Trip with a daycare group (18 children) to Aachen. Theater visit. LUNCH and cathedral visit. When planning the trip, we wanted to reserve a table at Alex's by phone. When we asked, the server on the phone said she had to speak to the manager first. She asked, and he replied: "Are you kidding me?" The table was canceled. A friendly cancellation was no problem. But the "manager's" statement was completely unacceptable. Guys, where does this dislike for children come from, and how do you treat potential customers? Never visit your restaurant again. Incidentally, this is also the response from colleagues, parents, and friends.

Typical German cuisine is served. Food is good but nothing to rave about. Atmosphere is good and is one of the oldest restaurants in the city. Beware they only take cash-no cards accepted.

Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der Service. Die Speisen waren schmackhaft und gut portioniert, bei normalem Appetit. Das Naanbrot hat eine ganz leichte Knoblauchnote. Der indische Salat schien frisch zubereitet. Das Curry mit Reis war cremig und lecker. Der Service schnell und unaufdringlich. Wir haben auch 2 tolle Cocktails getrunken (Indian Dream und CoconutDream, letzterer alkoholfrei), welche beide sehr lecker waren. Vor allem hatte man Getränk im Glas und NICHT einfach nur jede Menge gecrushtes Eis mit etwas Cocktail. Die Musik war angenehm gedämpft und unaufdringlich, so dass man sich gut unterhalten konnte, ohne die Stimme erheben zu müssen. Sehr angenehm und nur noch selten zu finden. Wir können dieses Restaurant weiterempfehlen. Es ist sowohl Bar-als auch Kartenzahlung möglich. Wir waren erst gegen 21 Uhr im Restaurant, welches gegen 23 Uhr schließen sollte und haben keine Erklärung dafür gefunden, warum es so leer war. Es schien auch eine Online-Vestellung über einen Bringdienst mgl zu sein. 2x haben Fahrer eine Bestellung abgeholt. Für 2 Personen haben wir rund 35 Eur incl Cocktails ausgegeben.

Always nice to be here. Smooth service both inside and outside. We have been coming here for years and it remains nice and cozy.

was good food and very friendly service The second time was disappointing! The calzone was more than carelessly prepared and didn't taste good at all. The pizzas were not cut correctly despite the request. Unfortunately a stark contrast to the previous visit

Nice restaurant, you can sit inside or outside, the food was very good and the service was very nice and friendly, I would like to come back.

I always eat in-house because I prefer pizza fresh from the oven. The vegan cheese is delicious, and the pizza is often generously topped. My favorite (vegan) pizza place in town. Better than a chain down the street... The service is always friendly, too. 🥰👍

A good kebab shop with plenty of seating and a TV. It's not particularly nicely decorated, though. The food is good and arrives relatively quickly. Card payments are accepted.
