We sat on the terrace in the rain, everything was fine here. The restaurant inside is very nice but very noisy. Very good service from a young man. The food was excellent, we had original veal Wienerschnitzel.

Ordered a vegan burger with fries. The burger was very dry, and apart from the two patties there was only a little ketchup on it. Ketchup and mayonaise were served with the fries, but the mayo was not vegan, so be careful. The food is very expensive for what is offered.

Were there with work to celebrate our summer party. (10 people) Were greeted unfriendly at first, but then they tried very hard to be courteous. However, the first impression remains. The food wasn't bad but nothing special either. The selection of desserts isn't that great, so we went further to the next restaurant afterwards.

Maybe it could have been nice. But in heavy rain as a cyclist just wanting to order a drink there without cash... No chance. Under 10 euros only cash payment. Fees too high. How in all other countries even chewing gum in a kiosk can be paid for with a card is puzzling. Definitely not here. It's a shame, I might have come to eat with friends if the first impression had been different. P.S. By the way, an exception to the rule was possible a few steps further and I didn't have to get soaking wet.

Great restaurant located right on the Main!! Traditional Bavaria food!! Delicious!!! Good attentive/friendly service!!! And sometimes you also meet really nice table neighbors!!! All in all it was a lovely evening!! Highly recommended!!!

We were there as a department event. We were lucky with the weather and had a lovely evening with delicious food and the friendly service, who mastered everything confidently despite the complicated division of the bill.

My daughter's school year had booked a fixed date on June 8, 2024 at 5 p.m. He was canceled by the restaurant the day before. About 50 people also traveled from far away. So be careful! if you book a larger event at Platzhirsch! Therefore no point; only a bad memory remains.

Nice Bavarian beer garden. But it's also really nice inside. We ate the white sausages, which were really good, also the pretzel. The wheat beer on tap goes perfectly with it. Service good, service nice. So everything was fine and we will come back.

Slow service, no questions, long wait. Went to sit somewhere which was apparently not allowed, nothing was indicated. Blonde waitress grumpily indicated that I was not allowed to sit there, so I had to move it. She ignored me for the rest of the evening. Didn't ask for another drink, just picked up glasses and wasn't looked at again. Really bad service. Not recommended

Incredibly long waiting times for the food to arrive and that with a table occupancy that was absolutely manageable. I received 4 croquettes with my schnitzel and nothing else... Here it seems as if the employees are not really experts.

Good food, typical local cuisine, beautiful outdoor area - but the best thing was the exceptionally good and incredibly friendly service! The waitress Orchi was just great. 6 stars for her! Our group consisted of restaurateurs and everyone was thrilled. Thank you again for a successful evening, we'll be happy to come back.

Waiting times for food to be served were 60 minutes. All this at 20% guest occupancy. Hardly any attention is paid to the guest during their stay. Food quality good, everything freshly prepared.

It started with the hand cheese. Then came the breaded schnitzel with fried potatoes and the best cream sauce. Unique sauce

Very slow service. You have to chase the waiter if you want to get food. Not really professional. But they are at least very friendly. Food is very overpriced. I ordered an escalope that costs 24 euros, and I was expecting a big portion of meat and was just 2 tiny tiny portions of normal cheap meat full of leaking oil.... impressive... For a very basic salad, mainly lettuce costed 19 euros. Price-quality I don't recommend.

Food really tastes great. However, there isn't much choice here either. But we found something without any problems. Prices, well - rather excessive / €30 for a schnitzel is steep. Very nice hostess, but you should be careful when selecting the service staff. Unfortunately we weren't so lucky, which definitely depresses the atmosphere and unfortunately overshadows the good food.

One hour and a half for käsespätzle and it never came and when we asked for several times... they said there was no cheese. So they gave us only two options, a salad or a schnitzel and said that it would come in 5 minutes.... finally the salad came. Two hours late, and they didn't offer nothing as compensation or say sorry.

