The lasagne was simply heavenly – perfectly layered and super flavorful! The sauce was nice and spicy, the meat was juicy, and the cheese on top was golden brown and delicately melted. I was in this pizzeria and I have to say it really impressed me! The salami and mushroom pizza was super tasty, with a light, perfectly baked dough, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. You can tell that attention is paid to details here. The restaurant is cozy, ideal for a relaxed evening or a meal with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The lady in the blue outfit was particularly nice and put me in a really good mood with her friendly manner. I'll definitely be back! Great atmosphere, less staffed, food was okay

The pinsa is very good, especially the one with pistachio and mortadella. The sea and mountain starters are both delicious and plentiful. Two people can eat with one starter.

Wonderful, I highly recommend it! The restaurant is super cute, comfortable and organized. The professional who attended to us was attentive and polite. We ordered lasagna (which was exceptional) and spaghetti carbonara (my husband said it was the best he's had in a while). To finish, an espresso and a tiramisu. Note 1,000. I highly recommend the lasagna!

I'm really disappointed with my last visit. The tall Italian waiter was extremely unfriendly. He barely said a word, didn't give me a single smile, and then passive-aggressively asked if I wanted to tip. It's really a shame to be treated like this, especially since I pick up pizzas from Ciro every week. But after this experience I think I'll look for another pizzeria!

Food is decent, expensive for the quality. We were a large group, we were planning to have some wine/cocktails in there once we finished the dinner but we decided to leave because the service was extremely rude to us.

Actually doesn't deserve any stars! We had reserved a table online for my 50th birthday with certain requests on the first floor by the window, which were also confirmed. But on site we were simply given a table in the darkest corner on the ground floor and they simply ignored our reservation. Although the entire restaurant was empty, we were not allowed on the first floor. None of the employees had any interest in making us happy. It looked like the staff had no interest in serving us on the first floor. As a result, we immediately went to another Italian restaurant. We will never visit this restaurant again, let alone recommend it to others! This behavior by the employees is absolutely outrageous at a time when the catering industry has to fight for customers!!!

A very cozy, beautifully laid out restaurant. Food was excellent, there is no other way to describe it. Price performance in this restaurant is absolutely justified.

A very nice evening. The food (especially the freshly topped and very crispy pinsa) was excellent. The rest such as B. the bruschetta and the wine were also very tasty. And the two of them were very cool in the service on the 1st floor. The place was packed and lively, but the young lady and the young gentleman were super confident, well-coordinated as a team and very calm and friendly. There was even time for kind words and a little chat. People like that give me hope that everything will be okay in society (and the restaurant industry) in the end. Please keep it up! I would be happy to come back on one of my next visits to Frankfurt. 🥳🤩

Good service and very tasty food

All in all, good food. The service wasn't great but ok.

First of all I would like to say that we were satisfied with the food. One star deducted from the food because the Aperolspitz was prepared too watery. We order from Ciro (branch in Bornheim) 3-4 times a month and have the food delivered to our home. We've been coming to this branch off and on for a few years now. But tonight the service (if you can even call it that) delivered by the two waitresses (one blonde and the other black haired) couldn't be worse. We were assigned a table at the bottom left. After asking whether it would be possible to sit upstairs, we were told that only large groups ◇ (nonsense) can be accommodated upstairs. There were 5 of us. It was empty upstairs all evening, except for a group of about 8 people. Outrageous behavior because the ladies probably didn't want to walk up the stairs. We ordered wine for around 45 euros. Except for the first one, that didn't happen. Also no demand etc. For the main course, which the three of us shared, only new plates, but no napkins. Do you know the feeling that when you want something, it is perceived as disturbing? That was the last time we ate there. Very unfortunate. The store was almost empty and... That probably has its reasons.

This pizzeria is an absolute insider tip for everyone who loves fresh and authentic pinsa! The selection of different types of Pinsa is large and offers something for every taste - whether classic or with creative toppings. I was particularly impressed by how fresh and light the dough tasted, crispy but still fluffy. You can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on high-quality ingredients here. If you like Pinsa, you definitely shouldn't miss this experience! Absolutely recommended!

Not recommended if you just want to drink a cappuccino - despite an empty restaurant and therefore outside of peak times. The cappuccino is rather subpar and the service unfriendly, probably due to low sales.

