Chinese buffet cuisine, some is tasty, some is not. The offer is very diverse. Ultimately there is no service at all - you only meet the service staff to pay. The ambience is horrible. The price for the all you can eat buffet is reasonable.

I was there with Family, we got seated immediately after entering the restaurant. The food is great but what caught my eye was the friendly service and atmosphere! The service there is VERY VERY good we got complimented, they were so sweet and open to any questions!. They saw us trying to take a picture and offered to take one for us which was so so sweet!! I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.

Superb food 👍🙂 Large spread of food and you will find your flavour which you can enjoy! Very friendly staff, especially the young boss. Very good offer especially on Saturdays and also light to the purse. Very clean, and a nice and big Children's play area. also the toilets were clean. We regularly visit there and often with our visiting guests

For a luxury buffet it was very clear, lots of side dishes but few other dishes. In terms of taste it was below standard. There were no sauces on the grill, so the food came to the table unseasoned. 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant led to long waiting times. I can't really recommend it.

We had dinner there last night. Unfortunately the employees were very unfriendly. My child accidentally broke a plate and the staff were so freaked out and wanted to scold my child the whole time and were very loud. I was simply speechless. The containers were often empty and were refilled with food very late. We will never go there again. Very unfortunate. You should be very ashamed of your behavior!

Overall our experience was positive. The food from the buffet is delicious. You can certainly cook every single dish with even better quality. Of course, in restaurants like this the focus is on choice, and for a buffet restaurant it was really good. There is a big minus for the Mongolian frying station. There is also a buffet here where you can put raw meat and fish/seafood on your plate, which are then fried. Unfortunately, that didn't work at all: there was practically nothing left of a mussel, for example, and the meat was more than well done - more like the "shoe sole" category. That was surprising, because the meat at the warm buffet was delicious and not overcooked. The ambience was simple but not bad. Unfortunately, the location right at the airport means that you can't use the outdoor spaces.

Not a good memory from our visit to the restaurant 14 days ago. The taste is far below average, cardboard spring rolls the size of 2 credit cards, terrible taste and charging a whopping 6 euros for them is brave and cheeky. Just like the Krupuk, which costs nothing for €4.50 ...it used to be free...very, very intense. Fried rice with tiny pieces of vegetables €11.50 is also very cheeky. Everything would have been fine if the quality and taste had been good. But that wasn't the case in any way, shape or form, it could be done much better. It has now become very, very difficult to find a good Chinese restaurant in Düsseldorf, as it used to be. The quality clearly needs to be worked on here. Almost all of them got the prices right and worked for increasingly poor performance. I can't recommend it and won't eat there again.

They wanted to charge me €26 for the buffet even though the website said it was €24.99. I had to argue with them until they finally gave me the normal price. Normally people pay after their meal, but I was asked to pay before my meal because I was sitting outside. People are forced to drink or pay 2 euros more for nothing. The waitress followed me while I was getting the food to tell me how expensive the food is and to advise me to have a drink next time, even though I paid the extra €2 for not drinking. It's not worth it. I don't recommend it.

Food staff 4 out of 10. Drink prices (e.g. apple spritzer large (0.4l)) €5.00.. And it wasn't even fresh... even when she ordered it the second time and asked for it cold and carbonated, she couldn't get it. When paying, she was angry because there was no tip. She ignored our greeting to see you again. Well... maybe she also knew that we wouldn't come again😉

Unfortunately, the food is no longer as good as it used to be, and the price/performance ratio is no longer right for me. We ordered edamame from a delivery that was already brown and anything but fresh. We won't be eating here again for the time being.

I had dinner there with my (regular) passenger a few days ago. I wasn't at all satisfied with the taste and I have a lot of comparison options in Düsseldorf. Diarrhea all night after eating. I had to interrupt my shift! Called my customer the next day. Exactly the same. Conclusion: Unfortunately not recommended! Staff was polite and accommodating.

