere Hochzeit. Recht versteckt in der Golfanlage. Vielleicht war das gesamte Personal mit der Hochzeit nebenan beschäftigt, es war jedenfalls schwer, etwas zu bestellen. Kaffee höchstens durchschnittlich. Das Ambiente ist wohl was für eingefleischte Golfer.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Rennbahn, moderate Preise und die Qualität ist i.O.

Eher einfache Küche in einem sehr schönen Ambiente. Klassisches Clubhausessen.

Schöne Sportgaststätte, tolles Ambiente nahe der Großstadt. Inmitten der Natur und Wildbahn dieses Restaurant zum Frühstücken, Mittagessen, Kaffee und Kuchen und Abendessen. Durchgängig gute Qualität und freundliche Bedienung. Aufmerksame und zugewandte Leitung des Restaurants, immer mit einem freundlichen Wort.

War nur zum Kaffeetrinken dort, Kuchenauswahl (zwei Sorten) sehr bescheiden. Nette Bedienung. Werde gelegentlich das Essen probieren, denn die Speisekarte sieht einladend aus. Bericht folgt.
