Very nice location, in the middle of Frankfurt and still in the countryside, this little place is nice and quiet. The food was again super tasty and the service was also top. The prices are ok - correspond to the European Quarter, but it's worth it. Always my pleasure.

We went there for dinner on Sunday. Unfortunately, the meat was a bit dry—perhaps just bad luck that day. The service, however, was very attentive and extremely friendly. I'll see if I give the restaurant another chance—it certainly deserves one! 👍

We always enjoyed going to Pauline. Unfortunately, not only the prices but also the portion sizes have changed recently. Prices are high, portion sizes are smaller... Rising prices are understandable and commonplace, but at the same time the portion sizes are becoming so smaller is incomprehensible... our side salad consisted of 5 lettuce leaves and two half cocktail tomatoes... The schnitzel used to consist of two schnitzels... now it's one... It's a shame, but we won't go there like that anymore.

We live right around the corner and I've never been there before. There was a surprise party/dinner for our neighbor there and we went there last weekend. The staff is very polite and nice. The food was put together by the host. The dishes that were discussed tasted very good. Except for the soup with hand cheese...you really have to like that. 🙈 Otherwise there is a very nice atmosphere and there is also a changing room. We'd love to come back. 😊

Service good, child-friendly, food mediocre Edit: more detailed due to the query... the food seems convenience-oriented and basically too expensive for the price-performance ratio. The taste was okay, but the meat, for example, wasn't particularly juicy. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and child-friendly. The location is very nice and you can sit nicely both outside and inside.

Unfortunately, my cheese spaetzle was quite watery. The schnitzels were good. At 10 p.m. we were clearly asked to leave by raising the chairs around us even though we still had drinks.

There doesn't seem to be any interest in guests here. There was no confirmation of my online reservation. When we asked by phone, we were told that there was space and that a reservation was not necessary. At noon at 12.10 the restaurant was closed. An employee from the kitchen explained: "Boy not there, key missing." And left us standing. After a few minutes a young man came, greeted and said: "It's closed, we don't open until 12.30". When asked where it was, he replied: "Nowhere, it was decided at short notice." We weren't allowed into the restaurant. It's a shame we wanted to test the delicious-sounding dishes in order to plan a reception for 14 people there. We were well served and fed elsewhere.

This is a German restaurant located in Frankfurt's Europa Allee. You can enjoy Paulaner's delicious weizen and exquisite German food. It is located on a hill in the park, so the view and atmosphere are good.

Food: The menu is well structured and has many great classics. The rabbit was tasty, but not that tender and difficult to cut. The sauerkraut and dumplings were very good. Unfortunately, I don't understand the packaged mustard and ketchup packets. Schnitzel and salads were also delicious. Service: Was very quick and helpful. Were very well managed. This is the second time that I don't get any food about 20 minutes before the kitchen closes. To be honest, that doesn't work. I specifically looked at how long the kitchen would be open and planned accordingly. I don't order from there anymore.

It's my favorite restaurant in town. You can enjoy the drinks and food with the view of Europagarten park. All the servers I met were kind and friendly.

Very bad personel with bad attitude the other day on sunny day we went whole family on the outside terrace, the waitress inside told us that we cannot stay outside because the terrace was closed, ok so i asked if we can buy drinks for to go and sit on the terrace, she stated that we cannot buy any drinks and we should come inside eat and drink. What an attitude!!! Please avoid this place there is no customer service at all and they dont know how to work with people

The ambience is really nice, although it can get louder when it's full. In terms of price-performance ratio, the food is always okay, but unfortunately the service has a lot of problems keeping up. This means that the drink you ordered with your meal might not arrive until the end of the meal, or the dirty dishes might end up piling up on the neighboring table. Nevertheless, the staff tries very hard 👍

Hello guys, I had dinner there again today with my family. The food is absolutely insane. We recommend the farm duck with dumplings and red cabbage. Very nice context, with large windows that allow you to enjoy the surrounding public greenery. Typical dishes and generous salads. The service was a little slow. It does not have dedicated parking, but there is free parking on the streets surrounding it. Excellent compromise for those who work on the exhibition stands, as it can be reached on foot in 5 minutes from entrance 9

Food and service beyond expectations

Booked a table about a month in advance. On the booking, it said that we have it until 11pm, but at around 1830, the waitress informed us that they need the table for other guests coming around 1930… Food came out good, but after about an hour, me and my friend got super nauseous and spent the next 20 min in the bathroom. We ate the same thing and definitely got food poisoning…the others in our group ate something different didn’t have any symptoms, so it was definitely something wrong with the food we ate there.

