It took over an hour for Hak-sen and Schnitzel to come out on Sunday evening... I can wait because they're busy, but I'm angry at the attitude of the restaurant employee. She didn't even apologize for the wait, didn't even try to serve the food right away, and instead yelled and tried to fight me. I told her to leave if she didn't like it. I didn't even explain, but she told me that Hak-sen was supposed to wait 30 minutes. I didn't even hear an apology. This is the first time I've been treated like this since I came to Germany. I tried to leave without eating, but I held back. In contrast, the other female server was very friendly. Because of that employee's attitude, I don't think I'll ever visit again... I think she needs some mental training for the sake of your company's growth. It took more than an hour for Hak-sen and Schnitzel to come out on Sunday evening... I can wait because I'm busy, but I'm angry at the way the restaurant employee responds. I never asked for your understanding and said, "Thank you for waiting, and let's fight right away. If you're in a bad mood, you should leave." Hak-sen originally told me to wait 30 minutes. I never heard you say sorry. I've never been treated like that since I came to Germany. I tried not to eat and leave, but I held it in By comparison, the other server lady was kind, because of the way she responded, I don't think I'll ever visit again... Disclaimer: Came with a group and were served the group option, so individual meals may be very different. Service was great, friendly and forthcoming. A little new and needs some more training, but quick and attentive. Starters were OK. The main course to share, however, was mostly bland and overcooked. The Haxenpfanne were dry leftover pieces of haxe sprinkled over a ton of potato mash. The Spätzle were light on cheese, flavour and fried onions. Vegetarian Options were very limited, but we also didn't have too many takers. So, as much as I liked the service and the atmosphere, I do come to a restaurant for the food, and I would not recommend this, at least for groups.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great, but the reaction and handling of the problem were. Things can always happen, but the reaction is important, and the staff did more than the right thing. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back; you deserve a second chance.

We went to Pauline for dinner. The atmosphere in the Europagarten is certainly nice, especially in the city, and the children could play on the lawn next door. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food was mid-range at best, but at typical Frankfurt prices. We had spinach dumplings and cheese spaetzle, both dishes I've eaten countless times. However, these were, as mentioned above, mid-range at best.

The food tastes quite good. Prices are quite high for mediocre quality. BUT: the service last night (September 15) was outstanding. My every wish was attended to. Changing tables at any time was no problem at all, as we eventually got cold outside. So, highly recommended.

We went outside to the beer garden for dinner relatively early without a reservation. Super friendly service, and no long wait since it wasn't busy yet. The food was plentiful and good 👍

Today was my first visit here, and probably my last. I'm shocked how someone could turn such a gold mine into such a bad restaurant. It's just sad. But first things first... Location: The restaurant is perfectly located in a small park in the new Europaviertel development. The entire area consists of a huge number of newly built, somewhat upscale apartments. This means that no poor people live here, but rather people who could afford a restaurant visit or a beer at the end of the month if there were a decent location. The beautiful exterior design promises a lot - but unfortunately, it doesn't deliver. Atmosphere: Sitting outside and soaking up the sun is fine. Inside, it doesn't look like a pub at all. There's no bar where you can sit comfortably or strike up a conversation. Everything that defines other Paulaner establishments in every city is missing here! Service: That was the only positive thing! The service is incredibly friendly, authentic, and extremely committed to making the guest happy. The service is also attentive and fast. That's the only reason the restaurant missed a one-star rating! Kitchen & Food: I sat at a small table inside, so I (unfortunately) had a glimpse into the kitchen. First, about my meal: The fries were okay. The schnitzel was... just sad that a pig had to die for it. The entire fatty skin wasn't cut off before breading, leaving a complete lump of fat at the back. That only happens if you have absolutely no idea about German cuisine. The salad was generally okay, if the dressing hadn't been overpowering. It was more than my espresso in terms of quantity. My glimpse into the kitchen... 3 people without chef's uniforms, of Pakistani or Indian origin. It's great that multiculturalism is being embraced. But when everything comes out of the kitchen unseasoned, accompanied by loud Indian chatter, then the idea of "I'm in Bavaria" is gone. Additionally, no one speaks German very well, and someone has a cell phone to their ear the entire time they're preparing food, talking loudly. During the time I was there, about six tables were occupied with food. Every receipt was issued incorrectly or wasn't printed at all. They didn't even know what dressing to put on a side salad. I felt really sorry for the service staff. Bottom line: Skilled labor shortages or not. If you don't know how to run a restaurant, you should just leave it alone instead of selling customers onions as apples.

Once again, we were a guest at Pauline's, and they had the winemaker's pan again. During our last visit, the winemaker's pan wasn't available online. The staff was, as always, very friendly and polite. I think they do a great job there, so I can't understand the comments in other reviews. In general, it's noticeable that the side dish portions have unfortunately become smaller. (The small side salad, in particular, has become very small.)

A truly wonderful evening. The food was excellent. However, we finished our main course about 15 minutes before the kitchen closed, and then we weren't asked about dessert (or weren't served at all). I would have liked to try the Kaiserschmarren, but maybe next time. It was still very nice with a great view.