Had pasta (orecchiette with wild broccoli and salsiccia)! Unfortunately it wasn't that great! Broccoli in particular was TOTALLY overcooked and hardly available, and the salsciccia was too coarse/large pieces! And in boring tomato sauce (hardly seasoned)! Reminded of small cheap ravioli! A bit disappointing! Differently and better imagined and seen too! Broccoli in particular should still be recognizable and a little crunchier/fresher! The service is also not very hospitable or hospitable! I'm from the catering industry myself! More appearance than reality! Unfortunately! Pinza was ok!

I took pizza calabrese (with salami and olives). It was too salty. Salami itself contains a lot of salt. Olives contain salt and pizza (mozzarella) contains salt. It was almost like eating salt. I had good experiences from Ciro but the last time I didn't like it. The review is of 4 stars because as I said I really enjoyed other types of pizza. The review for only pizza calabrese would be 3 stars. The pizza itself was great (good and quality ingredients) but too salty. For the rest the place is really nice and welcoming. Waiters are great.

The food is really very tasty. However, the service should do some work on the service concept. Unfortunately, you won't be noticed, even if the store isn't completely full. Even when paying the bill, we were given a dirty look when it was divided and then one of the people didn't give a tip... which was followed by an insult in Italian. That will probably be the last time we were there.

I've already been to all three Ciro restaurants in Frankfurt :), the Pinsa is simply a real highlight, with a super fluffy dough and high-quality and authentic Italian toppings. The service is always at its best. And you have to try the truffle pasta😮‍💨😍! We have also ordered large quantities of appetizer plates, pinsa and pasta for work, the delivery was very fast and the food was of perfect quality, absolute recommendation!!!

Ich war Patientin im Krankenhaus Sachsenhausen. Das Restaurant befindet sich genau neben dem Krankenhaus. Ich muss sagen, ich habe das Krankenhaus Essen jeden Tag sausen lassen, nur um hierher essen zu kommen😂. Sehr sehr leckere Vorspeisen und auch ganz tolle Pastagerichte 😍 Die Fotos sprechen für sich 😍

I was a bit disappointed because the shop was recommended to me for excellent food and great atmosphere. It was absolutely too crowded. You were involuntarily involved in all the conversations at the table next to you. Except for the appetizer platter, the food was rather a disappointment. The meat was tough and the side dishes were rather blandly seasoned.

Excellent Location just off of Zeil. The waiters Mauricio and Fabrizio on Monday afternoon were very helpful, patient with my beginner level German, offered excellent recommendations for food and wine. The Pinsa had the one of the best crusts I've EVER eaten (Pinsa Marlene), The pasta was unique with the sausages being an excellent addition with the sauce (Strascinati Alla Ciro)

I ate peppered beef fillet with homemade potato flakes, exquisite Montepulciano red wine, recommended by Fabrizio, a dream, I have to say, the chef knows his craft, excellent fillet, perfectly prepared and delicious, recommended, the best fillet I have eaten since have years and best service. Ah man! Is this pinza? Pizza? Frozen pizza from Rewe could taste better.. ordered Margherita Burata which is hard to get wrong but they did.. see the tomatoes in pic and cheese and sauce hardly present.. Burata was not good! Worst of all the dessert.. ordered chocolate soufflé.. its hands down the worst soufflé I had in my life! There are tons of much better places in Frankfurt.. staff and ambiance was very good though but food sucks

As an Italian, the best Italian restaurant in Frankfurt.

Ambience good for the location, pizza was somewhat edible but should taste different at the Italian restaurant, the carbonara was very bad... instead of bacon there was only the fat and instead of a sauce there was only oil and pepper. The staff is totally unfriendly and shows no interest at all in whether the food tastes good. Very bad experience. I can't recommend it.

Typical Italian atmosphere. Great attentive service and the best pinsa I've eaten outside of Italy. The wine selection is also brilliant. Definitely go.

first, food is good. desert is good. German and English menu. there is good lasagne but missing in English version. Young waiters are hospitility, funny and energizing. very comfortable environment.

Pizza was actually normal, not extremely tasty but enjoyable. Food came quickly. Atmosphere, ok we were there on Friday evening and there was a lot going on and the employees were a bit under pressure but otherwise everything was good.