We had a delightful stop at Pauline im Europagarten during our bicycle tour and enjoyed a refreshing Radler beer. The drink was just what we needed—crisp and satisfying after a long ride. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. It's a great spot to take a break and recharge. Wanted a quick drink at 10:02 p.m. but couldn't place an order. Supposedly open until 11 p.m., but "last order" at 10 p.m. There were about 15 guests sitting outside, so we weren't the only ones... You would probably wish for a little flexibility in vain in Germany, a service desert. It's a shame, especially since the dining options in the area aren't the most extensive anyway. No statement can be made about the quality of the food and drinks, but the service is poor.

Nice and fast..good food and drinks

We were looking forward to a nice dinner yesterday. Unfortunately, I have to realize in retrospect that I really wanted to sit outside. At first there were three of us. At the latest when the drinks were served (2x lemonade, 1 beer) the first uninvited guests came to our table (some defenses were still successful). But then, with the meal (3x schnitzel) 10 to 20 of these uninvited guests came at the same time. Eating in peace was no longer possible. When I asked the waitress what we could do about it, they simply ignored it. In hindsight you are always wiser, we should have gone inside with plates and wasps, but you hope that somehow things will get better. When I commented when paying that we couldn't enjoy the food because of the wasps, there was a really harsh answer: "What can I do about that?" etc. We were expecting at least a 'sorry' or 'I'm really sorry' , but nothing like that. There was no prior warning about the wasps, otherwise we would have eaten there, nor any assistance during the meal or an understanding reaction at the end. Too bad. The food, as far as we can tell, was quite good. That's why 3 stars. When we left and the restaurant was now full, the wasps had to disperse.

The location is really pretty, but that's about it. At first we wanted a table inside, but the employee told us that there were no tables left inside. Two minutes later, the next colleague offered 3 tables to choose from. The order went quite quickly. Unfortunately, one order was wrong - the chanterelle schnitzel was supposed to come with spaetzle as a side dish, which my colleague was looking forward to all day - it then spontaneously came with fried potatoes, without any indication. Stupid. Afterwards we were told that spaetzle was out. The pork knuckle was partly very dry and burnt in other places. Oh well. The salad with the beetroot was mediocre - and the bread that was served from yesterday. We found one service person to be committed, the other two unfortunately less so. We won't come again.

Had dinner here on Saturday evening and it was really tasty. We had schnitzel with bacon and fried eggs, fried potatoes. There was a small salad as a side dish. Freshly prepared, served hot. As a warning, there was a hint that there were a lot of wasps outside who were interested in the food and drinks. We then “escaped” from the outside in. A very nice evening.

Very tasty food. Everyone will find something on the menu. There is also something for kids. Children are treated well and are welcome. This time I was just sitting a bit off to the side and the lady came and just couldn't get around. The assistant waitress brought us the glasses quickly and flawlessly. But food? Everything took forever (Friday evening)... Toilet is outside the building under the tower (you have to go out once). This is also the toilet for the Lagom Café opposite. There is meadow all around... you can also step out there for a moment with the kids or the dog. It is not barrier-free, but the toilet only has one staircase. The view of the skyline is really worth seeing.

A piece of pork knuckle (inedible, dry,unchewable), a schnitzel (like the school version of schnitzel steamed in a pot all morning, with moist, peeling breadcrumbs), a piece of meatloaf (the kind from Kaufland) and a grilled white sausage (also the kind from Kaufland). Awfully disgusting cabbage, too sweet potatoes and a single potato dumpling, which was a mushy, gelatinous lump of starch. I can't believe people in Frankfurt actually eat this and consider it good food. But the beer was good."

