It was lovely on the terrace and we had a delicious meal. The beef was too tough. I said something about it and the response was lame. My vegetarian dish was great. A glass of graubugunder for 7.25 euros was a lot of money.

I don't like this place... They smoke at the table... and they moved us 3 times... they forgot about the lemonade and waited a very long time for food. But it’s very beautiful here. No one here speaks English, only German. 😮‍💨

Insanely beautiful. The food is very tasty and comes quickly even on busy days. There is an outdoor and indoor area. Both have an incredibly beautiful atmosphere, the stream outside is a highlight. The waiters and owners are all very friendly and patient. I can only recommend.

Such a beautiful atmosphere there. Simply great! We only discovered it by chance and were amazed at how beautiful the terrace area outside was. Wow! The food was very tasty, just a little bit of meat in the chicken and the “champion sauce”.. well there were only 2 small mushrooms in it 😭 Otherwise we were satisfied. The Ipanema was also really delicious!! Better than anywhere else on Pontstrasse

I like it better after the renovation! Delicious food, delicious cocktails, great ambience especially outside! The waitresses are helpful and friendly!

We just had beers here, nice vibe and setting. The outdoor space is in a garden with water feature. Friendly service and okay choice of drinks.

The only advantage is that the restaurant has a garden. Our waitress was nice to us, unfortunately we also had to deal with other employees and service was totally 0. Pizza cost 12-15€ and tasted like frozen food. Never there again.

The ambience is really incredibly beautiful, perfect for balmy summer evenings. Service and drinks were also perfectly fine. The only thing I didn't like was the food, I had tagliatelle, which was unfortunately quite compact, firm and unfortunately came to the table cold. A pity.

We went here for dinner with six colleagues. A very nice restaurant in terms of ambience. It's very cozy inside, the background noise is ok and there is a nice outdoor area with seating. This menu is extensive and almost everyone will find something. The food is good and the value for money is right. The service was quick at the table, the first round of drinks and food came quickly. With the second, third... round of drinks you sometimes had to wait a long time until you asked again.

This restaurant is a real highlight. The first thing that catches your eye is the great ambience, the very individual furnishings and decoration, that alone is an experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is a visual delight. Highly recommended is the breakfast buffet at the weekend, which is incredibly diverse and rich. Not only is there a classic breakfast here, but there is also a large selection of antipasti and sweet creams, four types of scrambled eggs and much more and a freshly squeezed orange juice included...The price-performance ratio is absolutely top. For us an absolute must in Aachen!

When the weather is nice, you can sit in a small courtyard that is beautifully landscaped and landscaped. We had to wait around 40 minutes for our order although there were just few guests. My chicken burger was tasteless, accompanied with not more than 4-5 tiny "rosemary potatoes". I left the restaurant still hungry. We had to wait another 25 minutes for the bill. Never again!

Can't understand the positive reviews... the food was lukewarm, some of the rice was still hard... you could taste that the meat was days old and the chicken was incredibly hard, dry and simply overcooked... a shame, especially since it was in... We had a delicious meal here. The restaurant and terrace are beautifully decorated. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We had to call him to the table a number of times for new orders and/or payment.

Living at Magellan is located in Aachen on Pontstrasse. We were there for the first time on Easter Sunday, my father had the idea of ​​having a delicious brunch there, it was a great idea. We were just sitting when a waiter came to our table with the orange juice and then took our drink orders. So the service is really top. Now to the brunch buffet. Unique!!! In the front area there was a large counter with antipasti, tomatoes 🍅 and mozzarella, salmon, cold cuts 🧀🧈 and many other delicious things. Also a large selection of rolls 🥐 and bread 🍞, various mueslis and cornflakes, jams and curds. The service is excellent, even difficult situations with a sudden rush of visitors are masterfully solved and responded to quickly. I always enjoy coming here and feel at home :)

Ahhh, es ist wirklich eine kleine Oase im sonst so gedrückten kleinstadtumfeld. Da ist einfach Platz, das Essen ist super und die Menschen sind wahnsinnig entgegenkommend!