Yes, it was full, but at least a friendly, brief greeting as you passed would have been nice. After ordering, we waited another 20 minutes for drinks. 1 shandy and 1 beer were ordered. Two beers arrived, both stale and stale. When ordering the food, the waiter mentioned that the meal might take time. So it was 1.5 hours until the food came. Part of the order was then forgotten. When this was pointed out, the waiter replied that the rest would be brought quickly. That took another 10 minutes. By then my partner had finished eating. Again, no one asked whether there was something else to drink or whether it tasted good. The bill came very quickly. When we politely pointed out that the food was really not good, the answer was that he couldn't know that beforehand because he wouldn't try the food first. And not a word of apology. Conclusion: 60 euros for nothing.

We were there today, about 50 people in total, with registration. After 100 minutes we repeatedly asked about the food. The statements were: the chef was there for the first day, then the order was lost, a lot to do. It wasn't just the 5 of us but also the 8 people. at the table opposite and others. One service for 50 people. it's just a little bit. Then why don't you get temporary help in advance? That wasn't the first time there. We left the store after complaining. Definitely not again!

A cozy little restaurant right on the Main with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. In summer the beer garden invites you to linger. The ambience in the interior is sophisticated and offers a great atmosphere. The menu has something to choose from for everyone. Whether meat, vegetarian or something sweet for dessert, the food is tasteful and absolutely well prepared. The service is friendly and understandingly courteous. Flexibility for special requests is not a problem. The Platzhirsch is definitely worth a visit for anyone who likes both regulars' table flair and a bit of upscale ambience. I give it a clear recommendation and I would be happy to come back.

(I think the bread was forgotten but hey, we're human, it can happen) Food:.... green sauce, burger with fried potatoes (unfortunately fries were out). ..and the highlight is the Schäufle.....uffff....super tasty...tender meat very well seasoned....but definitely too much for me...I was thinking of a small container with meat... .no....thought wrong...Picture follows....and if the mimimi say potatoes aren't salted enough....hey...order salt with it...I thought it was great like that.... .keep it up...it was super tasty....

The map on the internet is no longer up to date. From 2024 there will be a new and smaller map. It's not bad that the menu has become smaller, but some good dishes are no longer there, which is a shame. Maybe reconsider. Absolutely child-friendly, as food for the child came first. The prices for some drinks and some dishes are not justified. Price adjustment is clear, but it would be good to check.

Das Essen war lecker aber zuerst kamen Pommes anstatt Bratkartoffeln und dann gab es anstatt coleslaw Sauerkraut. Die Bedienung hat mehr mit dem Hund draußen gespielt, als mir endlich die Rechnung zu machen.

Wunderschönes Restaurant am Main gelegen. Grosser Garten. Grosse Speisekarte auch mit hessischen Spezialitäten. Hervorragende Küche und Service . Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr gutes, etwas kleineres Restaurant in Offenbach in der Nähe vom Main. Wir waren zur Weihnachtszeit dort. Das Ambiente war sehr nett. Da das Lokal etwas kleiner ist, ist es etwas gemütlicher. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und der Service war super. Es gibt vor dem Restaurant auch noch einige Außenplätze. Da wir aber im Winter dort waren, kamen diese für uns nicht in Frage 😀 Ich kann das Paulaner Platzhirsch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme bestimmt auch noch mal wieder.

Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht. Preis und Portionen passen aber wirklich nicht zusammen.

Ein sehr nettes Lokal am Mainufer mit super nettem Service und sehr leckerem Essen. Ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten ein tolles Schnitzel mit Pfifferlingrahmsoße und Bratkartoffel. Es wird auf Extrawünsche z.B. bei der Salatvariation eingegangen und auch in der Küche umgesetzt.Auch der Zwetschgenkuchen zum Nachtisch ist nicht zu verachten.Immer wieder gerne.

Freundliches Personal trotz Unterbesetzung bei voller Hütte und Stress.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen könnte in manchen Dingen besser sein. Ein Wurstsalat mit Lyoner, zu einfach und lieblos angerichtet. Ein großes Plus die bei allen gelobten Bratkartoffeln, lecker. Die Offenfrischen Schweinshaxen hatten aufgewärmt geschmeckt, waren trocken und mit Gummikruste. Der Hamburger und ein Steak waren in Ordnung. Leider saßen wir unter einen größeren Plastik Pavillon, nicht gerade sehr einladend und gemüdlich. Preisleistung ist nicht Ordnung, die Preise sind zu hoch. Die Parkplatz Situation ist sehr schlecht. Man kommt mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß.