We have found our new favorite restaurant for tavern cuisine ❤️ - First of all, the service was prompt and friendly. - My schnitzel was super fried, the cheese spaetzle pulled strings, just as it should. My Kaiserschmarrn was the best I've had so far, nice and fluffy and caramelized. - For the price you definitely can't complain. We'd love to come back. And if I really had something to criticize, it would only be the Wiener Schnitzel, which could be a touch thinner and the vanilla sauce with real vanilla, but I definitely can't deduct any points for that.🫶

The Pauline, as a contract restaurant of the Paulaner Brewery, is a worthy successor to the former Liebe Laube Hope. The food is upscale, home-style with a Bavarian accent, beautifully prepared and also tastes good. The interior design is attractive, but the best thing is in the beer garden or on the terrace when the weather is nice, when you sit directly in the Europagarten and the children, for whom there is also a rich menu, play in the almost adjacent playground. A visit is also recommended during the Christmas season, when the classic roast goose is on offer.

Overpriced salad: Complaints are apparently not welcome My complaint about incomplete ingredients in the manageable (= quantity and products used) but high-priced salad (€16.70!) was initially ridiculed by the service staff, then the conversation was simply abruptly broken off. Bitter to be treated so disrespectfully as a regular guest for years. I would like to briefly mention here that for this price you can get multiple times as much with various high-quality and fresh ingredients from various Poke Bowl suppliers in Frankfurt. The price-performance ratio for the spring salad offered here is simply bad. Double shame!

I don't know who gives such good reviews. Very nice service, nice place but the food is a disaster. We ordered a salad with asparagus, which consisted of just lettuce, a sliced ​​asparagus and strawberries and cost €17, thin schnitzel, breading ready. A nice “beer garden” of a different kind in the Europaviertel. The children can play in the adjacent playground (sand, climbing frames, swings, seesaws and the like) or romp around in the Europagarten, maybe even play football in the football field 100 meters further away, while you can have a beer outside (which is more expensive than other places) or in the rain Enjoy in the cozy indoor area. Even though it has rather higher prices overall, the Pauline is definitely worth a detour. A clear recommendation in the European Quarter!

Came here after flying into Frankfurt and the food is amazing!! :) Portions are quite big and the mushroom sauce for the schnitzel is very flavourful - the currywurst is also is a great choice! Somehow I like the contrast between the artificial Europa Allee and the rustic design of this restaurant. The veal schnitzel was of course great and the freshly tapped Paulaner is hard to beat.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe im Februar 2024 in der Pauline. Man sitzt hier grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Ausblick auf etwas triste Häuserblocks eines Neubau-Wohngebiets. Die unmittelbare Umgebung lässt sich am ehesten noch als DDR Plattenbau in „schick“ beschreiben. Die Speisekarten wurden uns auf den Tisch gelegt und leider nicht wie üblich jedem Gast ausgehändigt. Junges Servicepersonal, wirkte tlw. überfordert. Es kamen Sachen doppelt, dann das falsche, dann auch mal lange niemand mehr. Eine Erklärung der Gerichte kann man hier vergessen, man kann im Grunde froh sein, dass man bedient wird, aber das war es dann auch schon. Der Service wirkt alles in allem nicht ganz professionell. Man war aber auch nicht unfreundlich. Die Qualität der Speisen war durchwachsen. Die Spinatknödel waren ohne Geschmack, das Dressing des Marktsalats mit Linsentalern war eine geschmacklose Pampe, das Sellerieschnitzel war ganz OK. Beilagensalate schwommen in geschmacksneutralem Joghurtdressing. Wienerschnitzel kam mit einem Berg Pommes, ungewönlich, aber geschmacklich in Ordnung. Die Currywurst war nichts besonderes. Das Rumpsteak war eine Frechheit. Ziemlich sehnig, zäh und innen noch roh, außen keine Röstaromen, sondern seltsam blaß, etwas abgestandener Geschmack. Ich muss leider sagen, das war meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr ganz frisch. Das Martgemüse als Beilage entpuppte sich als verkochte Zucchini und Paprika. Die Bratkartoffeln waren geschmacklos und latschig, keinesfalls kross. Leider ein Fail für €30. Eingangsbereich eng und es roch leider am Eingang nach Toilette. Muss man nicht wiederholen. Besser fernhalten.