I was a patient in the Sachsenhausen hospital. When I was there for the pre-op examination, I had breakfast at Ciro's and I was thrilled. After the surgery, I was very grateful to escape the hospital food (a hospital is not a star restaurant and does not have to be) and have dinner at Ciro's! Stylish atmosphere, even though it is located next to the hospital building. Very friendly service. Really great starters, really great pasta. The pins are really big and can easily be eaten by two people. You really can't complain about the portion. Great selection of wine, soft drinks and also beers. Service is still very important here. Great taste, a delight for the palate. Which you can also see in the pictures. It won't be the last time I dine here. And I hope not again as part of an operation 😅

Food is alright! Good arugula salad and Ciro pizza - mozzarella / burrata don't taste as much, less forgiving in Europe within a short flight from the real thing. Missing peroni. Friendly staff, quick service. Cool casual locale, cozy.

Mein Sohn und ich wollten lecker italienisch essen. Der Service war sehr langsam und der Manager des Lokals war sehr ignorant. Kunden, die nach uns gekommen sind, wurden eher bedient und haben Brot und Öl zur Vorspeise bekommen - wir nicht. Der Nachtisch schmeckte für neun Euro wie aus der Retorte und war keinesfalls selbst gemacht. Die Pinsa hingegen war sehr lecker. Die Musik macht Kopfschmerzen und ist sehr laut.

Si mangia dell'ottima pinza (no pizza). Un sorriso in più del titolare non ci starebbe male.

Service war nett aber am Ende etwas verwirrt, weil Getränke gebongt waren, die wir nicht hatten. Die verschiedenen Pinsa waren klasse und perfekt zubereitet. Toll war der Runde Tisch, an dem wir platziert wurden, so konnten alle miteinander reden und sich unterhalten.

Hab bei Wolt bestellt. Selten sowas schlechtes gegessen. Hab Pinsa Bufallota bestellt mit extra Salami & Parmaschinken bestellt. 4 Salamischeiben & Parma haben sie vergessen. Hat €18,40 gekostet. Da hab ich von einer fertig Pizza für €3 mehr. Hab schon wirklich viel bestellt & gesehen aber das war wirklich schlecht.

Für mich eine der besten Adressen, um einen Tollen Abend in chicken Ambiente und super leckerer Italienischer Küche zu genießen. Aufmerksammes und sympathisches Personal runden einen gelungenen Abend mit Freunden oder wie in meinem Fall der Führungskräfte Kollegen und CEOs ab.

Sehr süsses Lokal mit schöner Atmosphäre abseits vom Stress mit mega lecker Pinsa. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Essen: Pinsa Marlene. Fade und schlecht gewürzt. Ich glaube, dass was meine schlechteste Pinsa bisher. Getränk: 5,90€ für ein alkoholfreies Paulaner. Hatte ich auch schon lange nicht mehr. Bedienung: Wenig motiviert. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Das Essen war gut, Personal sehr unfreundlich und Lustlos. Lächeln war ihm anscheinend auch zu anstrengend. Werde dort in Zukunft nicht mehr essen.

Siamo andati in questa pizzeria per sfuggire ad i soliti ristoranti tedeschi dove la carne domina sovrana. Con piacevole stupore abbiamo mangiato una Pinsa decisamente buona, ben farcita e soprattutto digeribilissima…qual’è il segreto? …che il pizzaiolo sebbene di nazionalità non europea aveva lavorato per anni in una pizzeria italiana. Il locale è alla buona ma il rapporto qualità prezzo lo balza in ottima posizione.

Kellner war sehr frech Als ich zahlen wollte sagt er mir den preis und fragt mich soll ich das jz eingeben ? (Habe mit karte gezahlt) Ich antwortete mit wie jz ? Er so soll ich das jz eingeben ? (er wollte Trinkgeld bekommen ) ich so runde auf eine 5er stelle auf guckt mich komisch an. Lässt mich zahlen sein kollege kommt und er sagt ihm laut was für ein Geier… Also sowas freches hab ich noch nie gesehen Trinkgeld ist Trinkgeld was hat er den erwartet sollte ich ihm 10-20 euro Trinkgeld geben ohne das er es sich verdient hat er soll sich glücklich schätzen das er was bekommen hat. 1 und letzte mal das ich dort essen war.

Essen war gut , Kellner hätten etwas aufmerksamer sein können bei der hohen Rechnung

Service was the most annoying part of the dinner...with the staff very awful because we did not tips enough. While paying 8 or 9 euro for a small glass of Limancello...I thought tips was discretionary not mandatory 🤔