Cibo preparato con cura e servito con gentilezza

Wir waren im Februar 2023 zu dritt, zum ersten mal im damals noch "alten" Megan. Das Essen war ein Traum. Das Fleisch auf den Punkt und auch die Beilagen waren TOP! Was da aber heute passiert ist, dafür fehlen mir die Worte. Wir haben zu zweit die Grillplatte bestellt, kam auch sehr schnell, auch die Getränke waren schnell am Tisch. Die Grillplatte war ein Witz! 2 Spieße mit jeweils 3 Stücken Fleisch bestückt, das Fleisch war gut. 2 sogenannte Hühnchenbrüste, die komplett trocken und durchgebraten waren und 2 türkische Frikadellen. Eine Minischale Fritten und auch eine Minischale Reis, welcher einfach nur trocken in die Schale geschmissen wurde. Der war nicht Frisch, ich vermute Mikrowelle, so sah er zumindest aus. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, ob das wirklich für 2 Personen reichen soll, kam vom, ich denke Oberkellner, nur die lapidare Antwort: "Das ist richtig so!" Wir haben dann immerhin noch eine zweite Minischale Fritten bekommen. Hätten wir nicht so einen Hunger gehabt, hätten wir das Essen nicht angerürt! Ach ja, da waren auch noch 2 undefinierbare papierdünne Scheiben Brot ganz unten auf dem Grillteller, die wir aber nicht gegessen haben. Ich habe selten einen so lieblos zubereiteten "Grillteller für 2 Personen" gesehen und dann auch noch gegessen. Leider haben wir versäumt Bilder zu machen, aber es war wirklich schrecklich, wenn nicht sogar unverschämt! Ich werde von weiteren Besuchen des Livingim Magelan absehen.

Wir waren mit 11 Leuten dort wegen einer Firmenfeier. Das Essen war katastrophal. Keiner von uns war mit dem Essen zufrieden. 2 Teller haben wir zurückgehen lassen, das Fleisch war nicht essbar, zäh, trocken und teilweise verbrannt. Der Rest von uns hat es sich wegen des Hungers dennoch runtergezwungen. Wir waren vor einem Jahr dort, da war es für die Preisklasse voll in Ordnung aber die Gerichte haben sich in Sachen Qualität so verschlechtert, dass es unser letzter Besuch dort war. Die Preise sind zwar nicht sehr hoch aber für das Essen war selbst der Preis überzogen. Wir haben eine Runde Getränke aufs Haus bekommen aber wir haben knapp 600 Euro dagelassen und das für essen, welches ein Koch normalerweise, wenn er etwas Berufsehre hätte, nicht hätte rausgehen lassen. Von daher kann auch die Hausrunde meine Bewertung nicht verbessern.

Seit langem unser Stammrestaurant. Wir fühlen uns immer wie zu Hause! Das Essen ist super lecker, die Cocktails top und auch gerne mal nach persönlicher Empfehlung der tollen Barkeeperin gemixt! Das Personal gibt einem das Gefühl, zur Familie zu gehören, ein Traum! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder! OK, die Mickeymouse-Bilder sind im ansonsten sehr gemütlichen Ambiente etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ; -)

Leider kann das Essen nicht punkten. Ich war mehrere Male mit einer größeren Gruppe dort (10 Personen) und haben im Vorfeld unsere Bestellung telefonisch vorbestellt. Leider war die Pizza immer nur lau warm, und das Gericht mit Lammstücken auf Joghurt ein totaler Flop! Der ganze Teller war voller Joghurt mit abgezählten 5 Stückchen Lamm und als Grillgemüse wurde lediglich eine Tomate serviert. Schade bei der Location!

De la rue, cet établissement passe relativement inaperçu. Prêtez y néanmoins attention, nous y avons déjeuné une bonne pizza à un tarif assez abordable dans un espace extérieur chauffé. Nous y retournerons à l occasion.