Essen und Trinken in gewohnt guter Qualität. Der Service leider eher schwach. Lange Wartezeit bis endlich mal die Bestellung aufgenommen wird.

Meine Frau hatte den Ort rausgesucht, war dann doch etwas skeptisch auf Grund mancher Bewertungen. Aber es war super schön und das Essen war auch toll und die Bedienung 1A. Also kann man empfehlen, wir waren an einem Dienstag Mittag da, genug Parkplätze waren frei.

Sehr schlechte Eindruck! Lokal nicht sauber: Boden, Tische, sehr schmutzig!! Toilette nicht sauber und eine von beide out of order. Wenig Personel. Personel mit viel Stress obwohl nicht viel war. Die "Dame" 😥😞 von Bar sehr unfreudlich, keine manieren, ungepflegt. NICHT EMPFELWART!!!

Schöner Biergarten mit Blick auf den Main, bißchen wie Urlaub...

Wir waren heute mit einer Gruppe von 20 Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen dort, nachdem wir eine tolle Führung von Herrn Schecker (Oberräder Grie Soß Experte) eine Führung über die Felder in Oberrad bekommen hatten um die Grie Soß dann auch mal schmecken zu können. Der Service ist super professionell und sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Grie Soß war lecker und der Garten ist sehr gemütlich mit Blick auf den Main. Einzige Einschränkung: Getränkepreise sind schon ein bisschen heftig. Trotzdem hat es uns gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder.

We ordered at 12:30, but we are served at 13:30. The place is not even half full. Too long waiting time. If you are with kids you are screwed.

Giò heo muối nướng rất ngon, thịt mềm, da giòn rụm, mỗi người một giò rất to, ăn kèm với rau cải hình như muối chua rồi xào sơ nên rấy tuyệt, khoai tây nghiền, 1 ly 500ml bia tươi, một đĩa rau xà lách trộn sốt, có miếng nhỏ bánh mì chiên giòn rụm rất tuyệt... và sau cùng là 1 phần bánh kem thơm ngon mà không ngọt. Phía trước cũng có sân dành cho khách, nhìn ra còn đường nhỏ buổi chiều người dân Đức chạy bộ, đi xe đạp, ra tí nữa là sông Main với các bạn chèo thuyền rất nhộn nhịp.

Im Allgemeinen war ich zufrieden gewesen, der Blick auf den Main oder EZB war schon herrlich, auch die kleinen Snacks die wir gegessen hatten waren gut. Nur das Personal macht manchmal einen desinteressiert Eindruck oder hatten lange gebraucht an deinen Tisch zu kommen. Wenn die Gläser leer waren und man bestellen wollte waren sie schnell weg. Ja ich weiß sie sind am machen und tun, vor allem laufen, aber sie sahen es, auch wenn man die Hand gehoben hatte. Sie waren trotzdem nett. Ich würde bei der nächsten Radtour wieder vorbeikommen 🤗.

SChöner Laden, aber der Spargel war schon ausverkauft, leider :-D aber spricht ja für die Küche das dort auf Ressourcen geachtet wird sowas finde ich gut und satt waren wir am Ende auch.

Die Karte ist sehr übersichtlich. Die Menukarte im Netz leider nicht aktualisiert. Zunächst wurde mir das falsche Gericht gebracht, ohne eine Entschuldigung. Was mir dann als Handkäse serviert wurde was eine ölige, fettige, warme Pampe mit jeder Menge Zwiebel, Wurststückchen und geschmolzenem Handkäse. Handkäse ist normalerweise ein schlichtes Gericht, bei dem man nicht viel falsch machen kann. Die Küche dieses Gasthaus hat bewiesen, dass es doch geht. Die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und ergänzte den negativen Eindruck. Hier gibt es wahrlich Entwicklungspotential nach oben. Das Beste an dem Lokal ist die Lage direkt am Main.

