We tried to get a seat here today. However, the owner/waitress was very unfriendly. At 8 p.m. on a Tuesday, we weren't allowed to sit where we wanted. Her tone was rude and bossy—that has nothing to do with good service. We will definitely never come back and will share our experience with friends and acquaintances.

We spontaneously decided to eat at this restaurant. Getting a table outside was no problem. We ordered two different pasta dishes. Both dishes were good, but I would have liked a bit more refinement. They lacked seasoning. The service was very good!

I ordered a lasagna to take away today. The food was ready on time and very tasty. I was also very pleased that, although it wasn't available for the lasagna, it was available for all other non-oven dishes; they even have reusable dishes for pizza.

Although this place is located a little away from the bustling center, this is precisely where its special charm lies – a real gastronomic gem. The menu is impressive: perfectly prepared meat and fish dishes, fresh pasta and delicious desserts. The service is beyond praise: the staff is attentive, friendly and genuinely cares about the guests. In a city where Italian restaurants are plentiful, this one really stands out and is worth a visit.

Gutes Essen & Service ! Hatten uns heute telefonisch um einen Tisch bei einem anderen Restaurant bemüht , ging Nix weil alles voll. Sind dann unangemeldet mit 6 Personen in ein ziemlich volles Restaurant bei Francos.Der Chef hat uns ohne murren zwei Tische und 6 Stühle zusammengestellt . Essen war sehr gut , sowohl Tageskarte als auch Standard und auch der Nachtisch war lecker. Wir waren um 14:25 Uhr am zahlen ( Restaurant schließt 14:30),als zwei Mädels reinkamen um etwas zu essen.Der Chef wies sie freundlich darauf hin dass sie gleich schließen.Nach kurzer Diskussion, bat er sie sich hinzusetzen und nahm die Bestellung auf. So etwas nennt man guten Service! Kommen gerne wieder 👍

The limoncello is even better than on the beach in Rimini. Unfortunately the opening times are not correct. An hour before the store closes according to Google or according to the entrance sign, you are turned away with a curt word that it is already closed. An adjustment in this regard would be helpful.

A mixed experience: As soon as you make it into the restaurant, the service is simply top-notch - attentive, charming and with a lot of humor. However, regulars sometimes seem to be overlooked and are coldly turned away without compromise, like to-go options nor a waiting area, which can be off-putting. The pasta dishes are an absolute dream, the pizza is solid at 3.5/5. Anyone who likes good pasta will definitely be happy here! 🍝✨

Llegamos a cenar 3 parejas con el tiempo justo y nos atendieron y ofrecieron mesa en la terraza sin problema. Estábamos hospedados en un hotel cercano. La pasta que solicitamos estaba buenísima y el precio adecuado. El servicio perfecto y prácticamente sin tiempo de espera del plato principal. Nos aconsejaron muy bien, pero sobre todo, añadir un gran detalle de la persona que nos atendió. Por olvido, nos habíamos dejado una cartera con documentación imprescindible para continuar con el viaje al día siguiente y vinieron a buscarnos con premura y rapidez casi a la salida de la plaza donde se encuentra el restaurante para hacernos entrega de ella. Estas cosas son las que diferencian a las personas de gran corazón. No podía dejar de hacer mención de ello.

Hello, here you are greeted personally and treated like a friend. The service is outstanding and you are looked after. We are pleased to have found a good friend who will be happy to welcome us here again.

Unfortunately I can't give a review because we were brushed off 15 minutes before 5 p.m. with the words that it wasn't open yet and whether we had reserved... maybe it was because of our Rammstein T-shirts or because the gentlemen were busy with it to move the tables. It's a shame it seems our money isn't needed. Maybe the restaurants downtown are friendlier.

I arrived when it was busy and was advised that there would be a wait for some dishes. With advance notice, I think this is completely appropriate. For this reason there was a delicious pizza for which I only had to wait 5 minutes. Drinks were also brought to the table very quickly. Gladly again.

We had ordered a table for 10 people today at 7:30 p.m., which was also confirmed by phone. We got to the restaurant and were told we were an hour late and the tables were taken. Great move to blame the error on the customer, despite telephone confirmation in advance. NOT!!!

Franco's Cucina is a small cozy Italian restaurant. Even though it was completely booked during our visit, the entire team was very friendly and helpful. The pizzas are hand-made and you can taste them too. The edge of the pizzas is nice and crispy and the base is al dente and tasty, the ingredients are fresh. The best thing about the pizza is that it doesn't swim in fat like other pizzas. The size of the pizza is perfect (30cm). For dessert I had panna cotta which was very tasty and fresh, the panna coota was homemade. Children are also welcome. In the end it was a very nice evening.

The seafood salad was tasty and large. The fish (sea bream), on the other hand, was a small portion and tasted ok. Dessert wasn't my taste but my girlfriend liked it.

Bin als Geschäftsreisender zum 3. Mal hier. Jederzeit freundliche Mitarbeiter, alle Speisen waren absolut wohlschmeckend. Die Pizza war die Krönung! Auf meine Frage, ob der Teig über Nacht ruht, kam die Antwort mit einem Augenzwinkern: Der Teig ist älter als wir! Daraus entsteht eine ausgezeichnete Pizza. Jedoch auch die Pasta ist spitze!

Hervorragender Italiener. Chefbedienung und echte italienische Pizza, jedoch durch seine Beliebtheit ein bisschen überlaufen und dadurch ist es ein bisschen laut.
