So the waiter in the evening is the rudest person I have met in a long time. Disrespect is still nice.

A quality Thai for the money, friendly and active service, and it didn't feel as if I was in an "only takeout Thai" place. Would come back.

I had Tom Kha Gai soup here. A little coriander would have added some flavor to the soup. The taste was just sweet like warm Fanta. Inedible. I threw them away. And paid 6.50 for it! First and last time at this restaurant

As a consultant for the major banks here in Westend Frankfurt the very best Thai and Asian shop where you can get food quickly, incredibly fast, absolutely good, everything is right, I can only recommend it, even if you only have a short lunch break you can go there and it works

Very good Thai food and pleasant atmosphere. The attention received was somewhat dry and abrupt (I imagine the waitress was having a bad day).

Ordered here for the first time today and it will definitely be the last time! Food was just disgusting. Everything tasted like frozen goods but was overpriced. Chicken looked very strange and unhealthy, never had such disgusting “fried” rice before. Stay away and never again! Tried it briefly and left it.

I’ve been eating there every week for the last 4 months. Yesterday they made a dish which was completely different from what I had eaten before and somehow they managed to make it taste really bad, I could not eat. After going to the kitchen with the plate to give them the feedback, I was confronted by the waiter in an aggressive way. I ended up ordering a different dish. At the end she made me pay full price for the dish I returned to the kitchen. Honestly, this is not how you treat customers, especially loyal ones. Really bad service. When I payed the full bill without arguing with her, she did not even say thank you. This is really embarrassing to treat people like this. I would have been ok to pay the cost of the ingredients of dish, or even 50%. But to charge me in FULL for a bad dish which they did not even put in take away so I could give to someone on the street is really petty behavior. They should treat people better, we are the ones coming and supporting their business.

Sometimes you need to know places where something delicious is served. This is such place. In my opinion it is one of the best Thai restaurants in the city. What prepared there is very tasty. What I usually order is „Nua Phad Med Mamuang“ with beef (I posted photo as well). Many thanks to one of my former colleagues that showed me this restaurant. Highly recommend to visit it even if that require some time the get there. Not to forget - the service is fast and atmosphere is friendly. During the lunch time can be many visitors. Highly recommend to everyone.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a pa naeng ped grob (duck with vegetables) via wolt to home. They sent me burned duck and they didn't accept the situation. One side of duck was ok but other side was totally burned and stoned. You can see very clearly in the picture burned side and normal side. It went to trash

The food was amazing! The penang curry with crispy duck was the most devine duck I’ve ever aten. I’ve never tasted anything like this before. Compliments to the chef! Also the service was amazing. Go to this lovely restaurant.

Zum Mittag essen für 10 Leute bestellt und im Restaurant schnell und sehr gut bekommen. Hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Personal war sehr nett und gut strukturiert. 👍

Ich wollte hier schön länger mal bestellen. Leider waren die Nudeln im Phad Thai komplett verkocht. Auch die Sauce und der Geschmack insgesamt haben mich nicht überzeugt. Lediglich der frische Brokkoli war gut. Auch das zweite Gericht mit gebratenem Reis und Fleisch war ok, aber nicht überzeugend. Cocos Express und Green Thai sind günstiger und geschmacklich um Längen besser.

Schnell, frisch und geschmacklich super. Trotz vollem Haus und vielen Abholbestellungen gegen der Mittagszeit, kommt das Essen relativ schnell an den Tisch.

Pad Thai had no taste except ridiculous amounts of sugar

Excellent ’clean’ cooking, we really enjoyed the Pad Thai and Massaman Curry. Only 4 stars for atmosphere, as while very pleasant inside and out, smoke smell occasionally wafted. We are in Europe!

Delicious Thai food but expensive

I have been to Der Thai many times and still ready to go again there any number of times. This time, we went there for dinner. We ordered Chicken Dumpling Soup, which was nice. Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce is a must for my kids. Rice noodles were appropriately thin and very tasty. Foods, which we asked to spice up, were prepared to our taste. A highly recommended place good Thai Food.