(March 2024) We were really looking forward to our visit to China Hann today. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a background noise that made our ears ring. A large party of around 50-60 people with many children celebrated loudly. We had reserved and still wanted to try it. Unfortunately the situation didn't get any better. The children ran screaming through the rooms, tearing up the buffet and playing with the plastic gloves that were provided for the buffet. But no adult seemed to mind. The floor was full of food and plastic gloves. It culminated in a “concert” when one of the celebrants sat down at the grand piano, the whole company gathered around and loudly belted out various songs. Most of the other guests left very quickly. Despite careful inquiries about whether it could be made a little quieter, the restaurant did not intervene. We've really never experienced anything like this before. The team was also very stressed and unfortunately a mussel was found in the self-prepared grilled meal (I'm a vegetarian). It's a shame because the food itself was great. Addition: A few weeks later we were again at China Hann. This time without party company. During our visit we were able to really enjoy the quiet(!) atmosphere :-) the food was very tasty and fresh. I'm adjusting the review accordingly, but I'm still a little irritated that someone tried to delete it because of "defamation." It was just a report from an evening that was unfortunate and an indication to be a little more careful about the other guests in the restaurant in a similar situation. A private company might have been more suitable for such a large event.

To the owner comment: The lady never ate anything, the lady is my wife and we told the other guests right from the start that she wasn't eating anything. I got 2 plates, one plate for sweet and one plate for salty Salad and fruit, as I started to eat my salad her waitress came and just commented: Oh, dessert already?. To that I said salad first, then sweet. Since we were taking up the whole table, I placed the plate on the empty seat next to my wife. Why should we lie if she ate something? Even if she had only tried it on me we would be completely okay with it, but she didn't even have that... The crude claim that she ate something is a lie on her part. Since you have video evidence and have bragged about it, I ask you to look at it and then be ashamed of your claim... It is an arrogant cheek to assume that we are all lying. This isn't about the lousy €30, it's about you lying to our faces. Food was pretty standard, if you wanted to go to the toilet you basically had to step over boxes. We were there with several people, one of whom didn't eat anything. The person didn't eat anything but still had to pay. The waitress claimed she saw the person eating and it was on video which is a blatant lie. Even when you asked if you could watch the video, you were laughed at and I think because of the language barrier they just said yes the whole time. Absolutely customer-hostile behavior. During that time you weren't really taken seriously as a customer. The whole thing was topped by the many screaming children who were throwing cutlery around themselves and the piece on the piano there that was always played the same poorly by a child who only knows 4 notes. Conclusion: Unfortunately, absolutely standard, unfriendly staff who lie and cheat on customers. Ambiance is more like McDonald's than a normal restaurant Never again...

A Must to visit! Amazing buffet!

From time to time we drive to China-Hann, about 45 km away. The result is always the same: great, unimportant friendliness, a beautiful, bright ambience, absolute cleanliness - and a large selection of tasty and high-quality food! Without any compromises and permanently with a very good price-performance ratio!

Ordered with children. In total we ordered 13 meals. After waiting for 2 hours, lukewarm food arrived. A dish and kroepoek are missing. After another telephone request, we were passed on four times. No thanks. Better not to order.

When delivered, you get your incomplete food after 2 hours, which is also ice cold!!! Not recommended 👎🏻

We used to eat there often. The quality of the dishes are different. Unfortunately the buffet isn't that good anymore. I recommend ordering a dish directly from the menu. These are fresh and of better quality. The buffet is often cold or older. But that varied from visit to visit. The staff is normal (friendly) and asks if everything is okay. So it's up to everyone to eat there. It's just my opinion. Ordering home works great and the food is warm and freshly prepared.

We were in Düsseldorf for a short vacation and wanted to go out to eat at the end, and we decided to do so. We were all more than positively surprised. A very well-kept building and a really beautiful facility. The food was incredibly good and there was an incredibly large selection of delicious and fresh dishes. I've never seen such waiters before. Incredibly friendly and helpful and of course very attentive. Even if we have to drive for over 2 hours, we will definitely come back and can only recommend it.

