VITO Pizza& Pasta in Frankfurt am Main

We tried the salad bowls and pizza. The portion size was good and the food was delicious. Service was also quick. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Not recommended. Unfriendly staff. Pizza was completely overpriced and a disaster. I had a voucher that I received for a delay. When I tried to talk to a lady about it, she was sitting at a table with a colleague, bored, took a break and told me to turn to someone else. Afterwards she came to me and said in a stern voice that they don't accept vouchers. No sorry or smile or anything. If you're having a bad day, that's okay, but please don't take it out on the customer. Ambience was ok.

Pasta is soggy and tasteless. Go to the McDonald's across the street.

I've never had such a bad meal before.....staff standing around and you get the impression...the guest is threatening to help

Gluten free pizza!!!! Yay! The pizza was incredibly good and you can have any pizza at no extra charge! Wow! The atmosphere at the airport is great, cozy and great. Gladly again

At approximately 0830 the lady working at the front was extremely rude to me after I asked her if the establishment was a Italian resterant. Perhaps I was a little acquired when asking because sometimes it's hard to tell if someone understands me in europe. Nevertheless she proceed by answering my question sarcastically and rolled her eyes. Not recommended.

Staff didn't pay attention while the guest stood at the entrance. The main dish was served first followed by the soup. Three staff ladies continued the chat and didn't pay attention to the tables/guests.

I ordered a vegan Good Life Bowl and received a bowl with chicken strips in which the mushrooms and zucchini were uncooked. When I asked, I got a vegan bowl but again with uncooked vegetables. Too bad. - The lovely employee only made me pay for the drink.

The food tasted very bad. It was very oily, dry, and lacked salt.

We had a pizza with ham and once the spaghetti pesto. For the money of €15.50 I think it's a disgrace to serve such a pizza. Way too much cheese and the dough had no taste at all. The ham was very dry and tough. The spaghetti pesto didn't have much flavor despite having a lot of pesto.

Food was decent. Nothing special. The service was HORRIBLE. two other patrons in the entire area and I had to walk up to ask for a menu and again to order. Told the waitress I was keeping the menu for my husband to look over. She brought mine and my daughters food before our drinks and never even bothered to ask my husband for an order. Never checked on us to see how the food was. Then after waiting 15 minutes, obviously ready for a bill, with cash out and having waved to her (she noticed me more than once), I had to walk up to another worker to pay... Horrible.

Very bad service. Employees maintain eye contact and pay attention to my extending hand, but still don't get a menu for minutes. The staff are also unfriendly, guests don't feel comfortable and the tables are dirty. Upon request, evidence of how individual employees deal with things will be provided

Horrible service, Horrible food , Horrible attitude, Manager behavior is horrible , nobody understands nothing. I will write a complaint to airport authority to have a check on this restaurant.

Good gastronomy but unfortunately the food was a long way away and Italian food was ok for on the go

I am a repeat offender. Always a pleasure to eat here. For this reason alone it is worth flying from Frankfurt or visiting Terminal 2. Everything is always delicious, fresh and simply delicious!!!!

Very flat and therefore crispy dough, not bad but not a 10/10 either. Drinks come in small pet Bottles and pour yourself. In any case better than McDoof, but next time it will be a table at Ludwigs which was more convincing.

We had pasta and pizza both very below average, would not recommend.

We were here on Car Friday as a family of five and were surprised that there was so little going on here. Maybe it was also the time (5:00 p.m.). We promptly got a table and sat against the wall. So we had a good view of the whole restaurant (and beyond) and it was pleasantly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they could have been a little more attentive (hence "only" the four stars). Even if you, as a waiter, have your assigned work area/station, you should notice when your colleague in the station has a table ready with food and be there to help them. The order itself came promptly and completely. As for the various dishes, they were all excellent. Personally, I had the Avocado Dream Bowl and the apple strudel (plus a scoop of vanilla ice cream). The products were wonderfully fresh, very well prepared and attractively presented. Only the espresso could be a bit hotter. We don't go to the airport often, but when we do we will definitely come back.

If you want to fortify yourself before a trip and don't feel like doing BK etc. you've come to the right place. However, you should be aware that you are paying airport prices. A spaghetti Bolognese for €14.95, which I think is still ok. The service was nice and immediately courteous and you are served at the table. Both dishes we had were delicious.

It was very tasty, especially the veggi wrap 😋

Good atmosphere, but food is very basic

20€ Breakfast that definately sounded better then it tasted. No butter! Just margarine and only one tiny serving. Makes no sense when breakfast is served. Good bun and croissant. Bad cheese bad hummus. Bad service!

Can't explain the bad ratings. Ossobucco was really good and a lot. Napoli pasta also pretty good. Very nice staff, music doesn't bother, prices for an airport more than ok. Recommendation from my side. One extra point to balance the bad ratings.

The spaghetti with meat was well made and I ate it as good spaghetti, but I barely ate the other spaghetti or salad that my companion ordered, as they were given bloated spaghetti and a salad with raw pumpkin. Honestly, I don't think I'll eat there next time.

Good food, lovely service and ambience.

