I picked up food via Too Good To Go, and it's always delicious. I'll be going out for a proper meal soon.

Food was fresh and tasty. Never had such good sushi in an all you can eat. Price reasonable with 25€ I think I got a super busy evening with a big group visiting so the service staff was a bit stressed.

Located near the exhibition hall and sports stadium. The food is plentiful and varied, both for lunch and dinner. The fruit is fresh. Parking is convenient. The owners are friendly and welcoming. During the exhibition, there are many tour groups at dinner; individual travelers are advised to arrive later to avoid the crowds.

Never again will I order anything, it was an absolute disaster.

I noticed this on my last visit. Guests were still arriving around 9 pm. By that time, the buffet wasn't being replenished. Much of it was already empty. The new guests had hardly any choice. Nevertheless, they were charged the full (and therefore overpriced) price. I was there again this time for the lunch buffet at around 1:30 pm. The reduced buffet was also almost empty, and if anything was being replenished at all, it was only in children's portions.

The quality of the food is decent, but the price isn't commensurate with the service provided. The delivery time is particularly disappointing: On average, deliveries take about two hours, as the kitchen doesn't open until 5:00 PM. Under these circumstances, the value for money is unfortunately not convincing.

Unfortunately, this restaurant lost regular customers yesterday. Shortly after we arrived, three large tour buses arrived. It was impossible to get close to the buffet, and the noise and commotion were unbearable. The usual buffet had also been significantly altered, probably with the tour bus guests in mind. If we had been told this at the beginning, we could have chosen to come back another time.

We ate there today. When we arrived, we were assigned a table with the comment that we should still touch the dishes on the table. Our chopsticks were also taken away. We had barely sat down and gotten an appetizer when a bus full of Chinese people arrived, which everyone around us found interesting, as they descended upon the buffet like hyenas without having chosen a seat first. There were over 80 people. Our idea was to wait out the rush and then get something. Just as I was about to go and try it, a second bus arrived. I was pushed away by the new arrivals with their backpacks on their backs. I sat down again and wanted to wait, but then the third bus arrived with 80 people. People greedily put the food on their plates with their hands and were already stuffing the food into their mouths at the buffet. They came out of the bus without even washing their hands. This ruined my appetite and I wanted to pay. The alleged manager's only comment was: "You can wait an hour." Then they'll be gone again and the buffet will be restocked. Meanwhile, bus number 4 arrived. Since I only had an appetizer and a drink with my son, I "only" wanted to pay €50.00. But they demanded I pay the full amount. There was no concession to customers who simply had no chance against this rude behavior.

Definitely piece of China in Dusseldorf.

The three of us went out to eat, and a friend only tried a piece of sushi from my plate, but she was still charged the entire buffet price. It was the most expensive sushi she'd ever eaten. A restaurant we'll never go back to.

The food isn't bad, and the selection is okay. What I personally don't like is that if you don't want a drink, you have to pay €2 more. This isn't a good move for customers; forcing someone to buy a drink just so they can make extra money anyway. It's not cheap overall either. In any case, we won't be coming back; there are better options for better, cheaper food elsewhere.

I highly recommend it; it has a really good selection of different dishes, ingredients, and truly everything your heart desires. Lots of sushi, including plenty with fish. Desserts include lots of fresh fruit and delicious cakes. Of course, ice cream is a must. Everything is available 👍 I really like it there. You can always find a seat, but ordering wouldn't hurt either.

Top-notch taste - service was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. The waitress came every 15 minutes and told us that everything had to be eaten. I think there were 2-3 shrimp left on my plate, which is why the waitress told me. It was embarrassing beyond words. Furthermore, there were extremely rude comments about dessert and when paying. They didn't want to hear our criticism. We've been there three times and have always been satisfied. But after that, the place is done for.

The food was ordered through To Good To Go with a friend. Full of anticipation, we went to pick it up around 9:50 p.m. Then we were shocked: Everything was really empty – okay, To Good To Go is basically just leftover food, but here it was almost impossible to fill the provided bowl. On top of that, the bowl was plastic, and no environmentally friendly alternative was offered. The icing on the cake was that the staff grabbed a donut out of the bowl with their bare fingers, supposedly because it didn't belong there – which we either missed or weren't even told. And this donut was then placed back with the other donuts where I had taken it from. There was some sauce and the other food that was in my bowl stuck to it. I wonder if the donuts will be available in the buffet tomorrow? It didn't look like they would be... enjoy your meal. Never again for me, just disgusting!

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. We were there on August 31st. The food at the buffet was dried out, sometimes cold, and of very cheap quality. The service staff tried very persistently to sell more drinks. The Chinese waitress was extremely rude and bordering on racism towards my Chinese partner. My partner also didn't want to eat from the buffet, which was also met with a nasty remark in Chinese. As a guest, you get the feeling that the restaurant doesn't want to serve Chinese people. Unfortunately, we only read such comments afterward. As a lasting memory, we both had to spend the rest of the day near the restroom with severe stomach problems, which started shortly after eating. The price/performance ratio is absolutely not right. In our opinion, ABSOLUTELY NOT recommended.

Upon entering the restaurant, you receive a warm welcome and immediately sense the pleasant atmosphere – modern, clean, and inviting. The buffet is huge and offers something for every taste: from classic Chinese dishes like crispy duck, pan-fried noodles, and dim sum to fresh sushi variations and delicious soups. The freshness of the ingredients is particularly noteworthy – nothing looks stale or stale; everything is appetizingly presented and regularly replenished. The highlight, however, is definitely the grill area! Here, you can create your own personal combination from a variety of fresh ingredients (fish, shrimp, chicken, beef, vegetables, and much more), which are then grilled to perfection right in front of you – with your choice of sauce. The chef was friendly, quick, and prepared the meat to perfection. The desserts were also a dream: various ice cream flavors, fresh fruit, baked bananas, and little cakes rounded off the meal wonderfully. The service was attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. Empty plates were cleared immediately, and drinks were brought quickly. Value for money? Excellent! The price is more than fair for the wide selection and quality. In conclusion: If you love Asian cuisine and are looking for a varied, high-quality buffet with a grill, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Terrible! The lunch buffet only served lukewarm to cold food, and the quality was mediocre. When I complained, I was told that if I wanted hot food, I should order à la carte. One can only be astonished by such brazen behavior.

