I would like to give this restaurant 0 out of 5 stars, but unfortunately that option is not available. I have eaten here before the pandemic and have to say that the portions and quality of the food were much better and cheaper back then. This time I felt like I was in a tourist trap just out to get the money out of my pockets. The service was also a disappointment. When I didn't want to give him a tip, he reacted angrily. I understand that people in this industry work hard, but I think that tipping should be something that you have to earn and not something that you expect. Furthermore, the drinks were outrageously expensive. I couldn't believe it when I saw the bill. If I spent that much money on a small Coke, I would rather go to a bar and not a restaurant. As if all that wasn't bad enough, some guests also behaved badly. I am now very disappointed with this restaurant and will definitely not visit it again.

I ordered a normal bratwurst in a bun and got a huge bratwurst in a baguette. I refused to accept this because I didn't order it and wasn't willing to pay the higher price. He put pressure on me, I could have pointed out that I did NOT want the XL version, now I would be unlucky, I shouldn't act like that and pay as soon as possible, otherwise there would be trouble, other people behind me wanted to order. Needless to say, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I advise anyone not to eat there!

I was in the mood for having some nice italian food during my stay in Frankfurt, but unfortunatelly I was unable to try anything from this restaurant. The groumpy service throws customers out in the most rude and disrespectful way. Fortunatelly, a couple of streets away I found a german restaurant that fed my stomach and warmed my heart.

A rustic restaurant. The food is delicious and served in a down-to-earth manner. The portions are filling. The interior could use a refresh. The owner and his son could be friendlier sometimes. But all in all, good home cooking.

I don't like fries... except at Fives. Burgers are also more than passable. However, the prices shown are net.

I like this alot. A regular getaway place for us. Chicken curry with coconut milk is my favourite.. Drinks asusual... Service I love them. Friendly staff. Not nosy people. Huge outdoor... Indoor seating is limited I guess. Reasonable prices. Location is awesome. Just few feet from Hauptwache s bahn. Veg options also good. Can't expect more in Germany for vegetarians may be.

Here too, as is unfortunately so often the case in this fast food chain, the cloth is apparently rarely used to clean the table surface. HAACP!

The food is delicious and you always get a seat. Unfortunately, the quality varies and it happened one or two times that a colleague and I had diarrhea (eating the same thing). Therefore not 5 but only 3 stars. Please pay attention to the cold chain and cleanliness!

The food was very tasty. It's a shame that none of the employees pointed out to me that you can have as much of most of the ingredients as you want. Then it would have been perfect. Definitely coming back.

The top dog is really an absolute insider tip! The food is fantastic – fresh, high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. I was particularly impressed by the attentive and friendly staff, who always had a smile on their faces and created a relaxed atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The ambience is also pleasant and cozy, ideal for a relaxing evening. Everything is just right here: great food, great service and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

Ding Ding Sheng just reopened after a recent renovation. The food has always been great - now with the new decor this is a must-go for authentic Chinese food in a casual but modern and stylish atmosphere! Their menu still contains a lot of the classics from their previous menu. I recommend the green beans (probably the best version of this dish you can find in Frankfurt) and the fried rice noodles with beef. Over the course of one hour when we were there all tables were taken and they had to tell several walk-ins to come back again in 30 minutes. We will definitely come back!
