Hi, we were here yesterday and I have to say we received excellent advice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves to something delicious and healthy. It's a shop you should definitely make a part of your life.

I've been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints. As usual, I wanted to get my Aloha Bowl to go, but the girl who runs the place was wonderful. She offered me a great deal that included a drink or muesli yogurt for only €13.50. That says a lot about her professionalism, even though I paid too much because I didn't feel like having a soft drink at the time. I was happy to pay €15.90 because they care about your health and the quality of the food! Thank you!

You can make the wraps yourself and the Smoothies too, it was incredible and irresistible for me ... the girl who explained the menu to me in English was very kind but above all very dedicated, she made me a bowl full of super fresh vegetables and full of flavor, but let's not forget that behind the Smoothies there is a young man who is a super creator of wonders. There are few places like this in Düsseldorf, where healthy eating is a priority! Bowls to choose from with lots of super fresh vegetables and smoothies that will motivate you to choose a day, not to mention that they truly nourish you completely. They even have a set menu of a bowl or wrap with a drink or muesli yogurt from Monday to Friday for only €13.50 😳😳😳😳🥰 Your regular customers always come back! Thank you so much

The food looked good at first glance, but unfortunately it was tasteless and barely edible. I wanted something quick and healthy to eat before my flight, but I was very disappointed. I also found the service particularly negative – the staff was unfriendly, something I've rarely experienced in Düsseldorf.

👍= The salmon was super fresh, all the products were super fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. 👎= The staff works against their will.

Unfortunately, I was treated extremely unfriendly by the staff here. I didn't even get to eat, so I don't want to review the food right now, but especially in the restaurant industry, you should at least be one thing: friendly!

Employee is busy on her cell phone… ignores waiting customers… then I'd rather go somewhere else

My first and last visit here. After hearing my accent, the employee lied and tried to overcharge me. She claimed the clearly stated price on the blackboard, menus, and advertisements was "old" and that the manager had raised it. When I refused to pay this false "new price," they suddenly reverted to the advertised price. I even asked the two men who ordered the identical dish before me – they paid the regular price and were given an extra side salad, which I didn't receive. Dishonest and discriminatory behavior. I won't be back.

Be prepared to be cheated here if you don't speak German. They calculated extras for the price x2 of the price of the dish.

No soggy fruits or bland side dishes. - Super friendly staff: Always a smile, competent advice on the selection, and fast service. - Fair price: Perfectly appropriate for the freshness and portion size offered. Conclusion: The best address for poke fans in Düsseldorf! I recommend it to everyone – a must-visit for me. Again and again! 🌟

A pile of stuck together rice combined with stale ingredients should send you elsewhere. Any place nearby will be better. I highly recommend against it.

Terrible. Everything suddenly costs 2 euros more than advertised. It takes forever, and the staff is unfriendly.

What kind of bowls are these? Too much rice and hardly any toppings. On top of that, the salmon was bad (at least, it tasted stale), and after I complained, the lady behind the counter made me a completely different bowl than the one I wanted. The service is terrible, and the prices... Well, that was our last visit there. The milkshakes were always pretty good, but now they're too expensive!

I've ordered a bowl here several times and I'm always impressed by the friendliness of the saleswoman. Competence and customer service are top priorities here! A bowl packed with nutrients, and incredibly delicious and fresh!

It was our first time there, and it was a Saturday, no less. I mention this because the service was super (!) attentive and friendly. Our bowl was delicious, and the price/performance ratio was really reasonable (especially for Düsseldorf).

Very loud, uncomfortable atmosphere. Rice soaked in fat and completely tasteless. Good selection of toppings. Juices are interesting but very thin and expensive. Has Too good to go which is very cool

Service is very quick, they are kind and patient. Chose the Aloha dish because i fancy mango with salmon, mango wasnt there anymore and in request i got extra salmon. The rice was very warm and mushy soft like porridge, teriyaki sauce ruined it even more. Just soy/kikkoman sauce would be better but wasnt offered. Did not finish it, 3 bites plus the avocado but the rest was a waste.

The food is okay, you can't go wrong with fresh ingredients. Staff is nice too. But I found the sauces far too sweet for my taste. The lemon oil tasted more like lemon candy and I also found the peanut-coconut sauce way too sweet. That's a shame because I really like the concept of a mix of healthy, tasty ingredients.