Komplett überfordertes Personal , welches im Laufschritt durch den Garten hetzt. Die weibliche Bedienung ist unfreundlich und genervt. Wir haben daher davon abgesehen etwas zu essen , daher kann ich die Qualität nicht beurteilen

Am Mittwoch, den 02.08.2022 um 19:30 Uhr ein unmögliches, unhöfliches und kundenunfreundliches Verhalten durch die weibliche Bedienung. Ich setzte mich an einen Tisch und kaum das ich saß schnautzte mich die Bedienung an "Die Station sei geschlossen". Ich fragte nach, was sie damit meinte. "Sie schnautzte wieder zurück "Ja, sie haben mich richtig verstanden, die Station ist wegen Mangels an Bedienungen erstmal geschloßen.

Die Auswahl der Speisen ist gut. Preis-Leistung passt. Das Essen war echt gut. Wir werden wiederkommen wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir aßen ein Cordon Bleu und einen Rote Beete Salat mit Ziegenkäse, das Essen war eine Frechheit! Das Cordon Bleu war noch okay. Die Bratkartoffeln dazu waren fettig und eindeutig aufgewärmt, außerdem ohne Zwiebeln. Die Portion war mickrig klein und das für 17.90 Euro. Die eigentliche Frechheit war der Rote Beete Salat. Es war fertig gekochte rote Beete aus der Vakuumverpackung ohne Dressing. Der Ziegenkäse hat 7 € Aufpreis gekostet und war eine halbe Handvoll Frischkäse Brösel. Dazu gab es noch nicht mal Brot, und das für 14.90 Euro. Den Salat machen wir selbst um Längen besser zuhause. Das war das schlechteste Restaurant, in dem wir jemals in Frankfurt waren.

Wir baten die Bedienung noch etwas zu warten mit der Bestellaufnahme, da wir noch unentschieden waren. Dann wollten wir bestellen und es folgte Provokation. Erst ließ sie alle Gäste die zum Einlass anstanden herein. Dann nahm sie die Bestellung bei den zuletzt eingelassenen Gästen am Nebentisch die Bestellung auf. Kam dann entnervt zu uns. Ich hätte gerne ... mit Bratkartoffen. Können Sie die Bratkartoffeln in einer Schüssel bringen, damit die nicht aufweichen? Total ernst: wenn sie bitte sagen kann ich das machen. Wir haben uns entschieden zu gehen. Schade weil der Biergarten sehr schön ist. Nebenan im Main Curry Haus war alles tiptop.

Waren mit 4 Personen dort. Die Bedienung schien überfordert, war nicht ansprechbar für Bestellungen und wirkte genervt. Essen, Getränke und die Rechnung kamen erst nach erheblicher Wartezeit. Das Essen an sich war okay.

Netter Biergarten mit top Lage am Mainufer - schön zum draußen sitzen - Essen geschmacklich gut, jedoch Menge der Portion mittelmäßig - Bedienung okay - preislich leicht gehoben

Der Biergarten an sich ist sehr gemütlich, das ist aber auch schon alles. Hatte für 10-12 Personen reserviert, als wir ankamen, hatten wir 8 Stühle. Die unfreundliche männliche Bedienung sagte, man könne ja noch 2 Stühle dazustellen, mehr ginge halt nicht. Die Portionen waren fast alle klein, den Espresso kann man als Pfütze in der Tasse bezeichnen, der Fleischkäse war angebrannt, die Käsespätzle total ungewürzt. Die unfreundliche männliche Bedienung rennt hektisch herum, verbreitet eine wahnsinnige Unruhe, gibt kurze genervte Antworten, vergisst ständig eine Bestellung. So lange wir dort waren, hat er 3x etwas herunter geworfen. Schade, aber ich denke, das war das letzte Mal, dass wir uns dort als Gruppe trafen.

Unfreundliche Bedienung. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, sondern lästig. Auch anderen Gästen ging es so. Beide Desserts wurden falsch gebracht. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot, das richtige Essen zu bringen, sondern ein schroffes „dann geht eben ein Capuccino aufs Haus“ - das geht gar nicht. Das Essen ist nicht frisch gekocht und nichts Besonderes. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Einfach ein gemütlicher Biergarten mit bodenständiger deutschen Küche & perfekter Lage am Radweg & am Main. Das Essen ist okay & der Service ist gut. Kein Restaurant für jemanden der auf exzellente Küche wert legt.