The beer garden doesn't accept table reservations, even in summer. Having to sit inside in 30°C (86°F) weather with a 0% chance of rain isn't very appealing. Even after inquiring, the option was ignored, and outside seating was categorically ruled out. They offered to move outside if available, but there's certainly no space outside for 12 people in nice weather. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

The first impression fits the overall picture. When we walked in, the employees were smoking in front of the entrance. I think that sort of thing should be done at the back door. We weren't greeted, just stared at. I think it's a shame that in such a beautiful location, they only serve pork schnitzel. No turkey or chicken. Only veal. The waitresses weren't really in the mood. No smile, no friendliness at all. The salad wasn't clean. That's unacceptable. Two lettuce leaves, sauce, and 7 mini strips of carrot. No cucumbers, no tomatoes, nothing. The veal schnitzel was okay. It's a real shame. They could have done so much more with a place like this. The prices are understandable for the location, but the service and food don't match the location at all.

One star deducted because there were families with children in the restaurant who were throwing gummy bears, screaming, and playing football. It would have been nice if someone had intervened. The two of us recently visited a restaurant in Frankfurt and both ordered a schnitzel dish – unfortunately, the overall impression was rather disappointing. The veal schnitzel was served with fried potatoes and cranberries. The fried potatoes were mostly lukewarm and very bland. The cranberries, which were served in a small pot, were barely enough for two bites of schnitzel and one or two forks of potatoes – much more would have been appreciated. The schnitzel itself was also unconvincing in terms of flavor and seemed rather carelessly prepared overall. The second dish, a creamed schnitzel with spaetzle, unfortunately arrived without any visible sauce. The schnitzel was already soggy due to the sauce that had apparently been placed underneath the meat, which significantly diminished its enjoyment. Serving the sauce separately would definitely have been a better choice. Upon request, the waitress quickly brought another ladleful of sauce – that was a positive, even if it shouldn't have been necessary in the first place. The spaetzle weren't hot either and had a rather bland taste. The accompanying wine was unfortunately not served well chilled, which is especially annoying in warmer temperatures – we had to ask for ice. Certainly a minus point for wine connoisseurs. The side salad was also bland and uninspired. The price is still reasonable for Frankfurt standards, but rather marginal considering the quality of the food. Conclusion: Friendly service, but the food leaves a lot of room for improvement – ​​both in terms of taste and presentation. Not a total failure, but unfortunately not a visit we'd repeat.

We waited over an hour for our food on a Friday evening at 7 p.m. – I think that's far too long for a restaurant of this size. The service staff was very inattentive – we had to go inside to place an order and pay. The food was mediocre. You can tell it's a chain restaurant. The price was definitely unjustified and too expensive. I won't be eating there again.

Very long wait times, even during off-peak hours. The salad had way too much vinegar. The steak was supposed to be medium but was completely overcooked. The cheese spaetzle tasted of absolutely nothing. The high prices are not justified by either the service or the quality!

I came 21:08 and they said that kitchen is closed, chefs are cleaning. On google place is open till 22:00. Absolutely crap. Restaurants have people in it. Unacceptable. I spent 30 min to get there.

We always enjoyed going to Pauline. Unfortunately, not only the prices but also the portion sizes have changed recently. Prices are high, portion sizes are smaller... Rising prices are understandable and commonplace, but at the same time the portion sizes are becoming so smaller is incomprehensible... our side salad consisted of 5 lettuce leaves and two half cocktail tomatoes... The schnitzel used to consist of two schnitzels... now it's one... It's a shame, but we won't go there like that anymore.

We live right around the corner and I've never been there before. There was a surprise party/dinner for our neighbor there and we went there last weekend. The staff is very polite and nice. The food was put together by the host. The dishes that were discussed tasted very good. Except for the soup with hand cheese...you really have to like that. 🙈 Otherwise there is a very nice atmosphere and there is also a changing room. We'd love to come back. 😊

When we asked by phone, we were told that there was space and that a reservation was not necessary. At noon at 12.10 the restaurant was closed. An employee from the kitchen explained: "Boy not there, key missing." And left us standing. After a few minutes a young man came, greeted and said: "It's closed, we don't open until 12.30". When asked where it was, he replied: "Nowhere, it was decided at short notice." We weren't allowed into the restaurant. It's a shame we wanted to test the delicious-sounding dishes in order to plan a reception for 14 people there. We were well served and fed elsewhere.

Very bad personel with bad attitude the other day on sunny day we went whole family on the outside terrace, the waitress inside told us that we cannot stay outside because the terrace was closed, ok so i asked if we can buy drinks for to go and sit on the terrace, she stated that we cannot buy any drinks and we should come inside eat and drink. What an attitude!!! Please avoid this place there is no customer service at all and they dont know how to work with people

The ambience is really nice, although it can get louder when it's full. In terms of price-performance ratio, the food is always okay, but unfortunately the service has a lot of problems keeping up. This means that the drink you ordered with your meal might not arrive until the end of the meal, or the dirty dishes might end up piling up on the neighboring table.