It tastes a not entirely strange taste. It all looks great and fresh but we and 4 other guests didn't eat it. Not recommended.

Unfortunately not fresh. Tofu super dry, as if it had been lying there open since the morning. Avocado was already brown too...

You can't expect the most authentic bowl here... the one in Hawaii doesn't come close, but it's solid and still tasty...

It seems as if the employees don't know their own recipes. Several individual ingredients were forgotten. It seems disorganized and you are left standing there. We searched in vain for compliance with the order in which the orders were received. It's a shame, the store has potential and is actually a very good concept

The employee was really nice, very friendly and made a great combination. The seating is really modest.

Unfortunately we must have had a bad day. The service was completely overwhelmed, a friend of the counter worker had to go and buy our bananas for the shake. We waited a correspondingly long time. It is rather difficult and uncomfortable to sit in the passage under the escalator. There are certainly better spots.

The quality of ingredients and service were good, but the portion of fish added to the Poke is unfortunately a joke. Almost no fish whatsoever to go with the other, well served, ingredients.

Very convenient portion for a poke. I liked the variety of options they had and how much you can customize your bowl. The ingredients are all fresh and tasty and the portion was full filling with what I paid. Staff were nice

keine frischen Zutaten, harter Reis. Die ganze Schüssel besteht aus einer sehr kleinen Menge an Extras, für die man extra bezahlen muss, um eine normale Portion zu bekommen. Gilbert-Geschmack

Nachteil: sind die Sitzplätze GEHEIMTIPP der Filialleiter zaubert die leckersten Shakes überhaupt ,immer eine neue Kreation fürs Team😋 Respekt an ihn und sein Team Trotz Mittagsstress, da wir Büroleute meist genau um 12 Pause haben,bewältigen sie es sehr sehr GUT !! Du hast deine Bowl und den Shake Innerhalb kürzester Zeit!!! 👌🏾

Bowls sind lecker und kosten weniger als ich sonst erlebt habe. Wraps sind groß und sättigend. Lieferung hat einfach zu lange gedauert (über eine Stunde Verspätung). Das Restaurant konnte ich nicht erreichen, da keine Telefonnummer im Infofeld steht. Das sollte man so schnell wie möglich hinzufügen. Angerufen wurde ich auch nicht. Ich hätte mir ein Entgegenkommen des Restaurants gewünscht. Update: Ich habe dem Laden eine zweite Chance gegeben und wurde wieder maßlos enttäuscht. Die „Smoothie Bowl“ ist zu einer Obst Suppe transformiert. Viel zu wenig Toppings und der Preis wurde auch angehoben, jedoch ist die Qualität schlechter geworden. Ich frage mich, wie man das überhaupt Smoothie Bowl nennen kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aber das reicht nun mal nicht.

Seht nette Bedienung. Frisch und leckere Zutaten. Super!

The rice was NOT a Japanese rice 😅 was really “hard” and not taste good.

Wenn man keinen Reis hat, kann man den Laden auch gleich zu halten. Bin extra für ne Bowl zur Kö Galerie gefahren 😬 Als Ergänzung: Zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich eine Bowl bestellt habe war kein Reis verfügbar. Das ist nichts was der Unwahrheit entspricht, wie mir mittlerweile vom Inhaber des Geschäfts in einer Antwort unterstellt wurde. Es wäre ebenfalls nett gewesen, wenn man in der Beantwortung mal auf das Problem eingegangen wäre und nicht einfach behaupten würde, dass das ja nicht sein könnte. Und ja, das hier ist eine richtige Bewertung. Sie ist nicht keine richtige Bewertung , wie behauptet wurde. Und sie fällt leider nicht gut aus.

Immer noch leckeres Essen, aber die Mitnehmportionen sind seit Einführung neuer Schalen deutlich kleiner geworden und die Saucen werden deutlich verdünnt. Eine versteckte Preiserhöhung, die die Erfahrung zuletzt doch etwas trübt. Schade.

Zelf samen te stellen pokebowl. Flinke hoeveelheid en erg lekker. Er zaten ook wat keuzes bij in ingrediënten die nog niet eerder heb gezien. Ik heb alleen nog nooit zo'n sterke wasabi mayonaise gehad, die was voor mij wat te sterk.

ich liebe die Poké Bowls da, meiner meinung nach der beste in ganz Düsseldorf und Umgebung. Personal super zuvorkommend und schöner Laden. Top 👍🏽