Beautiful restaurant and very friendly staff. We were there today at 2:10 p.m. 50 minutes until closing. The food wasn't refilled. The white rice was empty. The meat was tasteless and very fatty. Even the Peking goulash soup was not tasty. Only the ice cream was good. Very disappointing and never again.

We – my children and I – went to this restaurant on July 11th to celebrate the end of the school year. We usually go to a different Chinese restaurant. But that day, we wanted to try something new – especially since both the website and the reviews for this restaurant seemed very promising. In the end, we regretted going there a hundred times over. There were a lot of guests there, including families with children. The staff was completely overwhelmed and couldn't serve us in a timely manner. It took a long time to get a table. Cutlery was forgotten. I had to find a waitress myself. She brought the cutlery but forgot the napkins. I then found them myself because there was no server nearby. We arrived around 1 p.m. Many dishes had already run out. The remaining food was cold and tasteless. There was no sushi. It wasn't brought until an hour later, when we had already lost our appetite. For dessert, the only options were fruit, chocolate, ice cream, and candy. The place where the cake should have been was empty when we arrived – and it stayed that way. To be honest, I was surprised and didn't know how to react. Leave? But we had already ordered drinks... So we stayed, hoping that more food would be served. But that hope didn't come true. Then there was a mistake with the drink order – the waitress insisted for a long time that we had ordered exactly that. It was very unpleasant. I told the waitress that we didn't enjoy our visit at all. She pointed out the high number of guests and suggested we come back another day. But I certainly won't spend 60 euros again to give this restaurant a second chance.

The food didn't taste good at all, no matter what you ordered. The fruit was good. The fried banana tasted absolutely nothing. It's a shame, I know it's different there. But that was the last time.

One of the most disappointing restaurant experiences of my life We arrived as a group with a reservation – and were disappointed right from the start: Despite having made a reservation, there was no table for us to share. Our polite inquiry was met with dismissiveness, and the idea of ​​joining tables was strictly refused. The buffet was in a precarious condition – even though we arrived shortly after the buffet officially opened. The pasta tasted of old, burnt fat, many dishes were already cold, and the salad bar was dry and unappealing. The food was simply refilled into previously used bowls without first replacing or cleaning them. The water bath in which the ice cream scoops were kept was particularly disgusting – heavily soiled and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned for a long time. Serving ice cream in such a condition is incomprehensible to me and highly questionable from a hygiene perspective. The glasses were scratched and looked old and unkempt. The aggressive advertising of drinks also didn't contribute to a pleasant stay. Overall, this is a place I can't recommend at all. The quality, hygiene, and service are simply not up to scratch.

The meat was almost empty, and the leftovers had obviously been there for quite some time. The duck and the "crispy" chicken, in particular, were particularly showing signs of wear. Well, I think the rest was okay. Five minutes after the "discounted" time was over, they brought us the bill without asking if anyone wanted a drink or anything like that, presumably to get rid of us. We'd finished our meal anyway, but that's not what good service looks like, after all, we were sitting there with my parents and chatting. We certainly would have had something to drink, and at those prices, these people are definitely making money. All in all, I'm not entirely convinced by the restaurant and will eat elsewhere with my family in the future. The changing facilities for my daughter were also more or less perfect. There is a changing table in the accessible restroom, but they don't take cleanliness very seriously, and this room also appears to have been used as a storage area for cleaning supplies. There were several containers with hazard warning signs freely accessible on the floor, so I had to stop my daughter from touching anything. And that's where the fun ends.

Definitely worth zero stars. I've been waiting weeks for an invoice, which was supposed to be sent by email! No response. When I asked if I should send the email address to a mobile number or come pick up the invoice, I was asked several times whether I needed the invoice by email. Then they hung up. I called three times and they hung up three times! Absolutely unacceptable!

The only nice thing is the atmosphere which looks really nice. They have a good variety of food however today we had our dinner here and got diarrhea as the food was really bad. Also they have a strange policy where you are obliged to buy a drink even if you don't want to have anything with your meal or you'll have to pay extra. Authentic enjoyment and first-class service – my favorite Chinese! I visit Hansi’s Restaurant regularly and I’m impressed every time. The cuisine is excellent – ​​perfectly balanced flavors and authentic dishes. The service also deserves high praise. All you can eat with reprimand from the staff We have been coming to the restaurant every quarter since 2020 and have enjoyed the tasty food so far. Today we were back in the restaurant. After I took some of the shrimp a second time, I was rudely warned not to do it again. My wife felt the same way. Afterwards we were watched... I felt like I was in the Eastern Bloc at the time. We come here precisely because of the prawns as they are perfect. When it came time to pay, the boss (in a Gucchi dress) came and presented the bill without a word and grumpily. Today 2 of us ate from the lunch buffet (16.50 pp) had 2 small cokes (4 pp) and a bottle of water (7.50) that would be 48.50 euros but for some reason we paid 68 euros for it. And the waitress didn't even give us the receipt and we didn't understand her properly because she didn't speak German well. We thought we had misheard but later saw it in the account and we paid 68 euros, which was just rude. Don't begrudge yourself.