After asking for a bill of 50€, which included 2 bottles of water, we asked for two glasses of tap water and they served us "burning" water. Literally for tea. Thanks for your amazing service

Oha! War an dem Stand nebenan. Nachdem die Dame hinter dem Tresen zweimal an mir vorbeigelaufen ist, ahnte ich die miese Stimmung schon. Sie beantwortete die Frage, ob es auch Kaffee to go aus der schönen cimbali gibt mit einem sehr genervtem "ja". Die Zubereitung war durchweg ein Graus anzusehen. Zu guter Letzt nahm sie die Milch zum schäumen, die neben der Maschine stand. Da absolut nichts los war, ist anzunehmen, dass diese Milch dort schon länger vor sich hin vegetierte. 🤢 Der Geschmackstest verriet außerdem, dass die Milch wohl zuvor mit dem daneben stehenden monin sirup "verfeinert" wurde. Für den ganzen Spaß, den ich nach dem ersten Schluck im Mülleimer versenkte, habe ich 4,20€ gezahlt. Meine Güte. Kundenfreundlichkeit= nein Hygiene= nein Preis-Leistung= nein Ambiente= ganz nett

Kuchen und Kaffee waren sehr lecker. Anscheinend saßen wir im falschen Bereich und das Personal war diesbezüglich sehr unhöflich. Obwohl es in beiden Bereichen „Vito“ gibt, war es schwierig, zwischen Essen zum Mitnehmen und Essen vor Ort zu unterscheiden. Ich schlage vor, dass Sie dies verbessern, indem Sie dies besser sichtbar machen Kunden in der Zukunft, obwohl beide Bereiche zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur sehr wenige Kunden hatten.

Ich habe Spaghetti mit Pesto bestellt und mein Mann eine Thunfisch Pizza. Leider war die Spaghetti fad und die Pizza sehr trocken.

Sehr guter Service mit leckerem Essen und super Cappuccino. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr nette Bedienung, dort haben wir die beste Gluten-freie Pizza gegessen, dazu ein sehr leckerer und frischer Avocado Salat.Wenn immer ich am Flughafen bin ist das mein to go Ort, sehr empfehlenswert.

A good option for a quick meal while waiting for a flight. Food came in less than 10 minutes after ordering. Service was a bit slow at times, needing to try get someone's attention, but not too bad. Restaurant was clean and gets lots of natural light and sunshine.

Das Restaurant findet man im Terminal 2, 3. Ebene. Der Service war bei unserem Besuch freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen (Pizza, Nudelgerichte, Saltimbocca) waren gut portioniert. Etwas mehr an Würze wäre willkommen gewesen. Für die Kleinen gab es Kinderportionen. Insgesamt gesehen waren wir zufrieden.

Penne Bolognese war geschmacklich gut. Ich hatte schlimmere Sachen.Daher 4 Sterne

unmotivierte Mitarbeiter und bis auf das Bruschetta war das Essen unterdurchschnittlich. Preise für Flughafen Niveau okay

Food is okay, price is a little high but in general it’s fine.

Helles, sauberes Restaurant. Freundlicher Service. Wir hatten 1x Spaghetti Carbonara und 1x Spaghetti Bolognese. Beides hat gut geschmeckt. Dwe Wein wsr auch sehr lecker. Die Portionen sind groß, Die Preise sind für ein Flughafenrestaurant okay.

Es gibt am Airport durchaus auch schlechtere System-Gastronomie Ein schnelles Frühstück mit Rührei, Baguette und Salat. Dazu einen geschmacklich sehr guten Kaffee… Alles schnell vom Service aufgenommen und anschließend schnell serviert. Genau so wie man es vor dem Abflug gerne möchte.

Tomatensauce geschmacklich nicht so wirklich lecker, keine Tiefe kaum Würze..Nudeln waren durchgekocht.. bruschetta war bisschen besser, für den Preis der ja jetzt nicht mehr wirklich viel unterscheidet von anderen Restaurants außerhalb Flughafen, ist das nicht so pralle

Super tolles Restaurant, wir haben Saltimboca und Ossobuco gegessen. Die Speisen haben sehr gut geschmeckt, Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

Essen war sehr die Auswahl sehr vielfältig

Tonno Pizza war lecker, die Bolognese ziemlich wässrig, Tortellini (bzw Ravioli) waren gut (genauso lecker wie die von Lidl und co). Der Couscous in der Avocado Dream Bowl war zu salzig und der Reis trocken und hart. Bedienung war nett, aber ist auf die Beschwerde nicht weiter eingegangen.

Guter Preis. Gutes Essen und auch reichlich!!! Personal ist sehr freundlich. Pizza und Nudelgerichte wie in Italien. Nur das dahinterstehende Kinderparadies ist sehr laut. Aber das gute Essen toppt den Lärm

Habe mir hier einen Wrap mit einem Gemüsepatty geholt. Leider hat die Verkäuferin mit keinem Wort erwähnt das dieser sehr scharf ist. Also konnte ich ihn nicht essen und habe ihn zurück gebracht. Eine andere Verkäuferin war sehr kulant und hat mir kostenlos einen neuen, nicht scharfen Wrap mitgegeben. Das fand ich einen guten Kundenservice.