Απαράδεκτοι. Η εξυπηρέτηση τραγική.τρομερη αργοπορία ενω το μαγαζι δεν ηταν γεμάτο. το φαγητό στεγνό κ καμμενο. επισης εσκεμμένα "μπερδεύουν" το παιδικό πιατο με το κανονικό και οταν το σερβίρουν στο παιδί κανουν τους χαζούς κ λενε πως θα το πεταξουν το πιατο.οταν το παιδί πειναει τι θα κανεις;

Hadde store forhåpninger etter en ganske god forrett, men forventningene ble absolutt ikke innfridd når hovedretten kom. Vi fikk en meny kun på tysk, med noen få valg, de fleste pastabasert. Pastaen jeg fikk servert var delvis kald, hadde nesten ikke saus og smakløst seigt kjøtt. Tror dette er noe av det kjipeste jeg har fått servert på en restaurant som ellers så ganske fancy ut. Jeg spiste opp maten min, men var fortsatt sulten da jeg gikk derfra. Betjeningen var heller ikke spesielt serviceinnstilt. Fikk ikke mulighet for å bestille mer drikke, selv om første runde var oppdrukket før hovedretten ankom. Betjeningen kom heller ikke å spurte om maten smakte. Finn en bedre restaurant.

Tolles Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe vor Ort, trotzdem wurden die Speisen und Getränke flott gebracht. Einzig die Getränke wurden etwas durcheinander gewürfelt und kamen mit einer kleinen Verzögerung. Trotzdem 5 Sterne und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Ich habe hier einen genischten Salat mit Hähnchenstreifen bestellt... Dieser gestand aus Salatblättern mit 6 halben Minitomaten sonst war nichts dabei. Für den Preis 14.90 € geht das eindeutig besser. Die alte Küche im Magellan war für meinen Geschmack besser.

Ambiente schön, aber es hat leider etwas von Massenbetrieb. Es war nicht möglich, die Vorspeisenplatte (€ 20,-!!) als vegetarische Variante zu bestellen, man ließ dann zwar das Carpaccio weg, servierte die Platte dann aber doch mit speckummantelten Röllchen 😂 Preis dennoch € 20,- … Da gibt es Nachbesserungsbedarf.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund zum Abendessen im Magellan. Zunächst möchte ich mich für die Tierfreundlichkeit bedanken. Die Bedienung und der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine Vorspeisen-Auswahl, diese ist besonders zu empfehlen. Die Hauptgerichte, Köfte und Pide waren äußerst lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Kompliment an das Restaurant für das Ambiente, den Service und die Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Der Herr, der uns bediente schien sehr gestresst gewesen zu sein obwohl das Lokal nur wenig besucht war. Zudem war er sehr kurz angebunden. Servietten gab es für keinen Gast beim Essen, diese bekommt man wohl nur auf Nachfrage, ebenso Gewürze zum nachwürzen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Das Restaurant macht einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Wir kommen aber garantiert nicht wieder.

Sonst oft sehr schön, aber wir mussten über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten und dann wurde noch ein Gericht vergessen. Ausserdem ist es teuer geworden. Ich gehe vermutlich so schnell nicht mehr hin.

Restaurant ziet er erg gezellig uit. Eigenaar/kok was vriendelijk. Eten is goed maar niet hoogstaand. Mijn gerecht was voortreffelijk ( Ravioli a, g in Ziegenkäse-Aprikosensoße) en dat van mijn man was prima.

Brown and old Lettuce leaves and much brown and oxidation part of apple's and 4 big melons was fulled the goat salat with 1 little piece of goat cheese .was very bad! €15,00 for this miserabele salat! The roasted potato was cold and the rumphsteak too..i saw that het roasted potato only was quickly warm in the magnetron! The crème brulee was ice cold with little burning sugar.... The interior was nice but the personals are screaming together about orders or whatever.... All of this is showing a poor miserabel entourage.

Ich war waehrend einer mittagspause da. Es wird auch eine mittagskarte angeboten, also hatte das bis dahin fuer mich gepasst. Aber am ende dauerte es fast eine stunde bis das essen kam! Eine mittagspause werde ich auf keinem fall mehr dort verbringen! Ansonsten alles bestens. Sehr leckeres essen, und man sitzt sehr schoen dort.

Eten is vrij standaard. Niet echt speciaal. Kwaliteit is o.k. De service is weinig betrokken. Men neemt de bestelling snel op zonder uitleg. Glas wijn is 1cl of 2 cl. Wordt niet gemeld. Jammer dat men alleen oog heeft om mensen de zaak binnen te krijgen.