The food was salty. The salmon wasn't fresh. I didn't like it very much. That was the first and last time. It wasn't anything special. For the price it is already expensive.

I eat in restaurants so often but I've never experienced anything like this... The food from the buffet was simply cold, it was inedible... so I had something grilled instead. I could only taste the sauces. The sauces were delicious, but the meat was tasteless, like rubber 🤮 The dessert was ok, I only had to eat the mini donuts, which were inedible unfortunately spit it out it smelled and tasted like a moldy bathroom... I have to say the shop was empty the waitress said the food had been there for a long time and she can make it fresh if we want 😂Heated it again in the microwave and even afterwards It wasn't possible to eat it, but it was incredible. Despite the complaint, we paid €120 for 4 people, even though 2 people didn't eat any of it. What the waitress knew. If all that wouldn't be enough, the waitress brings wet towels to clean your hands. Actually it's great, the towels wouldn't smell as bad as if you had washed them and left them in the washing machine until they were dry... whoever reads this and still goes in is themselves fault. They don't deserve the name Hann, a shame.

Buffet food was cold or lukewarm, the glutamate was too strong everywhere, sometimes inedible. Sushi was not of good quality, rather mediocre. About 2 years ago it was still good, but it has deteriorated significantly each time. For us, unfortunately, that was it.

We visited the restaurant on an Easter Monday (public holiday) at 1 p.m. with 4 people. The reception was very friendly, as was the table assignment. The location is located on a main road, there are around 20 parking spaces on the side and behind the restaurant. The restaurant is clean, bright and well arranged. The selection of food is large and is always being refilled. The service is attentive and helpful. Clean toilets round off a visit to the lunch buffet. The costs are (unfortunately) up to date, so a reservation is recommended. All in all, worth visiting again.

We were pleasantly surprised compared to other restaurants with Asian buffets. Extensive selection of various Asian, warm dishes, BBQ etc. in consistently good quality. Very attentive staff, nice atmosphere, extremely clean and absolutely fair prices. Absolutely recommended from our side; we will eat here more often.

There is no cell phone reception in the restaurant, so you have to talk to each other. I particularly liked that. There is also WiFi there. 😉

China Restaurant in Düsseldorf. Okay food . Ambience was great, great decorations and the tables smartly Organised . The staff were great and helped us take photos. knives and forks at the serving area, only spoons. One is expected to use same fork and knife on the table for whole buffer. Staff told us to be careful not to give folk and knife with the empty plated plates as one has to request for new ones from the staff. Food was okay.

Restaurant actually nice and cozy, food tasty and varied for a restaurant with this concept. However, we won't go there anymore!! It has happened repeatedly that employees are annoyed by families with small children. In the end they became increasingly unfriendly. When asked to get a high chair, the answer was bluntly that you should get one yourself (although we didn't know where they were stored). The children should be quiet, otherwise their tips would suffer?! I have to point out here that the children played at the table and didn't run around or anything like that... impossible! The last time for us!!

The food was good. Unfortunately, the buffet wasn't complete until about an hour after it opened. Stress among the staff, the shrill voices could be heard loudly from every corner. 🙉 Another and final attempt about 4 weeks later...tour groups were funneled through. Directly from the entrance with luggage and without having a table, we went to the buffet with thick jackets. The food is shoveled in front of the buffet while standing. (The buffet was of course grazed afterwards) The volume and the stress it creates is. Catastrophe..... Unfortunately, it's no use if the food is good.

Super tasty and above all very fresh food. As soon as something is taken out, more is added again. It looks very appealing throughout and, above all, it tastes really, really good, whether it's sushi, starters, salads, main courses or desserts... there's even a chocolate fountain. No apologies, just a pile of napkins to drain the puddle under the table. When I settled the bill, I had to pay for the cola that was knocked over!