Jedzenie pyszne, porcje duże, typowe sosy z Tajlandii jako dodatek. Duży taras, cicha okolica.

Beim Betreten des Restaurants und einem freundlichen „Hallo, guten Abend“ drehte der Koch sich mürrisch weg und verschwand in der Küche… Vielleicht hat er einen schlechten Tag gehabt. Das Lokal war nicht besonders voll, jedoch sehr viele außer Haus-Bestellungen und dennoch kam das Essen sehr schnell, war qualitativ wirklich gut und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Einzig die Tom Kha Gai kenne ich mit mehr Zitronengrass… aber Küche ist nunmal variabel und wenn das deren Rezept ist, mir hat sie sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Kellner war außerordentlich freundlich. Das Lokal ist schlicht ansprechend und für einen Biz-Lunch oder stilloses Abendessen auf jeden Fall passend. Mit freundlicher Begrüßung wären es vier Sterne gewesen.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen! Bei jedem Besuch in Frankfurt ein Muss, alles wird frisch zubereitet, die Küche ist offen und dementsprechend sieht man, was gemacht wird. Bis jetzt war alles, was wir gegessen haben, einwandfrei und immer sehr knackig und frisch.

Ich hatte knuspriges Hähnchen mit Erdnusssauce und mein Freund hatte das gleiche Gericht mit Ente. Das Essen war wirklich super. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung für einen Imbiss.

Schnelle und sehr leckere Thaiküche mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Ich gehe hier überwiegend zum Lunch essen. Die Atmosphäre ist rustikal einfach.

Visited restaurant yesterday, food was delicious, lots of people, but not many workers, we should wait our bill for a while, like 20 minutes.

Food was cold. Entire restaurant was freezing so everyone had to wear jackets.

Sehr lecker, freundliches Personal und ein voller Laden. Mehr muss man wohl nicht sagen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Zubereitung war zum Mittagstisch mit voller Auslastung sehr schnell. Alle vier Gerichte am Tisch kamen gut an und haben ordentlich satt gemacht. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Der Service ist freundlich, allerdings hat man relativ lange auf sein Essen gewartet. Allerdings muss man dazu sagen, dass dort um 12 Uhr die Hölle los war. Das Essen an sich war hervorragend und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ambiente ist okay, es halt extrem laut, wenn unzählige Menschen gleichzeitig im Laden stehen und sitzen.

Wir wollten nach unserem Museumsbesuch und vor unserer Abreise noch schnell lecker und günstig essen. Der Thai war dafür perfekt:Günstige Preise,große Portionen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Es hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre ist ok, aber die meisten Besucher nehmen sich das Essen mit. Ich denke unter der Woche wird hier hauptsächlich Mittag gegessen.

Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt, gibt es hier jetzt thailändische Küche unter dem Namen "Der Thai". Da es in Laufweite zu unserem Hotel lag und wir Bock auf Thai hatten, haben wir uns auf die Terrasse gesetzt. Die Bedienung war sehr flott und auch nett. Die Frühlingsrollen bestanden leider nur aus fettigem Teig und schmeckten furchtbar. Als unsere Hauptgerichte kam, ist uns die Kraft auf dem Gesicht gefallen. Meine Frau hatte eine Vorspeisenplatte, die aus lauter zu Tode frittierter TK-Ware bestand, die weder optisch, noch geschmacklich genießbar war! Das Hühnchen in meinen Gericht schmeckte komisch und die Soße, die ich oft beim Thai esse, erinnerte nur hin und wieder und ganz entfernt geschmacklich an das, was ich aus anderen Thai Restaurants kenne. Also diesen Thai-Imbiss können wir leider NICHT empfehlen. Jeder der gute Thai-Küche schätzt, sollte einen großen Bogen drum machen!
